Professional and kind. We received our Lucy’s ashes 7 days after dropping her off. It was $120 for the cremation and $40 for UPS shipping. She came home in a beautiful cedar box, a lovely poem and a paw print. Her loss was so sudden. We were fortunate to find these wonderful people.

I found the staff to be very professional and helpful. They're also very attentive towards your loss of your pet. Their prices are very reasonable and they offer many different services. I would recommend Gateway to anyone wishing to use their services instead of having to wait long appointment times at the vet. They are heavily staffed and get you thru the process really quick and answer all your questions and spend the time necessary that you need to make your decisions. But I must warn you, it's a very sad and emotional place to visit with so many others grieving for the loss of their fur babies and having their last moments with them. As it's their final goodbyes. And the staff recognizes that and are very accommodating to the issue.

This was my first experience with pet cremation so I wasn't sure what to expect. My vet's office took care of all of the arrangements so it was a little pricier than what I've seen other people report here. Still, the cedar box and paw prints were beautiful and I found myself tearing up on the drive home.Unfortunately, when I got home and took the death certificate out of the envelope I noticed several errors. Obviously, it's just a piece of paper and the other items were so lovely I told myself to just get over it. But my emotions were still raw and I was trying to preserve my dog's memory. So I sent an email that night asking if it was possible to make corrections to the certificate.Bright and early the next day (a Saturday, no less) I receive a call from Gateway to go over the corrections. I was told I would be receiving a new certificate within a few days. A week later I get a call from my vet to pick up the new certificate. It was perfect!Worth the money IMO.

Took my baby girl puppers to them on 12/20/24 and they handled her as if she was their own and I'm thankful for them being so passionate and respectful of my baby. Now I'm just waiting for the call to pick her ashes up!!! Thank you so much Gateway

Our family pet Edward (Maltese) passed away on 11/01/2021 around 12pm. I called Gateway Crematory around 2:30pm to ask if I could bring Edward today to have him cremated. The young lady that I spoke with informed me if I could bring him before 4:30pm that would not be a problem. My wife and I were at Gateway around 3:30pm and a young lady by the name of Rose helped us regarding our wishes with Edward to be cremated. Rose was very professional and respectful handling Edward. The next day (11/02/2021) we picked up the remains (Cremated) of Edwards around 2:45pm. Gateway had placed the cremated remains of Edward in a nice wooden box (Pictures attached with this review) with three rose petals. They also provided a beautifully worded poem, a certificate of Crematory for Edward, a paw print of Edward on clay with his name and heartful message from the staff at Gateway.This was and still is a difficult time for my family in losing Edward as a beloved family member. But Gateway has made a part of this journey a lot easier for my family with their professionalism and compassion regarding having Edward cremated. Everyone we dealt with at Gateway yesterday and today were helpful and courteous.I’ve attached a few pictures with this review on the material mentioned above.Thank You Gateway Crematory Staff

Been a hassle. Not even sure the paw print we got today was our beloved dog. They do business with a local vet hospital. Our dog’s remains were sent. All paper work was correct. They put in wrong phone number and spelled the name wrong. They NEVER reached out to hospital to verify why we didn’t call back. We didn’t get a call because the number was wrong. We got his remains… but they had to remake his paw print… he is gone… we are questioning the print with the “new name” on it. It could have been any other dogs ;(. They didn’t make us feel any better about their service or rectifying it to our satisfaction. Feel cheated by this experience… he was our love and a rescue that had a loving home.

I've used Gateway seven times. They are very compassionate to your loss and allow you all the time you need to leave your loved one in their hands. Quick turnaround for call to pick up your ashes and memorial items. Paw print is bagged, with a stand and the cedar boxes are nicely crafted.**Update 6/15/19** Latest body count is nine. :( My last visit was 3 weeks ago after having to put Jojo another 13.5 year old, 95 lb. German Shepherd Dog to sleep. More on that later. I was also there in August 2018 to carefully deliver my 22 gram budgie bird for creamation. Both experiences were great. They have a new visitors shed. It gives the place a more at home feel, and offers you a place to look at other urn options. You feel you are welcomed in now.Back to Jojo. I was called that his ashes were ready, on Friday afternoon of the Memorial Day weekend. All I was thinking was to get on the 210 EB before 3pm to beat the tush hour traffic. Normally it's a 38 minute drive from Home. Not thinking about the holiday rush I hoped into a traffic jam nightmare. Long story short my drive time was delayed by two accidents. GPS delayed me 5 minutes after closing time of 4:30pm. I called. No problem they would wait for me. The clock was ticking and GPS detoured me off the 15 FWY. A 5 min path was backed up another 30 minutes. I arrived at 5:10pm. I was so grateful they waited for me. With a smile on her face, I was greeted in the driveway with Jojo's beautiful cedar box, his paw print and my heart filled with happiness that I didn't have to go home and come back again after the holiday weekend. I'm sorry, I didn't get your name, but I will never forget what you did for me by waited for my late arrival on a holiday weekend. Gateway goes the extra mile. I tell all my friends about them. Fast friendly and reasonably priced.I love you guys!

I highly recommend using their services. This was my family’s first time cremating one of our fur babies and I have to say it was the best decision. They took care of my Charlie and made the cutest memorial for our family to have at home. We miss our Charlie so much but knowing he’s home with us now in a proper memorial makes it so much better. I lost my sweet sweet boy Rocco; Tuesday July 5th 2022. My whole world was shattered as I wasn’t home and my mother found him passed away. We called this place first on the list and were able to get him there immediately. My mom said they were so patient and caring an empathetic . I was at work and they made sure if my mom needed more time with him she could take all the time she needed. Rocco was my baby and I didn’t have the strength to go so my mom went for me but every time I called they treated me so professional .. picking him up I didn’t expect his little paw print the box anything but I am so grateful for this place .. it still isn’t easy and I cry every day for him but this defiantly helps put me at ease a bit knowing my sweet boy is home with me thank you again you guys are the absolute best !!!

The death of my baby girl, Luna, was tragic and so sudden. When calling this facility the woman over the phone was so kind and directed us up to the drop off zone. When approached by the woman she was so careful with her words as my mother and I were both crying. She took my baby from my car in her crate and returned the crate as well. She went above and beyond to make sure we were okay and I watched her be so gentle with Luna. I was called 10 days later (today) to pick her up. The ladies inside were very kind and when handing me my baby back they apologized for my loss. Very sincerely and genuinely. It made the process of grief so much lighter on my heart because it has remained so heavy since my baby passed. Remember all, Gods gift to us is unconditional love and I believe he sent us a little bit of that through our pets because their love is unconditional. We will see them again.

We had to have our sweet Nyx put to sleep due to a mass in her stomach. It was devastating for us. We weren’t willing to lose her completely and felt cremation was our option to keeping her with us.So many other companies we called were trying to charge us outrageous amounts of money to have our baby cremated.Gateway was amazing. They were so caring and understanding and they didn’t try to price gouge us in our most difficult time.They took great care with our girl and got her home to us, beautifully and for that I’m grateful.

I took my childhood cat here to get cremated a couple years back. It was a really bad experience. They have no compassion what so ever and very poor customer service skills. It also took three weeks to get my cats remains back. Additionally, my grandmothers dog passed away recently and I went back to them because it’s a closer option to where I live and again, very heartless and poor customer service. Right now I called for my other cat who sadly has cancer and will be passing soon. I was just asking questions about prices (not all prices are listed on the website maybe update that if you don’t want to talk to people) The chick who answered the phone was really rude. It seemed like she was trying to argue with me implying my question was frustrating or something. At one point she apologized because she didn’t even know the prices nor the names of the different urns. She lacked basic compassion and this is forsure the last time I consider this place. Today is 6/11/2024 whoever answered the phone at 10:42am this day. I hope you have the day you deserve. Someone should honestly investigate this place if the people working here are this rude all the time I can only imagine what other things they lie and hide. I would not want my live or deceased pets handled by heartless people.

I’m at a loss for words. My cat passed away after 17 long years of life, and was sent to this place for cremation. I had asked them to take a nose print of my cat and they told me that the fee is $30 extra on top of the standard service that I purchased so I gladly paid the fee. They told me that they hadn’t received his body at that time but they are picking him up from the 24 hour pet hospital that he passed away at and once they receive him they will apply that to his file. About five business days later, I called them to see if his remains we’re ready to be picked up, They told me that They weren’t ready for pick up, but they would give me a call when they were ready. A week goes by and I hear nothing from them so I give them a call and they told me that his remains were ready for a week now and that I needed to come pick him up. That was a little frustrating since I had not received any Voicemail messages, text messages, email or anything about him being ready. I went on a Saturday to get him and was looking forward to bringing him home. When I arrived, they gave me his box of ashes, and a paw print ceramic ornament. Although the paw print was nice, I asked for the nose print because it was so special to me, After looking into what happened, turns out there was another animal with a similar name and they applied it to them. My heart broke a second time that day, my beloved pet is gone, and I can’t get him back. I am happy to have his ashes and I’m glad there wasn’t a mixup there, mistakes happen, but this was a big one. They offered to make a second paw print and they would’ve used the original one as a mold, but I didn’t want a paw print to begin with. That wasn’t what I asked for, so having two of the same paw didn’t make sense. A few days later I received a $30 reimbursement. The money taken from my bank account can be replaced, but this one request that I had made could not be. I hope that this place can learn from this mistake so that no one has to go through the same disappointment.

My 15 year old dog passed away after Christmas so was frantically looking for a place that would provide services and managed to find this place. I'm so glad I did. It wasn't very far, and the people working there were very professional and understanding. The whole cremation process was simple and I received a call to pick up the ashes about a week later. It was all presented to me in a very nice package. I will gladly be recommending this place to friends.

I had brought my pet rat back in 2021, and they did a wonderful job with my baby. I received a wooden box urn and a clay paw print. A poem that just broke my heart, I also ordered a necklace of my beloved Rocky and the paw prints, and they did a magnificent job! Sadly, we lost 2 more pet rats in 2022 (different months) , and we came back, and as well as the first time, they did a great job. Unfortunately, we had to come back again this month, April 2023, because my son's pet rat passed away of old age. He was 3 years old! The people there were very caring and gave us time to say our goodbyes to Maru. It was very emotional, and they were so caring and explained everything and were very helpful to us. On all of them, it took about 1 week or so to get them back to us. Thank you, Gateway, for caring for our pets like they were family. It was a great experience and will be coming back.

I had prepaid my dogs cremation, about 3.5 years ago. I had to put her down today when I called about my services the girl said they were not paid I said they were paid we went back and forth I was upset I was yelling at the girl then another girl got on the phone we went back and forth also and then she hangs up on me. I called back she said they found my payment and we started arguing again about me yelling. I told her just give me my money. She said ok. I will never go back. I should have learned, when I had went in to pay for it my other dog had passed it took 4 weeks for me to get the ashes back. They have no empathy what so ever. It was like okay here is the next animal.

Today we picked up our dog Chiquillo and they did a beautiful job! The paw print was his and well done! The box is beautiful, a card was included and the documents were all put in a beautiful plastic bag with dog prints all over. Thank you for making it so special ❤️🐾

They do a memorial box with pup's or kitty's ashes, name plate on box, plus a clay plate with paw print, all for $120, which is a bit high, but it's better than burying them in the back yard and not having a memory. Every item after that, is extra, and a very pricy.

After calling several places a friend gave me number to Gateway I called and they had compassion and explained services prices was great I was able to pick up furbabys ashes within a week. She carried out the box and paw print in cute bag. The whole staff is wonderful. I pray I don't need their services soon but when I do I'll be going back to them.

This time I was blessed to have Jeanine to support me through this devastating time. Like my dog Dooley did when my Mom died. This time was more painful and more difficult to accept. My sweet Guinea pig of 8 years passed and I wanted nothing more then to find someone to cremate him for me. I called multiple places who were charging $250+ just for the cremation. When I called gateway the lady was extremely informative and the price was affordable. All which included his urn and prints. Upon showing up it was private which I appreciated. There were multiple urns and jewelry I could chose from to hold him close.The whole process felt right and the ladies who helped me out and listened made it a million times easier. Unfortunately I lost my bestest friend Sonar, My husband found Gateway online, I have to say even though this was my worst heartbreak Gateway staff are incredibly Kind and caring. I was at the drop off section balling my eyes out with my furrito in my arms, The lady was really patient in waiting for my baby. I recommend this place for anyone that has lost their pet. Picking up my Sonar was emotional for me but yet again the staff was great , and understanding, patient and kind. My baby came back in a beautiful box, Gateway also included a molding of his paw prints. So thoughtful. Thank you very very much. You guys made my heart feel a little bit better knowing my baby was very well taken care of.

We recently lost our family pet on new years day and took him here to be cremated. This was one of worst losses we've experienced and when we went to this facility we were hoping they would make the process easier. While we were there we asked if we could keep some fur as a memory of our pet and were told we could for an extra charge which we accepted because in the moment of grief we just wanted anything that would help us move on. We called 8 days later after dropping him to check on the status for pickup and were told at first they couldn't locate his ashes and they would call us back. They called back only to tell us unfortunately the person who performed the cremation forgot to cut off some fur for us and they could offer us a refund for the charge we had initially paid to have fur set aside. We were devastated and upset that they didn't do something we had agreed on, and providing a refund wasn't going to make up for the mistake they did.This was extremely upsetting and we will not be going back

UPDATE: They were able to pick up my pet's body from the hospital and rushed the cremation service for us. It was ready to pick up the next day and the ladies who called and greeted us at the cemetery were very apologetic. The one on the phone explained the miscommunication between them and the hospital and apologized several times. I appreciate them for acknowledging their mistake and for prioritizing our pet. It took a total of 2 weeks for us to bring him home and we finally get the closure we need. For future services, I would bring my pet directly to Gateway if possible instead of going through a vet/animal shelter (we went through animal control) to prevent long wait times and potential miscommunications.Thank you Gateway Pet.Initial Review:We lost our pet on the first of the month. Called this organization to make arrangements the same day. First Monday after I made arrangements they said they were going to pick up his body from the pet hospital that day. Two weeks later from the first scheduling, I call them and they said they still haven't picked up my pet's body from the animal hospital yet. The woman on the phone was not apologetic and claimed they were too busy. I am so disappointed with their service so far. They did not personally reach out to me for any updates or anything. Their website claims this service only takes one week, but it has been two and will take the fastest one more week. We dearly miss our pet and his cold dead body has suffered alone way too long waiting to be picked up for cremation.

On April 27 2020. I had to make one of the toughest decisions I had to make in a long time and that was to have to have my dog put down she . was 13 years old and having a lot of difficulty breathing and standing, she was a great friend and companion to me and all my family . I love and miss her so much so today when I went to pick up her ashes I saw that they had made me a paw print for me. This brought tears of joy and happiness to my eyes . When my best little buddy passed, Gateway were amazing and took care of him as if they were family. I have the beautiful box with his name engraved on it in a place of honor in my living room. My expectations were thoroughly exceeded as I was not expecting the cast of her pawprint and quality of the box her remains were placed in. Worst company. Not only did they make a huge mistake, they had NO compassion or concern. Not to mention being hung up on. Stating to another that I the customer over reacted & that mistakes happen. I dont even know if I actually got my beloved boy back or another pet. Its traumatic enough losing a fur baby but to get a complete wrong order & treated like it was an oops & didn't matter. The death of my baby girl, Luna, was tragic and so sudden. When calling this facility the woman over the phone was so kind and directed us up to the drop off zone. When approached by the woman she was so careful with her words as my mother and I were both crying. She took my baby from my car in her crate and returned the crate as well. She went above and beyond to make sure we were okay and I watched her be so gentle with Luna. I was called 10 days later (today) to pick her up. The ladies inside were very kind and when handing me my baby back they apologized for my loss. Very sincerely and genuinely. It made the process of grief so much lighter on my heart because it has remained so heavy since my baby passed. Remember all, Gods gift to us is unconditional love and I believe he sent us a little bit of that through our pets because their love is unconditional. We will see them again.

We had to have our sweet Nyx put to sleep due to a mass in her stomach. It was devastating for us. We weren’t willing to lose her completely and felt cremation was our option to keeping her with us.So many other companies we called were trying to charge us outrageous amounts of money to have our baby cremated.Gateway was amazing. I took my childhood cat here to get cremated a couple years back. It was a really bad experience. They have no compassion what so ever and very poor customer service skills. It also took three weeks to get my cats remains back. Additionally, my grandmothers dog passed away recently and I went back to them because it’s a closer option to where I live and again, very heartless and poor customer service. Right now I called for my other cat who sadly has cancer and will be passing soon. I was just asking questions about prices (not all prices are listed on the website maybe update that if you don’t want to talk to people) The chick who answered the phone was really rude. It seemed like she was trying to argue with me implying my question was frustrating or something. At one point she apologized because she didn’t even know the prices nor the names of the different urns. She lacked basic compassion and this is forsure the last time I consider this place. Today is 6/11/2024 whoever answered the phone at 10:42am this day. I hope you have the day you deserve. Someone should honestly investigate this place if the people working here are this rude all the time I can only imagine what other things they lie and hide. I would not want my live or deceased pets handled by heartless people.

I’m at a loss for words. My cat passed away after 17 long years of life, and was sent to this place for cremation. I had asked them to take a nose print of my cat and they told me that the fee is $30 extra on top of the standard service that I purchased so I gladly paid the fee. They told me that they hadn’t received his body at that time but they are picking him up from the 24 hour pet hospital that he passed away at and once they receive him they will apply that to his file. About five business days later, I called them to see if his remains we’re ready to be picked up, They told me that They weren’t ready for pick up, but they would give me a call when they were ready. A week goes by and I hear nothing from them so I give them a call and they told me that his remains were ready for a week now and that I needed to come pick him up. That was a little frustrating since I had not received any Voicemail messages, text messages, email or anything about him being ready. I went on a Saturday to get him and was looking forward to bringing him home. When I arrived, they gave me his box of ashes, and a paw print ceramic ornament. Although the paw print was nice, I asked for the nose print because it was so special to me, After looking into what happened, turns out there was another animal with a similar name and they applied it to them. My heart broke a second time that day, my beloved pet is gone, and I can’t get him back. I am happy to have his ashes and I’m glad there wasn’t a mixup there, mistakes happen, but this was a big one. They offered to make a second paw print and they would’ve used the original one as a mold, but I didn’t want a paw print to begin with. That wasn’t what I asked for, so having two of the same paw didn’t make sense. A few days later I received a $30 reimbursement. The money taken from my bank account can be replaced, but this one request that I had made could not be. I hope that this place can learn from this mistake so that no one has to go through the same disappointment.

My 15 year old dog passed away after Christmas so was frantically looking for a place that would provide services and managed to find this place. I'm so glad I did. It wasn't very far, and the people working there were very professional and understanding. The whole cremation process was simple and I received a call to pick up the ashes about a week later. I had brought my pet rat back in 2021, and they did a wonderful job with my baby. I received a wooden box urn and a clay paw print. A poem that just broke my heart, I also ordered a necklace of my beloved Rocky and the paw prints, and they did a magnificent job! Sadly, we lost 2 more pet rats in 2022 (different months) , and we came back, and as well as the first time, they did a great job. Unfortunately, we had to come back again this month, April 2023, because my son's pet rat passed away of old age. He was 3 years old! The people there were very caring and gave us time to say our goodbyes to Maru. It was very emotional, and they were so caring and explained everything and were very helpful to us. On all of them, it took about 1 week or so to get them back to us. Thank you, Gateway, for caring for our pets like they were family. It was a great experience and will be coming back.

I had prepaid my dogs cremation, about 3.5 years ago. I had to put her down today when I called about my services the girl said they were not paid I said they were paid we went back and forth I was upset I was yelling at the girl then another girl got on the phone we went back and forth also and then she hangs up on me. I called back she said they found my payment and we started arguing again about me yelling. I told her just give me my money. She said ok. I will never go back. I should have learned, when I had went in to pay for it my other dog had passed it took 4 weeks for me to get the ashes back. They have no empathy what so ever. It was like okay here is the next animal.

July 15, 2021 I lost my childhood cat unexpectedly. We took her to Gateway the next day and the staff was extremely sincere and patient with how emotional I was losing my baby girl. I paid for the cremation, a peice of jewelry and a heart shaped clay paw print in addition to the standard circle one that came with the package so my brother could have a piece of Cheeky as well. However when I picked up Cheeky's ashes, I only had the heart shaped paw. Gateway apologized sincerely and was able to make a copy at no extra cost.A year later, while it still hurts me to even hold her urn, I'm grateful to be able to have her with me after moving across the country. I now have a dog that who sometimes looks at Cheeky's ashes and I can tell she understands what they are and how much they mean to me. I plan on taking her paw print and getting a tattoo remembrance peice, which is something I wouldn't have been able to do without Gateway being there when I needed them.I'll always recommend you guys to all my friends back home if them ever have the misfortune to need you.

Our dog died suddenly, and the place we had before closed. So we found gateway, since it was closest and nearest to us we went in the morning. Talked with Kyle on phone and he let me know the prices and everything. Was odd dropping her off at the gate. But Kyle was good guy patient, understood our other dog would not leave her side was even gonna stand behind the gate and wait, well we put her on the cart. Box looks nice,the white clay paw print was nice. Only took 3 days said would be 5-7. We are happy with the results.

A few years ago, I lost my car Sketch to cancer. He was everything to me. I put my trust into Gateway to cremate him. I thought it was just going to be ashes in a box. But what I received back was so much more than that. I got a beautiful wooden box with his name. His paw print with his name and a lovely poem.So last year when I lost my chow. I already knew who I wanted to take care of the cremation, Gateway. I just lost my German Shepherd mix last week. I have already had 2 great experiences with Gateway. I have no doubt in my mind that I'm going to be pleased with Chevys remain. Why people have had bad experiences with Gateway is beyond me. They are wonderful. The only thing that I'm not to crazy about is the blue bag. But I honestly don't know what I would expect to get. I do recommend them to everyone I know that have lost a pet.

Recently lost my golden retriever of 11 years and it has been very difficult. My family came to the agreement that we would cremate our princess and the hospital informed us that she will be taken to gateway. I did not know how much would be given to us the moment we picked her up. I am truly happy with the amount of care and time they put into getting our girl ready to come home. We were given comforting poems, a clay imprint of her paw, and a very nice urn along with her name engraved in it. We opened up the urn and found 3 beautiful flower petals inside, which only comforted me knowing she was properly cared for. My fur baby passed away and we decided to get her cremated. We contacted Gateway pet cemetery and they appeared to offer what we were looking for. We had called prior to arriving at the facility to get check-in information. The female who answered the phone stated to call them via telephone upon arrival and someone would open the gate for us.Upon arrival we called and she stated that someone would come out to open the gate. We waited for 20 minutes and no one came, so I called again and told her that we were calling again to make sure they wouldn't forget about us. She stated "OH you're here" we told her yes, then she stated that someone would come out. After waiting over 30 minutes we decided to leave as it was apparent our business there was not important. I will tell all my friends and family about my our awful experience here and we will never return.

If you’ve lost a pet, that you shared a unique bond with, then you will understand the emotions that filled my body. Losing my cuddle buddy, my dance partner, the furr baby that showed me unconditional love and kisses, that greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, and he was so vocal. Imagine my eyes when I locked in on my sons paw prints only to be taken back on what I was looking at….. do they not verify and check the quality of the results, obviously not!!! They look like raccoon paws or something else but not my cat. Whoever took this impression should be fired for ruining the results. They have yet to answer my calls but I’m curious to see how they take my feedback and what they will say. I will never have another chance to get bubbuh paw prints and they have robbed me of my money because I’m not SATISFIED!!! I’m disappointed, upset, sad on top of already having to deal with the grief of losing my best friend.

I requested my horse’s ashes to be shipped to my house and also requested to be informed prior to shipping so I can track the package. I provided both email and cell Phone number. They agreed to inform me when the package is shipped via UPS and signature is required. I couldn’t believe that they did not call nor Email me when they shipped out the urn and they shipped it to the WRONG address. They shipped the urn to the barn where they picked up the body. UPS confirmed that the shipper did NOT request a signature. Please do NOT send your beloved pet to them.

Didn't realize I could go directly here with a deceased baby, but, I will in the future.They were quick in getting my Bell taken care of. With an engraved gold plate with her Name on it. A plaster of paris paw print, with a heart, and her Name scripted on it. That came in a purple mesh bag, and a little stand to place next to her box. A nice certificate with her date of birth and death. And a Very nice comforting poem. Delivered in a thoughtful blue bag. Also, condolences from the staff of Gateway.I can't speak highly enough of the service received here. Going direct will save you about, in my case, about $80.00 from going through the vet. I sent a $40 check with my pet to get a paw ink print and clay mold. They only sent me the clay mold, and when I asked where the ink print was, they blamed the hospital that put my dog to sleep saying they had never received an order for the ink print. When I asked the hospital, the technician that helped me with my dog said she called Gateway directly to ask how much both would be and they said $40- the clay mold only was $30. Whoever called me from Gateway had no remorse that my dog was now forever gone and they have no way of getting the ink print. She even had the audacity to blame me for only writing a $30 check, as if I didn't have the duplicate check that so clearly says $40. When I argued that I had written $40, she double checked and confirmed it was $40. WHY DIDN'T THAT RAISE A FLAG TO DOUBLE CHECK WHAT I WANTED IF THE CLAY MOLD WAS ONLY $30?! EVEN IF THE HOSPITAL DIDN'T PUT AN ORDER IN FOR THE INK PRINT, YOU HAVE MY CHECK WITH $40! They didn't even have the decency to call me back and apologize- the hospital technician called me crying and apologetic (even though it wasn't her fault) saying she had spoken with Gateway about the situation, but no direct apology from Gateway themselves. My dog is forever gone. FOR. EVER. GONE. I trusted you with my a piece of my life and that is something I will NEVER be able to get back and you didn't even have the guts to face me directly about it. I hope you have nightmares about this for the rest of your lives.

Feeling devistated all over again. My beloved dog died this month and I used Gateway services through my vet's office. Gateway misspelled my dog's name on the urn plate even though it was correct on his death certificate. I can totally accept human error even while grieving, but trying to get them to fix it was HORRIBLE. What a miserable, painful phone call it was and the employee made it MUCH HARDER on me. She told me there would be a fee to change the error! Finally, the woman looked up my dog's record and admitted it was Gateway's mistake. They will mail me a new plate and I'll put it on the urn myself. I gave two stars instead of one because they are fixing the error. I will not use Gateway again in spite of the fact I've used their services several times in the past 30+ years. There just HAS to be a place with more compassion and professionalism. ...Just got a useless, condescending reply from "owner". Of course there's nothing you can do for me. You already proved you disrespect grieving pet owners as well as my departed dog, Atticus.

The workers always say "Sorry for your loss". Quick cremation turnaround, usually always within a week. $100 for most cremations and you get a nice box with the ashes in it. We have had a few pets cremated here.

Clinic in junction with Gateway provided nothing but kindness, support, and gentleness to me, my mother add my precious little-big girl Ebony. Has I know I would have ordered two...! I'd buy one right away if there's a way to make a replica. I don't like to give bad reviews but after picking up the ashes of my cat today the same girl, her name is EMILY was super unprofessional as she was on her phone while she was handing me the things of my lovely pet and showed no sympathy. Picking up my Sonar was emotional for me but yet again the staff was great , and understanding, patient and kind. UPDATE: They were able to pick up my pet's body from the hospital and rushed the cremation service for us. It was ready to pick up the next day and the ladies who called and greeted us at the cemetery were very apologetic. The one on the phone explained the miscommunication between them and the hospital and apologized several times. I appreciate them for acknowledging their mistake and for prioritizing our pet. It took a total of 2 weeks for us to bring him home and we finally get the closure we need. For future services, I would bring my pet directly to Gateway if possible instead of going through a vet/animal shelter (we went through animal control) to prevent long wait times and potential miscommunications.Thank you Gateway Pet.Initial Review:We lost our pet on the first of the month. Called this organization to make arrangements the same day. First Monday after I made arrangements they said they were going to pick up his body from the pet hospital that day. Two weeks later from the first scheduling, I call them and they said they still haven't picked up my pet's body from the animal hospital yet. The woman on the phone was not apologetic and claimed they were too busy. I am so disappointed with their service so far. They did not personally reach out to me for any updates or anything. Their website claims this service only takes one week, but it has been two and will take the fastest one more week. We dearly miss our pet and his cold dead body has suffered alone way too long waiting to be picked up for cremation.

On April 27 2020. I had to make one of the toughest decisions I had to make in a long time and that was to have to have my dog put down she . was 13 years old and having a lot of difficulty breathing and standing, she was a great friend and companion to me and all my family . I love and miss her so much so today when I went to pick up her ashes I saw that they had made me a paw print for me. This brought tears of joy and happiness to my eyes . My cat passed away at an emergency clinic last month. She was an incredibly special cat and I opted to have her cremated. The clinic uses Gateway Pet Cemetery and I'm so glad they do. My expectations were thoroughly exceeded as I was not expecting the cast of her pawprint and quality of the box her remains were placed in. Worst company. Not only did they make a huge mistake, they had NO compassion or concern. Not to mention being hung up on. Stating to another that I the customer over reacted & that mistakes happen. I dont even know if I actually got my beloved boy back or another pet. Its traumatic enough losing a fur baby but to get a complete wrong order & treated like it was an oops & didn't matter. I picked up my cats ashes today. The paw print I was given was not a cat print. It was definitely a dog print. The box that held the ashes was bigger than my other ones I have of cats that were larger than this cat. I'm beginning to questioni how reputable this company is. I will never use them again and I will tell all my friends about this experience. I'm doubtful this is even my cat.

I have buried three of my babies there since 1988. It is the only pet cemetery in southern California that cannot be torn down and turned into something else. When your pets are part of your life and give unconditional love to you, this is the place that will give you peace of mind that you laid them to rest in a safe place. They deserve this. The prices are very reasonable. There are no perpetual care monthly fees.And now, I understand cremated owners can be buried with their pets if they leave notarized instructions.

Under the lid on top of the bag holding the ashes are three different colored flower petals, still fresh. On Friday, August 2nd... my Aunts little Max crossed the Rainbow Bridge. She asked me to handle his cremation since she was too heartbroken to take on the task at the time since his death was completely unexpected. We left the Upland Emergency Animal Hospital around 8-830am and I called Gateway around the time they opened. I spoke to a lovely woman who was helpful and patient with me. I ordered the urn box and two key chains. Paid the $240 and it was done. My aunt called me and asked if I could get her the heart necklace instead. I called Gateway and a different woman (very nice) updated everything for me and I was going to be reimbursed $30. Then my aunt asked if they'd be willing to save a piece of his hair and of course... I called and the woman I spoke to explained it would be an additional $5. Not a problem since my reimbursement was going to be issued with a check, I asked her to remove the $5 from there. Then on Monday, August 12th my aunt asked me for their number so she can call and check on his status. 5 minutes later she calls me in a panic claiming the woman who answered said they had NO RECORD OF HIM. That the woman said we must've not paid because he wasn't in the system. I then put my aunt on three way and called Gateway myself. The woman who answered asked for my pets name and once I did she IMMEDIATELY said, some lady just called and I already told her we don't have him here! I said, well you better because I'm the one who called and placed this order. Understand that this woman was RUDE and lacked the customer service skills needed to work with people who are GRIEVING over their pets and to simply just say, "we have no record of him" without even LOOKING/CHECKING further blows my damn mind! Anyway, she proceeded to ask more questions and placed us on hold. She came back and said... you ordered a heart necklace? I said yes. She said that's the reason it's taking so long and it should be ready in the next few days. I said okay, if for ANY reason I need to call, how can we avoid this happening again? She tells me, "You won't need to call back, the vet hospital will call you when it's ready to be picked up" I said, you are not hearing me.... IF for ANY reason I need to call again how can we avoid this happening again because you initially advised my aunt that her Max was NOT there before even looking. What information do you need to expedite this process? She said.... "He wasn't in the system but I'll put him in there now but again, you won't need to call again because they'll call you" Wow. Just, WOW! And she didn't apologize for her mistake or for her attitude. And here we are... a week later from that horrible experience and somehow they misspelled the name on our paperwork and the vets office advised us that once Gateway fixes it then he'll be ready for pick up. Horrible.

Our beloved Papillon suddenly passed away last Sunday. The vet kept her until Monday when Gateway would be open. We picked up our baby and drove down to Gateway to pick out an urn as we wanted her cremated. Well, you must stay out in the driveway, they only have one urn to select from and the gal took her and said we would receive a call when she was ready to be picked up.In the meantime I ordered an urn online to have her remains kept in. We also had a Rottweiler pass a few years ago and Gateway did that cremation and put her in a wooden box, which I hated, so I also ordered another urn for her remains to be transferred in, but expected her box returned.I received the call this past Monday that our Papillon was ready to be picked up.I went down there and had all of the transfers made etc. When we had brought the Pap there she was wrapped in a blanket and we plainly told them to save the blanket as we wanted it returned to us. They even wrote those instructions on their invoice.Well, I never was given the blanket back, and the box they sent me after I called to tell them they did not return the original box that was brought with our Rotty's remains in. How could they lose a box within 5 minutes of me bringing it there?I would NEVER recommend this place of horrors to anyone that has lost their precious pet. I am so upset that I cannot put my grief into words.

July 15, 2021 I lost my childhood cat unexpectedly. We took her to Gateway the next day and the staff was extremely sincere and patient with how emotional I was losing my baby girl. I paid for the cremation, a peice of jewelry and a heart shaped clay paw print in addition to the standard circle one that came with the package so my brother could have a piece of Cheeky as well. However when I picked up Cheeky's ashes, I only had the heart shaped paw. Gateway apologized sincerely and was able to make a copy at no extra cost.A year later, while it still hurts me to even hold her urn, I'm grateful to be able to have her with me after moving across the country. I now have a dog that who sometimes looks at Cheeky's ashes and I can tell she understands what they are and how much they mean to me. I plan on taking her paw print and getting a tattoo remembrance peice, which is something I wouldn't have been able to do without Gateway being there when I needed them.I'll always recommend you guys to all my friends back home if them ever have the misfortune to need you.

Our dog died suddenly, and the place we had before closed. So we found gateway, since it was closest and nearest to us we went in the morning. Talked with Kyle on phone and he let me know the prices and everything. Was odd dropping her off at the gate. But Kyle was good guy patient, understood our other dog would not leave her side was even gonna stand behind the gate and wait, well we put her on the cart. Box looks nice,the white clay paw print was nice. Only took 3 days said would be 5-7. We are happy with the results.

A few years ago, I lost my car Sketch to cancer. He was everything to me. I put my trust into Gateway to cremate him. I thought it was just going to be ashes in a box. But what I received back was so much more than that. I got a beautiful wooden box with his name. His paw print with his name and a lovely poem.So last year when I lost my chow. I already knew who I wanted to take care of the cremation, Gateway. I just lost my German Shepherd mix last week. I have already had 2 great experiences with Gateway. I have no doubt in my mind that I'm going to be pleased with Chevys remain. Why people have had bad experiences with Gateway is beyond me. They are wonderful. The only thing that I'm not to crazy about is the blue bag. But I honestly don't know what I would expect to get. I do recommend them to everyone I know that have lost a pet.

Recently lost my golden retriever of 11 years and it has been very difficult. My family came to the agreement that we would cremate our princess and the hospital informed us that she will be taken to gateway. I did not know how much would be given to us the moment we picked her up. I am truly happy with the amount of care and time they put into getting our girl ready to come home. We were given comforting poems, a clay imprint of her paw, and a very nice urn along with her name engraved in it. We opened up the urn and found 3 beautiful flower petals inside, which only comforted me knowing she was properly cared for. I just wanted to thank the staff for doing a wonderful job and truly caring for our precious baby.

My fur baby passed away and we decided to get her cremated. We contacted Gateway pet cemetery and they appeared to offer what we were looking for. We had called prior to arriving at the facility to get check-in information. The female who answered the phone stated to call them via telephone upon arrival and someone would open the gate for us.Upon arrival we called and she stated that someone would come out to open the gate. We waited for 20 minutes and no one came, so I called again and told her that we were calling again to make sure they wouldn't forget about us. She stated "OH you're here" we told her yes, then she stated that someone would come out. After waiting over 30 minutes we decided to leave as it was apparent our business there was not important. I will tell all my friends and family about my our awful experience here and we will never return.

If you’ve lost a pet, that you shared a unique bond with, then you will understand the emotions that filled my body. Losing my cuddle buddy, my dance partner, the furr baby that showed me unconditional love and kisses, that greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, and he was so vocal. Imagine my eyes when I locked in on my sons paw prints only to be taken back on what I was looking at….. do they not verify and check the quality of the results, obviously not!!! They look like raccoon paws or something else but not my cat. Whoever took this impression should be fired for ruining the results. They have yet to answer my calls but I’m curious to see how they take my feedback and what they will say. I will never have another chance to get bubbuh paw prints and they have robbed me of my money because I’m not SATISFIED!!! I’m disappointed, upset, sad on top of already having to deal with the grief of losing my best friend.

I requested my horse’s ashes to be shipped to my house and also requested to be informed prior to shipping so I can track the package. I provided both email and cell Phone number. They agreed to inform me when the package is shipped via UPS and signature is required. I couldn’t believe that they did not call nor Email me when they shipped out the urn and they shipped it to the WRONG address. They shipped the urn to the barn where they picked up the body. UPS confirmed that the shipper did NOT request a signature. Please do NOT send your beloved pet to them.

The overall service was very good with only 1 problem. I received my horses ashes in a week, tho the hospital told me it would take a month. There was also a hoofprint in plaster that came with the ashes which was a surprise and very greatly appreciated.However, a name was spelled incorrectly on the certificate and I left a message requesting a corrected one. I have heard nothing back so guess they do not think this is a problem.

Our sweet Keiko passed away on 18 May 2022 on my husband's arm just as we were about to put her down. We brought Keiko then to Gateway cemetery for cremation, heartbroken.We can't thank Gateway cemetery enough for caring for our Keiko with so much compassion and empathy. The place was in a remote area surrounded by beautiful golden wild sunflowers in springtime. The young lady staff who helped us was amazing and attentive. The price was reasonable with complete accessories like Keiko's personalized paw print decor, certificate, and cedar box ash holder with Keiko's name engraved on a golden plate.Keiko's oncologist was from Ontario, California. We are from LA, but we planned to bring her to San Bernardino Humane Society for euthanasia, and we stumbled upon Gateway cemetery via an online search review. Gateway's compassionate customer service made our day less dismal. They made our experience less traumatic. After four days, my husband picked up Keiko's ashes, giving us peace of mind. The poem included in the package is very touching. It made us cry for the last time. Thank you so much, Gateway cemetery.

Didn't realize I could go directly here with a deceased baby, but, I will in the future.They were quick in getting my Bell taken care of. They do one Pet at a time in the Creamatory, so you know that it's only yours coming back to you.What a Nice presentation when I got Bell back.A Beautiful Cedar Box. With an engraved gold plate with her Name on it. A plaster of paris paw print, with a heart, and her Name scripted on it. That came in a purple mesh bag, and a little stand to place next to her box. A nice certificate with her date of birth and death. And a Very nice comforting poem. Delivered in a thoughtful blue bag. Also, condolences from the staff of Gateway.I can't speak highly enough of the service received here. Going direct will save you about, in my case, about $80.00 from going through the vet. I sent a $40 check with my pet to get a paw ink print and clay mold. They only sent me the clay mold, and when I asked where the ink print was, they blamed the hospital that put my dog to sleep saying they had never received an order for the ink print. When I asked the hospital, the technician that helped me with my dog said she called Gateway directly to ask how much both would be and they said $40- the clay mold only was $30. Whoever called me from Gateway had no remorse that my dog was now forever gone and they have no way of getting the ink print. She even had the audacity to blame me for only writing a $30 check, as if I didn't have the duplicate check that so clearly says $40. When I argued that I had written $40, she double checked and confirmed it was $40. WHY DIDN'T THAT RAISE A FLAG TO DOUBLE CHECK WHAT I WANTED IF THE CLAY MOLD WAS ONLY $30?! EVEN IF THE HOSPITAL DIDN'T PUT AN ORDER IN FOR THE INK PRINT, YOU HAVE MY CHECK WITH $40! They didn't even have the decency to call me back and apologize- the hospital technician called me crying and apologetic (even though it wasn't her fault) saying she had spoken with Gateway about the situation, but no direct apology from Gateway themselves. My dog is forever gone. FOR. EVER. GONE. I trusted you with my a piece of my life and that is something I will NEVER be able to get back and you didn't even have the guts to face me directly about it. I hope you have nightmares about this for the rest of your lives.

Feeling devistated all over again. My beloved dog died this month and I used Gateway services through my vet's office. Gateway misspelled my dog's name on the urn plate even though it was correct on his death certificate. I can totally accept human error even while grieving, but trying to get them to fix it was HORRIBLE. What a miserable, painful phone call it was and the employee made it MUCH HARDER on me. She told me there would be a fee to change the error! Finally, the woman looked up my dog's record and admitted it was Gateway's mistake. They will mail me a new plate and I'll put it on the urn myself. I gave two stars instead of one because they are fixing the error. I will not use Gateway again in spite of the fact I've used their services several times in the past 30+ years. There just HAS to be a place with more compassion and professionalism. ...Just got a useless, condescending reply from "owner". Of course there's nothing you can do for me. You already proved you disrespect grieving pet owners as well as my departed dog, Atticus.

The workers always say "Sorry for your loss". Quick cremation turnaround, usually always within a week. $100 for most cremations and you get a nice box with the ashes in it. We have had a few pets cremated here.

During one of the most difficult times for me, my Pet E.R. Clinic in junction with Gateway provided nothing but kindness, support, and gentleness to me, my mother add my precious little-big girl Ebony. She was returned to us in a beautiful redwood box with a plaque carved with her name. My clinic didn't mention the paw print was included so I was tearfully surprised. Has I know I would have ordered two...! I'd buy one right away if there's a way to make a replica. Anyway, from everyone's kind words to the delicate rose petels places in her box, assures me she was treated and handled with the upmost care and pet love. Took my cat here who sadly passed away recently...and when I first arrived the girl who helped me was very rude and rushed me. I don't like to give bad reviews but after picking up the ashes of my cat today the same girl, her name is EMILY was super unprofessional as she was on her phone while she was handing me the things of my lovely pet and showed no sympathy. You guys need to do better, I gave her the benefit of the doubt but this is uacceptable. This girl shows no sympathy for the people who's lovely pets passed, and really rude.

Was told that I can come pick him up two weeks later upon going to pick up my cat I look in the bag and it’s somebody’s dog named Jupiter. I am forever grateful for Gateway and their help with my 4 Furangle. I was moving and could not bare the thought of leaving my beloved pets behind. They were buried in a special place in my yard by 2 lovely trees. My Rottie boy was a whopping 149lbs and buried in a special coffin some friends made. With him were the cremated remains if my precious Coco and Cuica. I was frantic but Gateway assured me they could help and would cremate my big boy and replace the boxes of my 2 beautiful girls. Then during this difficult time, I lost my tiny 3 1/2 lbs boy Timon. I was heartbroken. The staff at Gateway were beyond sensative to my needs and to the memory of my precious pets. My hose was cremated on 7/25/222, after 3 weeks, I called to see what the staus was, and why it was taking so long. I was told ,"oh he had been done for several days". Why wasn't I called, busy was the answer, not exectable. I picked the very heavy box up at Gateway, at no time was I informed this box would be screwed closed with no lid to open to get ashes out. Very upset.This needs to change.

The box that held the ashes was bigger than my other ones I have of cats that were larger than this cat. I'm beginning to questioni how reputable this company is. I will never use them again and I will tell all my friends about this experience. I'm doubtful this is even my cat.

I have buried three of my babies there since 1988. It is the only pet cemetery in southern California that cannot be torn down and turned into something else. When your pets are part of your life and give unconditional love to you, this is the place that will give you peace of mind that you laid them to rest in a safe place. They deserve this. The prices are very reasonable. There are no perpetual care monthly fees.And now, I understand cremated owners can be buried with their pets if they leave notarized instructions.

Under the lid on top of the bag holding the ashes are three different colored flower petals, still fresh. On Friday, August 2nd... my Aunts little Max crossed the Rainbow Bridge. She asked me to handle his cremation since she was too heartbroken to take on the task at the time since his death was completely unexpected. We left the Upland Emergency Animal Hospital around 8-830am and I called Gateway around the time they opened. I spoke to a lovely woman who was helpful and patient with me. I ordered the urn box and two key chains. Paid the $240 and it was done. My aunt called me and asked if I could get her the heart necklace instead. I called Gateway and a different woman (very nice) updated everything for me and I was going to be reimbursed $30. Then my aunt asked if they'd be willing to save a piece of his hair and of course... I called and the woman I spoke to explained it would be an additional $5. Not a problem since my reimbursement was going to be issued with a check, I asked her to remove the $5 from there. Then on Monday, August 12th my aunt asked me for their number so she can call and check on his status. 5 minutes later she calls me in a panic claiming the woman who answered said they had NO RECORD OF HIM. That the woman said we must've not paid because he wasn't in the system. I then put my aunt on three way and called Gateway myself. The woman who answered asked for my pets name and once I did she IMMEDIATELY said, some lady just called and I already told her we don't have him here! I said, well you better because I'm the one who called and placed this order. Understand that this woman was RUDE and lacked the customer service skills needed to work with people who are GRIEVING over their pets and to simply just say, "we have no record of him" without even LOOKING/CHECKING further blows my damn mind! Anyway, she proceeded to ask more questions and placed us on hold. She came back and said... you ordered a heart necklace? I said yes. She said that's the reason it's taking so long and it should be ready in the next few days. I said okay, if for ANY reason I need to call, how can we avoid this happening again? She tells me, "You won't need to call back, the vet hospital will call you when it's ready to be picked up" I said, you are not hearing me.... IF for ANY reason I need to call again how can we avoid this happening again because you initially advised my aunt that her Max was NOT there before even looking. What information do you need to expedite this process? She said.... "He wasn't in the system but I'll put him in there now but again, you won't need to call again because they'll call you" Wow. Just, WOW! And she didn't apologize for her mistake or for her attitude. And here we are... a week later from that horrible experience and somehow they misspelled the name on our paperwork and the vets office advised us that once Gateway fixes it then he'll be ready for pick up. Horrible.

Our beloved Papillon suddenly passed away last Sunday. The vet kept her until Monday when Gateway would be open. We picked up our baby and drove down to Gateway to pick out an urn as we wanted her cremated. Well, you must stay out in the driveway, they only have one urn to select from and the gal took her and said we would receive a call when she was ready to be picked up.In the meantime I ordered an urn online to have her remains kept in. We also had a Rottweiler pass a few years ago and Gateway did that cremation and put her in a wooden box, which I hated, so I also ordered another urn for her remains to be transferred in, but expected her box returned.I received the call this past Monday that our Papillon was ready to be picked up.I went down there and had all of the transfers made etc. When we had brought the Pap there she was wrapped in a blanket and we plainly told them to save the blanket as we wanted it returned to us. They even wrote those instructions on their invoice.Well, I never was given the blanket back, and the box they sent me after I called to tell them they did not return the original box that was brought with our Rotty's remains in. How could they lose a box within 5 minutes of me bringing it there?I would NEVER recommend this place of horrors to anyone that has lost their precious pet. I am so upset that I cannot put my grief into words.

The overall service was very good with only 1 problem. I received my horses ashes in a week, tho the hospital told me it would take a month. There was also a hoofprint in plaster that came with the ashes which was a surprise and very greatly appreciated.However, a name was spelled incorrectly on the certificate and I left a message requesting a corrected one. I have heard nothing back so guess they do not think this is a problem.

Our sweet Keiko passed away on 18 May 2022 on my husband's arm just as we were about to put her down. We brought Keiko then to Gateway cemetery for cremation, heartbroken.We can't thank Gateway cemetery enough for caring for our Keiko with so much compassion and empathy. The place was in a remote area surrounded by beautiful golden wild sunflowers in springtime. The young lady staff who helped us was amazing and attentive. The price was reasonable with complete accessories like Keiko's personalized paw print decor, certificate, and cedar box ash holder with Keiko's name engraved on a golden plate.Keiko's oncologist was from Ontario, California. We are from LA, but we planned to bring her to San Bernardino Humane Society for euthanasia, and we stumbled upon Gateway cemetery via an online search review. Gateway's compassionate customer service made our day less dismal. They made our experience less traumatic. After four days, my husband picked up Keiko's ashes, giving us peace of mind. The poem included in the package is very touching. It made us cry for the last time. Thank you so much, Gateway cemetery.

Was told that I can come pick him up two weeks later upon going to pick up my cat I look in the bag and it’s somebody’s dog named Jupiter. Been coming for long time but I think their closed on memorial day it said open on Google map and when u get their the bell is out of service you call the number and it's really quiet voicemail can u make it Alittle louder and post if your closed on which holiday on ur sign at the dropoff plz and thank you love the service otherwise 👍

Although the box my pet came in was nice, they chose to keep my pet's ashes in a poorly sealed zip-loc bag. When we removed the bag some of my pet fell out onto the counter.

If you want a place for your beloved pet to go with dignity when they pass on i highly reccomend gateway pet cemetary and crematory.our cat was cremated and put in a cedar box with her name on it and they gave us her paw print a death certificate and a heartfelt poem to take home.we were treated so warm.they lock the cemetary and crematory up so you know your pet is safe.i feel they were reasonable on the price we paid and our beloved pet was sent to heaven with care and dignity.

This place I would never go back too they made my first experience of taking my dog that I had for 17 years a terrible most horrible experience I ever had saying my dog would be delivered at a certain time and they kept giving me the run around and they are very unprofessional and have horrible attitude every time I called I don’t recommend this place to anyone and going to report them to the better business bureau
