They provided a more compassionate and personal experience without charging the price of a new car. I had option to have a paw print with a frame and a necklace with my baby girl ashes for half the price of what my vet charged for just an urn. Thank you for the perfect paw print that I will use for my tattoo. It broke my heart to leave my baby girl there but you returned her to me quickly ....thank you!!

Our beloved Tiare passed away rather suddenly over the weekend.Kevin was so kind to fit us in on the day I called for help. I had to find a place to witness cremation as well as not to send our beloved family's ash via mail. Blue Creek is definitely the place to go if you are like me about our fur babies. We drove 1.5 hours from home, and we are really glad we did it. Every single mile worth it to send our fur babies off with all the love.Kevin was very nice and understanding what we were going through. He was even great with our young kids who need extra time to say goodbye to their best friend and perfect older sister. It was such a tough time, but he really made sure that we take moment to have the comfortable level of closure for our great loss. Kevin really helped us to take care of her well until the very end.We really appreciate the service he offered and also some chats about things in life.He did wonderful job engraving her name on her urn and we could come home with her on the same day in our arms.Thank you very much for your great support while we go through such a difficult time. We really appreciate you.

We had a great experience with Kevin. He took such good care of our pet Lucky in his final moments, and gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes to him with our family in a private setting. It was a comforting experience to be able to know our beloved pet was taken care of so carefully in his final moment, and to be able to witness the cremation process in person rather than shipping off your pet to some company through a vet. Kevin was super sweet, understanding, and kind and great to talk to. Thank you for everything.

We picked up our Harley today from Blue Creek. They provided a wonderful urn with her name and dates on it. They made the whole experience so much better than the times were have gone through a vet. The compassion and understanding helped us to deal with this. They gave us a lock of her hair, that surprised us in such a good way. The pricing was beyond reasonable. The service exemplary.

The 15-minute drive to Blue Creek was well worth it. They are helpful, efficient, understanding, and - in my case - offered same-day service. I was able to bring my sweet Wensday in within hours of her passing, and her cremains were ready for pick up the following week, all of which helped to make a difficult time much more bearable.

Kevin and Mechelle were very responsive to my needs when I lost my beloved cat of 21 years. They scheduled me right away, even though the holiday was only 2 days away and were very caring and comforting during my time of heartbreak and despair. The turnaround time was prompt, considering it was a holiday weekend and the price is very affordable. I would recommend them highly. Kevin and Michelle are very compassionate people.

Meant so much to us that she referred to Blade by his name, not by dog or your pet she knew how much he meant to us. I had called around before the actual day came , about putting my dog Sky down. I rescued her as an adult, and had her for 14 years. She was having trouble getting up, walking and everything. I just couldn’t bear to do it. Couldn’t think of my life without her. I decided I would do it on my birthday 9/9. She passed the morning before. I called and made an appointment at 4:45 PM. I was totally strong until I got there, then I just fell apart. They were so kind during me falling apart. Michele was so nice. After I paid I still had a hard time to let it go. I shut the tailgate on my truck. Michele, said “ look at that hummingbird just watching you “. I stood there at the back of my truck just watching the hummingbird sitting on a branch. ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you Kevin & Michele for everything.

We picked up our sweet Charlie and the urn she was in was beautiful with little paw prints. They also gave us a sweet poem and a pamphlet about pets passing which was very sweet, but the best thing was they saved some of her hair for us in a baggie, which I was so grateful for. She was dropped off yesterday and we got to pick her up today, so service was very fast.

The people at Blue Creek are not only highly professional but treated with respect our feelings when the time came to put our loved and loving Rocky to rest. They also have an all inclusive and very reasonable price for the service. You have a choice from many very nice urns, an official Death Certificate plus their own personalized Certificate of Remembrance for your pet. My wife and I recommend Blue Creek Pet Cremation.

As you know, it can be very difficult when you lose a pet and when they go, it's always too soon. My Molly gave 10 wonderful years before she was taken from me. Kevin and Michelle were so wonderful and kind. They provided me with comfort and understanding during the process of her cremation. I will always be grateful .

I ended up losing 2 of my cat babies who happened to be sisters in the same week. While this was one of the worst times for me Michelle made me feel so much better and took such care to detail and accommodating to my little requests. I couldn't be more happy with how the urn and pawprints turned out. I would recommend them a million times and though I hope to not be back anytime soon I would definitely come back in the future.

I would give zero stars if I could and I would NEVER wish my experience with Blue Creek Pet Cremation on anyone who loves their pet.I called Blue Creek on a Thursday and spoke to Kevin about their witnessed cremation services. The next day I call Blue Creek back to make an appointment because our little pug dog was going to be put down on Monday. I speak to Kevin again (who claimed to remember me) and he makes the appointment for Monday February 14th at 2pm. Later that morning Kevin texts me a confirmation of my appointment on Monday at 2pm, and the address to their facility (screenshots included).I show up on Monday the 14th at 2pm cradling the body of my dead dog and a woman named Michelle tells us that they don't have us on the books and can't take us. She also adds in that her propane setup wasn't working right so her morning appointments were all backed up. Seriously? She barely apologized and then said she "couldn't find her husband" to confirm if he'd taken the appointment. She didn't even bother to talk to us outside and instead we had to shout to each other over the roaring cremation chambers that were on.Who does this?!?! I was DEVASTATED.The whole reason I wanted our dog's euthanasia and cremation to happen on the same day was to avoid having to put his little body on ice, but I was forced to. I found an AMAZING cremation service in Livermore that allowed a fully witnessed cremation, and we had Oscar's service that Thursday. Stay away from Blue Creek Pet Cremation!

In an Industry that perhaps gets least appreciation for their service. They were very accommodating and sensitive to our feelings, of having lost a family pet rabbit Coco. Our most recent experience of a loss was a shock, as it’s is with most. Blue Creek offered exceptional service along w/ the keepsakes and momento items.

I am amazed of The credibility and service and the promptness of this company. my baby passed away at 3 a.m. Sunday night and they had an appointment for me at 11 a.m. Monday morning. Extremely professional and prompt and caring... The end memorial is impeccable.. absolutely earned every penny they were paid I am grateful.

Our beloved dog, Toppy, lost a two year battle with lymphoma on Saturday, April 3rd. The next day we decided to have him cremated so we could keep his ashes and picture on our mantle and remember him forever. Unfortunately it was difficult to find a crematorium on a Sunday and the local ones we found were not taking pets direct from owners due to Covid. Finally I managed to contact Kevin at Blue Creek Pet Cremation and he was very kind and helpful. We arranged to bring Toppy there on Monday. It was a bit of a drive to Tracy but well worth the trouble. Kevin and Michelle were wonderful and their price was very reasonable and even included a small wooden urn. We opted for an upgrade since we wanted Toppy's picture on the outside but there was absolutely no pressure to do so. I would highly recommend Blue Creek for anyone who loses a pet they love.My wife and I were in a great deal of grief from losing our dearest boy. I was told by a grief counselor that writing a letter to a loved one who has passed was one way to relief some of the grief. I did so and it definitely helped although it did not completely stop my grieving. In case you might consider doing the same thing here is the letter I wrote to Toppy:April 8, 2021Goodbye Dearest Toppy Dog,I am writing this to tell you how much your Mom, your sister Shadow, and I miss you and love you.To be honest I don't really believe in those stories of Heaven, Doggie Heaven, or the Rainbow Bridge. But I hope I am wrong in my beliefs and that you really are on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge waiting for us. I would be thrilled beyond believe to be proven wrong in this matter.Anyway, in the eleven plus years you were with us you heard me say "Good Boy" many times and also heard me tell you how much I loved you. Now that you are gone I realize that I didn't say it often enough because you were absolutely the best boy and I loved you more than anything.You were the cutest, sweetest thing as a puppy and over the years you even got better. For the last eleven years you were my best friend and were a significant part of your Mom's and my life. To be truthful our lives revolved around you in many ways. We even bought our Motorhome so we could take you with us wherever we went. Together we visited some 30 states and Canada and all of that travel was made far more enjoyable because you were with us.We had a great many adventures together and I honestly can't think what we will do in the future without you. My best guess is that I have maybe ten years left in this old body of mine but if I had an option to have those ten years without you or just five years with you I'd take the five years in a heartbeat.I have been crying much of the time since your passing. I'm ok for a time then I think of you and start crying again. The same goes for Mom. Sister Shadow doesn't cry out loud but she is clearly distressed and just lies around moping most of the time. Frank, Gail, Tom and so many others have expressed their distress at your passing and offered us their condolences. You are missed by so many!In recent weeks you and Shadow went to the back fence around 2:00 p.m. each day to get a cookie from Mary. The first few days you were gone Shadow didn't go out at all. The last two days she has gone to the fence and when Mary gives her a cookie she takes it and puts it on the lawn for you then goes back to get her own.Eventually Mom and I will get another dog so Shadow can have a companion much as we got Shadow so you could have a companion. I have no doubt that we will love the new dog much as we love Shadow. But I am absolutely sure that we will never love another dog more than we love you. You will always be in our hearts and minds. You were really something special.If you really are up beyond a Rainbow Bridge then I hope you are aware of what I am writing and how I feel. Even if not I wanted to put in writing just how I feel to make sure I have something to keep and be sure I never forget you.With all my love,Your Dad
