Very grateful to have come across this company! My very big dog had passed away and I called Animal Control for a dead animal removal but it was Sunday morning and they told me they couldn’t do it until Tuesday! Johnathan was very polite and understanding and came right away to get my big boy. They wrapped him up and took him away with dignity. I honestly don’t know what I would have done if they didn’t come to get him. Thank you I really appreciate your service in my time of grief and panic.

My dog was picked up in the middle of the night on a holiday weekend after passing in his sleep. They were very respectful and handled everything promptly and returned the ashes in two weeks.

I had called a local to me place to pick up our shining light Kiki. Unfortunately later found their calls that went unanswered were due to an emergency. I always say there is a plan and ours was God leading us where he wanted us. I couldn’t be more pleased with Carey. Her compassion at pick up and her care of the remains were perfectly done this being 6 days before Christmas devastation from our loss unmeasurable. Kiki second one to lose in the year.Carey explained everything very well. I understood the time frame knowing other pets were there before us and each has it own timeline of cremation. As with our others we waited and just shy of the discussed 4 weeks we were called she was ready for pick up. The box is very ornate and 🐾 prints in the heart priceless. Thank you Carey.

I have been using their service for over 10 yrs-this is by far the best place to cremate your beloved pet-personable and professional-they will get the service done in a very timely manor-resonably priced-using veterinary services will cost you-I highly recomend this place-

After almost 17 years, I lost my first fur baby. When I went here to get her cremated, it was an incredibly rushed experience. Didn’t even have 3 minutes inside the place to say goodbye (thankfully I said my final goodbyes before I arrived here). It felt like the guy who was running the place didn’t really want me there. But, I was able to retrieve the ashes within 2.5 weeks, which was quicker than I had originally been told.

I just lost my wonderful dog on Mother’s Day. When I arrived Cary wasn’t there but her employee. He was not very caring. He told me I could be “it” on the cart with the blanket over it and I told him I preferred to hold her - it seemed wrong to me. We did the paperwork and I paid still holding my dog. Once completed he took a phone call with me still standing there. I patiently waited until he was done with his call. He looked at me and said “just put “it” on the cart. My dog is NOT an IT. I did get her remains back within the timeframe I was promised. If/When I need this service I will try them again but will only work with Cary. She was wonderful with a previous dog I had lost.

Carry was given the correct name at birth, although her name should be spelled CARE-E She truly does care, she is compassionate and has lots of empathy. She went above and beyond to help me find a place to get my baby Luna euthanized and although these facilities could not do anything until sometime in August I had to go elsewhere today. Care-E followed up with me several times to see how I was doing she has a huge heart. I highly recommend taking your pet to Pet Cremation Center.

Blows my mind a company owner will leave town with their business in the hands of an obvious drug addict, who can’t remember times or even having a conversation about a pet that had passed on entirely. Used this service a few years ago for my prior dog, the owner Kerry was phenomenal, Jonathan who was left in charge has no idea what is going on, I can not even believe this guy is left to speak to the public telling us as if it’s a hassle to use his personal car on a previously scheduled ordeal, ridiculous and disgraceful, who in their right mind allows an individual to be in charge of your company, who can’t think straight or remember conversations, Stay away from this company, if 0 stars was an option I would be choosing that instead of 1 star.

I don't know what happened to Cary she was Excellent at first, we have lost 7 birds over the past 2 years and have always used her services. We lost our beloved bird in July and then one in August and WE STILL do NOT have the remains, I have called, left messages and I have gotten NO response and when I do, Cary says to call back, I do and nothing.. I called them and they told me to come by and pick up both remains today 01/18/2021, and they could not be found, This is so disheartening that I probably will no longer use them and I highly recommend that no one does either.. ALL I WANT IS MY BIRDS REMAINS BACK.

Carry is such a amazingly kind and caring person. She did a beautiful job during such a difficult time for me. She was extremely helpful and easy to talk to. I really appreciated her contagious loving heart. I contacted her the day my dog passed. She immediately met me the day after. Her work speaks for itself.Carry, I hope you take time out of your day and acknowledge the beautiful heartfelt work you are doing for people during such difficult times. You are a God send. I am forever grateful.

Our precious Lucy who grew up with our children for 13 years sadly passed away at Midnight last night. I called Pet Cremation Center and Cary met with my Daughter and I on a whim at 1:00am! She was so caring and kind and made such a dreadful night so comforting. Her care for our Lucy from the time we arrived until we finished paperwork and left was so naturally loving. AND such an affordable service to be able to honor and cherish our beloved pet for years to come. I couldn't be more grateful for this place. From the bottom of my heart, Cary Thank you!

I brought my hamster Wendy in and the owner took very good care of her. She was so nice to my hamster and treated it like her own :) The experience I had while there was amazing. I would definitely go here again! Thank you, Cary!

I have had 2 dogs cremated with this pet cremation service. I had my most recent baby set up for cremation over 2 months ago. Time got away from me and they have not contacted me to let me know that he is ready for pick up. I have texted them, as usually that method of communication has gotten a respond. So far 2 days later. No response. I will never use them again. Very poor service

I called several days in advance to inquire about the services they offered, and the owner Steve and his wife were very empathetic to my situation, out of all of the Pet Cremation businesses I called, they were the only one that actually sounded like they cared. I felt like I can trust them with my baby's remains. After my baby passed away, I immediately called and Steve answered, I asked if it was okay to come now and he said "of course" I had my baby wrapped up in a blanket and inside 2 trash bags and put him in my trunk (I hated to transport him in that fashion but it was a hot summer day) I drove to Palm Springs from Moreno Valley and upon arrival and first meeting Steve in person I saw that they truly care about the animals and loved ones who lost them. Steve got my baby out of the trunk and took him in the back, I waited only a few moments then Steve opened the door and asked me if I want to have some time with my baby, and he had my baby unwrapped and on a table there and told me to take as much time as I needed or wanted. I spent about 20-30 mins petting him and kissing him and telling him how much he meant to me, this isn't goodbye it's "I'll see you again" and I went to leave got as far as my car and jumped out, ran back in and asked if I could please spend a few more moments with my baby, and he insisted that I take as much time as I needed. When I finally felt as if I could leave, Steve talked to me for over an hour. I mentioned to him that I didn't know where I was going but I can't go home without my baby, I stayed in Palm Springs intending to stay 5 - 7 days until my baby was cremated. Steve did the cremation the day after I dropped my baby off and informed me on the following morning that I can pick up my baby's ashes, they are ready. You will not find any cremation services that go above and beyond like they did. Steve allowed me time to say goodbye and gave me some closure by allowing me to grieve and talk to me. I appreciate everything he did and would recommend Pet Cremation Center to everyone looking for cremation services for their fur baby. The Urn, a certificate of individual cremation, some of my baby's hair, and his paw prints in clay for only $200. Everywhere else I called either did communal cremations or charged several hundreds of dollars for individual cremation. The best part is the poem on the certificate of individual cremation that I think about everyday "Rainbow Bridge". I also bought a locket with a chain I wear around my neck with my baby's ashes in it for $50 and it is made of stainless steel, I love having him with me by my heart at all times. May you all find peace in your memories of your fur baby <3

I brought my dog here and was very pleased with the service I received. Compassionate, respectful, answered all my questions and didn't try to sell me any "extras" like some mortuaries that handle human remains unfortunately do. Dealing with the death of a loved one, whether human or animal, is never pleasant but Pet Cremation Center was definitely there for me when I needed them and I would highly recommend them.
