My husband and I, unexpectedly lost our fur baby Penny, a few weeks ago. This was our first time experiencing this unfortunate event, and we are still coming to terms of our new reality. I am writing a review to share my experience with precious pet cremations, but mainly our tech Oliver. Oliver was one of the first companies we reached to, he was so quick to respond to all our concerns and was so communicative on the whole process. When Oliver arrived he had such a calming presence, and let us take our time to say goodbye to our girl, and had tissues available, which was so kind and thoughtful. He was so helpful on how to pick out a design, for her urn and was absolutely so patience with us. About a week later when we got her back, we were just so grateful to pet cremation and Oliver, the flowers and everything just exceeded our expectations and it just felt like a sense of relief when we got her back. We also selected to get her paw prints stamped and placed in the bamboo wood, (not pictured) but we would definitely recommend it, on the bamboo you can feel the grooves of the paw stamp and it was very comforting to have that with us. Again, we are just so grateful to pet cremations, but are so extremely grateful for Oliver. Oliver if you see this, you have a heart of gold and we can never thank you enough for taking care of our girl, but us as well.

ReviewI had the best experience with Precious Pet Cremations. My girl passed while I was at work and I dian't know what to do. It was after hours for most places. After reading the wonderful reviews online I called Precious Pet Cremations and left a message. Within 10 minutes I got a call back by the owner, Oliver. He was so kind and talked with me about what services he provided, but we mainly talked about my girl and how special she was. He had a busy day and was going to get some dinner and would come pick her up after.He picked her up and again we talked about her arrangements. After he left he kept in touch via text and email and always replied to me within 10-15 minutes. Oliver delivered her back to me in a picture urn box with beautiful flowers and a bag with her nose print and paw print on bamboo and paper and a bit of her hair. Oliver and Precious Pet Cremations are the best.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Oliver. When he found out our poor Linus was still at the vet after passing away two days prior, he dropped everything to go pick up my baby. Then when we needed some closure for my son, he brought Linus back before he cremated him, and Linus looked so peaceful and calm. It made my son feel that he had closure on his death and helped us all feel like Linus was in wonderful, compassionate hands. He will respond at any hour, and does everything he can to help grieving families. Other companies will only pick up during their slated hours and when it's convenient to them - and don't seem to care very much about those who have just lost their companions. I would never trust any of my animals to anyone else.

He was able to come pickup my cat the same day even though he was hours away due to another customer! that just shows his dedication and quality of service! also once he arrived it we had a good conversation, was super friendly and understanding. Our sweet angel, our baby girl Coco, passed away about 2 weeks ago, we carried her body home and I started looking for a cremation service for her. I found Precious Pet Cremations via google, the owner is Oliver. Before I called him, I had contacted several places, and I felt those people have no sympathy only for business. My heart was so hurt and Oliver allowed for me to cry over the phone and he listened to all my concerns. After I finished my call with him, I felt he was the person with care, love and sympathy, and he could take care of my Coco. He picked up Coco's body the next day, and Coco got cremation the day after. When Oliver was working on my Coco’s urns design, he communicated with me back and forth for the photo, paw prints, engraving letters, date of birth etc. all the details, and he also gave me the military discount. He delivered Coco's ashes with flowers yesterday and all the urns' designs are what I requested. We keep Coco’s ashes at home, and we feel Coco is always with us, and she rests in peace now. We are so thankful for the loving, compassionate care from Oliver during this difficult time. Sad time but easy to work out the arrangements. I wish I could give him more than just 5 stars, he is simply amazing! I highly recommend him for pet aftercare. Thank you for your service and professionalism, Oliver.

Oliver was and continues to be our Angel. Our beloved 16-year-old pet Chow Chow, Gerry died suddenly in an accident one late evening. I don't know how my husband even managed to speak to Oliver at that time as we were all extremely upset. After searching online, my husband called Precious Pet Cremations at 10.30 pm PT on a Friday, left a message, and Oliver called back within minutes. Despite being very upset, Oliver handled the call with professionalism, great care, kindness, and no fuss. As we were fearful of wild animals (especially coyotes) being attracted to Gerry's body overnight, we wanted Gerry’s body to be collected as quickly as possible, and Oliver was very aware of this concern. From that late-night telephone call, Oliver was already in his van and driving to collect Gerry’s body. Our baby’s body was collected within one hour of that first call and cremated the next day. Communication is super with Oliver. I cannot recommend Oliver enough and the services he provides at his company, Precious Pet Cremations. Anyone who wants to have their pet taken care of with dignity, respect, and kindness, please contact Oliver/Precious Pet Cremations. We miss Gerry every day. We will be forever grateful to Oliver for his help, gentleness, and kindness. Oliver is the perfect person at the perfect time to help us with Gerry. Oliver is an absolute Angel. Oliver was a God send! On August 29 at midnight he came to pick up my rescue dog of 14 yrs, Bubu whom we had as a puppy. A few days later he came back with her ashes in a nice urn with flowers and her paw print. Before anything, if you’re reading this review, I’m so sorry if you’re experiencing a loss. Saying goodbye unexpectedly to our dog was one of the toughest moments of our family’s life. We didn’t know what to do or how to care for our sweet dog after he crossed the rainbow bridge. We called a number of cremation services and they all treated us like a number (went right to pricing, schedules, etc). Oliver was the only one who understood we were in pain and treated us with so much compassion and care. He was so patient and answered all our questions. In addition to his excellent customer service was his excellent business and logistics management. He was able to connect the dots with our vet and coordinate all the logistics for us so that all we had to focus on was saying goodbye and making our peace. He hand delivered our dogs ashes and accommodated all our requests (eg all paw prints) in a timely manner and even added a beautiful, complimentary bouquet even though he didn’t have to. He is in one of the toughest businesses but treats his clients with the utmost compassion, professionalism, and respect. If you have to go through this tough experience, go through it with Oliver and Precious Pet Cremations. Your heart will thank you for it.

We wanted to say "thank you" from the bottom of our heart. We lost our cat peanut after 17 years. I found this place at the last minute on Google. Due to all the good reviews I gave them a call, I was nervous only because when you lose your furbaby you want to make sure your giving them to someone you can trust and handle them with Love and care. When I called I had the pleasure of speaking with Oliver. It was after 9pm and he was so nice on the phone, in speaking to him he was very honest and said he would be able to pick up peanut but it wouldn't be until later due to where he was and where I was located. I said no problem. He was very good in keeping us informed of how far out he was with the arrival of when he would be at our home. When Oliver came out he was so sweet and compassionate and handled herwith such good care and was very gentle with her. After speaking with us he said he would have her ashes and her paw print and flowers back to us in a week. My husband walked him down to his van which he assured there was no other pets and she would have her own private ride to her final destination back to Huntington beach which was over a hour from us and my husband asked if he could call him once they arrived. I told him I don't think he would do that because it would be after 1am my husband said Oliver gave him his word that he would call him once they arrived safely to there destination. I couldn't believe it our phone went off around 1:30am in the morning and it was Oliver he said they arrived safely. Oliver you are truly a man of your word from start to finish. Thank you for being there for us in our time of need at this difficult time for us. I also attached a picture of our flowers he made special to put our custom urn in. It is TRULY BEAUTIFUL. He picked up our piggie later that morning and had tons of markers my daughter could use to decorate the bag in which he would be cremated in. Just a moment ago he dropped off our little guy, with the most beautiful arrangement, and package containing his paw prints. Oliver truly made the entire process so easy and made it a very healing experience! He truly cares about what he does and does it with lots of kindness and love and it shows!My daughter was in absolute tears after receiving our little guy and we couldn't be more grateful to Oliver for the beautiful memory we get to keep of our boy!

Unfortunately my dad lost his sweet, furry best friend Sasha, which brought us to Dignity Pet Cremations. She was the most loyal, amazing, friendly dog and we didn’t like the thought of her body being “disposed of.” Oliver was incredibly kind and respectful not only to us during this hard time, but to Sasha as he was handling her body. We appreciated the fact that he brought sharpies for us to sign the bag, that he let us take our time saying goodbye to our sweet girl, and that her ashes would be spread over the ocean rather than thrown away. He made an extremely hard loss a bit more bearable and really went above and beyond. The clay paw print came out beautifully and the flowers he delivered were gorgeous as well. I would definitely recommend Dignity’s services if you are in the unfortunate position of saying goodbye to a furry friend.

When I contacted this company i spoke to Oliver i called because i was looking for an affordable place to get my cat euthanized and cremated, i ended up finding a spot on my own to get the euthanasia done but i used dignity pet cremation for my cremation services, Oliver was able to come to the vet i chose and picked up my shay same day with in a few hours of contacting him. He has a very nice energy and EXCELLENT communication skills, he kept me updated hourly and throughout the week would give me check ups on the process, once everything was ready he let me choose the time and day i could receive my shay. Oliver provided me an easy transaction with this whole process from picking up my shay , payment , choosing my urn, and delivery of ashes. As you can see in the photo the paw print, urn and floral arrangement is all very nice and honors my cat, i highly recommend this company.

Oliver was and continues to be our Angel. Our beloved 16-year-old pet Chow Chow, Gerry died suddenly in an accident one late evening. I don't know how my husband even managed to speak to Oliver at that time as we were all extremely upset. After searching online, my husband called Precious Pet Cremations at 10.30 pm PT on a Friday, left a message, and Oliver called back within minutes. Despite being very upset, Oliver handled the call with professionalism, great care, kindness, and no fuss. As we were fearful of wild animals (especially coyotes) being attracted to Gerry's body overnight, we wanted Gerry’s body to be collected as quickly as possible, and Oliver was very aware of this concern. From that late-night telephone call, Oliver was already in his van and driving to collect Gerry’s body. Our baby’s body was collected within one hour of that first call and cremated the next day. Communication is super with Oliver. I cannot recommend Oliver enough and the services he provides at his company, Precious Pet Cremations. Anyone who wants to have their pet taken care of with dignity, respect, and kindness, please contact Oliver/Precious Pet Cremations. We miss Gerry every day. Oliver was a God send! On August 29 at midnight he came to pick up my rescue dog of 14 yrs, Bubu whom we had as a puppy. A few days later he came back with her ashes in a nice urn with flowers and her paw print. Before anything, if you’re reading this review, I’m so sorry if you’re experiencing a loss. Saying goodbye unexpectedly to our dog was one of the toughest moments of our family’s life. We didn’t know what to do or how to care for our sweet dog after he crossed the rainbow bridge. We called a number of cremation services and they all treated us like a number (went right to pricing, schedules, etc). Oliver was the only one who understood we were in pain and treated us with so much compassion and care. He was so patient and answered all our questions. In addition to his excellent customer service was his excellent business and logistics management. He was able to connect the dots with our vet and coordinate all the logistics for us so that all we had to focus on was saying goodbye and making our peace. He hand delivered our dogs ashes and accommodated all our requests (eg all paw prints) in a timely manner and even added a beautiful, complimentary bouquet even though he didn’t have to. He is in one of the toughest businesses but treats his clients with the utmost compassion, professionalism, and respect. If you have to go through this tough experience, go through it with Oliver and Precious Pet Cremations. Your heart will thank you for it.

We wanted to say "thank you" from the bottom of our heart. We lost our cat peanut after 17 years. I found this place at the last minute on Google. Due to all the good reviews I gave them a call, I was nervous only because when you lose your furbaby you want to make sure your giving them to someone you can trust and handle them with Love and care. When I called I had the pleasure of speaking with Oliver. It was after 9pm and he was so nice on the phone, in speaking to him he was very honest and said he would be able to pick up peanut but it wouldn't be until later due to where he was and where I was located. I said no problem. He was very good in keeping us informed of how far out he was with the arrival of when he would be at our home. When Oliver came out he was so sweet and compassionate and handled herwith such good care and was very gentle with her. After speaking with us he said he would have her ashes and her paw print and flowers back to us in a week. My husband walked him down to his van which he assured there was no other pets and she would have her own private ride to her final destination back to Huntington beach which was over a hour from us and my husband asked if he could call him once they arrived. I told him I don't think he would do that because it would be after 1am my husband said Oliver gave him his word that he would call him once they arrived safely to there destination. I couldn't believe it our phone went off around 1:30am in the morning and it was Oliver he said they arrived safely. Oliver you are truly a man of your word from start to finish. Thank you for being there for us in our time of need at this difficult time for us. I also attached a picture of our flowers he made special to put our custom urn in. It is TRULY BEAUTIFUL. After communicating with this company I was given very mixed issues. Me and my wife wanted to have a viewing of my pet during the cremation process. But he had told me that most companies will say no because they don't want to deal with it. As well as that he could offer a viewing ranging between 1100-1300. Which was outrageous compared to what I paid before. Well I was going to proceed with his services with viewing. And then he comes back telling me there is a new law about not allowing the viewings. WHICH is not true after talking to another location. He stopped replying when I asked which laws applied and there was no response. My second problem is that the only location in Huntington Beach is called west coast. Not sure if they are affiliated. Overall I was just very disappointed about how everything was handled through communication and will not be using either his or the company he is affiliated with. Please refer to images provided.

He provided exceptional service and delivered Patches’s (my dog’s) ashes in a timely manner along with a nice flower arrangement and paw print.
