I recently lost my beloved Shiba Inu of 15 years. I have been a mess not knowing for sure where he was after I left the emergency vet. Today a wonderful woman called me from the Pet Cemetery to confirm that Corner was there with them. She told me she knew exactly where he was and that it would take about 5 weeks to get his ashes back to me. I asked her to tell Corner how much I love him. She told me she would tell him. It touched my heart. She had so much compassion. Im sure she has to speak to several crying pet owners daily. I can't thank this place enough for CARING and being so EMPATHETIC. Just knowing that she knew his name and where exactly he was brought me comfort. She made me feel like he wasn't just forgotten.

Our family dog was buried here in 1967. I was nine years old and vaguely remember going to the cemetery. Fast forward to 2024 and my parents have passed. I wondered if the cemetery was still even there. Out of curiosity, I contacted them and they responded that they located our dog’s grave and placed a blue flag on it. They took the time to honor a grave from over 57 years ago!! This speaks volumes to me as a dedicated, caring business. THANK YOU

I have had 4 dogs cremated they all sit on my mantle. Very caring, very respectable on removing my dogs from my car.. they retrieve their chips, they do a paw print. I’ll do it everytime, just this way!

The staff are very kind when they speak to you.If you request a paw print off your pet, be sure that they specify it in writing on the invoice. My family and I waited 2 long months for our girl's remains to be returned and in the end we didnt get a paw print we requested for tattoos.When my call was returned for this grievance, I was basically told I must've been confused. I didn't appreiciate that, especially for the amount of money and time it took to get our girl back after her death. We are angry.

The staff here is very empathetic and go out of their way to show compassion. They only got four stars because they left my daughters pet at the vet's for a week and a half and I had to make several phone calls in order to actually speak to a person. They did upgrade the urn option and took steps to pick up my daughter's pet right away. I would recommend them to everyone who has lost a pet, you just need to be persistant when trying to contact them.

I had an excellent experience working with the Fresno Pet Cemetery. The staff is extremely friendly , kind and respectful. The price was very reasonable. I knew i picked the right place. I know they handle my boy Mr. PEE WEE with great respect. Thank you very much. I will recommend you guys to everyone that comes into this situation.

Very competent pet cemetery for cremation and what they return. It took a bit too long, but the care and sympathy made up for it in a very big way. The card they include is very touching and will bring you to tears. For cremation I highly recommend them.

It is so hard to describe the loss of a pet..... yet everyday these people deal with the emotions of that loss with complete compassion and professionalism. My family has had 3 loved pets cremated here and the comfort provided by the staff was extremely appreciated. Thank you!

Having used their crematory services for many years, 3 times this year alone, I find them to be caring and loving in the handling of my beloved furbabies. I highly recommend this company for their highest quality of service and love.

I am so pleased with everyone I worked with here. We lost our beloved little tink early this morning while we slept. We just moved here and had nobody to turn to and they helped us in more ways than one. Will always speak highly of them. Thank You.❤

When I lost Wyatt I was devestated. He was my fur child. I wanted him to have the respectand kindness he so deserved. When I walked into Fresno Pet Cementry, I was greated by Cindy who was so caring and empathic to my loss. She explained to me the process and handled Wyatt with caring hands. When Mr. Barbato called me he said softly, "your baby is ready to pick up". They truly understand how we accept our fur babies as part of our family, heart, and soul. Losing our Neo was so heartbreaking and devastating. I never had to deal with this before, he was our first dog so we didnt know what to do or who to turn to. I can't thank pet er and fresno pet cemetery enough for making such a difficult time less stressful. And especially to Mr. Jim at Fresno pet cemetery for taking care of our neo and his remains. We are forever grateful to you.

Thank you for all your support and love you showed my sister n law..she lost her baby girl sapphire at eight years old..she was such a loving and caring dog..she got sick out of nowhere..we all ache and hurt at the passing of sapphire..she will truly be missed..this pin is so unbearable..but all your love and support you shown my sis n law is much appreciated..we can't wait to have her home with us all..God bless you all..

Sadly I have lost quite a few parvo fosters since working at Fresno Humane. The staff at Fresno pet cemetery has been so nice and accommodating.

when we lost are beloved mary jane due to cancer it was a very devastating time for us...we contacted fresno pet cemetery because we wanted to have her cremated and receive her ashes ...the owner knew we did not have alot of money and worked with us ...he was very compassionate and proffesional and treated our mary jane with dignity and respect..i have other animals whom we love very .much and when it is time to say good bye we will again use fresno pet cemetery .thank you for everything you did ...
