One of the stray cats we look after became ill recently and although we were able to get her to a vet and administer antibiotics and steroids, she passed away just a few weeks after we first noticed she was sick. I’ve never lost a cat in this way and I wasn’t sure what to do for after life care. I searched online and found Denver Pet Cemetery and Crematory. I was relieved to see care options that I could afford, especially after having spent most of my financial resources on her vet care. I called and then texted. I received a response within one minute and I was given an appointment the same evening. When I arrived I was greeted and the woman kindly explained my options. I opted for a communal cremation and a clay paw print to memorialize her in our home forever. The woman who helped us was compassionate, caring and made us feel so comfortable and reassured that we were making the right decision. Newbie was more than just a stray cat, she held a special place in our hearts for many years. We are very thankful to Denver Pet Cemetery for helping us through this tough time and for giving Newbie the dignity she deserves.

I give 10 stars for Denver Pet Cemetary and Crematory. My loving dog died at home, I couldn't get anyone to come pick up her body. I was blessed to find this company. Everett called a person Crystal who stopped what she was doing and immediately came and picked up my dog. They were gentle and caring with my dog. After her cremation they brought her ashes back to me with the most beautiful card, urn, and prayer. If you need a GREAT pet Cemetery I highly recommend this company.Thank you so much Everett and Crystal for everything you did for us.

Nothing but love and compassion from the folks here. I called at 7AM and Everett(sp?) answered the phone with the most amazing, calm, and gentle demeanor. He was compassionate as he made the appointment for me. Then when I brought her, I was greeted by Crystal(sp?), and she was the exact same way! They're reasonably priced and take such good care of our deceased pets that I can't imagine letting anyone take care of this awful step in pet owning. Thank you guys!

They were very kind, and helped me get my little bunny boy in on Thanksgiving, after he passed the night before. We were going to do the communal cremation, but (I think it was Crystal) gave us a free upgrade to the private service. So unprofessional horrible communication. Never on time they took forever to give our dogs remains back or to even start the process. Place is messy and so ghetto. We had to ask for stuff that was missing cause the lady working there seems like she’s on Crack! Don’t go here they are so dumb and should be shut down!!

I would like to thank all the staff and owner, for the excellent service I received. The whole experience of sending off my dog was a great experience. My little PJ was sent to the rainbow 🌈 Bridge to be with his brother, my son who passed away the same evening. Words can never begin to express how grateful we are for everyone at the Denver Pet Cemetery & Crematory. Especially Everette who we spoke to over the phone and Crystal who helped us on site. They were both beyond kind and helped us through the whole process. You can clearly see/hear the respect and compassion that they have for our fur babies that have crossed the rainbow bridge. One of the hardest things to do is to say goodbye to your best friend and how to honor your lovable fur baby. From the moment we called until the time we picked up my sweet Diva everyone was so wonderful, kind and understanding. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are. You are treated with so much care and compassion through the whole process. Although it's not a simple thing to do, the folks at Denver Pet Cemetery & Crematory help you through the whole process step by step. They don't pressure you to purchase or do anything. They supply all the info you need to make a decision for your loved one and then you make that decision. You really feel cared for and know that your loved one will be cared for and treasured just as if they were their own fur baby. Experiencing the loss of a four legged family member is never easy. My family and I were well taken care of with professionalism and compassion. I highly recommend going through their service as it was a wonderful blessing to have come across them. At the end of the review I include a few costs. Everything was very affordable and so much attention to detail....Over the phone I was encouraged by Everette who was able to help me understand everything from the cost to expect and different services that could be provided. He told me their business model was created in a way that would ensure my pets ashes would be returned to me with 100% accuracy. I really appreciated the information given to me in a calm and clear manner. It gave me some peace when beginning the grieving process.On site I was met by Crystal. She was hard at work helping another family before us. Seeing other people going through the same thing really helps set in perspective that we aren't alone. Crystal told us that even though the job seems hard it's the good people she can impact that make it easy. I am so grateful for her dedication to the after care of our loved pets. The work she did was so beautiful. She really touched my heart with her understanding. I would like to say thank you so much for how you helped my family.Rowan a small house cat was very reasonably $160 to cremate at the time I visited, I received a bag of his fur and whiskers at no extra cost (This is exactly what my partner needed the most <3), I also paid extra for his paw print in clay and a mahogany rosewood box to keep my little angel in forever. I believe my total was around $220. So worth every penny spent just to receive such wonderful treatment from everyone we met. Thank you all so much for the wonderful work that you do for your community.

Crystal was very compassionate and caring when I took my cat, LeeLee, to them for cremation. They take very good care of your furbabies. The cost is the best price around. So much cheaper than anyone else. They open at 600 am and close at 800 pm. We will use them for all our cremation needs in the future!

Losing an animal is always hard. This week, my boyfriend and I had to say goodbye to our sweet rat Remy. We were stressed trying to find a nice and affordable place to get him put down until a friend of mine recommended Denver Pet Cemetery and Crematory. After reading the good reviews, I was confident about taking Remy there. When calling and making an appointment, we spoke to Everett. Everett was incredibly sweet and flexible. He was welcoming and got us in as soon as possible. We met Grant who was working on site. He was incredibly sweet and made sure to explain everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Remy was ready to be picked up the next day. When we got there, he was in a lovely box with his name on it. The box contained his ashes, a certificate, and his hair clippings. I had a great experience here. Everyone was sweet and they truly cared for my Remy. I also have to mention that the price was more than affordable, especially for everything I got. Thank you Everett and Grant.

Genuinely nice and awesome staff. Highly recommend and will continue to use their services in the future.Very fast turn around I got my dog back in the same day it was nice to only have him gone for a little bit and he's home again safe and sound.I asked Crystal why she does the job and her answer really touched my heart. She told me that's it's one job where she can genuinely be nice to every customer. And she was just that.

We had to say goodbye to our cat after 18 years together, and we chose Denver Pet Cemetery & Crematory to help with the final arrangements. They were absolutely wonderful. I spoke to Everett on the phone to make the appointment, and Grant helped us in person. Both Everett and Grant were so kind and caring. They guided us through it all and answered any questions so well, that it made the process so easy so that we could focus on the emotional process of saying one last goodbye. They include a beautiful certificate and fur trimmings in the private cremation, and have a lovely selection of urns if you want to choose one. They also upkeep the cemetery so nicely; it's good to see the graves there being cared for. Thank you, Everett and Grant, so much, for taking care of our Charlotte.

Cannot recommend Mr Everett and Grant enough! My senior dog passed away and I was scrambling to find a pet crematory to take her to before got stiff. I dropped her off Monday and she was ready for pick up early Wednesday! Talk about quick turn around time. Grant was awesome to talk to and to explain the process. Lucky (office dog) was so comforting as well while I handed over my little old lady. Mr Everett answered all my questions with kindness and was empathetic as my voice cracked and shook. 10/10 Thank you guys!

We first went here in Sept 21 with my beloved westie Mack, then Dec 21 with our silly Sam Sam and again this past Monday with our 17 year old beautiful girl Katie. They are humble and sincere. I lost my family dog of 18 years recently. Obviously, figuring out where to even go for cremation can be a challenge. Today I spoke with Everett on the phone and I am speechless. Speechless is an understatement. Denver Pet Cemetery & Crematory is truly one of a kind. I have never experienced customer service with so much compassion. Everett had the right about of sympathy, and was so patient as I asked what felt like 100 questions. I never imaged feeling relief about this process, but now I do thanks to Everett. This will forever be my go to location when my pets reach the end of life. Their website is well put together, their prices are good and their turn around time for services is the fastest in the state. 5 stars is not nearly enough.

He took the time to collect the hardware from my poor guys surgery's and trim a hair sample. He is very understanding and there to help you anyway possible. Everything is customizable here! Everett, Crystal and Dr. Strom, Luanne were angels from above who helped us through our first experience ever having to euthanize our cat "Gumbo" today. After I called multiple vets and crematory facilities in the Denver/Boulder areas, no one was able to fit us in today. I came across Denver Pet Cemetery and they were reassuring, gave us a promise to fit us in today, referred us to Dr. Strom who was also incredible, provided a "private cremation service" where our baby was the only one in the chamber" and told us that we could pick up our beloved "Gumbo" by closing time.They texted us to come take our baby home earlier than promised. They were very thorough with explaining the whole process while we placed our cat in their caring hands. All of this for 1/3 of the price of what other crematory facilities in the area quoted us. We only wanted Denver Pet Crematory's caring service due to the their capability to perform the service for our baby without having to deep freeze him to wait for his turn which meant another few more days( due to our religious reasons). We will tell everyone about our awesome experience with your caring and affordable service. You have made us a loyal client for life as we have other pets as well. Please continue to help others in need as you did today for us and the good karma that you have bestowed upon all the deceased and their families will increase exponentially and return to all of you. They were able to meet - and respect! - the religious and cultural practices (Shinto/Japanese) of my spouse. I will never go anywhere else. I love the authenticity of this facility. They were very kind and understanding. I greatly appreciate them allowing to be there when my guinea pig Neil was cremated in September. It was also a relief to know I was actually getting back just him too. I was able to see the process, be there for it until the creation was done; and I got to feel like I never left my buddy.My boyfriend and I roamed the grounds while my guinea pig was being cremated. It’s very interesting to see how many people have trusted them for so long with their family members. Many pets from the 1900’s were buried in the front in the pet cemetery. You can see all of the pets with each family. You can tell many families returned even back in the day.I rescue senior guinea pigs and have turned my basement into a sanctuary for them. I have 9 currently, and sadly I know the day will come again where I will need to return, but I will never go anywhere but here. Thank you kindly with all of my heart for all that you do with such grace. Neil was my very first guinea pig, he lived a long life of 7.5 years and was my best friend, no one had my heart quite like him; so I appreciate all that you do.

When our sweet lab of 14 years passed away, we called Denver Pet Cemetery & Crematory to have him cremated. They gave us an available time later that morning for us to drop him off. Grant was courteous and professional while being sympathetic in his interactions with us. We picked out a nice urn and he answered any questions we had for him about the process. The cremation was timely and our dog was ready to come home a reasonable amount of time later. When we arrived to pick up his remains, Everett was quick to retrieve our dog.Losing a pet is tough and this place makes the process easier. Thank you for taking such great care of our sweet cat Bernie who passed away. I called them early in the morning and they were incredibly responsive and willing to work with our schedule. They were also kind on the phone while others I had called were just trying to sell their business model. Bernie meant the world to me so it was heartbreaking to lose him but Grant was so kind. Once he was ready, Grant texted me that Bernie was ready to come home which meant a lot to me. It showed they weren’t some corporation that considered the process as something to just make money but as something much more important and real because pets do become our best friends.

My guinea pig Nugget passed away sadly yesterday. They were closed for maintenance. When I called this morning at exactly 9am when they opened they answered my call on the first ring. The owner was nothing but AMAZING! He was so kind and there was nothing he wouldn't do to help me through this process! When I arrived an hour later to drop Nugget off i met Grant. And let me tell ya Grant was AMAZING as well! He spent time answering questions and explaining the process from beginning to end. I would most definitely recommend Denver Pet Cemetery to anyone! I highly recommend coming to see Everett and his assistant in your time of need. They took amazing care of us as we were grieving the loss of our 12.5 year old boy Duke. They had excellent “bedside” manner. Allowed us all the time we needed to say our final goodbyes and even allowed my husband to push the button as his final send off to our boy. Reasonable pricing and quick turn around so you don’t have to relive the pain weeks later when you go to pick up your pet like many vets do. Hopefully we won’t be needing their services anytime soon but when we do we will certainly be returning here.

As a previous review stated, I tried to call both numbers, text both numbers, emailed, and even Google chatted to which someone responded saying they were in church but never got back with me about when they open or what do to. I really wanted to go to this place after reading the good reviews but when you're frantic because you've lost a beloved furry friend, you need someone that runs this type of business to answer the phone or at least reply to a message. I called A Paws In Time in Highlands Ranch and spoke with an amazing guy and am taking my friend there instead.

Everett was very kind and compassionate on the phone when I was making an appointment, and was doubly so in person (as was his wife). Brought in my cat, and they treated him with respect and dignity. Made a hard time for my family that much easier to handle. Very helpful when it came to discussing options. Prices were very fair and reasonable. Highly recommend.

Haven't even gone yet poor baby just passed away at 4 this morning. But made the arrangements for him and the man evert was so helpful and made it easier to deal with such a traumatic event. We take my mother in laws fur baby for his final ride at 9. He was understanding and got us the soonest appointment possible. This is just an update. It is currently 2:15 in the afternoon we dropped the dog off at 9:00 this morning and my mother-in-law is on her way to pick him up. They were very quick and efficient and very respectful with letting us say our goodbyes. There was no rush

We lost our pet, love of our life Eleanor this morning. We called Denver Pet Cemetery and they were able to quickly refer us to Pet Medical Transport to speak to Luanne to co-ordinate pick up if our deceased pet. Denver Pet Cemetery was able to offer services at a great price and able to take great care of my pup. I chose the wooden urn and thought I might replace it since it didn’t come with an engraved placard, but after picking up Eleanor’s remains today, same day service, I took one look at the urn and it was beautiful. Absolutely could not have picked a better one myself. I will get a placard to use on the urn because it is perfect. I absolutely recommend their services especially because they do a true private cremation and their wonderfully kind souls. Thank you Everett and Grant for providing such amazing services during such a difficult time.

If you want to make absolutely certain the the ashes you are getting back belong to YOUR dog, this is the ONLY place to go. I had originally dropped my beloved Rufus off at a fancy dancy looking crematorium in Centennial. "Lasting Paws" said their costs were $300 plus for the cremation, $70 if I wanted is "rushed" and, get this, another $334 if I wanted to watch the process on the closed circuit television. Then, even after paying for it to be "rushed"... they said I still likely would not get my dogs ashes back for at least 7-10 days. I then called Everett at Denver Pet Cemetary & Crematory and knew this was the best place for Rufus to go. He then let me know their very reasonable price, and said if I got down there before 4 that day, I could likely get my beloved Rufus cremated that day. He said if I wanted to, I could also assist in putting Rufus into the oven... so I would have the peace of mind of knowing that they would absolutely be my dog's ashes that were coming out of there. I then called Lasting Paws and told them not to touch my dog...and that I would be right down to pick him up. I then picked him up and brought him down to Everett and Grant and we got started almost right away. This was not an easy process, when you are so broken hearted. But it was made all the better knowing that myself and my dog were treated with absolute dignity by Grant from beginning to end. Thank you.

Experiencing the loss of a four legged family member is never easy. My family and I were well taken care of with professionalism and compassion. I highly recommend going through their service as it was a wonderful blessing to have come across them. At the end of the review I include a few costs. Everything was very affordable and so much attention to detail....Over the phone I was encouraged by Everette who was able to help me understand everything from the cost to expect and different services that could be provided. He told me their business model was created in a way that would ensure my pets ashes would be returned to me with 100% accuracy. I really appreciated the information given to me in a calm and clear manner. It gave me some peace when beginning the grieving process.On site I was met by Crystal. She was hard at work helping another family before us. Seeing other people going through the same thing really helps set in perspective that we aren't alone. Crystal told us that even though the job seems hard it's the good people she can impact that make it easy. I am so grateful for her dedication to the after care of our loved pets. The work she did was so beautiful. She really touched my heart with her understanding. I would like to say thank you so much for how you helped my family.Rowan a small house cat was very reasonably $160 to cremate at the time I visited, I received a bag of his fur and whiskers at no extra cost (This is exactly what my partner needed the most <3), I also paid extra for his paw print in clay and a mahogany rosewood box to keep my little angel in forever. I believe my total was around $220. So worth every penny spent just to receive such wonderful treatment from everyone we met. Losing an animal is always hard. This week, my boyfriend and I had to say goodbye to our sweet rat Remy. We were stressed trying to find a nice and affordable place to get him put down until a friend of mine recommended Denver Pet Cemetery and Crematory. After reading the good reviews, I was confident about taking Remy there. When calling and making an appointment, we spoke to Everett. Everett was incredibly sweet and flexible. He was welcoming and got us in as soon as possible. We met Grant who was working on site. He was incredibly sweet and made sure to explain everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Remy was ready to be picked up the next day. When we got there, he was in a lovely box with his name on it. The box contained his ashes, a certificate, and his hair clippings. I had a great experience here. Everyone was sweet and they truly cared for my Remy. I also have to mention that the price was more than affordable, especially for everything I got. We had to say goodbye to our cat after 18 years together, and we chose Denver Pet Cemetery & Crematory to help with the final arrangements. They were absolutely wonderful. I spoke to Everett on the phone to make the appointment, and Grant helped us in person. Both Everett and Grant were so kind and caring. They guided us through it all and answered any questions so well, that it made the process so easy so that we could focus on the emotional process of saying one last goodbye. They include a beautiful certificate and fur trimmings in the private cremation, and have a lovely selection of urns if you want to choose one. Denver Pet Cemetery and Crematory cares for their clients in their time of grief with sensitivity and respect. We called Everett on a holiday weekend and he was able to help us right away. Grant and Mary were so kind. The facility is simple and the cost far less than expected. We chose a private witnessed cremation for our rabbit Brownie and it was more than we had hoped for. She was treated with individual care and we are 100% certain we received her and only her ashes back. As we waited, we walked around the peaceful cemetery and found several headstones bearing her name. We are very grateful to you for helping us say goodbye to our girl.

Amazing, polite, and understanding people. Our family dog, Lucious, unexpectedly passed and we had never experienced a process like this. They answered all of our questions with open honesty and guided us throughout the whole procedure. I cannot speak higher of this place. Going through a battle as such makes for a difficult process but when you have this staff it really makes the journey a little easier. This was the absolute most amazing place that we could’ve chosen for our sweet little Polly! They were so kind and sweet and loving towards are sweet baby! This place made us feel in peace and gave us the closure we needed as a family! Prices are so reasonable they’re not trying to take advantage of you in your time of sadness and need like other pet crematories! They are So welcoming and kind I can’t get over what an amazing experience it has been in such a sad and grim time! I would take my pets here again and again! And we drove over 2 1/2 hrs to have our baby girl polly cremated! Best decision we made! Please if your in need of laying your beloved pets to rest or to be cremated this is The place for you! Incredibly sweet and caring staff. The man I spoke with on the phone, I believe his name is Evert, was incredibly helpful and kind. My baby was put to sleep at Riverdale Animal Shelter and they picked him up for free and cremated him within 24 hours. When I arrived to pick him up a nice man handed me a white cardboard box with my baby's name stamped on it. Inside there was a certificate of cremation, a small bag of his fur with all the different hues of fur he had, a really well done paw print, and his ashes inside a plastic bag that's inside of a embroidered velvet bag. The only thing I paid extra for was the paw print. I chose this crematory pecause of how cheap it was to have him privately cremated here, the great reviews on Google, and the kindness and compassion of the staff that work here. I highly recommend this buisness for cremation as they truly care about your pet and you.If you're looking for this service I'm incredibly sorry for your loss.

Cannot recommend Mr Everett and Grant enough! My senior dog passed away and I was scrambling to find a pet crematory to take her to before got stiff. I dropped her off Monday and she was ready for pick up early Wednesday! Talk about quick turn around time. Grant was awesome to talk to and to explain the process. Lucky (office dog) was so comforting as well while I handed over my little old lady. I lost my family dog of 18 years recently. Obviously, figuring out where to even go for cremation can be a challenge. Today I spoke with Everett on the phone and I am speechless. Speechless is an understatement. Denver Pet Cemetery & Crematory is truly one of a kind. I have never experienced customer service with so much compassion. Everett had the right about of sympathy, and was so patient as I asked what felt like 100 questions. I never imaged feeling relief about this process, but now I do thanks to Everett. This will forever be my go to location when my pets reach the end of life. Everett, Crystal and Dr. Strom, Luanne were angels from above who helped us through our first experience ever having to euthanize our cat "Gumbo" today. After I called multiple vets and crematory facilities in the Denver/Boulder areas, no one was able to fit us in today. I came across Denver Pet Cemetery and they were reassuring, gave us a promise to fit us in today, referred us to Dr. Strom who was also incredible, provided a "private cremation service" where our baby was the only one in the chamber" and told us that we could pick up our beloved "Gumbo" by closing time.They texted us to come take our baby home earlier than promised. They were very thorough with explaining the whole process while we placed our cat in their caring hands. All of this for 1/3 of the price of what other crematory facilities in the area quoted us. We only wanted Denver Pet Crematory's caring service due to the their capability to perform the service for our baby without having to deep freeze him to wait for his turn which meant another few more days( due to our religious reasons). We will tell everyone about our awesome experience with your caring and affordable service. You have made us a loyal client for life as we have other pets as well. Please continue to help others in need as you did today for us and the good karma that you have bestowed upon all the deceased and their families will increase exponentially and return to all of you. I will never go anywhere else. I love the authenticity of this facility. They were very kind and understanding. I greatly appreciate them allowing to be there when my guinea pig Neil was cremated in September. It was also a relief to know I was actually getting back just him too. I was able to see the process, be there for it until the creation was done; and I got to feel like I never left my buddy.My boyfriend and I roamed the grounds while my guinea pig was being cremated. It’s very interesting to see how many people have trusted them for so long with their family members. Many pets from the 1900’s were buried in the front in the pet cemetery. You can see all of the pets with each family. You can tell many families returned even back in the day.I rescue senior guinea pigs and have turned my basement into a sanctuary for them. I have 9 currently, and sadly I know the day will come again where I will need to return, but I will never go anywhere but here. Thank you kindly with all of my heart for all that you do with such grace. Neil was my very first guinea pig, he lived a long life of 7.5 years and was my best friend, no one had my heart quite like him; so I appreciate all that you do.

When our sweet lab of 14 years passed away, we called Denver Pet Cemetery & Crematory to have him cremated. They gave us an available time later that morning for us to drop him off. Grant was courteous and professional while being sympathetic in his interactions with us. We picked out a nice urn and he answered any questions we had for him about the process. The cremation was timely and our dog was ready to come home a reasonable amount of time later. When we arrived to pick up his remains, Everett was quick to retrieve our dog.Losing a pet is tough and this place makes the process easier. Thank you for taking such great care of our sweet cat Bernie who passed away. I called them early in the morning and they were incredibly responsive and willing to work with our schedule. They were also kind on the phone while others I had called were just trying to sell their business model. Bernie meant the world to me so it was heartbreaking to lose him but Grant was so kind. Once he was ready, Grant texted me that Bernie was ready to come home which meant a lot to me. My cat passed away very late at night so I had to come up with a solution before my tightly scheduled day started. Due to time conflicts, I didn't get the opportunity to actually go through with the service at this location, but Everett answered the phone with a very gentle manner. I have never cremated a pet before and had little time to grieve, so I just really appreciate the sympathy and how willing he was to schedule me in. Rotten people… my daughter’s dog died so I called to make an appt. She arrived 15” early for the appt and gal that worked there was getting in her car, saw them and left. I called the number and they said to wait and she would be back, waited and she never came back! Thank you guys so much for taking care of our princess Athena. In such an immensely hard time, we took our cat in two mornings ago after she passed the night before. We contacted them probably around midnight and were able to bring our baby girl in early the following morning. We received her ashes in an urn that we purchased. We also got a lock of her hair attached to a death certificate. It was heart warming to see how Grant cared for her remains. He and the staff understood this animal was loved. Losing a family member is one of the hardest things a person will endure. Athena will be missed greatly, but we were able to bring her home thanks to these guys. I recommend them to anyone who wishes to eternalize their fur babies.

I've never felt the loss of a pet like I felt when my beloved emotional support cat died unexpectedly last night. I called after midnight expecting to get a answering machine, leave a message, and get a call today back... I was more than pleasantly suprised when a human voice answered, not only was I informed of all services concerning cremation, but in was in such a way that I felt at ease with my choice of Denver Pet Cemetery. Today upon arrival at the Crematorium I was welcomed and informed of everything that was available. I chose to leave my kitty there and have them call when he was ready to come home. Within 3hrs we have our beloved baby at home in a Beautiful rosewood box on his shelf. Thanks to all involved in helping to make this process as easy and painless for us as you did..... My beautiful 19 year old kitty, Noodle, passed away late last night. It was a Saturday. The only thing that could make such a heartbreaking event any worse, was finding out that all the crematoriums in my area woud be closed not only for the weekend, but Monday for July 4th as well. Even one that I had used before that was always "24/7" had gone corporate and was now M-F and Saturday mornings. I guess large corporations haven't figured out that our greatly loved companiions often pass away at inconvenient times. I was fortunate enough to find Denver Pet Cemetery and Crematory online. Of course I was skeptical about going somewhere new. But as soon as I spoke to Everett, the owner, on the phone, I felt better. And when I got there, Grant was waiting for me, and I immediately felt he understood the pain I was going through. These are great people. They are truly available to help people and their pets EVERY day. Even weekends and holidays when they would probably enjoy some time off too. They understand that horrible things happen unexpectedly, and Mon thru Friday just isn't sufficient. If you're looking for "fancy"...red velvet sitting room, flashy store to sell you stuff at your weakest moment, etc...this place isn't for you. If you're looking for people that understand what you're going through, and people that will handle your "kid" with the same love and respect that you would, then you should feel you're in the right place here. Even their little "support dog" Lucky, managed to make me smile. It was a long ride since I live up North, but this will be my family's go-to place for our future needs.

There's a reason why we all turn to reviews. Especially when it's a situation where you probably haven't ever been in. Going in to a place completely lost, upset, destroyed, disoriented you have no idea what to do. Going through google just trying to find the right place. I am extremely thankful I trusted this place and didn't choose any other one. I read the one star comment and can see where there is room for improvement, which would be to inform people a little bit on how it works when they first arrive. I could see how they could take the Grants personally personal but it's definitely not that way. Everyone is absolutely different and you just know they are there for you. Grant, thank you for your service thank you for returning our little man and allowing us on having him a soon as you did. What had me so out of worlds was the amount of detail and care you put into him. All the things we received warmed up our hearts. He can now stay with us forever how he always loved so thank you so much. It will never be easy to lose someone you love so so much.

My pup passed away this past weekend and with covid and the weekend i was having a hard time locating anyone who could offer cremation service. I was lucky to find Denver Pet Cemetary and Cremation open. I had an appointment within an hour to drop of my dog and have him cremated. It was a smooth and good experience overall. They were empathetic, sweet and caring. He was in the best care and treated great even tho he had passed. I was able to pick up his remains 2 days later.

My guinea pig Nugget passed away sadly yesterday. They were closed for maintenance. When I called this morning at exactly 9am when they opened they answered my call on the first ring. The owner was nothing but AMAZING! He was so kind and there was nothing he wouldn't do to help me through this process! When I arrived an hour later to drop Nugget off i met Grant. I highly recommend coming to see Everett and his assistant in your time of need. They took amazing care of us as we were grieving the loss of our 12.5 year old boy Duke. They had excellent “bedside” manner. Allowed us all the time we needed to say our final goodbyes and even allowed my husband to push the button as his final send off to our boy. Reasonable pricing and quick turn around so you don’t have to relive the pain weeks later when you go to pick up your pet like many vets do. Hopefully we won’t be needing their services anytime soon but when we do we will certainly be returning here.

As a previous review stated, I tried to call both numbers, text both numbers, emailed, and even Google chatted to which someone responded saying they were in church but never got back with me about when they open or what do to. I really wanted to go to this place after reading the good reviews but when you're frantic because you've lost a beloved furry friend, you need someone that runs this type of business to answer the phone or at least reply to a message. I called A Paws In Time in Highlands Ranch and spoke with an amazing guy and am taking my friend there instead.

Haven't even gone yet poor baby just passed away at 4 this morning. But made the arrangements for him and the man evert was so helpful and made it easier to deal with such a traumatic event. We take my mother in laws fur baby for his final ride at 9. He was understanding and got us the soonest appointment possible. This is just an update. It is currently 2:15 in the afternoon we dropped the dog off at 9:00 this morning and my mother-in-law is on her way to pick him up. We lost our pet, love of our life Eleanor this morning. We called Denver Pet Cemetery and they were able to quickly refer us to Pet Medical Transport to speak to Luanne to co-ordinate pick up if our deceased pet. Denver Pet Cemetery was able to offer services at a great price and able to take great care of my pup. I chose the wooden urn and thought I might replace it since it didn’t come with an engraved placard, but after picking up Eleanor’s remains today, same day service, I took one look at the urn and it was beautiful. Absolutely could not have picked a better one myself. I will get a placard to use on the urn because it is perfect. I absolutely recommend their services especially because they do a true private cremation and their wonderfully kind souls. If you want to make absolutely certain the the ashes you are getting back belong to YOUR dog, this is the ONLY place to go. I had originally dropped my beloved Rufus off at a fancy dancy looking crematorium in Centennial. "Lasting Paws" said their costs were $300 plus for the cremation, $70 if I wanted is "rushed" and, get this, another $334 if I wanted to watch the process on the closed circuit television. Then, even after paying for it to be "rushed"... they said I still likely would not get my dogs ashes back for at least 7-10 days. I then called Everett at Denver Pet Cemetary & Crematory and knew this was the best place for Rufus to go. He then let me know their very reasonable price, and said if I got down there before 4 that day, I could likely get my beloved Rufus cremated that day. He said if I wanted to, I could also assist in putting Rufus into the oven... so I would have the peace of mind of knowing that they would absolutely be my dog's ashes that were coming out of there. I then called Lasting Paws and told them not to touch my dog...and that I would be right down to pick him up. I then picked him up and brought him down to Everett and Grant and we got started almost right away. This was not an easy process, when you are so broken hearted. But it was made all the better knowing that myself and my dog were treated with absolute dignity by Grant from beginning to end. Thank you.

I took my little cat, her name was little cat. She was about 6 weeks old. Very nice to me the whole time, and very understanding. Beautiful pet cemetery, and the gentleman was very nice, has wonderful selections of urns, and they don’t try to make you get one. I definitely recommend going there. Denver Pet Cemetery and Crematory cares for their clients in their time of grief with sensitivity and respect. We called Everett on a holiday weekend and he was able to help us right away. Grant and Mary were so kind. The facility is simple and the cost far less than expected. We chose a private witnessed cremation for our rabbit Brownie and it was more than we had hoped for. She was treated with individual care and we are 100% certain we received her and only her ashes back. As we waited, we walked around the peaceful cemetery and found several headstones bearing her name. We are very grateful to you for helping us say goodbye to our girl.

Amazing, polite, and understanding people. Our family dog, Lucious, unexpectedly passed and we had never experienced a process like this. They answered all of our questions with open honesty and guided us throughout the whole procedure. I cannot speak higher of this place. Going through a battle as such makes for a difficult process but when you have this staff it really makes the journey a little easier. I can’t say thank you enough for taking such great care of our sweet boy. We were able to get him back in one day with a beautiful urn and his paws made so perfectly. Thank you again to you all.

This was the absolute most amazing place that we could’ve chosen for our sweet little Polly! They were so kind and sweet and loving towards are sweet baby! This place made us feel in peace and gave us the closure we needed as a family! Prices are so reasonable they’re not trying to take advantage of you in your time of sadness and need like other pet crematories! They are So welcoming and kind I can’t get over what an amazing experience it has been in such a sad and grim time! I would take my pets here again and again! And we drove over 2 1/2 hrs to have our baby girl polly cremated! Best decision we made! Please if your in need of laying your beloved pets to rest or to be cremated this is The place for you! Don’t go anywhere else! Take my word and my families word you won’t be disappointed!

Grant was so kind and compassionate in every way with taking care of my fur baby Dave. I brought him there and picked him up the next day. He was thoughtfully put in a pouch inside a box with his name on it. The property felt so peaceful and they were so lovely to me, I just know I made the right decision choosing this place. Incredibly sweet and caring staff. The man I spoke with on the phone, I believe his name is Evert, was incredibly helpful and kind. My baby was put to sleep at Riverdale Animal Shelter and they picked him up for free and cremated him within 24 hours. When I arrived to pick him up a nice man handed me a white cardboard box with my baby's name stamped on it. Inside there was a certificate of cremation, a small bag of his fur with all the different hues of fur he had, a really well done paw print, and his ashes inside a plastic bag that's inside of a embroidered velvet bag. The only thing I paid extra for was the paw print. I chose this crematory pecause of how cheap it was to have him privately cremated here, the great reviews on Google, and the kindness and compassion of the staff that work here. I highly recommend this buisness for cremation as they truly care about your pet and you.If you're looking for this service I'm incredibly sorry for your loss.

My dog and best friend of 11 years had to be sadly euthanized. I used this service for her cremation and scattering, they were very pleasant and understanding over the phone. My dog was picked up by them from the shelter she was put down at. My experience with them for my cat was excellent. They were very attentive and had sincere, genuine sympathy. The owner and his son were very respectful and even said a little prayer. They dropped what they were doing on a weekend day to meet me at the cemetery with only a couple hours notice. Nothing else like them in town and I hope they're business continues to do well.

Our hearts have had a great deal of weight lifted thanks to Denver Pet Cemetery and Crematory. We searched after our girl passed at home to find a place that we could get her to as soon as possible. We felt like we wouldn't find anything since most places close at 5. Finally, we found Everett and Grant it is the best thing we could have done for our beautiful girl. She was loved and respected in life and death. This wasn't business for them, it was an act of love and kindness. Absolutely lovely , great people, made me feel comfortable and welcomed ! I can’t explain the appreciation I have for them ! Even decorated the little box with stamps and my baby’s name she came in before I could get the urn, Treated my baby with respect , told me the whole process and was super caring the whole time. This is the place I’ll bring my other fur babies ( not for a very very long time) but when it’s time they will come here to be cared for just the way I would love it to be. The morning my kitty passed away, I realized I hadn't even thought about what I should or wanted to do with her remains. When I called Denver Pet Cemetery, I was greeted by a kind, empathetic voice. He graciously answered all of my questions, regarding pricing, and even with how to transport the remains. They even allow you to cremate your animal's favorite bed or blanket during cremation.From the moment we spoke on the phone, to the time I arrived at crematorium, I felt very cared for. The process is very easy, and i was able to come back to collect the ashes later that day. They offer different urns if you would like something more formal than the included velvet bag. The ashes were sealed in plastic, and they include a certificate and even a lock of fur.During a process that is already so extremely emotional, I felt cared for, and felt that my baby girl was being left in loving hands. I couldn't recommend this place more . 5 million stars.

My little hamster passed away and I brought him to be cremated here. The employees are very caring and compassionate. Do not be put off by the appearance of the outside grounds. It may look untidy, but the people that work here are all so nice. I chose to have my hamsters remains returned to me in a beautiful wooden box. They provided me with a little certificate also. Prices are also very affordable.

My cat passed away very late at night so I had to come up with a solution before my tightly scheduled day started. Due to time conflicts, I didn't get the opportunity to actually go through with the service at this location, but Everett answered the phone with a very gentle manner. I have never cremated a pet before and had little time to grieve, so I just really appreciate the sympathy and how willing he was to schedule me in. If you have the time and want to work with people that care, give this place a call.

Rotten people… my daughter’s dog died so I called to make an appt. She arrived 15” early for the appt and gal that worked there was getting in her car, saw them and left. I called the number and they said to wait and she would be back, waited and she never came back! Thank you guys so much for taking care of our princess Athena. In such an immensely hard time, we took our cat in two mornings ago after she passed the night before. We contacted them probably around midnight and were able to bring our baby girl in early the following morning. We received her ashes in an urn that we purchased. We also got a lock of her hair attached to a death certificate. It was heart warming to see how Grant cared for her remains. He and the staff understood this animal was loved. Losing a family member is one of the hardest things a person will endure. Athena will be missed greatly, but we were able to bring her home thanks to these guys. I recommend them to anyone who wishes to eternalize their fur babies.

I've never felt the loss of a pet like I felt when my beloved emotional support cat died unexpectedly last night. I called after midnight expecting to get a answering machine, leave a message, and get a call today back... I was more than pleasantly suprised when a human voice answered, not only was I informed of all services concerning cremation, but in was in such a way that I felt at ease with my choice of Denver Pet Cemetery. Today upon arrival at the Crematorium I was welcomed and informed of everything that was available. I chose to leave my kitty there and have them call when he was ready to come home. Within 3hrs we have our beloved baby at home in a Beautiful rosewood box on his shelf. Thanks to all involved in helping to make this process as easy and painless for us as you did..... My beautiful 19 year old kitty, Noodle, passed away late last night. It was a Saturday. The only thing that could make such a heartbreaking event any worse, was finding out that all the crematoriums in my area woud be closed not only for the weekend, but Monday for July 4th as well. Even one that I had used before that was always "24/7" had gone corporate and was now M-F and Saturday mornings. I guess large corporations haven't figured out that our greatly loved companiions often pass away at inconvenient times. I was fortunate enough to find Denver Pet Cemetery and Crematory online. Of course I was skeptical about going somewhere new. But as soon as I spoke to Everett, the owner, on the phone, I felt better. And when I got there, Grant was waiting for me, and I immediately felt he understood the pain I was going through. These are great people. They are truly available to help people and their pets EVERY day. Even weekends and holidays when they would probably enjoy some time off too. They understand that horrible things happen unexpectedly, and Mon thru Friday just isn't sufficient. If you're looking for "fancy"...red velvet sitting room, flashy store to sell you stuff at your weakest moment, etc...this place isn't for you. If you're looking for people that understand what you're going through, and people that will handle your "kid" with the same love and respect that you would, then you should feel you're in the right place here. Even their little "support dog" Lucky, managed to make me smile. It was a long ride since I live up North, but this will be my family's go-to place for our future needs.

There's a reason why we all turn to reviews. Especially when it's a situation where you probably haven't ever been in. Going in to a place completely lost, upset, destroyed, disoriented you have no idea what to do. Going through google just trying to find the right place. I am extremely thankful I trusted this place and didn't choose any other one. I read the one star comment and can see where there is room for improvement, which would be to inform people a little bit on how it works when they first arrive. I could see how they could take the Grants personally personal but it's definitely not that way. Everyone is absolutely different and you just know they are there for you. Grant, thank you for your service thank you for returning our little man and allowing us on having him a soon as you did. What had me so out of worlds was the amount of detail and care you put into him. All the things we received warmed up our hearts. He can now stay with us forever how he always loved so thank you so much. It will never be easy to lose someone you love so so much.

My pup passed away this past weekend and with covid and the weekend i was having a hard time locating anyone who could offer cremation service. I was lucky to find Denver Pet Cemetary and Cremation open. I had an appointment within an hour to drop of my dog and have him cremated. It was a smooth and good experience overall. They were empathetic, sweet and caring. He was in the best care and treated great even tho he had passed. I was able to pick up his remains 2 days later.

Highly recommend.A year and a half later my parents were in town & right before heading back home we lost the sister to the dog my husband and I had. We had to stop the suffering for our 14 year old Boston Terrier, Emma. I appreciate being able to come to a place and take care of cremation for our dog. I don't care what the place looks like as other reviews suggest. This is my 2nd time coming to this cemetary. 1st time prior to new ownership was pleasant. 2nd time was even better. The new owners are simply wonderful. Set up a private cremation for a beloved pet & they were beyond accommodating on such short notice. We were able to set an appointment with no hassle of any kind, which was amazing as everyone who attended operates on polar opposite schedules. They took care of my lovely pet in the most compassionate, respectful & gentle way; it touched my heart. Allowed a moment with the deceased & provided a hair patch. I had my hamster cremated with them and I’m so happy I was able to have them do it. Every other place I spoke to made it seem like it was “silly” for me to cremate my hamster. I had to make a tough call on my hunting dog with cancer, and Everett walked me through the process and was very accommodating, even at a late hour of the night. Thete are so many words i can say about Everett and Grant. I lost my beloved Jack Russell last night her name was Charlotte. I was devastated beyond words. I looked on Google to see where i can take her to get creamated and this place popped up now it's 7:00 pm thinking i would get a voice mail but no i got Everett on the phone . I told him what happened and he was the kindest man . I took Charlotte there by 8:15 pm yes at night but they didnt care about nothing but me and my husbands loss. They treated her with up most respect and caring . I went today to get her to bring her home. Everett and Grant met me with caring hugs and handed my my fur child. Wonderful, caring service. We were devastated when we lost our dog on a Saturday morning. We called Denver Pet Cemetery and Crematory and were treated very compassionately. They came and picked up our dog and brought his ashes back later that day. They obviously took great care with him and we were pleased with the service that was provided during such a difficult time. Our hearts have had a great deal of weight lifted thanks to Denver Pet Cemetery and Crematory. We searched after our girl passed at home to find a place that we could get her to as soon as possible. We felt like we wouldn't find anything since most places close at 5. Finally, we found Everett and Grant it is the best thing we could have done for our beautiful girl. She was loved and respected in life and death. This wasn't business for them, it was an act of love and kindness. Now we will have her with us always and will never be in the situation we were in trying to find a place to take her. If you want the best for your baby this is it. Absolutely lovely , great people, made me feel comfortable and welcomed ! I can’t explain the appreciation I have for them ! Even decorated the little box with stamps and my baby’s name she came in before I could get the urn, Treated my baby with respect , told me the whole process and was super caring the whole time. Respect and love this place, thank you for making this process easier and being so caring . This is the place I’ll bring my other fur babies ( not for a very very long time) but when it’s time they will come here to be cared for just the way I would love it to be. We came home to find our 13 year old cat, Kronk, had passed away. After much searching, we found Denver Pet Cemetery. They were able to get us in right away and were able to pick up our boy's ashes a couple of hours later. They also assisted us with transferring our other cat's ashes into a beautiful urn. I highly recommend Denver Pet Cemetery to take care of your furry babies. They are compassionate, professional, and took great care of our baby.

First time having my pet passed away and didn’t know what to do. My 9 year old husky that I had since she was a pup passed away it was hard and the worst day for me. I really would like to give them a good review, but I spent a lot of money 20 yrs ago here and whenever I have visited find the grounds not to be cared for properly. I also saw that my dog's missing marker was moved when I stopped to visit about 10 yrs ago, they did replace it, but nonetheless it's just not been a great experience. Evergreen has a much nicer pet section if you choose to bury.

Losing your young(ish) pet suddenly and unexpectedly is an awful thing. Our family's Bernese mountain dog had been eating less than usual she went to see the family vet and then spent a night at VRCC for a full work-up. They released her Friday night and said she was back to eating and looking better. Well as soon as she got home she plopped down in a different spot than usual and wouldn't get up and wouldn't have a piece of bacon. I knew she was probably dying. When she passed around 4 am I googled pet cremation. What are we going to do with this 130 pound dog. There was just no way emotionally that we were going to load her in the car. I called Everett and he answered right away. He came to pick her up with his son. They were incredibly kind, conscientious, and polite coming into our house, engaging my 2.5 year olds question, and loading her up in their car. They could not have been more loving or gentle with her body. They offer a viewing tho we opted out of that. We did want a private cremation so we only would have her ashes. They called that night and they were available for pick up. Everett had already explained that the ashes would be in a ziplock in a velvet bag, in a box Saran wrapped. I was not as nervous to pick up. They were packed so nicely and labeled well, it is just so clear that they care. We just moved her into an urn to keep in the house.The experience couldn't have been better given the circumstances. Additionally the price is dependent on weight and whether you want private cremation. We thought it was a very affordable service for our big gurl.

The people here are kind, accommodating, and efficient. Not only are their prices very reasonable for the service they provide, theyre also the only place around that I could find that will let you witness your pet's cremation, which can really help with closure. When I dropped off my dog, he was availible for me to pick up the next day. I hope its many, many years before I have need of their services again but when I do, I will definitely come back to them in particular

The morning my kitty passed away, I realized I hadn't even thought about what I should or wanted to do with her remains. When I called Denver Pet Cemetery, I was greeted by a kind, empathetic voice. He graciously answered all of my questions, regarding pricing, and even with how to transport the remains. They even allow you to cremate your animal's favorite bed or blanket during cremation.From the moment we spoke on the phone, to the time I arrived at crematorium, I felt very cared for. The process is very easy, and i was able to come back to collect the ashes later that day. They offer different urns if you would like something more formal than the included velvet bag. The ashes were sealed in plastic, and they include a certificate and even a lock of fur.During a process that is already so extremely emotional, I felt cared for, and felt that my baby girl was being left in loving hands. I couldn't recommend this place more . 5 million stars.

My little hamster passed away and I brought him to be cremated here. The employees are very caring and compassionate. Do not be put off by the appearance of the outside grounds. It may look untidy, but the people that work here are all so nice. I chose to have my hamsters remains returned to me in a beautiful wooden box. They provided me with a little certificate also. Prices are also very affordable.

My pet died tragically after being hit by a car. I called around and Everett answered. He was on his way out for the day, but offered to stay late so that my dog could be taken care of. He was so thoughtful and caring; you can really tell that he places a lot of importance in what he does and that he has the utmost respect and compassion for pets and their people. My my cat Sophie passed away Friday night,and I was able to get an appointment that same evening and I got her remains back the next day. We lost our youngest Whisker Chubb on Valentine's day this year to cancer at the young age of 15. We called the next mornin to see about a cremation. Everitt was very polite and empathetic to our loss. We set the appointment for 1130 that morning as we live in Fraser. We arrived much earlier and they accommodated our arrival without skipping a beat. We were allowed to watch them carefully place Chubb in the furnace all alone. They called us 2 hours later to inform us we could pick up Chubb. They presented us with a simple box containing a velvet purse containing a baggy. Inside were Chubb's ashes. Very fine with no large pieces. We will use Denver Pet Cemetary in the future and highly recommend them to anyone. The place ain't fancy but it is of the highest quality.

I can't thank you enough for helping us honor my baby. They were extremely kind and caring. They obviously understand that they are not just pets but a important and cherished member of your family. I really felt that they were truly sorry for my loss and i appreciated that they even decorated the box everything came in with stamps and my little boys name. Near the end he had a lot of health issues that there was nothing i could do anything about but i felt no judgement from them whatsoever which i was beyond grateful for since i already felt so bad about it. I thank God that i found this place and will recommended then to anyone i know that loses there best friends. The pain i feel for the loss of my baby is still horrible but it gave me some comfort that at least i know i chose the best possible people to give him the send off he deserved. And whoever posted the 1 star review should be ashamed of themselves. Everything you said couldn't be farther from the truth and i sincerely hope people ignore their comment.

I have yet to have an experience with this particular place, but I do work as a crematory operator for a funeral home, and cremains should never come back to a loved one as black charcoal coloring! Not to mention that a place should never have the "I don't care attitude about a loved one! A loved one, a family member, a best friend can be a pet as well and that needs to be respected....the cremains need to be respected! That is just my professional opinion in the matter...and to all of those who have had a not so good experience with this place....My heart goes out to all of you and you departed loved one!

We had to stop the suffering for our 14 year old Boston Terrier, Emma. I appreciate being able to come to a place and take care of cremation for our dog. I don't care what the place looks like as other reviews suggest. If you want Dubai looks, pay 3-4 times the price from a vet.I am overall grateful for this place as we went through this tragic event.

This is my 2nd time coming to this cemetary. 1st time prior to new ownership was pleasant. 2nd time was even better. The new owners are simply wonderful. Set up a private cremation for a beloved pet & they were beyond accommodating on such short notice. We were able to set an appointment with no hassle of any kind, which was amazing as everyone who attended operates on polar opposite schedules. They took care of my lovely pet in the most compassionate, respectful & gentle way; it touched my heart. Allowed a moment with the deceased & provided a hair patch. I have highly recommend the Denver Pet Cemetery & Crematorium to numerous friends and family and will never go elsewhere when it comes to my furry companions. Thank you so very much! <3

I had to make a tough call on my hunting dog with cancer, and Everett walked me through the process and was very accommodating, even at a late hour of the night. Thete are so many words i can say about Everett and Grant. I lost my beloved Jack Russell last night her name was Charlotte. I was devastated beyond words. I looked on Google to see where i can take her to get creamated and this place popped up now it's 7:00 pm thinking i would get a voice mail but no i got Everett on the phone . I told him what happened and he was the kindest man . I took Charlotte there by 8:15 pm yes at night but they didnt care about nothing but me and my husbands loss. They treated her with up most respect and caring . I went today to get her to bring her home. Everett and Grant met me with caring hugs and handed my my fur child. She is in a beautiful berry container with a beautiful saying on it. If anyone loses a pet PLEASE keep this place in mind. They are professional and caring. Thank you for caring . Our a Japanese Chin Saké died on during our trip to Boulder. Fortunately, we found Denver Pet Cemetery and I spoke to Everett, the owner, and Grant, who did the cremation, and they had my baby’s ashes safely back to us before we headed home. A miserable situation, but her ashes are a comfort.

Had two cats that were supposed to be done private cremation (1 pet in crematory at a time) back in 90's and I am almost positive that I didn't get back my pet. One cat was larger than the other and when I got the smaller cat back her cremains weighed more than the larger cat. How does that work? Both in cardboard boxes. I upgraded them to nicer burch urns today and upon inspection something didn't look right.I have thought this for many years.The smaller cats cremains which were heavier looked like they just mixed whatever leftovers and basically dust into a bag and called it good. I sure hope that I'm wrong? I don't know if this place is still the same owner or not but it's pretty sketchy and I'll never know for sure if in fact I got my cats back or not. So unless you witness the cremation you may be paying for private and getting communal instead.RMPC is trustworthy and I know for a fact I got back my beloved dog and 2 other cats.Good luck! 😕3/12/16 To Owners I appreciate your response and I do undestand how the process works but why did my pets cremains look like fireplace ash and cinder and not like the way they should being a grey sandy material? These do not look anything like cremains. I took them out of original containers to upgrade to better ones and the cats cremains in the photo looked as described. I know you've been around a long time. I would like to email you a photo of the cremains so you can explain why they look like they do if you don't mind? Everitt was very polite and empathetic to our loss. We set the appointment for 1130 that morning as we live in Fraser. We arrived much earlier and they accommodated our arrival without skipping a beat. We were allowed to watch them carefully place Chubb in the furnace all alone. They called us 2 hours later to inform us we could pick up Chubb. They presented us with a simple box containing a velvet purse containing a baggy. Inside were Chubb's ashes. Very fine with no large pieces. We will use Denver Pet Cemetary in the future and highly recommend them to anyone. The place ain't fancy but it is of the highest quality.

Nothing was more heart wrenching than watching my Blue transition into the next world. Grant took great care of him and was very respectful and professional. They were open even on Sunday. I had Blue's remains that day. Thank you for making a hard and difficult event a little less hard.

I can't thank you enough for helping us honor my baby. They were extremely kind and caring. They obviously understand that they are not just pets but a important and cherished member of your family. I really felt that they were truly sorry for my loss and i appreciated that they even decorated the box everything came in with stamps and my little boys name. Near the end he had a lot of health issues that there was nothing i could do anything about but i felt no judgement from them whatsoever which i was beyond grateful for since i already felt so bad about it. I thank God that i found this place and will recommended then to anyone i know that loses there best friends. The pain i feel for the loss of my baby is still horrible but it gave me some comfort that at least i know i chose the best possible people to give him the send off he deserved. And whoever posted the 1 star review should be ashamed of themselves. Everything you said couldn't be farther from the truth and i sincerely hope people ignore their comment.

They were very kind. They took good care of my baby. The paw print was done well although it was pricey. They were AVAILABLE which we found other pet cremation services weren't. Service was prompt. Thank you.

Kind, accommodating and empathetic individuals and services. Guaranteed private services offering prompt, even same-day services for the same price you'd pay at the veterinarian. I used Denver Pet Cemetery and Crematory in 1993 and again today and I regret not using them in between.

I have yet to have an experience with this particular place, but I do work as a crematory operator for a funeral home, and cremains should never come back to a loved one as black charcoal coloring! Not to mention that a place should never have the "I don't care attitude about a loved one! A loved one, a family member, a best friend can be a pet as well and that needs to be respected....the cremains need to be respected! That is just my professional opinion in the matter...and to all of those who have had a not so good experience with this place....My heart goes out to all of you and you departed loved one!

I was really interested in this place after the loss of my pet, but I called multiple times, my husband called, we both text them like they ask you to if you get no answer & yet, no response , sad…I went with Huron animal hospital instead, they helped me do everything for my pet’s cremation same day 👍🏼

My mom's cat had literally passed away earlier that day and I had called and Everett had answered and talked me through the process. Then when we took her down Grant was so helpful in again telling us what would happen and walking us through it. Will definitely recommend and use in the future

Had two cats that were supposed to be done private cremation (1 pet in crematory at a time) back in 90's and I am almost positive that I didn't get back my pet. One cat was larger than the other and when I got the smaller cat back her cremains weighed more than the larger cat. How does that work? Both in cardboard boxes. I upgraded them to nicer burch urns today and upon inspection something didn't look right.I have thought this for many years.The smaller cats cremains which were heavier looked like they just mixed whatever leftovers and basically dust into a bag and called it good. I sure hope that I'm wrong? I don't know if this place is still the same owner or not but it's pretty sketchy and I'll never know for sure if in fact I got my cats back or not. So unless you witness the cremation you may be paying for private and getting communal instead.RMPC is trustworthy and I know for a fact I got back my beloved dog and 2 other cats.Good luck! 😕3/12/16 To Owners I appreciate your response and I do undestand how the process works but why did my pets cremains look like fireplace ash and cinder and not like the way they should being a grey sandy material? These do not look anything like cremains. I took them out of original containers to upgrade to better ones and the cats cremains in the photo looked as described. I know you've been around a long time. I would like to email you a photo of the cremains so you can explain why they look like they do if you don't mind? I would appreciate it and after I will up my rating. Thanks

The people here are wonderful individuals and will treat your loved one with care. They also cremate each pet individually so you are only getting back the ashes of your pet, not like other places that cremate multiple pets at once.
