Highly recommend🥲🩵 I had the heart-wrenching yet liberating experience of at-home euthanasia for my beloved Piglet, and we brought her to Bubbling Well, where they showed compassion and ease to work with. They offer a beautifully wide selection of urns and memorabilia. We received Piglet's ashes promptly. Thank you bubbling well, it was lovely working with you guys. When my boy passed away unexpectedly in my home I was devastated and at a loss for what to do as we don't own a car at this time. With their partnership with Legacy Pets, I was able to arrange a pickup and delivery to Bubbling Wells to be put to rest within the hour. After he was picked up I thought I'd have to wait weeks to receive the urns I ordered, but I just got them today, a week later and I have to say I am thoroughly impressed with the speed of delivery and care shown throughout the process. Although losing my buddy wasn't easy, Legacy Pets and Bubbling Wells made the process of having him memorialized easy and quick. I also have to say their services are reasonably priced in comparison with other services. Thanks again.

So over about 20 years my pets have all gone to Bubbling Wells (Well, Nico the Ferret and Julian the Rat). The ferret and the rat were cremated and they stayed there but my precious doggy well he came home to me in his little box and I must say bubbling Wells always was caring and they sent out these special little certificates letting you know that your pet was there and they took care of them and it was very sweet and very nice of them to do and when Tar came home, I must say his little wooden box was so sweet and I put a photo of him in it and had a plaque made that said, "Tarry, my best friend always". So this is my chance to thank Bubbling Wells for all the years of their caring nature and thoughtfulness in taking care of my pets in the afterlife and taking care of me as well in the here and now so thanks guys it was much appreciated all these years.

I picked up my precious Marley boy in his urn today from the vet. I called Bubbling Wells as I was not able to locate in the box the paw prints my vet advised me I would receive. Georgina took my call and was not at all friendly to speak to (and was actually quite rude and snappy). Luckily, after this call, my vet explained to me that they actually send the paw prints by mail and that I will receive them separately and soon. Now, I understand this is a place of business BUT you are dealing with people who are already emotionally distraught and broken. If you are unable to muster up any sort of compassion or kindness I feel you have no business answering the phone. Today was extremely emotional for me and having to call this place only made my day worse. I wouldn’t recommend this place… I was treated undeservingly poorly over the phone.

There is not even a Star worthed for this business! We called to make arrangements for my Jack Russell Star and all said to be done was not done! Took a week to get Star cremated and a box big enough to fit a small dog at 9 lbs, as she lost weight in her sickeness was almost somewhat empty with her remains! What they done with the rest of her? Still it was promissed to have the container sealed and it was not, as I still could open and see a bit of her in a clear plastic. As we arrived to get her, we were received by a Women who did not seem to want to be bothered, and did not even greeted us, or ask anything just went on with an attitude in her voice & body language, as if we were tresspassing and asked us, " What do you want?!" We said we were there to pick Star, and she just close the door as she still standed at its frame, and dissapeared. After few moments came back with a small bag she handled to us, still at the door frame, as if it was a souvenier bought, and left the room. I questioned about the weight of the box by the size of my dog and I was not heard or acknowledged as she just closed the door. When we call to ask about that, took long to answer after putting us on hold, to then said not be able to process in her head what we were asking, saying that brain was too slow and asked for us to communicate slowly, when we normally spoke & asked questions. We asked for a Manager and this Women said to be the Office Manager herself, and still speaking like was retarted complained about her slow brain. After we asked if we could move on, tired of her complains about her brain, we were able to again question on the rest of the remains of our dog. She only complained and said not to understand, to them just hang up on us, as frustrated we told her very upset, " You are all going to hell!" What a shame! Charging so much money for an inresponsible, incompetent, cold, prejudice treatment and still cheated on my dog remains, as well as a paw print that looks like the same side paw done twice, as opposed to right & left! We had a paw print done by other Institution (Davis), and we can match the differences. Don't waste your time, money, or hurt yourself emotionally with such money minded business who could care less for your pain. We did have a prior Pet ashes done there few years ago; and hopefully it is my dog as it is heavy enough of his size, knowing naturally it can diminish substantially with the cremation, but that of Star's is ridiculous, and so the way they treated us! Shame on you Bubling Well! I do hope you go to Hell!

Bubbling Well took care of my doodle boy very well . He was cremated Mar 25 and I did not sign up for any fancy urn or anything but to my surprise, they put his ashes in a cute cedar wooden box with a small card. Wrapped well inside, it made me cry. I thank them from the bottom of my heart. As God will keep my doodle boy under His care , I hope too that God will keep Bubbling Well under his care. Keep the business going for the sake of LOVE for our pets. Thank you!!!😇❤️🎈💕

My dog was recently put down, and our vet used them when we wanted our dog privately cremated. I picked her up today. I was so impressed. She came back with such a beautifully engraved box. It so suits her since she was such a beautiful dog inside and out. I just love having her home.

I just recently lost my first dog, my fur child, my best friend Cali. Despite the overwhelming grief I experienced with her passing, Bubbling Well staff has been so kind and gentle. They let me give my baby a kiss goodbye before taking her and the other pets awaiting cremation. They also handled her body with such gentleness (my technicians were witness to this as I had to leave the room due to emotions). I got Cali's cremains back extremely fast, and they now reside in a beautiful cedar box above my fireplace. I had no prior experiences as far as funeral services and cremation were concerned, because He is my first and only Dog. Bubbling Well has been there for me these past 40 years--ever kind and compassionate. I have always trusted their tender care for the my beloved pets when they cross the Rainbow Bridge. It's our turn to return that compassion for their loss of the serenity of that special place and the lives of the animals that roamed their verdant gardens to the relentless Atlas Peak fire this week. I hope for the time when their beautiful gardens are restored, high above, overlooking the Napa Valley and the Golden Gate on a clear day. I'm so very sad...

Love this place! I took my foster cat, Mittens here when he died of cancer at two years old. I choose the country burial for him, which is a common cremation and then a burial of the ashes in the country. Then I filled out a card about Mittens at the Memorial. I then took in the grounds so lovely that when one of my friends from Washington state visited I took her to Bubbling Well Pet Memorial Park for her to see the cute place before we went wine tasting in Napa.

2 of our family dogs Thelma and Louise who were sisters have passed 1 year apart. When Thelma died in 2010 the vet told me and my family about cremation and her ashes will go to a pet cemetery named bubbling wells in napa. I said good because I had heard stories that they usually get rid of the remains by throwing them away like garbage. These pets are family. I'm glad about bubbling wells. Louise died 2011 one year to the day of her sister. I had foster my friends husband dog for a year until he passed from cancer. I told my friends husband that his dog joker had died. I told him that the vet can cremate him and can go eo bubbling wells. He was happy that he will still be taken care of after death.

Not a special meaningful experience. The industrial park location was like a dentist office. Very misleading from the brochure. Even had a business desk inside the Sanctuary. Staff was not attentive. Cold feelings. Step up your game David..... it's your business, right? Very disappointed and others have been as well.

Absolutely stunning view of the Napa Valley! The grounds are lovingly cared for, with fountains, streams, sculptures and monuments all up and down the property. I was lucky enough to catch the dogwood tree in spring bloom, beautiful. Dan, the owner, is a real treat to talk to and you can tell that he cares deeply about this place.

As both a pet owner and veterinary clinic owner I have worked with a lot of crematoriums over the years, no one does a more beautiful job with the private cremation urns than Bubbling Well. These are people that truly care about their clients and are respectful of the pets they take care of.

Very special, personalized service for three of my pets, a dog and two cats. I highly recommend Bubbling Well as the best pet cemetery and cremation memorial facility I have found in the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California. The owner, Dan Harberts, and staff are very conscientious, respectful of family pets, and helpful. The view and tranquility at the pet memorial park is beautiful and worth just visiting, if you're driving to Napa.

I brought my kids here for a walk and the owner kicked us out because is private property you can not be there unless you have a pet 🙃 .... yes i understand that now we were in a place that was prohibited but she did not tell us that she just told us to leave because it was private property and we needed to have a pet there in order for us to visit even my kids said that she was really rude the way she yelled at us

Had to pick up the ashes of my boy from this place, it does not look like the pictures. It's no Park at all!!It looks more like the back of a Walgreens or any other warehouse, not to mention that you get more customer service from a corner dealer than from here!Hi, here's your package, bye.
