This urn is incredibly beautiful. The craftsmanship is outstanding and so perfect but I can still tell it is handmade from the initials on the bottom and the small bumps on the underside of the lid. It is everything I hoped for. I can tell Susan puts a lot of care into these not only by the quality, but also the immediate and fast shipping and the personal note on the business card. Thank you, Susan. This is incredibly special to me and I am so grateful you've given me something so lovely for my brother's eternal rest.

I'm a potter and know the quality of a great wheel thrown piece and the firing and glazing process. I purchased one of Susan's beautiful Urns this morning, two months after my husband passed away. I have been looking for the perfect statement urn for weeks and today, within a 5min. Etsy search, there it was on Susan's beautiful site. I appreciated the reviews and the detailed description of which size to buy. It was perfect for Duke's cremains. I also purchased the mahogany stand that seems to give the piece a museum quality voice; the voice is elegance, beauty and a sense of spirituality.Because I don't live far from Boulder, I was able to pick the Urn up at Susan's home/studio and she gave me a tour of her work area. You can tell that she takes her work seriously and each piece is constructed with care. I didn't plan this trip or this purchase. It happened as if it was a Divine Intervention. It's made my day.

Susan did a beautifully fantastic job on the custom urn. I had ordered a last stock item and it sadly arrived broken (the delivery company failed to see the "Fragile" sign and the box was dented). Susan is one of the most gifted artists in her craft. I appreciate that the opening was wide enough for me to fit my father's ashes inside in the bag(in case something ever happens, though I hope it doesn't) for extra protection. OMG! The vase is more beautiful than the picture!It is such an interesting process to produce the vivid colors.We have this on a shelf at our lake home and the colors reflect off the lake. When my husband passed away in November of this year I searched and searched on the internet for something that I thought would honor him and be a beautiful vessel to house his remains. I also wanted an urn that had a place at the top for a candle because whenever I go into a church I love to light candles in memory of my loved ones.I ordered an urn from Susan and I must say it is truly exquisite. It is a piece of art. My husband would be approving of it. Everyone who has seen it says how beautiful it is.I love that it is masculine, that it reminds me of the universe, and each side is different.I couldn't be happier with it even though the purchase was for a very sad purpose.

I had such a difficult time finding an urn for my heart dog, Eloise. Until I came across Sacred Urns on Etsy. The artisanship alone is incredible, but I fell in love with the kintsugi method she uses to repair broken pieces. It reminded me of how my dog and I helped fix each other’s broken pieces. Thank you for such a special resting place for my sweet Eloise <3Also worth noting - the packing/shipping was really impressive; I saved the box and packing materials so that it won’t break whenever I next move.
