I had a wonderful experience here at Aquapet Aquamation. They have a beautiful room and gave me time to say goodbye to my pup. Pricing was very reasonable and I loved the urn options. They also gave me an estimation time to have my pups ashes returned but I was able to pick her sooner. Overall a great experience and I would recommend to anyone who has recently lost a pet! 🐾

Aquapet was amazing! I didn’t expect much from a cremation service but they were very caring and understanding. They had a lovely and nicely decorated viewing area where you can put your pet and say goodbye. They also had different options for the cremation (fire or water), different urns, clay paw prints, and hair clippings that you get to keep. All in all it was a lovely light in our dark time. I highly recommend to others who are going through the same unfortunate situation.

Our very shy cat Baby passed away on Sept 18. We didn't know who to call that would provide the service until I was able to google search it. I spoke with a very compassionate associate named Cassie. She immediately scheduled us an appointment same day. She met me and my family. We discussed how its service worked and the cost. Cassie took care of our needs. I could feel her empathy rest assured Baby's body would be taken care with dignity and respect. She even dropped Baby's paw print and its fur bottle to my house. She thanked me and conveyed her warm sympathy to me and my family.

I was very indecisive if I wanted to cremate my baby boy. Ruben was a beautiful cat who passed away October 7th, 2024 and I didn’t want to bury him so I found a place. Aquapet Cremation was near my home and once I got there I was very satisfied with their service. I am glad I got my baby boy back in a good condition and he is now with me. The service only took 2-3 weeks. Thank you.

I would give them ten starts if I can! My little girl passed way when I was working. My family told me and I searched on google and I fortunately found this store. They are very nice and the first setence they said “very sorry for your loss”, that really comfort me. They provided pick up service one hour after the call. My family, especially my daughter, was very said, I was very appreciated they took time to hear about my dog’s story from my daughter, which helped her feel much better. It was only ten days, our little girl came back in a beautiful urn and my daughter really likes the paw print! Thanks a lot Kinsey! Highly recommended!

Found this location when my Bulldog son unfortunately passed away . They helped me every step of the way even giving us a grieving room and time to say good buy before he was off to be cremated. Our family lost our cat Stripes that we had for over 12 years, she was the sweetest girl anyone came across with. She loved cuddles and massages by everyone! When she past, it hurt us all so deeply and wanted to keep her close to us.. We knew that this place would be best for our sweet girl. The employee was very kind from the initial phone call. Very comforting and understanding when explaining the services available. The memorial room is clean and nicely set up to pay your respects & say your goodbyes. I appreciate the appointment services as this allows you to not feel rushed and privacy. When you’re pet is ready you are welcomed with the same kindness and not rushed off. I am very grateful for the services.

My Janu passed on 7/06/2024. It being a holiday weekend, it was horrible trying to find an open memorial service. Aquapet memorials was there to rescue me on one of the hardest moments. This process is one of the hardest things to do as a fur parent and finding a place that will walk you through your babies end is helpful. Here at Aquapet they were so gentle with us and our baby. As she passed we took her in and they gave us a room that was decorated for them to say goodbye. In addition she provided us with more than any other location. And I know price shouldn't be a question however we were in a place that that we weren't ready to say good bye and they were reasonable.

READ~ this place is not good.Not to long ago I brought my pet here and it was a really hard time for me since she's been with me since I was a kid so I had put my trust in this place and I should've done my research about this place before hand which is my fault but I found out this place doesn't do their own cremation like they said they did. They take advantage of peoples vulnerability and charge for private and communal cremation when in reality they asked other companies to use their cremation machines. Which I confirmed with another water cremation company in Orange County. They said it would take up to three weeks to receive my dogs ashes which grew suspicion for me so that's why I called other water cremation companies to ask if this is accurate and to my surprise it's not and they had also asked if I was asking about this company because this company had asked them to use their cremation machine before and do business with them but they denied them. Apparently they have a bunch of pets waiting in a freezer to be picked up by another water cremation center and that's why it takes as long as they said it would take. I quickly went back to the place two days later to ask for my dog back and they had already told me she's In already in the cremation process which I didn't believe because just the other day they said they had only cut her fur. I threatened to call the cops and sue and they finally gave me my dog back and it was heart breaking to see her frozen and her leg was sticking out while the other one was tucked in and there was a dent in her stomach. She looked like she was stuffed in a freezer with a bunch of other pets. I was completely devastated to see her in this condition not being treated as I hoped she would. This place not only continuously lied to me but made me believe my daughter was under good hands. They might seem nice and seem like they care but they just do it for the money of course. I ended up taking my daughter to another water cremation center someplace in Orange County where I found way better services and they offered more things to have for your pets. I ended up getting a necklace with her ashes in it. It took less than three weeks as well. I really advise not to trust this place. The other reviews were right about this place and I should've listened to them. I have a picture of my daughter in the condition I received her in after I threatened to call the cops. This experience has absolutely broke my heart. No one should go through this when losing a family member.

My Frenchie Dallas passed away suddenly and our family was heartbroken. We wanted to keep his memory alive and we were able to do that through Aquapet. They took Dallas quickly, were fair in price and the package we got was perfect. It came with his paw print, a piece of his hair and his ashes in a nice box. When my cat passed unexpectedly, this was the first local place I found to help with the process on short notice. I greatly appreciate the kindness and swift service the staff provided. They arrange by appointment so you have a private, quiet area set aside for the family to say goodbye. After doing some research and calling other cremation companies I found out that this company doesn’t do their own cremations. This company tries to partner up with other companies to have them pick up the pets and do the cremation for them. Yes this has been confirmed by other companies we’ve called and by this company as well once we confronted them. This place had lied to us about doing their own cremation. So they don’t have any idea how these pets are handled after getting picked up. Choose a different cremation center. We took our pet back. Our pet was frozen of course but she also looked like she was stuffed in a freezer with other pets. I feel as if this place doesn’t handle pets with care nor tell truth about what really happens during the process within 1-3 weeks as they said how long it will take. They even told us she was already in the process of being cremated and they already took her fur but she was still in the freezer! If they lied to us about our pets, I can’t even imagine how they’ve been handling her after dropping her off. Please choose a different place. There’s plenty of others. Yes they may be far but it’s worth making sure your pet is handled with care and you receive their ashes not other pets ashes. They charge you for private cremation and communal when they don’t even do the cremations themselves. It’s unbelievable.Ps: my partner has already been through enough with the loss of a family member. Yes its a pet but pets are more than just a pet. They are family. My partner shouldn’t have to go through this seeing how she’s been handled. Seeing body her frozen with dents in her body and seeing how she’s folded up. It was already hard enough letting her go but now seeing her like this. This is terrible, no pet owner should go through this ever!

My friends were out of country and one of their pets passed away. I found Aquapet Aquamation online and called them. Very appreciated they picked up my phone at midnight! The lady we spoke to was very kind and professional and told me how to do at that time. When I asked whether the pet body can be hold several days to wait the owner back to say their final goodbyes. They agreed immediately and provided us free of charge! When my friends came back, we had an unforgettable pet memorial in their peaceful and spacious room.Very appreciated to have found this place.Highly recommended Aquapet aquamation!

BE AWARE : This might be long but I promise you it is all worth it and is something everyone should know about this place! The owner and the other worker seemed really nice at first. I thought my pet will be in good hands with them. Little did I know that it was a complete NIGHTMARE and so much more. The day I dropped off my pet the owner explained to me how they have THEIR OWN aquamation machine and how it will take around 2 weeks for everything to be done because “it was the holidays”. (This is my first ever aquamation.) I have no idea about any of this stuff so I believed them. After leaving the place, me and my family were very concerned and had a lot of worries/questions about what they had told us , as they didn’t give us an in depth explanation of the whole Aquamation process. We even contacted our family friends who had experienced this before and all of them were shocked at how long this all takes. The day after that I gave them a call and asked if I can personally cut some of my pet’s fur off for my own as I seen it in pictures that they only give out little bottles and I wanted more than that for myself. The worker told me that they had already cut her fur off and my pet was cleaned and was ALREADY in the process of the aquamation. I respectfully understood and accepted that. Later that same day we dropped by , this time it was an older lady at the front desk. We asked her what the process of the aquamation is like day to day and etc. She told us that their technician goes into where their aquamation chamber is at and then starts the aquamation process. She even told us that it will take around THREE weeks instead of the two weeks that we were told by the owner on the first day. We asked her what the schedule is like and where our pet is on the waiting list but she told us that they don’t have a specific schedule and that her manager doesn’t allow her to share that kind of information. We understood and respected that. Then finally. This happens. After that day my parents did some research about this place. From their gut instincts they called another aquamation/cremation center for pets. To our SURPRISE the place we called were very familiar with the “Aquapet Aquamation in San Dimas”. They told us , about a couple of months ago when this business/Aquapet Aquamation first started operating they had called their business and asked to use their aquamation machine and sort out a business partnership with them. This means they use aquamation machines from other businesses by having them pick up the dogs from their store and bring it back to their store once the aquamation process is done. Keep in mind the place we called has been in business for over 10 years! The business declined their offer. So this business Aquapet Aquamation goes around looking for other businesses that WILL do the aquamation process on the dogs FOR THEM!!! Them saying that they have their own aquamation machine and their own “technician” that does the aquamation IS ALL A LIE!! This all correlates together from how they don’t know their own schedule , to not letting us see the aquamation machine they supposedly “have” , and etc. We got our pet back thankfully. I personally would’ve been okay if they were upfront with us in the beginning that they use aquamation machines from other businesses since they don’t have one. I’m not one to write reviews but this is my family. Anyone who has a strong bond and relationship with their pet I don’t recommend this place to you. If it’s much further , take those extra couple miles and go to a reliable one because trust me it will be worth it!!

My Janu passed on 7/06/2024. It being a holiday weekend, it was horrible trying to find an open memorial service. Aquapet memorials was there to rescue me on one of the hardest moments. This process is one of the hardest things to do as a fur parent and finding a place that will walk you through your babies end is helpful. Here at Aquapet they were so gentle with us and our baby. As she passed we took her in and they gave us a room that was decorated for them to say goodbye. In addition she provided us with more than any other location. And I know price shouldn't be a question however we were in a place that that we weren't ready to say good bye and they were reasonable.

READ~ this place is not good.Not to long ago I brought my pet here and it was a really hard time for me since she's been with me since I was a kid so I had put my trust in this place and I should've done my research about this place before hand which is my fault but I found out this place doesn't do their own cremation like they said they did. They take advantage of peoples vulnerability and charge for private and communal cremation when in reality they asked other companies to use their cremation machines. Which I confirmed with another water cremation company in Orange County. They said it would take up to three weeks to receive my dogs ashes which grew suspicion for me so that's why I called other water cremation companies to ask if this is accurate and to my surprise it's not and they had also asked if I was asking about this company because this company had asked them to use their cremation machine before and do business with them but they denied them. Apparently they have a bunch of pets waiting in a freezer to be picked up by another water cremation center and that's why it takes as long as they said it would take. I quickly went back to the place two days later to ask for my dog back and they had already told me she's In already in the cremation process which I didn't believe because just the other day they said they had only cut her fur. I threatened to call the cops and sue and they finally gave me my dog back and it was heart breaking to see her frozen and her leg was sticking out while the other one was tucked in and there was a dent in her stomach. She looked like she was stuffed in a freezer with a bunch of other pets. I was completely devastated to see her in this condition not being treated as I hoped she would. This place not only continuously lied to me but made me believe my daughter was under good hands. They might seem nice and seem like they care but they just do it for the money of course. I ended up taking my daughter to another water cremation center someplace in Orange County where I found way better services and they offered more things to have for your pets. I ended up getting a necklace with her ashes in it. It took less than three weeks as well. I really advise not to trust this place. The other reviews were right about this place and I should've listened to them. I have a picture of my daughter in the condition I received her in after I threatened to call the cops. This experience has absolutely broke my heart. No one should go through this when losing a family member.

When my cat passed unexpectedly, this was the first local place I found to help with the process on short notice. I greatly appreciate the kindness and swift service the staff provided. They arrange by appointment so you have a private, quiet area set aside for the family to say goodbye. After doing some research and calling other cremation companies I found out that this company doesn’t do their own cremations. This company tries to partner up with other companies to have them pick up the pets and do the cremation for them. Yes this has been confirmed by other companies we’ve called and by this company as well once we confronted them. This place had lied to us about doing their own cremation. So they don’t have any idea how these pets are handled after getting picked up. Choose a different cremation center. We took our pet back. Our pet was frozen of course but she also looked like she was stuffed in a freezer with other pets. I feel as if this place doesn’t handle pets with care nor tell truth about what really happens during the process within 1-3 weeks as they said how long it will take. They even told us she was already in the process of being cremated and they already took her fur but she was still in the freezer! If they lied to us about our pets, I can’t even imagine how they’ve been handling her after dropping her off. Please choose a different place. There’s plenty of others. Yes they may be far but it’s worth making sure your pet is handled with care and you receive their ashes not other pets ashes. They charge you for private cremation and communal when they don’t even do the cremations themselves. It’s unbelievable.Ps: my partner has already been through enough with the loss of a family member. Yes its a pet but pets are more than just a pet. They are family. My partner shouldn’t have to go through this seeing how she’s been handled. Seeing body her frozen with dents in her body and seeing how she’s folded up. It was already hard enough letting her go but now seeing her like this. This is terrible, no pet owner should go through this ever!
