Furever Loved is one of the best services that I’ve ever worked with. My dog went south pretty quickly on us and I wanted him to move on to his next journey being surrounded at home with loved ones.I researched several companies and left messages with about 5. Furever Loved was the first to respond and had the vet out the next day to fulfill our wish.The vet was amazing and extremely compassionate in all aspects of the process.This is a first class company and they made the grieving process much easier for us.If you’re considering this type of service, I would highly recommend it and highly recommend this company to help.

Furever Loved was amazing during one of the toughest times my family has ever been through. Our beloved Yorkie passed away suddenly, and we were devastated. The staff made the whole process easy and effortless. I love how their services include pick up and drop off. They take care of everything, and they are very compassionate and empathetic. The staff at Furever Loved was amazing during one of the hardest times my family has been through. We lost our beloved Labradoodle while we were away on a cruise and she was being cared for by family. The unexpected passing left our family in a tough position since we couldn’t get home to help. We called Furever Loved and Mike was at our home within 60 minutes to take care of our dog. Everyone was extremely responsive and compassionate in every interaction.When we were able to retrieve Olive’s remains from them (much sooner than promised), the staff couldn’t have done a better job.If you ever lose a pet and need help with that process, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

This place is heaven sent! I was so devastated when I walked in with the remains of my fur baby and didn’t feel like even being nice to anyone. But the girl was so kind, attentive and caring and made me feel a lot better. This is the best place to take your pet for cremation. Also Family owned business. They understand that fur babies sometimes are our best friends that have been beside us for years and I trust this place with my baby.

After putting our dear dog Pudgy to sleep, we were referred to Furever Loved by the emergency clinic, and I can see why. Great communication, fair pricing, and timely service. It hasn't exactly been easy getting used to not having Pudgy around--he was a constant presence for almost seventeen years--but we've had so much support from so many people, not least of all from everyone at Furever Loved. Thanks so much, we really appreciate what you do. Until we meet again, RIP baby brother (04/25/06 - 02/04/23).

I don't know where to start from. I’m simply beyond thankful to Furever Loved family members❤️🙏. I feel a thank you is not enough though. I was blessed to have came across their website. Perhaps my beloved fur baby helped me to come across them🙏. My baby got hit by a car December 22, 2023. Unfortunately, on December 27, 2023 @ 1:14am she passed in my arms and it was the most painful heartbreaking moment of my life. By 10am or so I believe I was at Furever Loved dropping off my baby because she deserved to rest peacefully, I was warned that it could take 3-5 business days to get her ashes back and I thought with the holidays approaching they would probably take a little longer. I was suffering more just thinking I was probably not going to be able to hold my baby's ashes on New Year’s Eve. Well, the 27th was the day I dropped her off and by the 29th she was ready to be picked up to go home. I felt at ease with having my baby back home with me in a very fast date. The staff at Furever Loved are true angels🙏. I have cried without consolation and have not been able to think straight. I actually don’t remember much of the conversation at Furever Loved with the staff members. My Cousin that came with me had told me what was said and I seriously can’t remember much due to the loss I am going through. What I can say for a fact is that the members at Furever Loved are the sweetest, most kind and understanding of the pain one is feeling of losing a fur child. Thank you all so much for everything and the loving support. My respects are for every single member of the family at Furever Loved. I would definitely 100% recommend this place to anyone needing to cremate their fur child.-Cindy

Thank you to my friend Hong for telling me about Furever Loved when I lost my fur baby. I was incredibly sad and struggling to find a place that would cremate him for a reasonable price. Calling locations is not something you want to do when your heart is shattered and grieving. A BIG Thank you to Justin for meeting me outside and helping me take my baby inside because there was no way I could do it alone. Justin and the Lady in the office were both very kind and patient. I absolutely loved how my fur baby’s ashes were returned back to me. Reading the poem had me in TEARS. Thank you to Furever Loved for taking care of my Toby and making his death easier on me 🥺

Last week my Rady returned home. She passed 2 weeks earlier.To say I was surprised at the care Furever Loved took with her remains is an understatement.Her ashes were in a beautiful redwood box with carved flowers, there was a small baggie with some of her fur, which I placed in her box with her. There was also a paw print on plaster with a display stand along with some seeds on a card to plant and some brochures regarding greif and what to do now.Thank you so very much for taking care of Rady so well. 💖

Truly the best place there is. They were so helpful and friendly and understanding. They made this process easy and were very comforting the entire time. They took good care of my baby Lucy. When my fur baby, Molly, passed we weren’t sure if we wanted cremation for her. However, with a lot of deliberation with my family we decided that it was the best option to keep her with us always. For us it was important that we found a company that had great reviews, and actually cared about your babies. This was probably the only business that I was sure could take care of our Molly the best… and they did. They were sweet and it was just honestly good vibes. ❤️

They are extremely supportive during a difficult time. Julia sent the warmest email to check times on when she could bring our dog “home”. She came to my office with a beautiful box, her footprints and a lock of hair. She sat in my office and listened to me tell stories and look at pictures of our dog, Minnie. I’m so glad that they are connected to our vet, because we didn’t get to choose what service to go through, and luckily it was them. From the first phone call inquiring on pricing for our little one, to the customer service on the day of, all I can say is that Adriana and Mike do an awesome job at making your experience as special as it can be.We opted for a viewing and private cremation. We were able to send our little one off as we wanted, in a blankie with special note and flowers.They offer several box/urn options. The final presentation also shows how much they care.I highly recommend Furever loved if you want a small business that cares for animals. Glad to have found this place in Riverside County - Lake Elsinore.We appreciate your extra effort.

It's never easy having to call or figure out where or what to do once your pet is making her/his final transition 🙏. They called back quicky, offered information on what services are available and made this tragic situation easier to handle. They have a package in which they offer a viewing service before cremation which was very important and sentimental to us. Forever Loved has been the best company we have ever encountered with having our beloved pets taken care of in their final stage. We called them after our beloved dog died, suddenly, at home. They came and picked her up right away, and delivered her home to us in just over a week, during Christmas time. They were so caring and compassionate. Really makes a tremendous difference having such a caring company during such an agonizing and painful time. I took my little girl Sprinkles there after she passed away in 2015 they did an amazing job then and they did an amazing job recently when I had to take my little boy Osito. We had some issues with our 12 year old German shepherd and our only option was to put him to sleep. It was a hard decision to make but it was for the best. But afterwards Furever Loved was in charge of our little guy and our experience with them was excellent. They took care of him and notified us of how they would handle things and how we wanted the delivery process to done. They were very sympathetic, friendly and helpful.

I just can't think of all of the right words. I was overwhelmed by the respect and dignity with which they handled my precious Chandi. I am so sorry that I can't remember any names because the day is a blur, but I do remember feeling genuine warmth and sympathy which helped me keep it together. They also offer grief counseling once a month. This is a family owned and operated business and they are the finest professionals to support you during the horrible period after the loss of a furry family member.
