It took me almost a year to write this review but I will never forget the compassion, patience, and respect Peaceful Veterinary Care and Peaceful Waters Aquamation showed during a difficult time.I appreciated the ability to request services and communicate via email and text message, as this made it easier to arrange care during a time when it was difficult to speak. All of my questions were answered promptly, and I especially appreciated the direct link for scheduling an appointment so I didn't have to search the website.Given Kodi's size, behavioral issues, and limited mobility, the in-home transition option greatly eased the process for everyone. Dr. Chapman's understanding and gentle care for Kodi were exceptional. The beautiful packaging, along with the fur and paw print keepsakes, provided a touching way to remember my beloved pet.

About a month ago, our beloved orange tabby, Coco, passed away unexpectedly. It was and is still a very hard loss. The young lady that answered the phone that very same day helped us through the whole process. The service was exceptional and if any unfortunate circumstances happens to my other fur babies (knock on wood it doesnt 😭) i will be coming back here.I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I am so grateful i found such compassionate and understanding people. They do have payment plans but in order to take home the urn with your fur baby’s ashes, you must pay full amount. When we got there with our eyes filled with tears, we entered a private room with peaceful music, a table with a blanket laid out, and napkins. We were given time to say our goodbye’s to Coco as I filled out a piece of paper on the choices of services. They answered all of our questions. Gave us more time to weep and kiss our little sunshine an eternal good night. Handled our little bundle joy with such care and took him to the back. Within a week, he was ready to come home with me. It was a bittersweet moment when we went for him. We paid full amount when we went for him.

This is a hard review to write as I just lost my dog Lucy who I had for 15 years. She was my world. I was originally going to have her cremated but when I was looking at Paws into Grace's website I found out about water cremation. I looked into it and decided to go with Peaceful Waters. They were amazing. The receptionist helped us find the location and when we arrived, she had a table set up with flowers for us to rest Lucy on. I was able to take a beautiful final photograph of her and sit with her for a while. Lovely music was playing softly in the background and the receptionist was so kind and thoughtful. Leaving her was hard but I felt like I was leaving her with people who would treat her respectfully. We chose a memorial resin nose impression on top of the included memorials and the artist did an amazing job! The samples included only a few colors and no blue. The receptionist went out of her way to track the artist down and see if they could do blue and get the area around Lucy's nose in the imprint. I cried when I picked it up because it was so detailed and beautifully done. I also received a paw imprint, fur clippings, and Lucy's ashes in a pretty cardboard vessel. Thee made the whole experience more meaningful and I highly recommend Peaceful Waters.

My dog, Buddy passed away unexpectedly from advanced CHF and I was of course distraught.I found Peaceful Waters online using a Google or Yelp search and they were immediately available, respectful and earnestly compassionate…FYI - I was a funeral arranger for people and understand both sides of the industry, so I have a particular insight to after life disposition of remains (including aquamations and cremations).I highly recommend them if you have lost your loving companion and want to feel secure knowing your loved one will be carefully handled and respected !!!

We asked friends for recommendations on services for our pet. Peaceful Waters came up twice and we started the process. From our 1st call we instantly felt at ease and knew this was the right place. I set up a time to drop off Chuy and had a private room to myself for my final goodbye. The best part about the entire process was Caroline who genuinely cared about our grief. The entire process was explained again and we had a chance to choose the way his footprint would be given back to us. I never felt pressured or rushed at anytime to leave.Yesterday we received the call that his remains were ready to be picked up. I arrived today and again Caroline was there to greet me. I was given the nice package that also included his paw print, a vial of his hair and a certificate showing a tree was planted in his memory. This is a difficult decision to make when you have to decide what to do with a member of your family but Peaceful Waters Aquamation will make the grieving and process much easier. Thank you one again Caroline.

After the passing of our beloved Coco, we entrusted the aquamation to Peaceful Water. They treated Coco with care and allowed us to have a final farewell with just my husband, Coco, and me. Thank you so much. We are truly glad we chose Peaceful Water.

I can't say enough good things about Peaceful Waters. Sadly, my precious pup passed away, while we were vacationing in San Diego; an hour before they closed, we were advised to bring his body to peaceful Waters for aftercare. My husband and I were a wreck, and almost inconsolable. We were greeted with compassion and given as much time as we needed before saying goodbye. The cost was $275 for his remains paw, print, and tuft of hair. That is incredibly inexpensive for the services we were requesting. Once the remains were ready, peaceful Waters offered to ship the aftercare package to us in another state. We received their remains today, and, although we are still devastated, the after care package was beautiful.Having been in the Veterinary field for 25 years, and have dealt with many after care facilities, I truly recommend peaceful Waters. I can't recommend them enough. They were amazing throughout the whole process and incredibly priced. If I could give 10 stars I would. Considering what a devastating loss we experienced, peaceful Waters made the aftercare process very easy.

I recently lost my guinea pig Tessa who meant the world to me in supporting me throughout nursing school. Thankfully, I found this place through some Google searching. What I loved is when I watched their video, we could retain more ashes through this aquamation process. The staff there were very accommodating and warm welcoming. I felt safe during this vulnerable time. They also had many options as far as different jewelry and urns but no pressure to buy anything at all. In fact, they suggested if I wanted to take time to look elsewhere for other jewelry options they can still process the ashes for you! I’m still doing that now in search to personalize my memorial items for Tessa and excited to enter that next chapter. Highly recommend this place!

Peaceful Waters Aquamation and Peaceful Vet Care offer exceptional care at the worst time of our lives as caregivers. Their aftercare is no afterthought. They made the excruciating process almost bearable from quality of life assessment to merciful euthanasia so that my beloved boy could leave this world when he needed to.Dr Chapman got my desperate sunrise message about my dog’s sunset, called me back very quickly, helped assess the situation and determine the time had come, and she prioritized my dog Django’s needs and drove over within 2 hours. She explained the process, gave us time to say goodbye, gave us a paw print and fur clipping, and allowed for pickup of my pup’s body hours later so that we could be with him a little longer. Then compassionate Kristine came to get Django, wrapped him in a soft blanket with his toys and agreed to drive with the windows down so Django could get one more ride with the wind blowing. She’s also the talented artist who just finished the stunning keepsake items we ordered of a nose and paw print window pane with flowers, 4 different necklaces with our boy’s whiskers, fur and ash, more nose and paw prints to frame, and two different special urns. When I picked up these special pieces of Django, I was welcomed and comforted by the lovely Demi who told me more about the company, the process, the values, and took time out of her day to do so and to make sure I got some peace and closure from the keepsakes and urns.Their facility is so peaceful. I’m glad I got to see it, to see where my pup spent his last days in a dog’s body - in a way. The added bonuses of choosing this business - beyond at-home euthanasia to avoid an animal hospital stressing your dog, cat or pet out, and their special mementos of your pet - is that it’s a local women-owned business with eco-conscious processes (aquamation), compassionate care for you, and dignified care for our animals so they may go with grace and be around kind people in the end. They also have a serene private space for you to sit with your animal before aquamation, and then another private, quiet space if you’re having them put your pet to sleep on-site. They have the needed delicate touch that makes this difficult time a little easier to handle - for us and our animals. I know I made the right call for my precious dog and our family when I chose Peaceful Vet & Peaceful Waters.

Peaceful Waters Aquamation took such wonderful care of my sweet little rattie baby! They were sympathic, thoughtful, and caring. The environment allows emotions to run and words to be mentioned for the last time. I brought my furchild in frozen and they still got remarkable footprints from her. Thank you Peaceful Waters for caring for my loved one. Highly recommend them. Will be returning in hopefully the far future with other furchildren I need attending too. RIP to all the beautiful animals that go there.

On September 17, 2024, Dr. Chapman helped our beloved Evie peacefully go into the arms of our dear Lord. The compassion, care, and attention to detail that Dr. Chapman demonstrated eased any concerns we may have had relative to Evie suffering or being fearful. Evie’s passing was marked with respect and dignity, both for her and those of us who loved her dearly. Dr. Chatman’s kindness and empathy will long be remembered. At the end, she gently took our little love away in a bed with soft blankets and put a small bouquet of natural flowers next to her. Evie left us after being placed in the front seat of Dr. Chapman’s vehicle. The good doctor’s thoughtfulness knows no bounds. Our little Evie came back home to us in about a week. Everyone that I came in contact with at Peaceful Waters was very professional, as well as kind and sensitive. I am ever so grateful to Peaceful Waters for helping all of us through a difficult time.Jeannette ErrecartVolunteer Foster with Lionel’s Legacy Senior Dog Rescue

Their team was incredibly attentive and understanding, ensuring that my pet was treated with the utmost respect. The memorial items they provided were beautiful and thoughtful, bringing a sense of peace and comfort. I highly recommend Peaceful Waters Aquamation for anyone needing their services. Thank you for making such a difficult experience a little bit easier.

All the staff that I worked with were amazing during this extremely difficult time. I do wish I was made aware of the side effects as the medicine was being administered though so I could have mentally prepared myself. Otherwise, everyone was extremely nice and professional. I was able to get an extra print with my kitties nose and paw prints after I asked about them since I am making a shadow box for him (the memorials are beautiful!). When I went to pick up Jasper, Caroline was really beyond amazing. She cared, she really cared, and was curious about the urn I’m waiting on and I showed her a photo of my boy and she loved him. I don’t have a support system here so she was the only person to give me a hug during all of this. I cannot express how much that meant to me. I would not hesitate to come back here.

This might turn out to be a bit long, so I apologize, but I feel people should be mentally prepared. This is more about the company supporting an employee than anything else.I lost my boy Mack 11-14-22 and scheduled the services aquamation and skull preservation with peaceful waters. Everyone I have encountered at their office are so kind and respectful during this process. The aquamation was completed in just a few days. The majority of his remains were returned in a eco friendly canister because I had already purchased a urn.The only reason I am not putting 5 stars is due to a communication issue with the taxidermist, and I want the company to be aware. Which I do not necessarily blame her for.The original timeline and updates went far past the expected completion date, which is fine. These things are very unpredictable. But then, for 8 months, she kept saying, "He's almost done." Now that caused my entire family to be concerned with the lack of detail in the updates, and they all felt I was being brushed off. I explained my concerns numerous times and asked for more detail to put my mind at ease. Imagine grieving your best friend while everyone around you is blaming you for making the wrong choices for their aftercare, its hard to handle. The taxidermist would only explain the process, I do preservations myself and told her I know the process. That's not my concern. I explained that I didn't mind the waiting, but I needed to be assured that his remains were safe somehow. She again brushed it off and told me he's fine, and asked me to be patient. I asked for a picture to just fill in the communication gap because honestly, words can't describe the skull cleaning process, and I didn't want to waste her time. I'm happy to wait as long as it takes. She then completely ignored my request and did not respond. At that point, my family told me to get a lawyer and thought she was hiding something. She did not respond until I started leaving comments on the social media pages, which I only did because of being ignored. We spoke again, and I again explained that the length of time passed with no change caused the concern, along with the lack of understanding. (But again, not specifically her fault, it's emails, emotion doesn't read well in text). Her then ignoring the concern was a red flag to my family, and they jumped down my throat, making me fear the worst. She did finally send me a photo a month later, which I thanked her for, and it helped get my family off my back.I was never mean or rude in our emails and have all the screenshots. I understand her workload is likely very unforgiving. However, someone needs to be assigned to assist in communication with clients during preservations. Because having one person do all the after care, preservations, appointments, AND client contact responses is just unfair to that employee. This caused gaps in customer service that resulted in unnecessary mental and emotional stress. I would have waited YEARS without concern if I was simply updated properly.I do not believe there were bad intentions, I was never mad, simply left concerned with no customer support to ease worry, and this is something that could have easily been avoided. He was returned 10-26-23, beautifully cleaned, and I appreciate them greatly. I hope the taxidermist has some responsibility removed from her plate so no one else has to worry while grieving. The top two photos are how he was returned. The bottom two are after I made his case a little more comfortable. Thank you. 💙

It was Sunday when we talk to Kristin we out having an appointment and she accept us without hesitation. She was so helpful, friendly and gave us a nice room for our dog Kasper. She also explained the question that we were doubtful to us. We recommend Peaceful Waters Acquamation to our friends and relatives for a excellent service, and helpful staff.

I had my beloved hamster, Oliver, cremated here and they did the most amazing job. You can tell that they truly care about you and your loved one, no matter the size. Willie. We spent 14 years with our beloved pal. Every adventure was made better with him being with us, adding his joy and love. While traveling to San Diego, our good boy passed. We knew no one in the area to help us take care of our little boy. Peaceful waters was the place to go. Kind, caring, and open to our grief, they took care of our best boy for us. Thank you so very much for your help in this sad journey. Matt and Nancy Wyatt for Willie Wyatt

I can't say enough good things about Peaceful Waters. I called the same day my precious boy Betito passed away, and they were able to take us in at the time we requested, same day. They had set up the office for us to be able to say goodbye and gave us time alone to do so. Caroline assisted us and was very understanding, she even gave my baby some pets and spoke to him, which made me feel much better about leaving him there to be aquamated, knowing he was in good hands. I added many extras and am very happy with the results of them, makes me feel like my baby is with me again. If you are thinking about taking your pet to them, don't hesitate to do so, they are the best at what they do. Thank you, Peaceful Waters Aquamation.

Was able to call that morning and bring our dog in a couple hours later. Very accommodating and professional and respectful staff. Priced around compared to traditional fire cremation, and this was way better of a value. Also, we received a custom urn along with paw, print and locket of hair included in the price. Highly recommend Your pets cremation needs.

Peaceful Waters Aquamation is simply amazing. I cannot begin to express how extremely grateful my family and I are for the wonderful and heartfelt care the entire staff have given our beloved Serena. In our grief we were comforted throughout the process, and everyone was just so super kind, supportive, loving, and so respectful of the circumstances. Everyone was there for us in our loss and they genuinely do care from the heart. Their practice is more environmentally conscious and they give back by planting a tree in honor of your beloved family member. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your great care and dedication in assisting families like ours in our time of need. It is our hope that more families consider choosing your wonderful facility in the event of a loss such as ours. May you continue to succeed and be blessed with the good that you all do. Much love and hugs! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I lost my dear Pixie too soon and the pain was horrible, it’s way to sad to lose a pet and I thank peaceful waters aquamation for their wonderful job. First of all I love that my dear left helping the planet, her aquamation didn’t damage the earth and as I heard peaceful water plants trees as well which is great, everyone was so kind and they understand what we are going through I thank them so much for what they did, I got my baby’s paw print, her fur clipped and her whiskers as well as an extra print of her paw and her nose it’s so cute and I’m confident it will help my family go through this easier, I feel great having her back, thank you so much peaceful waters.

The passing of a pet is never easy but Peaceful Waters made this process dignified and comforting. We cannot express how well Dr. Chapman made us feel. Having our pet pass away at home in his favorite place meant the word to us. Avoiding the dreaded drive to the vet was also extremely comforting. Worth every extra dollar.

Thank you for making this experience as pleasant as it can get. You made us feel so so deserving of the time we had left with our baby Rosie. Thank you for your services.

My family and I lost our beloved Pitbull, Faith, on Thanksgiving afternoon, just a few days ago. It was so hard on all of us, because as it should be, Faith was our family. She was my four legged daughter. Everyone who ever met her absolutely adored her. We are so very heartbroken. Upon calling Peaceful Waters, my son, who had lost his very best friend in the world was treated with the utmost compassion and understanding. We made our way there and met with a woman named Christine... She was on call for Thanksgiving. She was so compassionate, understanding, and sweet. We were so comfortable with the entire process because of her. She treated our family member with such love and dignity. It gave all of us peace of mind. Thank God for people like her, and what they do at Peaceful Waters. People like Christine and this company make one of the hardest things to deal with in life, a bit better. Thank you Christine and Peaceful Waters. God bless you all.Faith when she was a baby, and at the end curled up on a blanket next to me a few months back.

After 17 years of love and affection I had to say goodbye to my little friend Nicky. Peaceful Waters helped me in my time of sorrow by being responsive, empathetic and kind. I now have my little pet's ashes here at home and I know that he was cared for and his journey was peaceful. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a gentle, environmentally safe way to lay their pet to rest.

I want to thank the wonderful people who made the process of dealing with losing my first pet as peaceful as possible. The staff are compassionate, gentle, and supportive. I greatly appreciate the privacy and care that the company provides. As I sit here and cling onto the precious keepsakes they provided of my girl, I know that I placed my little love in the right hands when her time came. I was able to receive my angel back in just one week, although it was hard being away, I knew that she was being taken care of with grace and dignity. Thank you for taking care of my Malina Bean. Thank you Peaceful Waters.❤️

Aquamation was a concept we knew nothing about when the time came to plan for Roxy’s death. Now, we know a humane way to mindfully spread our pup’s remains back to the earth from which she came. Our Lord provides miraculous ways to take care of the gifts He provides, including our four-legged family members after their death.Dr. Rose and her team were ready when Roxy passed, were kind enough to put the ashes in our provided mason jars, and even kept the tags on their jar to help us remember the joys Roxy provided throughout our lives.Be open-minded and say yes to the paw print Peaceful Waters provides with the aquamation services. We had an at-home kit paw print from Roxy, but the PW print far surpassed our skillset, Thank You!

The staff at Peaceful Waters are professional, courteous, and warm to your heartbreak. They took such good care of my 14 year old English Mastiff, Charlie Brown. He is absolutely resting in peace now. Thank you Peaceful Waters!

I've used the Aquamation service twice, and will continue to come back any time I lose a pet (hopefully not any time soon!). The staff is lovely and compassionate. They schedule a time for you to come in so it's peaceful and private. It feels like they really make space for you to grieve and feel however you're feeling, but it is also a quick, simple, convenient process. I love having a more environmentally friendly and gentle alternative to cremation, and while it is a little more expensive, it's still a very affordable option.

Peaceful Waters is the most respectful and caring facility I have ever seen. When my dog Lucky passed away at home I called to set-up a last minute appointment. Caroline was so sweet and quickly accommodated us. She volunteered to stay late so we could have the time to properly mourn. She was very sympathetic and understanding. All of the staff clearly care for each pet as if it was their own.The place itself has a nice private and decorated space to say your final goodbyes. It has some candle lighting and a calming atmosphere which is what really helped us get the closure we needed. It was a hard day for us, but Peaecful Waters gave us the warmth and closure we needed to comfortably say farewell. This is an amazing service. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We got clay prints, ink prints, Lucky's locket of fur, and a beautiful urn. They always called to double-check and reassure us that we were getting what we wanted which showed tremendous customer service.Thank you everyone at Peaceful Waters and thank you Carolone for being such an amazing individual. We only trust this facility to handle any future needs and services. If you want to have a comfortable and warm process then I highly recommend this service as it made a difficult day easier to digest.

I simply cannot say how amazing this company is and how caring they are with your lost loved babies. They were caring and understanding though the process and very informative on their services. There is no other place I will go or suggest to anyone else but here for the future. Thank you guys for being amazing and helping with our sweet millie.

My husband told me over the phone that my baby girl Daisy was gone. I rushed home from work. It was the most painful experience of my life. I didn't know what to do or how to handle the situation since it was unexpected passing. It was around 3 pm and most offices are closed around that time. I googled the nearest pet funeral services. My husband made a call to Peaceful Waters Aquamation. They were so kind and compassionate over the phone. We knew immediately that they were going to take good care of Daisy for us. The staff was gentle with us. They told us everything we need to know in a short period of time. I appreciated how quick and efficient they were with the whole process. They made this whole experience so much easier for us. They allowed us to pickup Daisy's ashes when we were available instead of rushing us to pick her up. I can't thank you guys enough for everything you've done for me and my husband. I left a google review and yelp review to show my appreciation!

The team at Peaceful Waters was great. Our 11 year old baby boy passsed away at home due to complications from surgery. It was over the weekend and they were one of the few that were open. They gave us time to grieve and be with him alone. When I picked him up, they expressed condolences which was nice. Overall great experience for a bad time with the death of our baby.

If I could give 10 stars on a 5 star scale, I would. This place is great. Our beloved dog of 13 years passed and we were devastated. We were looking for an alternative cremation and came across their site. They did pick up and took a great care of our baby. We had a private ceremony before the cremation and it was beautiful, better than I expected. The words cannot express how much I appreciate all they did. They really do treat these animals as they were their own. You can see and feel care and compassion in all they do. It could not have been a better choice.

I recently had to say goodbye to my beloved bird, and Peaceful Waters Aquamation provided a compassionate and caring service during this difficult time.

Kimberly Herman
Thank you. 💙

They were very respectful and caring. Everything was done nicely.

I am so thankful to them for providing me with the most comfortable experience as I said goodbye to my best friend. I highly recommend them <3

TW: violenceI lost my precious dog Lulu to a coyote and we were able only to find remnants of her body parts at the creek in front of our home (please be careful with small pets at night in City Heights area). The Peaceful Waters staff were so respectful, compassionate, and kind to us throughout this entire process. We were already shaken up and traumatized, so they made the process as seamless as possible and were extremely patient with us. They don't rush you or try to sell you anything. They were able to accommodate and cremate what remains we had as she was not in good condition. I appreciate how kind they were when I called for updates once my little one entered the chamber because my family was very anxious to have her home with us. We requested to have her expedited and was able to take her home in 2 days. We could not thank the Peaceful Waters staff enough for providing us with so many ink prints of her nose/paw. It means so much to us to have these memories. If you ever need to utilize this service, please know you and your precious fur baby will be in good hands here. Special shout out to Khristine and Caroline for working with us during this hard time.

My Maltese Poodle passed away all of a sudden and it hit my family hard. Looked up cremation places and all wanted to charge me $400+ just to cremate my little furry family member who weighed no more than 8lbs. Stumbled across Peaceful Waters Aquamation and they sure didn't try to raid my wallet like the other companies. They accommodated my family and furry friend. Had a same day appointment. After getting there for my appointment they had a nice comfortable bed like setup to put my little pup didn't even realize it was a rolling table until the guy Junior rolled her away. They gave my family time to say our final goodbyes and were not in a rush to get us out the door. All in all great price and great service. For the price of cremation and a nice box to put my pup in at other places I was able to get a beautiful urn, an extra set of paw and nose prints, an extra set of paw and nose clay prints in a heart shape. The price of the aquamation included a lock of hair an ink print of nose/paw and a clay print as well. Best service I hope not to need anytime soon!

I learned of Peaceful Waters from my neighbors over a year ago, and sadly needed their services in early July 2023 when my almost 18 year old Bichon got suddenly ill. I knew it was time to let her go. Peaceful Waters couldn't have been more kind or compassionate, giving me time to cry and say goodbye one more time. A week later I picked up her ashesI volunteered with Bichon FurKids Rescue, and have referred Peaceful Waters to our Board members. I will continue to recommend Peaceful Waters and their staff to make the worst time for pet owners just a little easier.

We used the Peaceful Veterinary Care Euthanasia program offered by Vet Dr Lauren Chapman. What a wonderful person. I was so upset about letting my little dog go. Dr Chapman made it so easy by helping me remember that Pita was on a cruise ship with at least 3 margaritas, she was referring to the sedative. This made us all laugh and we imagined Pita having the time of her life. Once she was sedated, she just seemed asleep. Pita was given her injection and is now in doggie heaven. God bless Dr Lauren Chapman for making this a peaceful easy experience.

In a dog's/pet's life there are certain amazing people that make a huge difference. Let that be rescuers, fosters or people who help them at the end of their journey. Caroline & Kristine are both extremely lovely people and reassured me that Mr Winston's [our 12 year old Chihuahua] aftercare was in the right hands. While Peaceful Waters offers in home visits, unfortunately our beloved boy passed away at the hospital after suffering a stroke. We choose aquamation because it's a more natural and not to mention environmentally friendly option to cremation. We decided to go with private aquamation. This way we had the option to carry Mr Winston's ashes home. The ashes were placed in a plastic bag that's ziptied shut with the tag attached that was assigned to our dog. The bag is inside a beautiful paper urn/tube and can be easily moved into an urn of our choice.Thank you again for helping us through these extremely difficult times!

Peaceful Waters is very respectful and very kind. They are patient during their processes and empathetic toward any and all circumstances. I especially love how intentional they were with the memorial and made it a very unique and special experience, which I probably would not have received elsewhere. They go above and beyond.

They’ve taken wonderful care for my two cats I lost within two years of eachother. Always kept me updated and were always kind. Very quick process and filled my heart to have my cats back with me so fast. Thank you so much.

I can only hope that all humans have an experience as compassionate and meaningful as what Peaceful Waters offers for pets. I had never heard of aquamation before, but the principle and the option for burial at sea were exactly what I needed. I would have chosen these options really no matter what, but beyond that, the people at Peaceful Waters were heartbreakingly kind and accommodating.I never thought I'd "enjoy" the aftercare experience but it truly was inspiring and heartwarming to know that so many personalized options are available for all kinds of animals whose humans all loved them in their own way. I love that they welcome all beliefs and non-beliefs and never pushed toward any particular offering or manner of grieving. They replied immediately to my online inquiry and I appreciated the flexibility of their hours. I was imagining that the "drop-off time" would be an impersonal transaction, but it was actually a beautiful personalized appointment with a lovely little receiving table and the paperwork already set up. The receptionist was so sweet and supportive. After all the arrangements were set, she offered some time for me to say a private goodbye and there was a little chime to press when I was finished. It still hurts to think about the reason I was there, but I am very grateful to Peaceful Waters for the calming and comforting experience. Thanks to them, I definitely want aquamation for myself when the time comes.

Losing my beautiful bearded dragon was heartbreaking, but it was also educational. I discovered different ways to memorialize and honor him. The staff at Peaceful Waters Aquamation were genuine and kind. They patiently explained their process and delicately handled both my dragon and me with care. The process is eco friendly, having a low carbon footprint. They are available 7 days a week, timely in returning calls and had my dragon’s remains ready in a week. The little details count as well, such as the presentation of his ashes along with his claw imprints. If you want excellent service in handling your beloved scaled (or fur) baby, this is the place.

Our sweet kitty Magic was diagnosed with Mammary Cancer which metastasized into her lungs rapidly. We lost her less than a month after finding out. During her decline the vet we had taken her to told us when we were ready we could have her put down & they would have her cremated. To the tune of $287 & we wouldn't even get her back unless we paid an additional $170. She passed away on her own at home one evening. I called the vet back & was quoted $178 to have her cremated with no return. Of course all these charges came on top of the almost $1000 we had already paid just for the tests to get the diagnosis. So I started checking around. The first place I called was cold & strictly business. Charging $350 plus $10 more to have her returned to me via usps mail. The lady didn't even express sympathy until the end of the call when I said I'd let her know if we were interested.Peaceful waters was my third call, it was still early morning & I got voice-mail. I figured I'd just call back after they opened. Not 10 minutes later I received a call back from Tonya apologizing for missing my call. I explained the situation & she immediately expressed her sympathy for my loss. She explained the services they offered & what my options were. After speaking to my husband we decided this was the best decision for our sweet girl.Tonya offered to come pick up Magic, but I said I could bring her myself & she was available for me to come out immediately that morning. I arrived & it was a completely serene atmosphere. She was very comforting & answered any questions I had. She was gentle & caring with Magic & made me feel at peace with my decision.I was told it could take a week or 2 to receive her back, but was pleasantly surprised when I got a call back within a week. I also requested an ink paw print for a keepsake & to my surprise they didn't do just one, I got 4.I can't say enough wonderful things about Peaceful Waters. At a very difficult time they made things much easier. It made me happy to know that it's also an environmentally friendly process & didn't break the bank!I would recommend them to anyone who loses a pet.

such nice people and so heartwarming. it's a small business so the staff, atmosphere, and services were all in house - very cozy, loving vibes. makes you feel better knowing you're sending your loved one off with amazing people who will take care of them. 10/10 recommend.

This is a place where I can feel the compassion of each person who help me in this place during this very painful time, I feel peace and I find comfort but also, I was sure that the body of my beloved pet was treated with respect.Thank Peaceful Waters and thank you to my beloved friend and partner (my cat) she guided me to this place after she passedwith love: Braulia Castillo

Everyone here was so thoughtful. My boy was treated with dignity, respect and compassion. I am forever grateful to Peaceful waters for everything they did to help us during this difficult time.

I highly recommend Dr. Rose and Peaceful Waters. I unexpectedly had to help my 14 yr old toy Poodle, Ricky, transition on July 4th. His vet was closed and I did not want to take him to an unfamiliar scary ER vet.I called Dr. Rose and she was not able to assist with the in-home euthanasia due to the holiday but she stayed in touch with me throughout the day for updates via texts. Thankfully, I was able to find a vet to come to my home and Ricky was able to leave his earthly body on our patio, in my arms, with the sun and breeze on his face.We made arrangements for me to bring him to their facility the next day and Dr. Rose met us there.I have used aquamation as aftercare for 3 other pets in the past but was new to Peaceful Waters. Dr.Rose took the time to answer my questions, show me the process and gave me space to say goodbye to my boy one last time.I appreciated being sent an invoice to pay and not having to take care of payment in those delicate moments.Ricky was ready to return home to me in just 5 days. They made pickup easy and Tanya was very compassionate.Ricky’s ashes are in a simple box tied with raffia and dried lavender. There is a certificate of authenticity, a beautiful poem and a tree will be planted in his memory. A fur clipping and a paw print were included in the price, not an extra charge like at other places. For being such a difficult time, my experience was very positive. They were kind, caring, compassionate, respectful, understanding and professional and I have already recommended them 3 times. I have 2 more senior dogs and I know I will be using their services again.

When Missy Miss, our rescue Chihuahua, pass away unexpectedly, our family was so happy to have Peaceful Waters Aquamation take care of her remains versus having the traditional cremation. Emily @ Peaceful Waters Aquamation answered all of our questions and helped us throughout the Private Aquamation process. When we returned to pick up Missy Miss, we were impressed with the lovely cylinder container as well as the ceramic paw print & fur in a bottle. We have 3 Pugs remaining in our home and look forward in having Peaceful Waters Aquamation take care of our fur-babies when the time comes.

Dr Rose was genuinely sensitive to my needs and emotional state. She even recognized my other dog’s need to say goodbye to Amigo before we left. In addition her concern for ecology and the purity of the aquamation process speaks to her integrity and leadership within her profession. Her staff was both compassionate and highly efficient.

After our senior golden retriever passed away, we wanted to cremate her. I loved the eco-friendly concept of peaceful waters aquamation. A rep from Peaceful Waters came to the house to retrieve our dear pup & I was able to order a paw print stamp as little memento to remember her by. Great, kind, efficient service.

I want to highly recommend the services of Peaceful Waters. I have used them 3 times. The first (2/2020) was pre-pandemic and they picked up my pet from the vet’s office following euthanasia. The second was during the during the pandemic (12/2020); we had in-home euthanasia and the Peaceful Water staff arrived within minutes following euthanasia. The 3rd time (5/21) we also used in-home euthanasia but we dropped off our pet to Peaceful Waters. Each encounter was a very positive one in a very difficult time. The staff is knowledgeable, sweet and compassionate, and I believe aquamation is a gentler and more environmentally-friendly option to cremation. It takes special people to do what they do. The on-line process is easy and the prices are not unreasonable. I will continue to utilize their services in the future..though hopefully not soon.

One of the most difficult decisions of our lives was having to put our sweet Cali to sleep. From the moment we contacted Peaceful Waters, we knew it was the right choice for us. They were so gentle with our baby in the end, and we had her remains back with us within a week and a half, as promised. Their staff is extremely kind and gentle, and it was so appreciated during this difficult time. Highly recommended.

Peaceful waters was amazing. They stayed open late on a Friday afternoon for me. It was already a hard day and they made the last part so easy. I cannot thank them enough for that. Then, when my boy was ready to be picked up they did such a good job. He was beautifully wrapped and they partner with a non profit that plants a tree in memory of your pet. I love that idea. Overall a great experience during such a tough, awful time. One last thing to mention is the process in which they use, called aquamation. So much better for the environment then traditional cremation. Thank you again peaceful waters.

Going through the death of my Petey was undeniably one of the worst times of my life. Peaceful Waters was with me through every step of the process. They were so caring and understanding. They let me handle everything at my own pace. They took a terrible situation and made it as smooth as possible. If you find yourself in this type of situation they are who you want helping you to say goodbye to your beloved fur baby.

I had never heard of aquamation before researching afterlife options for our precious kitty Shiloh who passed away. I’m very glad I took a moment to research options instead of just taking her body to the vet to send off to some mass cremation company. I really liked the idea that it is so eco friendly, creating 90% less carbon than traditional flame cremation. Tanya at Peaceful Waters was very kind and empathetic when I called to schedule a pickup time. She arrived with a container and made a little bed for Shiloh, tucking her in with a paw print blanket. Shiloh always liked being under blankets. Six days later, I was able to pick up her aquamated remains, which were placed in a biodegradable container. Included in the individual aquamation, I also received a heart-shaped impression of her paw print with her name on it and a little glass vial of her fur that captured all the colors in her beautiful coat — really nice to have those personal items. I plan to put those items inside a shadow box memorial frame. I told them that I also wanted to have a couple of blown glass memorial sun catchers made with her ashes, so they were kind enough to separate a small amount of ash for me in a tiny ziploc baggy that I could use. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. I highly recommend them in the very sad event that you need their service.

After 17 years of love and affection I had to say goodbye to my little friend Nicky. Peaceful Waters helped me in my time of sorrow by being responsive, empathetic and kind. Their facility is spotless and inspires confidence that your loyal friend will be treated with loving care.

I felt confident my loved one was being handled with care and respect which brought me peace. A special thank you to Tonja. The entire staff showed sympathy and warmth.

I just met a lady today who raved about you! She couldn't say enough nice things about what you did for her dog from his euthanasia to the whole process and how kind and sensitive you all are and the beautiful viewing with her dog surrounded by flowers. I will definitely promote you on my Facebook as I have many followers.

The atmosphere was peaceful, and the lady who helped me at the front desk was amazing. They let you have the room to yourself and your deceased furbaby. There's no feeling of being rushed either. The overall service is 5 stars for me, I highly recommend.

From the consultant on the initial phone call, to the welcoming I had when I brought my dog's body, to the communication via email I received throughout the process, to the final ashes/pawprint/fur inside a vile, I have been extremely satisfied with this company. I have told my family and friends and have posted on social media about Peaceful Waters and their incredible product and process. When my next pet passes, I will employ this company again, no doubt.

Our beloved 15 year old dog passed away in a very tragic accident a few weeks ago. I called Peaceful Waters Aquamation and spoke to Ms. Tanya. She was our angel. My kids had a hard time and couldn't get the courage to come out of the car to say our last good bye and prayers for our dear Mikko. Through it all Ms. Tanya was there showing great patience and kindness towards our family. She was careful to place Mikko in such a way that it wouldn't be a traumatic experience for the little ones. My kids remember this kindness and remembers Ms. Tanya. I highly recommend Peaceful Waters Aquamation. They gave Mikko as much love as we had given him even if only at that moment. Thank you Ms. Tanya.

My Fur Baby left me on 12/7/20, I called multiple places before finding the right one. Peaceful Water Aquamation was caring, compassionate and very understanding. I would recommend this this place 100%.Thank you for great service.

Losing your pet, better yet our family members it's never easy.I lost 2 of my family members this year, only few weeks apart. Devastions !! it's the only way to describe it. Thank you to Peaceful Water Aquamation , my pets are resting well, with dignity and love.
Angela Basco
Their service was prompt and very kind. The packaging of my pet was beautiful and their prices are better than other places. Aquamation is also more environmentally friendly than regular fire cremation. I highly recommend this place for anyone's beloved pet.

While I wish no one needed their services, the team at Peaceful Waters took care of our dog Cinnamon and did so with care. They even were willing to let us make payments. I would recommend them to take care of your pet

We are very happy with the care that Peaceful Waters showed our beloved pet’s remains. We miss him terribly but we now have a beautiful memorial spot for him. Thank you Peaceful Waters.

Such a loving and amazing experience. They came in so loving and gently spoke to our Jackie and told us and her everything that was going to happen. They never put her in a plastic bag and I felt so at peace❤️
Jessica Karsh
Nothing but good things to say about this place, unfortunately it is always at the worst of times. They were professional and kind from start to finish. I felt so much better knowing that their service is better for the environment than the traditional cremation. I love that they give you a paw print, fur clipping, and even plant a tree in Madagascar. 5 star

When it was time for me to let go of Reagan it was extremely difficult. I had no idea what to do but Tonja helped me through every step. When they came to pick her up they were so understanding it made letting go a little easier. That dog had helped me through some very challenging times in my life, and Tonja and Eddie helped me through this.

Suzanne Grant
Dr Rose was genuinely sensitive to my needs and emotional state. She even recognized my other dog’s need to say goodbye to Amigo before we left. In addition her concern for ecology and the purity of the aquamation process speaks to her integrity and leadership within her profession. Her staff was both compassionate and highly efficient.
Meg O'H

Chuck Hattaway
