I can say I’ve had a very great experience at this location for getting my dog cremated. My dog passed away a few months ago and when we brought her into this location they had so much empathy and communication when explaining what the procedure would be like and all the options we have for getting items of remembrance. The workers here are very respectful and have great attitudes. I highly recommend to anyone that needs a place for their best friend to be remembered. My other dog was hit by a car a year ago and the place we used for her did not have the same qualities as this company. This is definitely the best spot for getting your pets cremated and memorialized, and if I could give them 10 stars I for sure would.👍

If I could give this place half a star or less, I would!! This is the worst place to get service. If you actually love your pet and consider it as family, DO NOT take them here. We went to go say our last goodbye to our precious baby girl. We had scheduled a viewing, and as we arrived, they still didn't have her ready. As we waited, one of the staff told us that they didn't have enough time to clean her, when clearly they had picked her up the previous day, not only our baby was not clean but as we saw her, we saw that she wasn't as we turned her in at the hospital. Part of her ear was missing, which it was very weird since she had both of her ears as we dropped her off at the hospital. As they ask for an explanation, they deny to answer and just say that they didn't know what happened. How is it possible??!! The place smelled terrible, and there wasn't any type of ventilation or Ac in the room. As we left, they still had our baby there after so many hours they didn't bother to put her back in the bag or freezer. I understand that she is not alive, and thank God she doesn't feel, but that's so disrespectful to her and to us as her family.

Love this place for my pet's cremation. I put down my 16 year old dog at a vet a couple years ago and they partnered with Peaceful Pets Aquamation. I received a stunning engraved box with a silk sack full of my dog's ashes in it. We also received an amazing paw print ornament and we put it on the Christmas tree every year. I recently put another dog down and she was 17 years old. I knew I want to use the same vet since they worked with Peaceful Pets Aquamation. When I received the items there was an issue and I emailed the customer service. 10 minutes after I sent the email Craig called me and wanted to fix the issue ASAP. He understood my concern and fixed the problem instantly. I really appreciated how Craig cared about the items I received and the quality. It shows he's in this business to help grieving customers and not in it for the money. Thank you so much Craig!

I’m mad and sad. I feel like we got horrible service to the point we had to contact them. We were so distraught and use to another company that the foot print was always a pressed foot print not some lame half ass stamp for almost $300 and the box is smaller. I’m actually irate to be honest. I can never go back and get his paw print. Chris I believe his name was not good at explaining the paw print and never sent us the packages. We only heard by ear because we had to call them worried if they had our dog or not. I will forever regret this and it’s your fault. You should be more forth coming about the print over the phone so with how horrible the communication was and you took my paw print away from me I would give you less then zero if I could. People are at a very distressed point. Do better. 👎🏻

⚠️PLZ DONT BRING YOUR PET HERE UNLESS YOU DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET BEING TREATED HORRIBLY⚠️This place is the worst. My baby girl Octavia passed at 8 months old and I was really iffy having animal control pick her up but I did it anyways and thought I'd probably just get a bag of ashes and that's it. I was called that her remains were ready for pick up at animal control and they handed me a nice blue bag and when I got in my car I looked and the first thing I grabbed was a small box and when I opened it I couldnt hold back the tears, it was my baby girls paw print. I did not expect that and it was beautiful. Next I pulled out a velvet bag with a box in it, I thought it would be a cheap box but no it was a beautiful wood box with her name on it. Thank you so much for giving me these beautiful memorable keepsakes of my baby.

We lost our little guy in a car accident...Just a few days after it all, I took him all the way down to Peaceful Pets Aquamation. I read all the good reviews online, and decided this is it. Best decision I made! They made the process easy, and they actually care... I moved out of state to Arkansas, and they shipped him to us. No problems, eveything came back perfect and we have what's left of Sniper :)The pricing is incredibly fair, and the aquamation process is less harsh (from the sounds of it) than cremation even though they're on the order of one another. They have tons of mementos to choose from, and the items are high quality!!! The picture speaks for itself. The process takes a few weeks, and it's worth it.R.I.P. The Legend of Sniper 🙏⚱🐶

This place is amazing. I had to euthanize my sweet Contessa Coco Puff (rabbit) on Oct. 02, 2023. I called numerous times asking about the progress and about the color of the ashes. The receptionist was very patient with me and understanding. My sweet girl came back in a beautiful well made bag, rosewood box wrapped in bubble wrap, her clay paw print in a box wrapped. Identification information on everything ( this was a good thing). I also received a certificate of cremation, a pamphlet on pet grief with a phone number for free counseling. Thank you Peaceful Pets for a wonderful experience ❣️

I would never recommend Eternal Memories to any pet parent. I caution all pet parents to find out who their veterinary hospital contracts with to avoid being obligated to use their services. My beloved pet of 15 years passed away. The veterinary office I used for euthanasia only utilizes Eternal Memories for their cremation services and pet memorabilia. My dog passed on a Monday evening. I waited 24-28 hours for someone from Eternal Memories to contact me via phone to discuss any additional services or pet memorabilia, as indicated by the veterinary hospital. However, I never heard from this facility. I contacted my veterinary hospital to make sure the cremation service company had my correct contact information, and they verified my phone number, reinstating that this was the preferred contact method for Eternal Memories. I was provided with the contact information for this cremation facility and called them on Friday morning.I was told by three staff members that contacting pet parents via phone is not their policy and that instead, they reach out via email. I was then told they only follow up if they receive an email return error message. Otherwise, they do not contact pet parents. I was told by each staff member I spoke with that Eternal Memories has no control and takes zero responsibility over the post-euthanasia contact instructions and expectations the veterinary offices provide.I was never offered an apology for the miscommunication or asked how they could help move the situation forward so that no additional negative emotional burden was placed on the grieving pet parent and to prevent this from reoccurring. Instead, I was told repeatedly that they were not at fault and bore no responsibility for what was said to pet parents about future communication with their facility. The staff was unprofessional and lacked accountability, sensitivity, and compassion. After realizing they would neither apologize nor take accountability for their policies, actions, or information disseminated by their contracted facilities, I asked all three staff members if my pet had already been cremated. I was told by Craig Colby, Tanya, and Delia that she had not been and that I could still have a fur clipping. However, they asked if I wanted any RED fur clipped. My dog is an all-white Pomeranian and does not have any red hair on her body. I explained this and asked if they had a different dog in front of them and if my dog had already been cremated. They said that they had just "misspoken" and that they did indeed have the correct pet. I explained to the manager Craig Colby that it was an erroneous error to mix up pets in this manner or try to pass off one pet as another. He offered to have the ashes hand-delivered to me and only apologized, "that you feel this way and that it was a bad experience for you," having never taken responsibility for what happened. After the manager, Craig mixed up my dog with another, I lost all faith that this facility would handle my pet in a caring or compassionate manner. I verified that the only services they provided were prepaid, including a redwood urn with rose engravings containing my dog's ashes and a paw print. I ended the call with them after verifying the address for delivery within 5-7 business days. The manager Craig then offered to have the ashes hand-delivered to me. Craig again said that the veterinary hospital, True Care for Pets, was responsible for the entire situation. After this conversation, I contacted True Care for Pets and explained what occurred. They were sympathetic, apologized, and asked what they could do. They then escalated the situation to their facility manager and apologized again for going through this after my pet's death. They took down a statement, repeated the case facts, and promised follow-up that day. The difference in care, professionalism, and compassion between these two facilities was astronomical. As of the time of this review, I have yet to speak with the veterinary hospital manager or see how this situation will resolve.

It’s taken since November/December to be able to write this. Mr. Bojangles (Bo) was 130 pounds of hairy, gentle giant and was my life for 11+ years. I am so grateful our pet hospital (MASH—another place I can’t give enough stars to) coordinated with Peaceful Pets to handle Bo’s case. Those days were so painful. Every communication I got from Peaceful Pets was so gentle and nonintrusive. I loved that they did let us know if we wanted certain mementos, we needed to let them know within like 3-5 days but other things we could order later—they made sure we got the mementos we wanted and knew what options they also offered later down the road. The framed paw print and nose print are precious. The glass blown pendants I keep on me and treasure. The little personalized glass vials of his fur are so special and people closest to us/him all have one. The large wooden box urn is gorgeous and will be beautiful to display once I stop keeping it by my side at home. The home delivery and wonderful customer service was so appreciated. I hate to have to think of anyone losing their furry family member, but I hope everyone has the ability to use Peaceful Pets to make it just a tiny bit more bearable.

I recently entrusted Peaceful Pets Aquamation with the cremation of my beloved dog, who passed away unexpectedly. Unfortunately, my experience with their services left me deeply disappointed and heartbroken. What upset me the most was the fact that Peaceful Pets Aquamation proceeded with the cremation without obtaining my consent. As a grieving pet owner, I had expressed my desire to obtain a nose print of my dog before the cremation took place. Regrettably, that opportunity was lost due to their lack of communication and disregard for my wishesHowever, I want to highlight that after questioning them about the situation, Peaceful Pets Aquamation apologized and acknowledged their mistake. They promised to issue a refund as compensation for the oversight. Unfortunately, despite their initial promise, I faced a frustrating ordeal of being given the runaround for two and a half weeks while trying to receive the refund.Losing a pet is an incredibly emotional experience, and it's important for pet mortuaries like Peaceful Pets Aquamation to handle their customers' concerns with professionalism and efficiency. The lack of prompt action in processing the refund added unnecessary stress and prolonged my distressing experience.I believe it is crucial for Peaceful Pets Aquamation to improve their internal processes and customer service, ensuring that their apologies are backed by prompt and effective actions. Timely resolution of issues is vital to maintaining trust and providing comfort to grieving pet owners during such difficult times. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it is my hope that Peaceful Pets Aquamation learns from this experience and takes steps to prevent similar incidents and refund delays in the future. Losing a pet is a deeply painful experience, and the actions of a pet mortuary should provide solace and support during such difficult times.

One of the best decisions I've made was adopting my senior cat, Patches. The next best decision was contacting Peaceful Pets Services when his body started failing him five years later. We grew really attached to Patches, and euthanizing him was a reality I had trouble facing. On top of that, I didn't want to stress this poor older cat of mine by driving him all the way to the vet only for him to spend his final moments in a place he associates with discomfort. Fortunately, Jeanette and Summer of Peaceful Pets Services came to our backyard and made his final moments peaceful and seamless. I am so thankful for Jeanette and Summer, truly.

Thank you Peaceful Pets for taking such amazing care of my sweet Lab's remains. I was so nervous and afraid of what would really happen to her. I was assured that everything is bar coded and it's a step by step process throughly screened, so dog's are not mixed up together. When I picked her up she was in a beautiful wood stained box. There was also a personalized paw print (yes it was her paw) and a beautiful certificate of aquamation! Thank you so much for allowing my dog to pass on with dignity. I'm so appreciative my vet used your services. I had no idea what aquamation was, and now I will recommend it to anyone who is in the same situation. In addition, the girls who answered the phone were caring, understanding and very sensitive to my questions and concerns! They answered all my questions and put my nerves at ease!!!

I am so grateful for this place! Jerry sent me a message when my baby Manny was picked up, offered me a beautiful paw print ornament and box. I ended up purchasing a keychain. My cat was the most loving, gentle cat and to know the process was not traditional “cremation” made me feel even better. They were so communicative from the beginning and helped me transition during this horrible time. Thank you Jerry

After tragically losing my dear Puppy Lumps that was only four years old due to a house fire. My best friend took Puppy to a veterinary hospital that sent him out to Peaceful Pets. I recieved him sooner than expected and the week prior I called in to check if he made it to their facility. The woman over the phone was so kind and understood my concern to make sure he arrived there. As well I called today to have another of his paw prints etched on wood with a request that his name be spelled differently. My brother would usually call him puppy yumps instead of lumps, again they were again helpful. I might even get the paw print today and if not till the end of the week. I was so happy to find out they kept his paw print on file. Never could imagine ever having losing him let alone sending him to a place like this. With caring staff that understand a crazy dog mom like me concerns. The only name that was spelled wrong on the box he came in was Winston. But they still deserve all five stars on the review, for having this service and caring wonderful staff.

Caring, loving, professional, sympathetic, personal, and understanding! They were very accommodating and compassionate in every respect. Thank you Peaceful Pets for a job well done!

I took my buddy Oscar of 18 years in so that I could take him with me after I moved again. When I brought him, I asked for his ring from his foot, the print was less important to me. After I did not hear back for 2 weeks, I called and found out he was ready for pick up. When I came to get Oscar, I did not receive the ring. Blair told me it was not among his remains. I asked for her to find out where the ring was and she tried to contact the person who processed Oscar, but unsuccessfully. I begged her to call me the next day to tell me where the ring is but she did not. Yesterday I called but no one answered, so I called again today and was told in not so many words that it was lost. Im furious because I had stated 5 times to make sure I get the ring back. My service is being handled very unprofessionally and I would not go back to this place. Now we have January 24th and no one has called to apologize or say anything. I am so disappointed. All I wanted was his ring off his foot! I am not sure if this company even cares. I found out the owner is a vet. Two of my kids are in school to be vets and I bet they will not leave their patients owners in dismay as I was.To the processors: I hope that you are still looking for the ring because metal does not dissolve during this process. Thank you

If you want quality service, beautiful items, help deciding what to get, or tons questions that need answers Shanai is the best!! I’ve been in the hospital since April 30th and my dog passed July 1st!! It was so hard to figure out what to put on her Urn, and I’m actually thankful I’m not home to see it all yet because reality still hasn’t set in for me. However, as soon as she arrived back to our vet’s office I had my mom bring me the necklace with her ashes. It’s more comforting if I have those breakdown moments to be able to have a part of her with me. I honestly did not expect or assume I would get any empathy or understanding for the grief I still feel. I was beyond wrong Shanai is an angel on Earth, and has lost pets in the past so she’s completely aware of the devastation you feel. She was so kind and had nothing but comforting words and sweet suggestions for what I needed to pay my respect to my Yorkie Bella. Thank you Peaceful Pets, and a huge thanks and lifetime of gratitude to Shanai!!!!

My bearded dragon passed away this spring and I called Peaceful Pets and they were absolutely wonderful. They were able to get imprints of his front claws for this name plate, which turned out beautifully, staff was very kind and understanding even though I was a blubbering mess.Made the process very easy during a difficult time.

I was so touched that I received a telephone call from the driver that picked up my doggie from the vet. He called to tell me he picked up Wiley from the vet and that he was now at their facility. If I had any questions I was to call the office. This was such a wonderful gesture and we thank you very much~! We know Wiley is in good hands.

During my junior year of highschool, my dog that I had for 14 years passed away and the whole family was devestated. My dad took her to the vet's and I took the time to find out what they do with the body. What I found was very pleasant so I looked up an alternative to the pet cemetary cremation and found Peaceful Pet's Aquamation. When I emailed them, Jerry shevick got back to me in a day, and we talked for a bit about pricing. He and sherman Baylin drove down from Newbury park to meet me at the animal hospital in PV. Upon meeting me, they took my request to have a bit of my dog's fur in the package that would come later after the aquamation. Never in a million years would I ever expect this from a company, but they are very supportive, very kind, and understanding people who run Peacfulpets. My dogs ashes, pawprint, and a small bag of her fur arrived in a well taken care of package and box. These guys have done so much for my family in doing this, and If anyone has lost a pet, to consider aquamation instead of cremation

I had my girlfriends dog get cremated by this company. We gave them specific instructions to put the ashes in a specific urn and have it then delivered to our house. These ignorant individuals never put the ashes in the urn that we especially bought for our dog and in turn; delivered our dogs ashes in a cheap box. Then, a couple weeks later I received the urn in the mail, as if they expect my girlfriend to transfer the ashes herself.Absolutely unacceptable and this issue starts with management. Please make sure that if your staff agrees to fulfill request of this magnitude, that they can actually complete the request!

All I can see are the ugly words and letters written under her nose print. I can’t even enjoy her nose print because it’s obstructed by those words. This is an eye sore to me and is not bringing me peace at all. I wish I could white it out or something but that would look even worse. Please take an art/aesthetics class. This looks horrible. Any corner would have did a much better job.

As of the time of this review, I have yet to speak with the veterinary hospital manager or see how this situation will resolve.

very disappointed with the paw print in poop colored clay, every other company i have used is in white so as to see it, even with children they use white clay, also his name tag should of been glued on, i think you need to have more compassion for our forever fur babies you charge more and we get less, had to use you due to only vet open the day before Christmas

My wife, daughter and her family and I were all very impressed with the responsiveness, flexibility and attention to detail in taking care of our 17 year old rescue Bichon.

Thank you
