The emergency vet hospital uses this company for pet cremation services. There are several options and selections. I opted for a private cremation with viewing. Candy and everyone I dealt with here were caring, attentive and answered all my questions. I called multiple times with inquiries as this was my first time having this type of service done. My dog Jade is the love of my life and so after 17 years and 9 months I wanted to ensure he and our beautiful relationship was honored and cherished. I definitely received that and more. This place also has a phone number you can call to speak with a therapist 24/7 as an emotional resource for grieving pet parents. You get 3 calls for free. I called twice and it was very helpful. Thank you West Coast Memorial Temecula staff for being professional and a class act. I am grateful everything turned out very well. R.I.P. my boy 1/2/25 until we meet again. I love you for always.

Losing your best friend is never an easy experience or process but the staff of west coast pet memorial services made the process bearable and memorable. I’m glad my family discovered this company. Every individual that I had the privilege to talk to helped me out with so much care and compassion.Leaving this review is the least I can do to thank them for making the process a little easier.Thank you for giving my dog the love and respect he deserves.

Very polite and understanding staff, they made the whole process easy to go through, and we received our dogs remains back in a week in a beautiful cedar box with his name and a ceramic paw print, also a certificate of cremation with the raindow bridge poem. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I requested communal cremation with no return of ashes when my pet was euthanized. EVERY DAY since her death five days ago, I’ve received E-mails AND phone calls telling me to log in and make a "final decision". One e-mail indicated a deadline to respond or the communal option would be carried out. I did not respond. The deadline kept getting moved up.I logged in to see if I could confirm my original choice. The only option was to pay for additional services. The upsell tactics are disturbing. With each call and e-mail I was reminded of my pets death and I imagined her body kept in a freezer while they took another crack at getting me to make a purchase.

We lost our 14yr old dog last week and we were devastated. They had his ashes sent to me within a week. Ups misplaced them and told us the package was lost. Crystal called me within the first 5 min they were open on Mon. and Candy called to tell me she located the package and had a new delivery date for me within the hour. I cannot tell you how much that meant to my family. I recommend this service to anyone who has lost a beloved pet. They really do go above and beyond for the customer. Thankyou

We lost our handsome black German Shepherd unexpectedly...We are sadden and needed a crematorium fairly quickly. I phoned West Coast Pet Memorial Service and the receptionist was more then helpful she asked for our dog's name and when referring to him she called him by name which I appreciated very much. We dropped him off with his personalized urn (which they were very oh kay with us bringing it in) and they handled Dillinger with sympathy, dignity, respect, courtesy and answered all of our questions. The personal touches-engraved name plate and the paw cast was awesome!! Dillinger came home and we are as happy as we can be under the circumstances. WCPMS did a phenomenal job. Thank you so much!!!

We sadly had to put our dog down and we went to the emergency vet clinic. They used Circle of Life. About a week later we got our Fluke back, and the cedar box was beautiful, the paw print was perfect, and they included a heart shaped piece of paper that has seeds embedded in it so we can plant it. So thoughtful and beautiful. I called to thank the staff and said they did a beautiful job, the woman on the other end was very gracious. It is not something you really want to think about nor go thru ever again, but when the need arises in the future we will definitely use their services again.

My Neighborhood Vet Hospital used their services. Their presentation of my baby’s remains was immaculate and beautifully put together. It met all my needs and the card validated that I loved this little being. 5 just for that. However, they should get extra stars for including complimentary support and counseling for pet grief. While I am regulated and have an amazing support system, for some people, their babies are more family than “blood”. I always agonize that I made the right decision to allow my friend to transition and to know that kind individuals would talk to me about it. Heck yes. #griefislife #griefislove #missmyjesusfairy

My dog passed suddenly this past week. The vet office recommended West Coast Pet Memorial for the cremation. I am beyond impressed on how the service and process was handled. I worked personally with Angelica and she helped me throughout the grieving process to make sure my dog's ashes and paw print come home as natural as possible. She even emailed me pictures of the paw prints before picking up to assure me their goal is to provide quality service and lasting memories of your pet. I hope not to have to use their service anytime soon for my other 2 dogs, but if I did I would surely return to West Coast. They truly understand the pain and heartache of losing a family pet. I'm happy with how everything came out and just wanted to say thank you for the comfort and reassurance of the cremation process. Thank you again!

I've gotten my pet cremated before, and it was a beautiful experience. Unfortunately, this cremation was the worst. I received back the ugliest comical urn I've ever seen, to the point where it's uncomfortable to look at. Although I asked for a full name and birth and death date to be placed on my urn, this company decided for some reason to just use the first name and put it in a very joking font on my urn. I called to ask them to please just use a different font, and put all of the things I requested on the urn, they refused stating they 'do not have a different type of font, just the comical jokey one' . My beloved dog who died from a tumor, now is in an urn that looks like a joke. I paid them a lot of money to do this to my beautiful puppy. I'm embarrassed they are willing to do this to my dog and not even remotely want to fix or correct it. I am a business owner and I'd rather go out of business than to allow this to happen to any of my customers, but this company is willing to disrespect the memory of my wonderful dog. A travesty. I now have to pay to get this fixed and corrected, when I paid the full amount initially, and was given an absolute joke service. Who makes jokes about a dog who died of a cancerous tumor? It's made this devastating experience exponentially worse for my family to receive something that is not even feasibly visually decent enough to be able to display and remember our dog.

No one would like to be here, but yet here we are. As tough as it is, our pets transcended. I just used their services for my senior puppy. The staff is super supportive and understanding. I broke down crying my initial phone call, they gave me space until I could muster up continuing the conversation. The price included the cool pine box, a paw impression and grief support pamphlets (unexpected but greatly appropriated)The whole process of dropping off Sasha and her being ready was about a week.I’d 1,000% recommend!

I just received my old girl's remains after suddenly losing her from an unexpected illness. Our vet uses the services of West Coast Memorial Services. Everything was prepared beautifully. I also got a paw print, that honestly, put me to tears. It was heartbreaking 💔 to lose her but now I can remember her every time I look at her beautiful urn. Thank you West Coast Pet Memorial for everything. I will recommend you to all my family and friends!

*Please not I haven't been to this location, but have used their services (through our local vet) last week, when our pet friend passed away. What a wonderful and endearing final tribute to our friends and family members, I dare not call them just pets.We picked up our dear friend Sweet Pea (our budgie) of 10 years.Circle of Life honors and values the pet as well as the family. The package they provide is so carefully thought out and dignified. They provide a card of sympathy, a "forget me not" flower seed packet, a beautiful ode (a celebration of life) poem, a cedar box for the ashes with a pretty golden locket (with key). They also provide an engraved gold nameplate on top of the box, a fired clay foot/paw print of your dear pet friend, and a nice wooden tripod stand to place the foot/paw print clay disc. They're fast as well. I was expecting the process to take about 10 to 14 days, but we got her (out pet) back in 1 week.It really made us feel whole and complete because they took so much care with the one we so dearly loved for a decade.Their prices are very fair as well.I wholeheartedly recommend using their services.

This place is way out in what feels like the middle of nowhere and doesn't look like much so you have to look out for signage. I visited during Covid so I'm not sure if they allow you to go inside during "normal" times but the presentation and cards that come along with the returned remains are beautiful. This was an excruciating loss for me but they made this process less awful. I'm forever grateful.

My rating for West Coast Pet Memorial Services in Hemet is from a different angle than simply from my wife's & my one-time personal experience with them because I think the way we were referred to this facility is significantly more insightful for anyone trying to make a decision about them than to just read about our single interaction with them.Three years ago, my wife & I seriously and stressfully searched for a place that we could trust to have one of our precious family dogs cremated, as we knew our beloved family member didn't have much longer to live. We were willing to travel to another county, if that's what it took, to have the confidence that we were looking for.We finally found a place, online, that appeared to be what we were looking for, and after we set up an appointment and met the manager and toured the facility, we knew we had found our angel to care for our beloved when her time came. And she proved us right. Her compassion was genuine, .. her actions were above & beyond, .. and her followup was the kind of comfort one needs during such a heart-breaking time.Sadly, a few weeks ago, we again needed her services, but when we called the same facility, we were simply informed that she had left the company. No additional information was offered so I didn't ask. But it seemed odd to us that someone with such a genuine heart for helping grieving pet parents would just up-and-leave after managing the company for 14 years, so we searched the internet for her and, with persistence, finally found a phone number for her to ask why she was no longer there and would she still recommend that we take our sweetie there. As we suspected, it turned out she left for good reason .. because that company had been bought out by a new owner who was taking it in a different direction than where her heart could go. Of course, we asked her if she could give us a current recommendation for where to take our girl, and she very highly recommended West Coast Pet Memorial Services in Hemet. In fact, after giving us the address, since it was 30 miles away and getting near the end of the day -- true to her character -- she said she'd call Morgan at West Coast for us to let her know we were coming so we could focus on getting our 75-lb girl into our car and be on our way. When we met Morgan, it was obvious why she was recommended to us. Morgan exuded the same compassion and graciousness, beyond what's expected, that a grieving pet owner needs. We left feeling confident and relieved. When we went back about one week later, the assistant who met us at the gate ( COVID19 protocol ) was sweet and compassionate, and the memorial package was beautiful and special with all the comforting extra touches.

Sadly my daughter and I had to put down our beloved Orangey who had found her way to us. We could never pick her up as she never became totally domesticated, but the love in her eyes and her need to be close to us after taking a year and a half to just get her inside captured our hearts. She lived longer than most ferals but her health was compromised due to her living conditions prior to accepting us. Circle of Life was recommended by our vet and their compassion was overwhelming. They provide so much support in answering questions and poems and loving thoughts during the grieving process. The box that Orangey is interned in is beautiful and we placed it in her favorite spot to sleep. It brings much comfort.Thank you for having this service for those of us to whom pets are family and whose loss is great.

We didn’t work directly with circle of life but through our vet. I just wanna say that they did a wonderful job with my little furry friend. Everything looked to be done with love and care like if it was their own dog. It really helped during this hard time knowing my dog was in good hands. Thanks again!

So far we have used Circle of life for two of our pets, a 9 month old kitty and our 13 year old golden retriever, they are very kind and caring, they handled our beloved pets with care and were very patient with us. There price is great and the box they store your pets ashes in are beautiful. Thanks Circle of life for doing a great job.

This place has a very compassionate staff, over the last 15 years I've had to make two trips here for our beloved babies and both times I dealt with different people but they were all very kind and helpful through every step. The services were very nice and transporting our little loves ourselves was beneficial in that we were by their side, seeing them through to the very end for every step that we could be and they now have a final resting place in our home with their perfect little paw print.

Well, I seem to be the only one who has a negative review about this facility, except for the post by Patty Grob whose experience I can relate to.The following is my honest account of this facility and people may disagree and that is their right. I posted a great review about AVL clinic next door and wish I could do the same for this facility. However, was appalled by their attitude when my precious Pomerania passed in my arms at home he was 15 years old. He was my first dog and I chose cremation. That morning I called at 9am crying, they told me to put him in a cool dark place. When I told them that this was completely unkind and unacceptable, no one would tell you to put your relative in a closet, It doesn't get much worse than that. They finally let me take him in and I can't stress enough how disgusted I was treated when I arrived with my precious baby still in my arms. They just about whisked him from my arms without any regard for my suffering.Yes it is a nice box for ashes, but which is more important the box or the negative experience that I still think about two years later. Then when they gave me the certificate it had the wrong date of birth.Totally unacceptable when they should know the grief we go through. I would drive many miles to avoid this awful facility.

To my surprise this wonderful place is very close to my home! I had just recently moved to the Valle Vista area When my little Boston Terrier Lily passed away at home last February and I took her here! They were absolutely amazing through the whole process. Very respectful and kind I was very pleased. I’d definitely recommend them to everyone!!!

These angels are just amazing people. They have compassion and are focused on the love of pets more then about the money. I have recently lost my best friend of 16 years and the people here have treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism.. I will forever be grateful for the love and care they have shown. There is a special place in heaven for these wonderful angels

I had lost two beloved dogs 12 months apart from each other at a local pet hospital and both were brought to this place for private cremations. When the ashes of my first pet came back to me along with the imprint of her supposedly "paw" I knew something wasn't right. Right before first dog died I had taken her paw imprint at home, but the paw print I received back from these guys were perfectly formed and shaped because it was made with someone's finger prints instead of my pet's real paw. The imprint even had someone's finger print embedded in the clay. I was very upset and I wanted to confront them for being so disrespectful and insulting to their clients thinking that they could fool people by doing that. But confronting them would only bring further pain and grief upon myself so I had let it go. Last week my second dog died and the same thing happened. The second paw print came back looking exactly like the first and it made me wonder whether or not the ashes in the boxes really belong to my pets? Or were they cremated in mass? Very upsetting and painful to think that these guys could be so unethical and dishonest. If all of you who received back perfect looking paw prints beware because the real paw print will look sloppy with imperfections because pets paws have fur and nails that will also show up on imprint. I would never use these guys again because they've been dishonest and honesty is what people count on for their true pet's ashes to be reunited with them.

They are very kind , we took our beloved Elvira to get cremated when her ashes were ready we picked them up , the box was lovely and they put little special touches i wasn't expecting that was so nice and thoughtful my kids really felt much better seeing how kind they treated her . I will recommend circle of life to anyone who want's to have their pet cremated with dignity and respect.

had problems TWICE now with getting 2 of my cats cremated, and had no choice using them because it was who vet was set up with. The first of our cats didn't show up for 2 wks when I finally called because I got no email/phone call/nothing, only to find out they 'forgot her' in the vet's freezer when they did pickups and she was just left sitting in there while I was left waiting for her arrival back home when she hadn't even been cremated yet! Now, 2 yrs later, again, had to put down our 12 yr old cat, and 26 days after he was euthanized (I was told by vet to allow for extra time due to covid etc. delays), I still got zero email/phone call/nothing. so called the vet (who again dumped the responsibility on me to track him down when THEY could have called the co. themselves considering what I got charged!), so when I got the number I called West Coast only to be told that they called me twice because they had to verify address before shipping him out, only my google voice mail number (which I have NEVER had any issues with in the years I have had it) not only didn't register their call coming in, but no forwarding email (which is what google voice does when a call comes in), and if they 'claim' they called, why wasn't there a recorded message either? ...both times??, and if they didn't hear back from me, why didn't they email me (they had my email too)....no instead they leave my 'packaged kitty' sitting there for 2 wks after they 'claim' they called! There is ZERO EXCUSE for treating paying (grieving) customers this way! INEXCUSABLE!!!!!

Our 226 pound English Mastiff named Duke passed away monday Sept 21, 2020 at 0130am in Bakersfield California. He was picked up at the vet and transported down to Hemet 3.5 hours away. I spoke multiple times with West Coast Memorial while he was there waiting for his services. They were so very helpful, compassionate and professional. I received Duke back today Friday Sept 25, 2020. His remains were beautifully returned and our family could not be happier with how the process turned out.

Unfortunately, because my pets are mainly senior, I have had to use the services of Circle of Life quite a few times since living in San Jacinto. The staff is friendly, always professional and helpful. I can highly recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service.

Extremely tolerant of and patient with me. Many phone calls and questions later, I felt 100% satisfied with my decisions. My only issue was that I missed the selection that was available when they were "Circle of Life". There were options to suit every kind of budget then, I also loved the quality of the products as well.

Just received the package for our beloved cat Eddie, sealed in a beautiful cedar chest with an engraved nameplate. An unexpected surprise was a clay casting of Eddie's pawprint.

We lost our Bella a year ago, and it was like losing a child. Our hearts were absolutely broken. This place was great. The only problem was we brought her in a horse water tub, and we didn't get it back.

I would never use these guys again because they've been dishonest and honesty is what people count on for their true pet's ashes to be reunited with them.

had problems TWICE now with getting 2 of my cats cremated, and had no choice using them because it was who vet was set up with.

We lost him suddenly and this is a difficult time, so I appreciate the amount of care evident in the way Circle of Life handled this.

Circle of Life did a great job for my best friend. A Cedar box with a Brass name plate, locked with a golden lock. They also made a paw print of my buddy, which was really special, one lasting memory. Thank you and great job...
