Lost my little boy to a dog attack and West Coast Memorial was more than understanding and compassionate during my grief process. Due to the unexpectedness of the incident, I felt it was necessary to say my goodbye again. I was able to set up a viewing of my pet a week after the attack, once he was embalmed, was given plenty of time with him, and was able to bring my other living animals so they could also have their closure.Thank you to everyone at this facility, my thankfulness for your support and compassion during this time is something I will never be able to fully express.Rest In Heaven Aloani! Mama will make you proud 🖤

Big, big shout out to Mona and Ana at WCPM. I went through a tough logistical ordeal due to UPS (West Coast Pet Memorial doesn't use UPS anymore) and Mona went absolutely above and beyond to help put my mind at ease as I anxiously awaited the arrival of my dogs ashes (for example, she drove to the facility late at night on a Friday to help me with something- one of many things she did). Because of the awful situation I had to deal with that wasn't even caused by them, she and Ana had a custom blanket made for me with my dogs picture on it and had it sent to me. This is spectacular care for clients and I will always refer them, and will use them in the future always. Thank you Mona and Ana <3

I’m so happy this place exists. I recently lost my cat and I felt I needed to give him a proper memorial. Don’t let the outdoors intimidate you. This place is lovely and I felt so much care going into my cats cremation. Judith was beyond helpful and sympathetic and truly showed the attention to detail and I felt comfortable. She took her time explaining the cremation process, urn, and what’s included with everything and I was surprised at how inexpensive it is. It was very difficult losing my cat and even tougher letting go but coming here was truly a relief knowing my cat will get great aftercare. Thank you so much for having this service available.

5 star service! I asked if I could visit my dog one more time before cremation and they set up the most beautiful viewing for me. They were so kind and didn’t rush me while in the room. We lost our sweet Shih tzu and opted for private cremation. Our sweet boy was delivered to the wrong address. He was delivered where we had him euthanized even tho we stressed the importance of our out of state address since we didn’t live in Cali anymore and due to the nature of our visit. The remains were thankfully delivered tho to family but had we been elsewhere for euthanasia, this could have been a different outcome. When they delivered it to my mother in law, it was the morning after her husband died so that was an emotional surprise. With all the hardships our family was facing, we wanted to make sure he came directly to us to alleviate more sorrow. The facility apologized and gave us a new shipping label for the correct address to be overnighted. He never came and instead was held in a UPS faculty/truck for a week. I called emailed the cremation place because they said they “always overnight because they don’t want this exact situation to happen.” They said they would “investigate and get back to us as to what happened.“ No one ever got back to us. Our dog finally did arrive and was packed with care, but it’s heartbreaking that we couldn’t be reunited with him as promised and paid for, but instead was delivered after being held ad a post office for so long. Just made this grief extremely worrisome, frustrating and harder.

My vet, pine animal hospital, used this company to cremate my pet. I paid an extra $40 for an ink stamp paw print. I am extremely disappointed in what I received. The toes are all crooked and it is badly smeared. I contacted them about the issue and they blamed it on my pets body! They refused to do anything for me. I would not recommend their services and am extremely disappointed I can't get my pets paw tattooed on me because the quality is that poor. They do not care about providing quality for their over priced services.

I used Dr Kevin Chung for in home euthanasia and he used West Coast Pet as part of the private cremation package. I am satisfied with the service. They contacted me via email once they had a tracking number for my dog’s ashes and paw print. Once it arrived , we were happy with our urn of choice, the paw print with my dog’s name and a card and other reading material they include about the grieving process. All this took exactly two weeks. Thank you for taking care of my little Teddy. He is now home.

My dad and sister took our beloved dog lucky and they said that they were so comforting and the whole process was great. When we went to pick him up the place was very warming and it made you feel in peace. The woman showed us our dogs box, his ashes, a lock of his hair, and foot prints. We love the care they gave to our family member!

Terrible there is a video on Instagram you guys gave customers grieving the wrong paw print the Furr Babies name is Piggie you should be ashamed you owe the family an apology as well as a refund there's pictures of his chubby paws the paw print u gave them clearly isn't piggies so disgusting how can they even trust you gave the ashes

After the difficult decision to put my sweet but very sick cat to sleep, Paws Pet was amazing in their service and compassion. They picked up Dixie from my vet within 24 hours, and she was ready to be picked up in less than a week. Their signature package included an individual cremation and certificate, a lovely wooden box for her ashes and tuft of fur, and 3 sets of paw prints, one of which was encased in a personalized frame with her name. I also found in my bag 2 handwritten sympathy cards. Their facility is beautiful on the inside, and I believe they treated Dixie with respect and dignity. When the time comes for my other two cats, I will definitely be using their services.

I went with my friend to pick up her cats ashes. This place is amazing. The outside is inconspicuous and you can easily miss it. However, you ring the doorbell and walk into this amazing little showroom with a wall of beautiful urns. I was so touched by how nice everything is. Wonderful place when handling the final services for a beloved pet.

Honestly I was blown away by the amazing service I called after hours and the girl that took my call was very helpful because (even though my head was all over the place And i called about three times just to ask the same questions over and over again )the girl was very helpful and understanding! The next morning when I took my cat in everyone was nice and helped my family and I go through the process easier for us planning all of the arrangements ! we were able to say our final goodbyes to her in a very respectful and honorable way !The staff here went above and beyond,you can telling they truly care for you and your pet !

I got my cat cremated here a few years back. We were grieving for a while that we didn’t even notice that the paw print they gave us was a dogs print not a cats.. make you wonder if the ashes you get are even your pets ashes. I was so attached to the paw print thinking it was my cats. It’s heart wrenching. I’ll be waiting for a response. This is unacceptable and beyond shameful.

Caring staff, so ready to help you through a difficult process. Great selection of goods and services, and they only cremate one animal at a time. I couldn’t stand not knowing if my dogs ashes were mixed with a stranger. They made something so emotional so much easier for my whole family. Located in a very industrial part of the city, don’t let this deter you. They even have a walkthrough on Google Maps, you can see the facilities for yourself. Thank you so much.

I took my beloved bearded dragon, Hanna, in for cremation at this location. The workers were incredibly kind and understanding of the pain i was going through after losing my Hanna. They patiently walked me through the steps of cremation and picking out an urn for Hanna. All my questions for the price of the urns, cremation and any additions such as clay paw prints and other accessories were answered in detail and i was assured that my Hanna would be handled with care and would be ready to be picked up two to three days from the day i took her in. After everything was taken cared of and payed for i was given privacy to say goodbye to my dearly beloved Hanna for the very last time.... i returned a nearly a week later due to scheduling issues and again, i was greeted with warmness and i was given Hanna’s official cremation certificate, the towel i had wrapped her in(they ask if there is anything the animal has that you would like to be returned to you), and her tag. All was given to me in a brown paper bag with a beautiful tag that says her name and Hanna’s urn was given to me in my hand. I nearly cried tears of happiness knowing my Hanna would still be with me and that she was treated kindness within this facility. I highly, highly recommend taking your pets to this location, you and your dear pet(s) will be treated with love and kindess ❤️🐾

I did not know that there were places that can be so compassionate about your pet is your pet passing away. I came about West Coast pet the day my dog OA14 years died. It was the 5th place I had called and Not only are their prices are outstanding, but Also their hearts are gigantic.I recommend this place to everybody.

My dog passed away at home and I called West Coast Pet Memorial, since it's fairly close to my home. The person who answered (male) was helpful in explaining my options. I told him, I wanted them to handle my dog's cremation, since I already knew what I wanted. He seemed to kind of ignore my request and told me to call them back if I decided to go with them. It almost seemed as if he didn't want to take in my dog. I called an hour later after I prepared my dog for his Journey but, no one answerd. I eventually had to call Rainbow to Heaven, which is further from my home and cost a bit more.

I can not stop talking about you guys and how an awesome experience it was since the moment you came to pick up our beautiful Belle.I cant believe the customer service that was given during this hard time.I love how my family received Belle's urn with such presentation and love.And the after math... we received a letter regarding their sympathy ... this just broke my heart of how much detail was put into this type of Service.The Staff that dealt with us : Liz ( who received our call), Pick up driver (sorry I don't remember her name but she was super nice), and Rebecca (who turned in our Belle's Cremated Remains ) simply High Class service.Belle was our family dog for 12 years we loved her very much. we miss her but we have her in our hearts.Thank you once again.. Paws Pet Cremation is a great place. I called them the night my cat Aimee passed away. I was wreck, making no sense, and their staff was very patient and respectful of my situation. I brought her in the next morning and had her back by 4 pm, with the Priorty Cremation. Paws is wonderful. They made things a little easier for me during a very sad time.

Please avoid this company! I requested a private cremation for my hamster with West Coast Pet Memorial. However, they didn’t give back only her cremated remains as promised for private cremation! My wife noticed that because the remains are too much for a hamster! My hamster only weighs 0.7oz, but the remains we got back are also 0.7oz! (FYI, the remains should be only 3% ~ 5% of the animal). I did my research but can’t find an explanation other than they mixed my pet remains with others. I contacted the company, but they couldn’t and refused to give a proper explanation for this. This has made me and my wife heartbroken and cried multiple times. Please avoid this company before it is too late!

We lost our beloved pet Brownie tonight after a diagnose with cancer (leukimia) that left us broken. It was after hours almost and Sierra picked up the phone, was extremely nice and understanding and was willing to wait for my grieving mother to drive 30 minutes to get there. It's very clean and you have a private viewing room for your last moments before cremation. l have been to another cremation place for years but it doesn't compare. The price is very reasonable. I love this place! The entire staff that I dealt with had the upmost respect for me and my Bella. They are also the most affordable and reasonable in LA. The BEST part is it’s beautiful inside. We were brought into a private room that had a bed in it to put my Bella on. They let me sit with her and take my time in saying my goodbyes. Thank you Sierra and the rest. Losing a family member is always painful and a time of haze and confusion. Thanks to the nice people at Paws Pet Cremation, the process was made a lot smoother and tolerable from the time we step into their premises. They make every effort to be sensitive to the emotions one is dealing with and keep the paperwork and the questions to a bare minimum, which was deeply appreciated at such a traumatic time.We highly recommend to come through at that painful, sad moment of losing our furry friends who bring us nothing but love and comfort throughout their lifetime.They deserve to be honored and treated with dignity in life and in death, and that is exactly what you will find in this place. Very professional and open to the public. They offer additional services and viewing for your family for final goodbyes. They make sure your pet has an individual cremation. Yosune and Alan were the best!!! I could not have asked for more when my cat, Ricky, passed.... Our immense grief was certainly made easier by the great warmth, sympathy, patience and customer service from the time we brought in the body to the time the cremated remains was returned to us. The selection of urns is quite impressive. It is representative of every taste and budget. The facility is also very clean, very warm and truly welcoming. There is also a viewing room where you can even say your final goodbye. I am truly impressed and would always highly recommend them to anyone who will be going through this most difficult experience of losing a beloved part of the family... My Son and I want to Thank Pet Paw Cremation from the bottom of our hearts for helping us with the aftercare of Our Little Furbaby Gizmo. We were so worried and scared of what to do. I called other places that were not very helpful, charged to Much, wouldn't answer or call back. When Pet Paw Cremation answered the man I spoke with after hours was so kind, compassionate and informative. They actually all are!!!! I can't Thank All Of You Enough!!! The Wonderful Young Lady who picked up Gizmo is so Professional, Respectful and Compassionate.🙏🏼 Today we went to pick up Our Little Furbaby Gizmo and The Wonderful Young Lady that picked up Gizmo at our home was there to help us once again. After everything was taken cared of and payed for i was given privacy to say goodbye to my dearly beloved Hanna for the very last time.... i returned a nearly a week later due to scheduling issues and again, i was greeted with warmness and i was given Hanna’s official cremation certificate, the towel i had wrapped her in(they ask if there is anything the animal has that you would like to be returned to you), and her tag. All was given to me in a brown paper bag with a beautiful tag that says her name and Hanna’s urn was given to me in my hand. I nearly cried tears of happiness knowing my Hanna would still be with me and that she was treated kindness within this facility. I highly, highly recommend taking your pets to this location, you and your dear pet(s) will be treated with love and kindess ❤️🐾

I am glad my brother referred me at PPC during the most difficult time of my life. I was so devastated that day and had to check out different places. I ended up with PPC. Their packages are excellent and the prices are reasonable. They have viewing, memorial service, & you can witness your pets cremation (unlike the other places I called). To me that's very important to say my last good bye to my baby BOO, to be able to touch and kiss her one more time. Thank you PPC for your compassion for our fur babies.

I've taken my two deceased dogs to be cremated, here. They are very helpful, and their viewings are very touching - to see your pet the final time similar to a funeral viewing. I highly recommend Paws.

We spent over $1500 for cremation services at this location for our dogs. We purchased a total of six urns all of the urns came with stands except one. When I called PAWS to inform them we were missing a stand I was told they would ship one to us for a $15 charge. The stand is literally two small pieces of wood joined together and is approximately 3 inches high. Sadly if we don’t have the stand the urn lays flat. My suggestion: make sure when you pick up your urns you have your stands. With that said they get one star for customer service.

I did not know that there were places that can be so compassionate about your pet is your pet passing away. I came about West Coast pet the day my dog OA14 years died. It was the 5th place I had called and Not only are their prices are outstanding, but Also their hearts are gigantic.I recommend this place to everybody.

My dog passed away at home and I called West Coast Pet Memorial, since it's fairly close to my home. The person who answered (male) was helpful in explaining my options. I told him, I wanted them to handle my dog's cremation, since I already knew what I wanted. He seemed to kind of ignore my request and told me to call them back if I decided to go with them. It almost seemed as if he didn't want to take in my dog. I called an hour later after I prepared my dog for his Journey but, no one answerd. I eventually had to call Rainbow to Heaven, which is further from my home and cost a bit more.

I can not stop talking about you guys and how an awesome experience it was since the moment you came to pick up our beautiful Belle.I cant believe the customer service that was given during this hard time.I love how my family received Belle's urn with such presentation and love.And the after math... we received a letter regarding their sympathy ... this just broke my heart of how much detail was put into this type of Service.The Staff that dealt with us : Liz ( who received our call), Pick up driver (sorry I don't remember her name but she was super nice), and Rebecca (who turned in our Belle's Cremated Remains ) simply High Class service.Belle was our family dog for 12 years we loved her very much. we miss her but we have her in our hearts.Thank you once again.. I talk about you guys all the time. :)

Paws Pet Cremation is a great place. I called them the night my cat Aimee passed away. I was wreck, making no sense, and their staff was very patient and respectful of my situation. I brought her in the next morning and had her back by 4 pm, with the Priorty Cremation. Paws is wonderful. They made things a little easier for me during a very sad time.

Please avoid this company! I requested a private cremation for my hamster with West Coast Pet Memorial. However, they didn’t give back only her cremated remains as promised for private cremation! My wife noticed that because the remains are too much for a hamster! My hamster only weighs 0.7oz, but the remains we got back are also 0.7oz! (FYI, the remains should be only 3% ~ 5% of the animal). I did my research but can’t find an explanation other than they mixed my pet remains with others. I contacted the company, but they couldn’t and refused to give a proper explanation for this. This has made me and my wife heartbroken and cried multiple times. Please avoid this company before it is too late!

We lost our beloved pet Brownie tonight after a diagnose with cancer (leukimia) that left us broken. It was after hours almost and Sierra picked up the phone, was extremely nice and understanding and was willing to wait for my grieving mother to drive 30 minutes to get there. It's very clean and you have a private viewing room for your last moments before cremation. l have been to another cremation place for years but it doesn't compare. The price is very reasonable. I love this place! The entire staff that I dealt with had the upmost respect for me and my Bella. They are also the most affordable and reasonable in LA. The BEST part is it’s beautiful inside. We were brought into a private room that had a bed in it to put my Bella on. They let me sit with her and take my time in saying my goodbyes. Thank you Sierra and the rest. Losing a family member is always painful and a time of haze and confusion. Thanks to the nice people at Paws Pet Cremation, the process was made a lot smoother and tolerable from the time we step into their premises. They make every effort to be sensitive to the emotions one is dealing with and keep the paperwork and the questions to a bare minimum, which was deeply appreciated at such a traumatic time.We highly recommend to come through at that painful, sad moment of losing our furry friends who bring us nothing but love and comfort throughout their lifetime.They deserve to be honored and treated with dignity in life and in death, and that is exactly what you will find in this place. Very professional and open to the public. They offer additional services and viewing for your family for final goodbyes. They make sure your pet has an individual cremation. Our immense grief was certainly made easier by the great warmth, sympathy, patience and customer service from the time we brought in the body to the time the cremated remains was returned to us. The selection of urns is quite impressive. It is representative of every taste and budget. The facility is also very clean, very warm and truly welcoming. There is also a viewing room where you can even say your final goodbye. My Son and I want to Thank Pet Paw Cremation from the bottom of our hearts for helping us with the aftercare of Our Little Furbaby Gizmo. We were so worried and scared of what to do.
