I called on Monday night about having my animal cremated. It was around 6pm and was told "you know you're the second person today who has called about crematin an odd animal" then proceeded to say "call back at 8am when we are actually open"Heartless lady is who answered my call as my animal was actively dying in my hands.Will NEVER recommend to ANYONE

My Alaskan malamute passed away unexpectedly on a Saturday early morning and could not get a hold of anyone! I called everywhere and all I got was a bunch of voicemails. Final paws was the last place I called and an elderly lady answered the phone and was able to help me first thing Sunday morning. She was so empathetic and understanding. Bailey will be cremated and I know she will be in good hands with Terri!Thank you, Final paws for being there for us!❤️

Dealing with Final Paws was amazing. I had 2 cats cremated. . . I kept having to reschedule bringing them in over and over because of one thing or another and they were SO understanding and patient with me. Then when I brought them in they were very kind and treated my kitties respectfully, and he even said a little prayer/poem for them that was so SO sweet. They had them done in a very timely manner as well. And the price was very decent. Definitely would recommend to anyone who has lost a pet and doesn't have the place to bury them themselves or would rather keep/spread their ashes. Very kind people who treated my fur babies with so much love.

Terry and her staff were kind and caring. They made a time that was very difficult for my family easier. I was treated with sympathy and compassion. They came and picked up Daisey even though it was Sunday. Terry understands what pets mean to the people who love them. I am so glad I called Final Paws that Sunday morning and Terry answered the phone herself instead of a machine. Thank you so very much. I would highly recommend Final Paws Pet Cemetery and Crematory.

I had to make the decision every pet owner dreads, and Final Paws was there with great compassion and ethic. I left my beloved friend of 12 years in their care for her final journey, knowing she was being treated with love and respect (I even saw her being tucked in gently with a blanket as I drove away).Thank you for making saying goodbye easier.

I lost a dear furry friend last summer, and went through vet services to get my baby boy cremated. (I did not get to meet Teri) and was presented with a beautiful tin and a cremation certificate. I lost one of my beautiful girls today, and they accommodated me immediately. Teri was very sympathetic. This is a very hard job and I am grateful to bknow that my animals are taken care of. Thank you so much for being ther in my time of grief.

When you're heart broken and lose your best friend, Terry is there to help. We have used her services in the past, she offers sympathy and a blessing. Cemetery is an option, but we have cremated our beloved pets. Time may never fully heal the pain of losing a furry friend who has become part of your family, but memories fill your heart forever.

I called around closing time admittedly, and apologized for calling so late, as the passing of my dear boy had happened recently in my home. Teri asked me if I had a garage or shed. I replied, I don't. Sh then told me to leave the body outside and put some ice on it and that they opened at 8am the next day. Horrified by this suggestion, I asked if there were any other businesses that offered the same services and she said no. I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Made me feel terrible, uncomfortable and downright disrespected.

Terry was very professional and compassionate when she undertook our Coal Dog. She allowed us to have time with him in a calm atmosphere and read a poem that helped us in our grieving.I would highly recommend her services.

I called this business when I was truly at a low point. I had to put my beloved dog to sleep, and was trying to find out what was the best option. When I called this woman the music was loud, and it seemed to me as if she was eating while talking to me. She did a horrible job of answering my questions about pet creation. This would have been bad enough, but it got worse. She proceeded to ask me if my dog was still 'upright'. She then asked me why I needed her services. I tried to explain my situation, but she felt the need to give me her 'expert' medical advice. She then told me that I should try 'tuna' because my dog wasn't eating, and that her seizures were not that bad. She then asked if I had other dogs in the home and when I told her I did, she then yelled at me because of the grief I would be causing the other dog, saying "YOU CAN'T JUST HAUL IT AWAY.". This woman was disgusting, unprofessional, and ignorant of basic human emotions and situations. I hope no one has to use her services. Jennifer Binkley

Just watch my best friend with 4 legs pass away. The lady was joking with me about her dogs fighting in her living room. And how she loves when they fight. I told her I couldn't talk with her being so cavalier. She told me to have a good day. I'm distraught. Thankfully another company was able to give me a price and show sympathy.
