I found Koefran through one of my local shelters and reached out to them directly and I could not be more grateful for these people. Martin took special care of my baby and expedited the cremation and little did he know he would be giving me the best birthday present ever the next day. I could not be more grateful for the folks that made this terrible event so meaningful and special. I definitely recommend.

Very reasonable price and the staff was awesome. My first contact was with Brianca during horrible weather. I brought my cat (Jack) to the main building and met Brianca. Everyone was so friendly and caring. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of service to the pets they love and care about.

After the frustration I’ve experienced I cannot recommend this place! Though the end product (my horses ashes in a pine box) were fine and arrived quickly, the customer service during a time so devastating for a sum of money this large is absolutely unacceptable. I was told day one I would receive a call back shortly with the total cost after weight was recorded - never did, just the massive bill. I was told I would be sent a tracking when the ashes were in route - not only did I not, they arrived in the middle of the day and required a signature which I had not been made aware of. I happened to be home but can’t imagine what would have happened if I wasn’t. The plaque I paid extra for was not included. I called and spoke to Ariana AGAIN. She assured me it would be shipped out that day. Nearly 2 weeks later I called, they had forgotten all about it. She assured me yet again it would go out today but I have zero faith at this point and feel the plaque cost should be reimbursed for all the time spent. Find another company.

I'm quite irritated. My mother's bunny, Gizmo, passed away a few weeks ago, and, as we already have my mother's ashes, we only wanted his paw print to keep with her. It was nice to pick the color but that's really it. We had asked at our vet for his nails to be cut shorter for a cleaner print and was assured of be taken care of.The print came back with full nail length and missing the pad of his paw. So it's just like an ode to Wolverine. It's not like we can get another print, and we don't know if the nail issue was with the vet or them, but missing his paw pad in its entirely? I'm very disappointed.
