They staff were friendly and attentive. It's a place most of rather not go because it means you have lost a friend/pet/family. They said it takes about 2 weeks for cremation. Their prices are way lower than if you have it done like at a VCA animal hospital. Draw back is we had to carry our friend here in a cardboard cuffin. 😭

I have compared what it felt like to lose my Dad who was by far the most important person in my life & how completely lost I was dealing with the aftermath of it.I just want to say how absolutely grateful I am to everyone who helped guide me through this painful loss of my boy @ Pet Haven. The empathy, patience, & understanding I was shown by everyone will forever be something I am grateful for because it was immense. EXTREMELY reasonable on a strict budget & I received a beautiful cedar urn & my boy Patch's paw print w/ his name was above & beyond what I ever expected. Thank you so very much🙏.

We had to put our cat down, which was an emotional process. Our vet recommended this place for cremation.We get there, wait for it to open, and are told they don't deal with remains. Say what?! I'm guessing someone didn't want to do their job!Find a better place.

My dog was cremated, November 2023. Today I decided to look and hold her ashes. What I found in the bag was crushed seashells. No ashes so sad. I’ve been talking to a box that didn’t even hold my dogs ashes in it.

I am giving this place 5 stars for many reasons. First due to the affordability; prices are extremely reasonable. Second the staff are very accommodating to the family members and do not rush anyone', when making important decision. Third they provide you with a place to grief. So the down side is the site. The grieving area should be a bit more cleaner and bright. When I placed my baby on the bed provided it seemed old & dingy. My first impression of the site was it look a bit sad & overwilling. Yes I get it. We are at a pet cemetery but it should feel welcoming. I feel that the grass should be green & clean. And it seamed to feel very sad and grey. I guess I just wanted to feel at peace that I was taking my baby to a place that I wouldn't mind being at. I just didn't get the same feeling as if I was a mortuary at a cemetery.But I would like to say to all staff thank you for your services. You all made it a bit easier.

It's gonna be a no from me. If you are suffering the terrible loss of your pet, this is not the place to go. They do not care about what you're going through. Not even enough to fake sympathy, which is the real issue here. It's just "what do you need" "here is the price" and "here are the ugly cheap plastic boxes we can put your pet in." You could be crying your eyes out and the receptionist wouldn't bat an eye.For some, maybe you prefer the emotionless transaction, if so, this is the place for you.The grass is patchy and the place is overall not as nice as it should be. I would not want to leave my beloved pet in a place where they could care less about watering the grass or making it look presentable.Trust me, there are better locations to take your pet, places that actually care about what's happening.Also, if it is possible, it is better to pay the extra $60 at another place because they will actually give you a nice box, paw print, and will be more sympathetic about your loss.I personally couldn't bare to think of leaving my pet in such a cold, dirty, and emotionless place.Also please read the 5 star reviews thoroughly. A place that is described as unwelcoming, unclean, sad, grey, and dingy should NOT be rated 5 stars.

This is such a beautiful place they have a small little room with the Virgin Mary or you can place your pet and say your prayers and your goodbyes they also have scissors there so you can cut as much hair as you want before they cremate your pet they will also give you baggies to put your babies fur inside I just took my fourth one today

It’s tough to end up here, but it is a very unfortunate and hard reality of life. Our beloved pets just happen to transition too early. Maybe because the devote themselves 100% to loving their human companions. Either way, once our furry kids are gone, it’s nice to know they are in good care & in hands of Pet Haven. Mike the owner is the nicest guy in town. The front staff team is also phenomenal. Very professional, caring, loving and understanding during such difficult times.

Coming here is a hard situation to be in. Showing up is when it hit me that one of my fur children was really gone. I lost a dog in early October, took her here for cremation. Overall the service was good. Turn around was about a week. Dropped her off on Saturday, they called me the following Tuesday for pick up. The pricing for urns is ridiculous. Order one off Amazon & do the transfer yourself. You can even get it engraved at a far cheaper price than buying here. I think the price for cremation is reasonable. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because I asked for a paw print. & somehow it was forgotten. I got a refund. But that wasn't what I wanted. So something I was really looking forward to in order to get tattooed was neglected. It may have been small to them, but it broke my heart all over again. Other than that would recommend, but because of that, will never take another fur baby here.

Our family took our beloved dog to be cremated. He was wheeled away and taken by the staff on a cart. His care was very compassionate. We were able to purchase an urn and 2 paw prints. Highly recommended to take final care of your beloved pets.

Walked in for a quote, but the unpleasant receptionist made me turn around and go elsewhere. Her demeanor was apathetic and robotic. I feel like it’s very important for a business like a Pet cemetery to hire someone that can actually show some empathy to their potential clients.

3 week turn around for ashes unless you want to pay an additional 100. Paw prints are horrendous. I really wish the amazing at home vet that did the euthanasia gave us another option Vs this place for cremation. There is no take 2, there is no do over, there is no second chance. I am horrendously disappointed with my experience. We deserved better.

Took them almost a month to return the remains of our beloved 16 year old pup. We called after three weeks and the person who answered the phone said he was still ‘on the truck’. Unprofessional and completely insensitive. When we finally got the remains, his name had been misspelled. This was already an awful experience, and this place did nothing to make it any easier.

I called yesterday to ask to see if my dog was ready and they said she would be ready today,I called this morning and the lady said my dog would be ready till next week.i went to pick up my ashes and I ordered two clay dog paws and when they gave me it to me I only received 1 and it looked ugly. They forgot to make the other. I was very unhappy and satisfied with this place very unprofessional.

My Shih Tzu has his final resting place here. It's a beautiful place and we'll maintained. Viewing room is set beautiful with flowers and staff is very nice. Mike is owner, awesome guy

I called them to get a quote and their price was 25% of what everyone else was quoting me. There service and their care for my pet was amazing I'm so glad these guys are in business they are awesome.

I lost my precious Bobby the Shih in March of 2018 and the staff, owner were simply amazing and understanding, considerate. The viewing room is beautiful with flowers all around and they bring your loved one in the casket, which can be standard wood or upgrade to sealable plastic with satin lining. You can also get the paw print embedded in whiteb stone and placed in your choice of color mesh bag. I would recommend this place for sure. RIP BOBBY, 03.30.2018.

This used to be a very peaceful cemetery. Now that is a giant add carved into a massive tomb stone. The thing must weigh around 3 tons. Its very pathetic to try to make money on those who mourn. And all for a fly?
