When we lost our sweet Jackson I didn’t know what to do. From the moment I called Furry Friends every person was so compassionate and kind. The receptionist was such an angel and she immediately sent out a driver to come get my pup. The driver was so gentle and caring with us. I’m so thankful for their kindness during such a tough time. Love the little vial of fur!!

I had these people pick up my son’s dog . First of all we were suppose to get the ashes back in 2 weeks they were late. And we had notified Jovani Salazar the man that picked up the dog that our suspicions that the dog was murdered and he had told us he thought we wrapped our dog up in a blanket real tight for him to pick her up and we told him we weren’t the ones that wrapped her and he told us he would help us as much as he could. We asked him to write a letter to the courts to help prosecute the man that did this. And he told us he would . When we did recieve the letter we called and it went to voicemail we tried several other times and nothing and he has not returned our call. What kind of person ignores something like this? Someone that has no compassion for animals

I recently had my 16 year old malamute cremated, however on all the documentation his name was spelled incorrectly. His name was type and written on multiple intake documents, but on delivery of his ashes no resolution was offered although even after it was spelled properly on the intake documents.
