In Glen haven is where the love of my life is (that's what I used to call my mother) I give them a 4 start because maintance is ok....when I go there I have to clean her temporary gravestone (unfortunately I don't have money to get a real stone) I cut the grass around the gravestone and the grass is dried, in this picture you see it green but those days temperature was nice. But last time I went the flower that you see on the picture was broken and grass brown.....the reason me and my family got Glen haven the price was affordable.

We havenโt lived in the area for almost 5 years but were there for our sons wedding last October. While there we went to visit the grave of my Mother. What we saw was far from being the beautiful cemetery it was when we lived there. Instead, it was one of the most pitiful cemeteries Iโve ever visited. I went to the office to complain but to no avail, and now that I no longer live there there isnโt much I can do. Iโm adding some photos in hopes there are those close by that can do something.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. I am helping my boyfriend's senior mother in obtaining funeral and burial services for the death of her mother. I became involved when my bf's mother drove to this location to obtain further information about burial services (she's older and old school and does things in person and not online). She picked this location because her brother was buried here years ago (a task her brother's children undertook). So she arrived at the location and was literally ignored by the person in the front desk. He looked her up and down and said nothing. She left feeling terrible. So I called to set up an appointment. Robert answers and when I ask to set up an appointment to obtain further information he hung up on me. Okay...I call back thinking maybe there was a technical issue. Nope. Hung up on me again. I called a third time and asked to confirm whether I was calling the right place, because ya never know. Nope. I called the right place, he just apparently couldn't be bothered. He supposedly took down my contact information and said someone would call me "at THEIR earliest convenience." Cool. Still waiting for a call. I'm not holding my breath.I had the good fortune that I'm only assisting someone in this dreaded task. If I was calling for a family member or close personal friend, this would have been such a devastating encounter. Please avoid this place. If this is how they treat you at an initial informational phone call, I can't even imagine what the rest of the process would be like. It's disgusting.

My father was buried at Glen Haven Cemetary back in 1966.Over the years it has been disappointing to see the quality of care for the gravesites decline. We visit a several times a year and make it a point to clean off the gravemarker and surrounding area of his gravesite, so that it looks good, as he so deserves.Last weekend we visited his grave and was totally shocked at the absolute mess that we encountered. The entire gravemarker was completely buried under a significant amount of dirt, as were a number of gravesites in the general area. There were an untold numbrr of gopher holes that were obviously left unchecked for some time.We were more than disappointed and saddened by the total lack of care and oversight to both his and countless other gravesites.Glen Haven certainly needs to return to their business at hand and get back to taking care of their customer's loved ones, as promised all those many years ago! This was shameful and totally unacceptable.
