We are so thankful for Paw Cremations, and especially David! When our sweet for baby passed away, we did not know what to do. I went online and this place popped up, I didn’t think anyone would answer me at 5:30 AM. But this really kind voice Answered and put my mind at ease, said he could be there in 50 minutes. To say the least we were at our most vulnerable, but so grateful that he came and was able to take our sweet boy away. In a week and a half we received his ashes and paw prints ornament. I highly recommend this place and David too!

This is my second time using the service, this first back in 2021. I lost my little Tobi unexpectedly on 1 December 2024. I was distraught. That same day, I called for service and the response was immediate. With 2 hours, Scott arrived. He was empathetic, professional, and courteous. By 12 December, Tobi was returned to me by David. I was initially treated well by both David and Scott, however they added on an extra 15 pounds to my Standard Poodle who when he was his healthiest weighed 70 pounds. He was barely 60 lbs due to the cancer. If they had wanted more money 💰 I would have paid it, regardless. Pet Cremations is helpful walking you through this painful process and show compassion as well as empathy. I am still a little disappointed about the weight thing, but that is just my grief. I would recommend this company, as other ones I called previously did not even answer the phone and Paw Cremations ALWAYS answered my calls, have reasonable prices, good options for your pet’s memorial, and treated my dog as if he was part of their family.

We lost our sweet baby girl on September 8th. She was almost 12 years old. We contacted David and he was so compassionate, understanding, and kind. He explained the complete process to us and arrived at our home within a few hours to pick her up. He and his wife Lisa were loving and understanding. They comforted us in our time of grief. They also took their time allowing us to say goodbye. We knew then that we had made the right choice and that they would treat our baby with kindness and love. She arrived home in 14 days as promised and we feel her presence around us giving us a sense of great peace. We also received a wooden plaque with her tiny paw prints on it which is such a special and meaningful touch. Thank you Paw Cremations as well as David and Lisa for allowing our precious Ivy to experience dignity and grace on her final journey. Rest in peace beautiful girl.

When we making the decision to put our beloved dog to sleep. I wanted a trusted company to take care of our furbaby when it came time. David was so amazing. I must have called 3 days in row before we actually needed his service. He was so understanding and patient with me.When the time came he was there to pick up our baby and return him to us as fast as possible. I sit here and marvel at his compassion for us who grieve for our lost ones, and his professionalism in his work. exceptional customer service and really quick! called at 6:20 pm and our baby was picked up by 7:15pm. our little guy was then delivered back to us 9 days later! my sister recommended this place because her dog also recently passed within her house and told me that she used a service where they offer pickup and delivery. this made it very convenient, and was one less thing to worry about during this stressful time. scott did our pickup and he was very informative and respectful in explaining the entire process which made us feel better. me and my sister highly recommend!!

They gently took her away and were amazing in staying in contact and bringing her back to us in this beautiful box with ornate wood carving. This was the best experience in what was a most difficult time! Losing a pet unexpectedly is never something one can prepare for and that’s exactly what happened to me at 1:55am November 1st when my FiFi girl (Fiona) crossed the rainbow bridge at home in my arms. I originally planned to take her to the vet as soon as they opened at 9am so that they could send her to be cremated because this is my first time experiencing this and I didn’t know of any other option that existed. But keeping her here for 7 hours after she passed just didn’t sit well with me. So I did a pet cremation Google search and up popped Paw Cremations! I clicked on the website, read through it and thought, there’s no way they are actually a 24/7 service with no extra charge for after hours! I decided to give them a call at 2am anyway and Scott answered! He was so kind and compassionate! He answered all of my questions and without hesitation he headed over, arriving just after 3am. When he arrived he came inside, sat at the dining room table with me, and explained the entire process from start to finish. He was very detailed about things in order to give me 100% confidence that I will be getting my girl back and there would be no chance of any sort of mix up. He showed me all of my options and he was very up front and honest with his recommendations and once everything was said and done, I felt completely confident and comfortable handing my FiFi girl over, knowing she would be in great hands! It was an amazing experience and left me feeling at ease and at peace.The next day, I realized that the name that would appear on the laser engraved paw print bamboo keepsake was Fiona, and I wanted it to say FiFi instead. I reached out to Scott with a text to see if it was possible to have the engraved name changed or if it was too late, and he immediately called me. He said it was no problem and that he would make a note of the change.It took about 2 weeks to get her back which seemed like a very reasonable wait time, considering the best part of their service, which is the fact that they hand deliver your pets remains back to you at your doorstep! Again at no extra charge!This time it was David who was going to be bringing my girl home. He called me to make sure someone would be home later that day to receive Fiona, giving plenty of advanced notice so that I could arrange for someone to be home. He was very communicative about his arrival time and within a few hours my girl was finally back home! I didn’t notice until later, that her name on the keepsake was printed as Fiona and not FiFi like I had later requested. I wasn’t the slightest bit upset, as I knew it was my fault for making the change request after the fact, and I knew that Scott had been driving at the time of our conversation so I did not fault him one bit for it maybe slipping his mind.I decided to reach out to David anyway since he is who I was now communicating with and I explained what happened, told him I did not expect them to provide me with a new one since it was a change on my part, but I just wanted to make him aware of the situation in case there happened to be a FiFi one that got printed and they didn’t know where it belonged. Without hesitation he said he would print a new one for me and drop it in the mail the next day. Fast forward to the next day, David reached out and sent me a photo of the new keepsake and said he was heading over to drop it off! I told him to please not go out of his way and I was perfectly ok with it arriving in the mail but he insisted on delivering it, and he did just that!I am beyond pleased and in fact blown away at the amazing experience I had with Paw Cremations. I have already told everyone I know about them and recommended they use them when the unfortunate time comes where their services are needed. I have 8 more cats and 1 dog and although I hope it is no time soon that I will need their services, I will 100% be reaching out to them for every single one of my pets!! THANK YOU Scott and David and everyone at Paw Cremations!!!!!!!

I highly recommend PawCremations for the after care of your pet. Team member David came to our house within 2 hours and was so gentle as he picked up our beloved golden retriever Emma. He was very sympathetic and kind and attentive to our needs. We ordered a wood urn for her ashes and a keepsake wooden paw print of Emma which came back very quickly. If you need someone to care for your pet’s after care as if he or she was their own I would highly recommend PawCremations. They are simply the best in the business.

From the person who answered the phone to the people who picked up his body and returned with his ashes I was treated with kindness and respect. Our Joey (9/2009-9/5/2024 15 yrs) our baby boy since we recued(he rescued us too)him at 3 mths. Thank you David for what , how and why you do what you do for us. I called PawCrementions one week before Joey passed, thinking of euthinizing and creating. David answered with compassion, patients and tolerance for mine and my husband's pain and confusion . When Joey passed on the 5th 12:58am I only thought of David . Boy was it the right choice. Calm, comforting and promptly showed up before 2am with not a plastic bag but a board bag material . Asked if he could take the blanket we covered him in. Gentle kind lift and transport to his waiting ready vehicle. Thank you we prayed said our goodbyes and felt relief that All was exactly how it was suppose to be . Exactly two weeks we got Joey's remains and will be scattering in ocean and outdoors. Paw Creations soothes the soul during some of life's most difficult times. When losing a pet, often the owners become lost themselves. Having a company that will arrive at your home, with dignity and respect helps bring comfort when it's truly needed!They arrived and took over the care and removal of our beloved pet with the utmost care, understanding he was a part of our family. When my first dog passed away, David was incredibly compassionate and respectful when he came to pick up my beloved pet.
