I cannot express enough gratitude for the kindness and professionalism shown by Allied Pet Crematory, and especially Yuto, during one of the hardest times of my life. After the loss of our beloved puppy, Yuto handled everything with such care and compassion. He picked her up from UC Davis, which made things a little easier during such an overwhelming time.From start to finish, Yuto was understanding, patient, and respectful of my grief. He kept me informed throughout the entire cremation process, and I felt assured that our fur baby was treated with the love and respect she deserved.We received her ashes in a lovely wooden box, but since I had purchased a beautiful urn for her, I later moved her ashes into it. They also provided paw and nose ink prints, which I absolutely love and cherish—they are the perfect keepsakes of our sweet girl.The facility itself provided a sense of peace and closure, something I truly needed during this difficult time. I’m forever thankful to Allied Pet Crematory for helping me say goodbye to my sweet girl in a way that honored her memory. I highly recommend their services to anyone going through such a painful loss.

highly recommend allied. My hamster passed away, I didn’t feel comfortable burying him and someone in a FB group recommended allied. I called and they gave me a very reasonable rate (100$ for cremation + 36$ for engravings and paw prints) keep in mind my sweet Leo was a hamster so I’d assume it cost more to cremate larger pets. They were incredibly compassionate and kind. They explained everything very well and gave me all my options. I got my sweet hamster back one day later. I’m very happy with how everything turned out. I highly recommend.

Unfortunately we were in need of a Pet Crematory when one of our beloved cattle dogs passed. We found Allied on line and were very comforted by the services and compassion. They offered a private cremation at a reasonable rate. We brought Ellie in and had her back with us in 24 hrs. We hope to not need their services in the near future but will use them again if the need arises

I recently used Allied Pet when my mother in law's Buster passed away unexpectedly. The guy who took care of him was completely amazing, and always answers the phone when you call, which is most important. He was able to get Buster back home within 24 hours, highly recommend, and price was very appropriate.

So grateful for Allied Pet Crematory. The owner made such a hard time for us much easier. His compassion, empathy, and most of all honesty reassured us our beloved girl was in the best hands. Allied Pet made our despair and grief less by returning our Pet by the very next day. The comfort of having her back home was so important. The owner is professional, compassionate and offers quality service at reasonable prices. Our urn and paw prints are beautiful. We also received a certificate showing it was a private cremation. It is my second time using Allied in the past 3 years. They are an outstanding business. The environment is very comforting and the owner is compassionate and understanding. They offer urns for ashes, paw prints in frame, and other keepsakes to remember your best friend. The prices are the best around. I will refer anybody who is in need of this service. They also offer pickup of your furry friend if needed.

Recently my 14 year old cat, who had indoor and outdoor privileges, was found by a neighbor deceased in the bushes near my house. I called Recology as they are tasked to pick up dead animals in my city. I had to leave a voice message as no one answered.Somehow, through Google Search, I was able to locate Allied Pet Crematory Services. I called them at approximately 10am and they arrived at noon to pick up Gabe, my cat.Yuto, the owner, was more than sensitive to the situation. He offered cremation, a beautiful wooden “urn”, a paw print, and a clip of his fur. All this for a very reasonable price! I am pleased with this service and didn’t know that it was available.Recology did call me back the next day which was obviously too late. I couldn’t bear the thought of leaving Gabe in the bushes! Thanks to Allied Pet Crematory it was all taken care of in a respectful way.

Very compassionate staff and wonderful service. I lost my lovely Salem the day before Thanksgiving and I saw that Allied was able to provide service and return your pet quickly to you, I already had to wait since most places were closed due to the holiday but Allied Pet got back to me and planned our appointment within a day of contacting them. I brought Salem in his bed and favorite blanket and they offered to get a lock of his hair for me which I was thankful for. He was ready for us the next morning and was returned to me in a nice little box along with a envelope inside that had his lock of hair in it, a certificate of private cremation and his bed and blanket in a separate box. Very sweet and helpful staff. Salem and I greatly appreciate the professionalism and care provided. Thank you again.

He was able to get her picked up from UC Davis and returned to me very quickly along with a beautiful box, paw print, and lock of hair. It's a small but important thing to have Bella back with me. After paying 185 dollars for the service for our pet parakeet, we recieved the casket with the ashes spilled out inside. They were supposed to be in a plastic baggie held closed with tape. Not sure why they don't use at least a ziplock baggie like they did before. They attempted to remedy the situation by gathering whatever ashes they could and taping it up again, but the ashes were still spread out a bit inside. I imagine it is very difficult to fix somthing like that. I also understand that mistakes can happen, and that it is usually the buisiness's responsibility to make it right. When I asked for a discount or somthing to make up for it they offered us nothing. We got services from this place previously and it was very good, but the quality has gone down. I've attached an image of a previous service they did for us and then another showing this most recent service. Will not be returning there for any services in the future. The ashes of a beloved pet deserves better than this.

We took our Jasmine to Allied Pet Crematory today, and I can't say enough great things about the owners and their service. The crematory was started as a result of Ralph,the owner's, own bad experience with a large crematory. When he called a few weeks after his beloved dog's death to check the status, he was told his dog was "lost". The crematory did find his pet a few hours later, but it left a bad taste. He decided to start his own service: individual cremations on the same day. I called yesterday and talked to Tammy, his wife, about our own situation. She was compassionate and extremely helpful. I called again today and set the appointment up for right after our Jasmine was to be euthanized. The office staff (also family) helped us get everything coordinated. The crematory is extremely clean, and is actually large enough to accommodate a horse. The waiting room is very comfortable. We were able to watch the whole process by our own choice. I can't even imagine what Ralph felt, when his dog was "lost". I can only say that I am so glad that he started the crematory. It made our awful day of loss a whole lot easier.

Thank you Allied for taking care of our beautiful girl Lucy Cat. Everything was very professional and gave a dignified final passing for our beloved friend. Your prices are very reasonable and I was blown away by the prompt service and turn around of the cremains shipped to us next day. This included a cedar chest with lock and keys, the hand signed certificate and the very thoughtful rosemary seeds to plant in remembrance of such a unique being.Utoh, if I have misspelled your name I apologize but you were absolutely compassionate and caring. Thank you for everything and all the special little touches, the fur trimmings were perfect and you caught all her colors....ty ty ty.Anyone looking for a dignified and caring last service for your beloved animal friend I highly recommend Allied and everything they do. I can't say enough about this place, it makes this very difficult and sensitive decision as easy as possible.Staff are caring and compassionate, treat you as we all should be treated, and is completely transparent, no dropping your beloved pet off and waiting 2+ weeks for it to show up in the mail.For those of you as I am, skeptical of treatment of my pet's remains handled with dignity and as much care as I personally would, they ask if you would like to see the chamber prior to placing your pet inside, it is spotless.You see for yourself your pet and only your pet's body go in, and know all of your pet and nothing more will come back to you.The waiting room is comfortable and quiet, with a light-hearted atmosphere, while you wait for your baby to be handed back to you, meanwhile choosing a lovely cedar box to place the remains in and take home.Not to mention all of this and half the cost of other crematoriums, an excellent experience all around and am so thankful to have found them.

There is no one in the area where there is a large sign that says ``Allied Pet Crematory''. There is a reception desk inside the "Solano Heating & Air Conditioning" office at the entrance to the site (see photo), and you will have to go through the formalities there first. Cremation takes about an hour and a half. You can wait in the office, but you can also go outside and come back again.※postscript. Unfortunately, another pet passed away and I had to come back. At that time, the wait time was about 3 hours, probably because it was busy on the weekend. “Are you coming on Monday? '', but I requested to receive it on the same day after waiting for 3 hours.大きく『Allied Pet Crematory』と書かれた看板がある方には人がいません。敷地の入り口、『Solano Heating & Air Conditioning』事務所の中に受付があって（写真参照）、まずはそこで手続きをしてから、と言う事になります。火葬に要する時間は一時間半ほどです。事務所で待っても良いですが、一旦外に出て、また戻ってもOKです。※追記。残念ながら、また別のペットが旅立ってしまい、再訪する事がありました。その際には週末で混んでいたのか、待ち時間が3時間ほど掛かりました。『月曜日に来ますか？』と訊かれましたが、3時間待つ当日受け取りを希望しました。
