Lasting Paws provides professional, high quality pet memorial services, which I used when my most beloved dog died recently. I was quite nervous about going to retrieve his cremains, but the people there were amazingly kind and compassionate, and made me feel completely welcome and at ease. Their Centennial facility was serene and beautiful, and in a very real way gave me comfort in such a grief filled time. They provided me a beautiful, engraved urn that will help keep his memory close to my heart forever. Thank you, Lasting Paws.

Hey, did you know your pet is dead? No? Well good, Lasting Paws will call and email you constantly to remind you that your dog's dead body is sitting with them unless you give them money to return remains. Multiple phone calls, multiple emails, each a painful reminder of your loss -- BUT HURRY THEY NEED YOUR MONEY FOR THE ASHES. I asked for them to stop calling and they said it was required for them to call 3 times before the cremation. Horrible experience, made my loss even worse. Not compassionate or kind at all. I wish I could get the body back and do the cremation myself because it's much better than these constant reminders.

Lasting Paws of Centennial took care of my baby girl Turbo when she passed suddenly. They were very quick and everything I received for my baby girl was amazing. It has been a very tough time with the sudden loss of her, and I like to think they took good care of her

Lasting Paws Pet Memorial Services in Centennial provided a very peaceful, private room to pay our last respects to our beloved cat. They offered various options as far as cremation services and we were able to choose an affordable one with the confidence that we would be receiving only our pet's remains. We were happy with the choice of urns and delighted that they engraved our pet's name on the wooden urn we chose. We asked for a paw print for our pet and they went the extra mile and gave us a double print on the same mold. Jacob, the gentleman who assisted us with everything was extremely thoughtful and respectful. I could not have asked for better service and care during this difficult time.

I'm very disappointed with my experience with Lasting Paws.The engraving on the urn I ordered for my dog has a mistake where the letters are not cut out all the way. I contacted Lasting Paws and they offered to sell me another urn at full price.My dog was my best friend, and it's important that her final resting place at least looks nice. Instead, it looks cheap and poorly made, so I'll have to replace it. I am very disappointed in the lack of attention to detail shown by Lasting Paws.To top it off, when Jakob contacted me about my dog's remains, he called her "Chubby" (her name was Cubby) and referred to her as "he". Again, attention to detail is so important with final wishes, and Lasting Paws unfortunately let me down.

When my kitty unexpectedly took a turn for the worse and had to be put down, not only was the vet exceptional but we just moved and had very little money but Lasting Paws stepped up and gave us THE best service and treated us and my kitty with respect and love. I don't know how often they do this but they were extremely generous to my family and paid for most of the cost which completely restored my faith in human kindness!! I highly recommend their services to everyone!!! They even gave us a paw print of my kitty, Buddy, and put him in their Rosewood urn. Its perfect! Thank you so much Lasting Paws❣️❣️😻😺 Seriously, THE best!!

I highly recommend them I first worked with their Wheat Ridge location through a vet my dog was returned so fast and in a beautiful all wooden box including a great paw impression. My most recent lose I went through their Centennial location directly the front desk staff was so helpful and accommodating they really do want to help with your loss and understand your greef. I received my dog back in the same quick manner and in a different bamboo box that is also so nice I again ordered the paw imprint and received it even better I knew my dog had a lot of hair covering his paws when he passed (he was old and hated having his feet touched I was not going to fight with him in the twilight of his life) and it seems like they trimmed his foot before the impression was taken so I have a clear print from him. I highly recommend them I know some people have been having trouble going through a vets office I personally went through Seven Hills in Aurora and got everything I asked for. Thank you guys so much your service makes a terrible time a little bit easier.

I requested to attend my best friend's, Dozer, cremation. They made the arrangements very easy in such difficult time. Once there, the directions were very clear and there was a high sense of transparency and trust in their process. I stayed the whole time, saying goodbye to my best friend. They were understanding and compassionate.Update: previous review was done on March of 2022 when the business was called Pet Cremation Services and they were excellent. I recently had my other bulldog pass away and contacted this business to emulate the same care and services I was able to obtain for Dozer a year ago. My in-home vet was again Caring Pathways and they asked me to reach out to Lasting Paws directly, since I wanted to witness the cremation process. Last year I paid $150 and was expecting something similar. They said they would honor the contract price with Caring Pathways for $379 but if I wanted to attend and witness the cremation I would have to cover the difference. SO, now that they are a different business, they are charging over $800 for cremation and therefore, if I wanted to witness the cremation I would have to pay over $400. I was in shock, and got detailed answers as this seemed to be an error, but the representative was very calm and clear over the phone, saying that is how it works now and there's nothing they could do about it. I immediately contacted Caring Pathways to see if they knew anything about this, as it goes against their mission and my previous experience with them. They contacted Lasting Paws and came back with the same answer. I understand this is a business and they have to look out for their profits, but this seemed almost inhumane. I felt like I was being taking advantage of in such fragile time. I felt no care or compassion through my communication with Lasting Paws and nobody contacted me back to try to better resolve the situation. I cancelled my appointments with both parties and was able to find people that TRULY wanted to help me in this difficult time.If you're in this line of work, you have to at least care one bit about the people/pets you care for over the business aspect of the job.Spoke with many resources these last couple of days, that expressed the same concern regarding Lasting Paws and I would encourage anyone to do the proper research ahead of time before signing up for anything, for as when you're seeing your kid/best friend passing away is hard to make decisions due to the high level of vulnerability.

I had a very unfortunate experience during one of the hardest days I’ve had to go through. I went to pick up my dog’s remains after having to put him down. I walked in and there was no one at the counter. A woman around the corner poked her head out and motioned that she’d be with me in a moment. While I was waiting, another woman walked up from the back and asked what I needed. I expected to be greeted at least with kindness during this difficult moment but she seemed like I was inconveniencing her by asking for my dogs ashes. She asked for his name and began shuffling through cabinets that held bags with remains. There seemed to be no organization to their system as it took her several minutes to locate my dog. Not the best feeling watching someone move a bunch of bags around trying to find your dogs’ remains. And to do that in front of a grieving pet owner? Very unprofessional and insensitive. She set the bag on the counter without saying anything to me and I left. I chose this place because my vet recommended it but I highly regret using them to say goodbye to my dog, it was a very insensitive interaction and I worry my dog wasn’t well taken care of while there.

Today June 11, 2022 I was just quoted a price of $647 by Becky at the Centennial location for a witnessed cremation for my beloved 26 pound 16 year-old dog. That's approximately twice as much as they charged at the same location for a witnessed cremation last month for a dog that weighed more. The reason given was that PCS has just been bought out by another corporation (other than Regency) which has raised their prices (again). I'm stunned and disappointed. This seems to me unconscionable price-gouging and contrary to the previously claimed values of PCS. I will no longer use their services and can no longer recommend.

I have used the services of the Centennial branch of Pet Cremation Services several times over the past few years as I have cared for a feral cat colony plus I have had several pets of my own that have reached ripe old ages. All of my furbabies, both the feral and my domestic pets have deserved to be treated with dignity and respect as they have passed. With Pet Crenation Services, I feel that they have been treated the way they deserved.

I was very happy with their services. They were friendly, courteous, and sympathetic. We had our hamster, Cloudy, cremated. Some might thing that's going overboard but it was the first pet for our children and they loved him. I would recommend Pet Cremation Services to anyone.

I brought my cat, Mojo, in. The reception lady was very nice. She allowed me time to say my good-byes. She didn't prey on my emotions to upsell. I really appreciated that. I purchased a private cremation, clay paw print, and ink print. The prints came out amazing. I'm very happy with them. The turn around time was only 2 days, 1 day earlier than expected. I definitely recommend them, should you ever need them.

0 stars.It's taken me a while to share this experience as it was difficult for me to get through my loss with the experience I had with this place.When I went to pick up my dog's ashes, I got home and noticed my paw print had a different animal's name on the back. This made me nervous, and then I noticed they put him in a wooden box when I had only paid for the basic tin. This made me question if I even had the right dog's ashes. When I called to let them know, the person I talked to said the name on the back of my print was a large dog so the pawprint I got was definitely for my "cat." Since I brought a dog in, this made me feel like they didn't even really look into the discrepancy and left me with doubt and anxiety. I would not recommend using this place. Dealing with a loss of a pet is a very difficult thing, and this kind of experience made it even worse for me.

I asked for a paw print to be made from my sweet polydactyl cat that died recently - and to my complete disappointment the print I received is purportedly from his “back” paw. Nothing unique or memorable about this back paw print. And when I called to find out why this paw print didn’t have his six toes - I was told I had to make a special request for a front paw print. 😳So to be clear - the unique and defining feature of my cat’s front paws was completely overlooked so that I would be receiving the very ordinary back paw print.It’s heartbreaking.It’s also extremely thoughtless.

So sad when Bella passed but they made it beautiful. The staff was so kind and caring during a heartbreaking time. My furbaby was an old feral Tom cat who decided I was his human. He was picked up by Pet Cremation services and treated with the respect that would be given a prized purebred. I will, unfortunately, be using their service again as I have another formerly feral baby about to cross the bridge. Knowing that I'm getting the real remains of my friends means everything to me.

I am very torn. When DDFL sent over my info, along with my cat. Well I followed up the next day. I requested a paw print of my cat. When I went to pick up his remains, there was no paw print. It just sucked. But they were able to engrave his name in a bag. I really wanted the paw print. But again I am torn.

I am very thankful that I was lucky enough to find these folks. During a rough time I found them to be sympathetic, kind, flexible, and very professional. If you need such a service, I highly recommend them. They were fast and very reasonably priced. They did us right by our beloved dog Chloe. Thanks PCS!

I really regret letting the Buddy Center take my family here. I asked for a paw print and some furr to put in an album and when I picked up his ashes from the Buddy Center, they didn't do any of that. I know for a fact I called this one because I confirmed with the receptionist. And now I will never have the opportunity to get any of it. How could you be so careless about it? I am already going through enough pain having lost the best friend I have woken up with every single day that I can possibly remember. But you guys made it 10x worse.

I purchased a private cremation for Kibo and Dr. Nicole treated her with kindness & the dignity that she deserved 🐶😪... I now have Her Ashes and a Paw Print that will remind me of the Good Times 😁I would recommend Caring Pathways, it's the best way to care for your Pet's needs in the Journey of Life..

The day we lost T8r, we brought him here. The staff was very respectful and expressed their deepest condolences. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye and got the paperwork done quickly, and his ashes and paw prints were ready the next day. I cannot express how grateful I am for those there that day. Thank you.

After losing our very beloved dog lil foot we were devastated and Hailey and Joe were wonderful. Hailey answered all my questions and when Joe came and picked him up for cremation he was very kind and showed his deepest sympathy. I would definitely recommend them if you ever need.
