I want to thank Nicole, Maura and Crystal for their kindness and help. They were outstanding. Thanks for taking care of my baby 😺 Natasha. The package I received with Natasha's remains and other items were wonderful. Thank you so much.I highly recommend West Coast Memorial Service. Very compassionate and professional. They are the best.

I lost 2 of my fur babies (dogs) within 5 weeks of each other. It was hard for me and my family. My daughters grew up with them. We had Dakota a husky before we had kids. We then rescued a dog from Mary s shelter in riverside. We believe Abby the dog was half German Shepard and half Doberman. They were both great dogs and we miss this terribly .I would like to thank Jenn, Krystal. And Mayra at west coast. They were wonderful and so kind to us in our time of need. It hurts to love a fur baby. We had Dakota at 4 months old and Abby we think 2 years old. They reassured us that they got us and will take care of our babies. And they did abd returned out fur babies in a timely matter. Thank you guys so much for helping us.

We cannot thank West Coast Pet Memorials (both Lake Elsinore and Escondido) enough for the extraordinary care they gave to us after a devastating and traumatic loss of our eldest boy, Scout. The days leading up to his passing were horrific. I was a mess and booked our appointment at the wrong office, that couldn’t perform the service we needed (private memorial). Kaylee (sp?) called Lake Elsinore and fixed everything for us.The entire Lake Elsinore team took care of us and gave us the kindest, gentle, most caring memorial service we could have hoped for. We will always be grateful for you all. The service you provide is so important and your care and support are beyond words. Thank you.

My vet is Sycamore Creek Animal Hospital and they took my dog here after she passed and they were very professional in every step of the way. I called them a week after she passed to see if she was cremated yet and they were very friendly and said she would be ready the next week. It was actually the next day we got her back and I was so happy. The box is beautiful with flowers engraved on it and the name plate was a nice addition to it. The paw print looks exactly like my dog’s paw and it came out looking so nice. There was also name tags for my dog on the ashes, the box, and the paw print so you know that it is your pet. I highly recommend this company for cremation!

The folks who answered the phone when I called, Sarah and Christi, were very kind. If you’re extremely close to your animal, you treat a place like this like it’s the vet. They know this and are happy to provide you with updates. If you want to drop by while they’re doing it, it’s a new building in a nice industrial area. I’m not sure if they have seating inside; I just sat outside.

Thank you for taking care of our fur-baby after she passed, this was absolutely devastating for my family & I. I'm grateful to have received all of her ashes, paw print, fur, & the certificate of memory for her, she is home forever now. 💔😔 🐶🌈❤️

Our baby passed this month and the service we received was exceptional. Everything from the blue satin bag his box of remains was in to his ink stamp paw print was of high quality. Paw prints, box for remains, and extras were all labeled with his name and barcode as if they scan to track the process. Chief was back home in 7 days. Thank you for the exceptional service at such a difficult time. Letting go of our baby after 14 years was heartbreaking.

I was concerned about some of these negative reviews, but I'm happy with the service I received. The people I spoke with on the phone were professional, kind, and patient with my questions. The cost of individual cremation was reasonable. I went with the cherry urn because I wanted to display a photo of my dog. It was exactly three weeks from when they picked up my pup from the vet to when I received a call that I could pick up the cremains. Everything was nicely packaged in a purple bag, and nothing was broken or missing. The pieces were labeled with me and my dog's name - it seems like they keep good track of everything during the process, which was reassuring. The box was nicer quality than I had expected. It looks great on my nightstand.

Staff was very nice and professional. During such an emotional time like losing a pet, it is comforting to know that you can rely on a company like this. They were kind and understanding to my needs and provided a level of service that met all expectations. We were given a beautiful cedar box with a precious name tag of our beloved dog. They even included a clay paw print and will provide you with fur clippings as well. They have several options for pet cremation so they can fit your needs and budget.

along with the extremely high cost of a plain box, i am completely certain i didn’t receive my cats ashes back. they will group cremate and throw them away if you don’t pay the $500 for your dead pet in 2 days. completely taking advantage of the hurt

My Boston terrier Karl passed away August 23, 2020, unexpectedly when I was out of town. He was sent here to peaceful paws for cremation. He came back in a timely manner and in a beautiful cedar box with a lock little keys and a heart with his name on it, and my heart was so touched that they did a paw print in Clay for me to keep forever.Thank you for taking care of our baby. Highly recommend!!

My dog died four years ago and she was sent to be cremated at this business. There are add-on options aside from just getting your pet cremated. I paid for four pawprint imprints, and they're made of a red clay. They were never dropped or handled roughly, but two of the four paw prints cracked into pieces. It's really unfortunate that the pawprints are so fragile, as they should be made to be ceramic or something more durable to stand the test of time. I don't know if I can do anything on my end to fix them; I'll have to do some research online.I called the office today and let them know what happened so that they can hopefully make a change for future grieving furparents who choose the pawprint option. The lady on the phone said she'd let her manager know., I also wanted to post here as a public service announcement.

We lost our Westie Seamus a few weeks ago from cancer and the wonderful people at Peaceful Paws picked him up at the vets office and took him to their facility for cremation. The whole experience was done with the upmost respect and professionalism. They placed his remains in a wonderful box and included his paw print when he was returned to us. Even though it was a very traumatic experience for us their care was outstanding.Thank you Peaceful Paws for your service

I can’t even begin to express how upset I am. I paid over $300 & what I got back brought me to tears & made me feel sick to my stomach. They took what looks like a partial impression of my baby’s paw & filled in the rest with fake pad & claw marks. It looks nothing like his paw & in fact, it looks so creepy I don’t even want to look at it. Not only that but they put it on an ugly brown clay. The box his ashes came in was nothing but a heavy plain, pine box. It didn’t come with a name plate already attached, I had to do that myself. The name plate was an ugly black plate with plain white lettering. It was so ugly that I ripped it off as soon as I put it on. I just ordered a beautiful box online with a name plate & I’m going to transfer his remains to it because I won’t keep them in this ugly thing I got back from Regency. They do not care; they put no thought into what they do. They made what was already a horrible experience ten times worse! I feel sick to my stomach!

The process was very easy, I received my beloved Chloe on time. The presentation was very beautiful, the urn and paw print were a pleasant surprise to previous services I have used. I truly appreciated the hand delivery. I would definitely use the service again.Thank you for taking care of our precious girl.

This business preys on grieving pet owners. AFTER they collect your deceased pet from the veterinary hospital, they quote an exorbitant fee for a “group” cremation where your pet is cremated with lots of other animals and disposed. The county provides that service! If however you’d like your pet’s ashes returned, they charge an extra exorbitant fee. A SIMPLE box? Another fee. If you’d like your pets name engraved on a cheap brass plaque and glued to the box, it’s yet another up charge. It is my sincerest wish that this deplorable business goes under. Veterinary Specialty Hospital in San Diego, the veterinary hospital I’ve used for over 30 years has recently started dealing with this company. Unless they see the light snd change the crematorium they choose to market and do business with, the veterinary hospital will lose my business.

I lost my little friend, Lilli, on November 11th. A large dog jumped my fence and attacked her as she was just 9 lbs. I was inside my home and heard her crying out. I screamed at the big dog which ran off and I brought Lilli to the Redlands Emergency Animal Clinic located on California Street. Her injuries were too severe. She left to go through the mystical door. I paid for her cremation. Her ashes were in a large wooden box, placed in a sheer pretty purse as her little paw print was. Everything was in a nice woven bag with a handle. I opened the box and saw that her ashes were black and not a soft white color as the other ashes were of my little friends who have gone away home. I just wonder why they were black.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!I paid $50 for what I thought was going to be a paw print on gray stone. That is what the picture looked like. But what I received was a paw print on a 3” circumference circle of brown clay. They really take advantage of you when you are feeling down!

Very disappointing experience. The pawprint is barely visible in the terracotta; the letters of the name are barely visible and misaligned; there are peripheral designs (cheesy hearts) I did not ask for and do not want. And of course this is not something that can be re-done. I have advised my vet practice to drop this vendor.

So sad to say I got what I thought was my pets ashes and I’m sure it’s not my cat. The paw print that says Taz is a cat with very long nails. My cat was declawed, so I’m 100% sure this is not my cat. I’m not ever going to have them cremate one of my pets. Sad to say I think most people are not getting their pets ashes 😞 ask your vet who they use and if it’s this service…go elsewhere!!
