Professional and kind. We received our Lucy’s ashes 7 days after dropping her off. It was $120 for the cremation and $40 for UPS shipping. She came home in a beautiful cedar box, a lovely poem and a paw print. Her loss was so sudden. We were fortunate to find these wonderful people.

I found the staff to be very professional and helpful. They're also very attentive towards your loss of your pet. Their prices are very reasonable and they offer many different services. I would recommend Gateway to anyone wishing to use their services instead of having to wait long appointment times at the vet. They are heavily staffed and get you thru the process really quick and answer all your questions and spend the time necessary that you need to make your decisions. But I must warn you, it's a very sad and emotional place to visit with so many others grieving for the loss of their fur babies and having their last moments with them. As it's their final goodbyes. And the staff recognizes that and are very accommodating to the issue.

This was my first experience with pet cremation so I wasn't sure what to expect. My vet's office took care of all of the arrangements so it was a little pricier than what I've seen other people report here. Still, the cedar box and paw prints were beautiful and I found myself tearing up on the drive home.Unfortunately, when I got home and took the death certificate out of the envelope I noticed several errors. Obviously, it's just a piece of paper and the other items were so lovely I told myself to just get over it. But my emotions were still raw and I was trying to preserve my dog's memory. So I sent an email that night asking if it was possible to make corrections to the certificate.Bright and early the next day (a Saturday, no less) I receive a call from Gateway to go over the corrections. I was told I would be receiving a new certificate within a few days. A week later I get a call from my vet to pick up the new certificate. It was perfect!Worth the money IMO.

Took my baby girl puppers to them on 12/20/24 and they handled her as if she was their own and I'm thankful for them being so passionate and respectful of my baby. Now I'm just waiting for the call to pick her ashes up!!! Thank you so much Gateway
