Paws Into Grace made saying goodbye to our sweet dog the best experience it could be. Dr. Bryn was punctual, gracious, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. After each step, she continually offered time for us to say goodbye. She didnāt rush us at all and always took a step back to give us personal space to say our farewells. Even the driver that assisted carrying our girl back to their vehicle was respectful and kind. They gave us and our dog the proper goodbye that she deserves. It was absolutely peaceful and comfortable. It was a rough last few months for our girl, so we hadnāt seen her smile in a while. But she left this world with her trademark smile and that is more than we can ask for.Thank you to Dr. Bryn and the entire Paws Into Grace team.

I wanted to express how absolutely amazing Dr. Paul Klaus was last night with our family. We had to make the difficult decision of euthanizing our beloved cat Lacey of 12 years. Dr. Klaus was extremely gentle, empathetic, and informative with the entire process. I was most grateful of this because my small children were present for the process. Iām so happy of this experience and thank you for making it so comfortable and beautiful for our family. True heroes on earth! Much love and thank you.

I canāt say enough good things about Paws Into Grace. From scheduling the dreadful appointment for in home euthanasia to them taking our sweet boy back with them, this company as a whole is truly compassionate about what they do. When we first called to schedule the appointment the gentleman on the phone was very kind, understanding, and helpful in making the appointment. Fast forward to the next day when the appointment was, Dr. Mark Johnson arrived to our home on time and truly showed nothing but compassion and understanding to the situation. He walked us through the entire procedure, allowing us to ask questions as needed and also allowing us as much time with our boy before we had to say āsee you laterā for now. I cannot recommend this service, the staff, and most importantly Dr. Mark Johnson for making a very unpleasant situation as āpleasantā as it possibly could be. The care he took with our boy before, during, and after didnāt go unnoticed. Thank you again!!

Paws Into Grace came highly recommended by a friend that is also a local veterinarian. When our 16 year old pup stopped eating/drinking and could no longer walk, we knew it was time.He always had extreme anxiety with car rides and trips to the vet, so this was the perfect solution to keep him calm and comfortable. We needed the service very quickly and they were able to come to our home within an hour of the initial phone call. They were warm and sensitive on the phone and the vet that came to our home was so sweet and wonderful through the entire process. Of course this is one of the most difficult things any pet owner will have to do, but they make this as pleasant as possible by explaining along the way and giving us the time needed to say our goodbyes. They even informed our vet office so we didn't have to make that painful phone call. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. A huge thank you to the Paws Into Grace San Diego team!

I cannot express enough gratitude to Paws Into Grace for their incredible care and compassion. From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing. Dr. Hoffman and Dr. Seitz went above and beyond to make an impossible situation easier to bear. Their kindness, empathy, and professionalism provided comfort and peace during such a difficult time. When I went to pick up the ashes, Roxanne was absolutely wonderful. She made sure the experience felt special and meaningful, which meant so much to me. I am so thankful for their support and highly recommend Paws Into Grace to anyone in need of their services.

I wanted to share my experience with this wonderful company. From calling to make the appointment nobody wants to make the young lady on the phone was very helpful and considerate to my feelings. When Dr.Adrienne Gotz arrived she was greeted by our baby Sam in Boxer style the best he could. She was amazing explaining the process of how things would go. But letting us know at our time she wasnāt in a hurry. She checked him out listening to his heart and lungs. Also checking his lymphoma spots and with his symptoms we described she assured us that we were doing the right thing for our boy. Sam went to sleep with his mom and dad laying with him and us telling him we loved him. The Dr. never rushed us after that then her helper Joshuaās Z came wrapped him up in a cozy blanket assured us he would take care of him. Thank you so much to the both of you for your kindness and compassion. I would highly recommend Paws Into Grace.Shelly Bennett

I can't begin to express the gratitude we have towards Paws Into Grace. We have had to say goodbye to many pets in our lives, but this was the first time we were able to schedule it, so we decided to have someone come out. We were so glad that we did it that way.Dr. Toni came to our house. She was so calming, kind and compassionate and she explained each step and what to expect. She prepared us, gave us the time we needed and was very respectful throughout the entire process.I kind of expected that the vet would be a bit jaded and exhibit a "practiced grief". Dr. Toni did not come across that way at all. She was so sincere, authentic and compassionate. I really don't know how someone can do this full time, but we are so grateful to Paws Into Grace for walking through this with us.It was a very sad but somehow beautiful experience. We are so glad we were able to do this at home so Duke could be surrounded by those who loved him.

She explained and guided me all along the way. Karma left me sweetly.I can highly recommend Paws for Grace. Grace is the key to them.

A truly heartbreaking experience that was made as peaceful and sweet as it could be. We were given time, compassion and most importantly, space to grieve our beautiful girl as this process was in motion. I would recommend this company to anyone needing or considering their pets' end of life. Going to the vet is so traumatic for the pups as they are leaving their HOME to go to a place they are not comfortable in. This service allowed our girl to be with us, in her space and in her bed with her fur siblings next to her so they could grieve too. It was truly the best of a really hard situation.

Cannot recommend Paws Into Grace more highly. We had to book an appointment for our cherished pup same day and they were able to accommodate. Dr. Klaus was comforting to both my husband and I, and more importantly our pup. Our pup was ushered into doggy Heaven in our backyard, in her bed, with sun shining on her face. We are so grateful Paws Into Grace makes all of that possible.

Dr. Paul Klaus was wonderful to our little sweet girl yesterday. He was compassionate, professional, and exactly the person I would want to take care of our dog in her final moments. My husband and I were extremely impressed by him and we leave our highest regards. Paws into Grace is very fortunate to have him!

Dr. Bryn was so amazing during this difficult time for our family. She gave us space to say our goodbyes and deal with our grief. Dr. Bryn truly cared about our family. Our dog was immediately at ease with Dr. Bryn; she acted like the Dr. was a longtime friend. The process was very smooth, quick and peaceful. Our dog was treated with love and respect.I would highly recommend Paws into Grace and Dr. Bryn. She is empathetic, professional, and gave us the support we needed during this difficult time. We are so grateful for the service you provide!

Paws into Grace was wonderful to us and our lab Rosie. It's the best decision we could have made for our girl. They were so kind, loving and caring to help our 14 year old girl cross the Rainbow Bridge on December 30, 2024. They are the best!!ā„ļø

It's such a painful process to know it's time to help your pooch go to heaven - happy for them to be free and whole again, sad for us because we miss them so much until we join them there.Paws Into Grace gives you many day & time options. All the staff and very kind, so nice & understanding. The vet that came to our home was so kind & gentle with our Lollipop and understanding to what we were feeling & going through. We were able to pickup our little doggy's ashes, paw print & vial of her hair after a couple weeks at the Escondido location where we live.It was all a beautiful sentiment to our angel now in heaven.

One of the hardest things to go through in life is losing your fur baby. I was not prepared and within a few hours I had to decide where my beloved dog was going to be handled for her after life. Luckily, we came upon Paws Into Grace. We went with the aqua treatment. All of this was new to me. I was devastated and beyond sad but the tender care and professionalism that this facility at the Escondido office and Miles who was there made me feel so assured that this was the absolute right decision and one that I instantly felt I was in good hands. My pug was rounding out 18 yrs going on 19 she was so well cared for and this was true for her final days. Thank you Paws into Grace for the support and heart felt care.

My hardest goodbye was my best friend of 15-1/2 yrs. I feel very fortunate that I came across Paws into Grace when it was his time to pass. To make matters worse, this happened during the Covid shutdown. I was able to hold Bossman for the first part, and he passed with hummingbirds above us as the vet injected him with the second part. Bossman smiled. The vet was extremely sweet and empathetic, which made such a hard decision less painful. After he passed, I contacted them a couple of times to check on his ashes (it was close to Christmas time). They were able to provide me with his remains before Christmas, which was amazing. They planted a tree in his memory, provided some of his fur in a container, gave me his nose print (which was an extra request), and a plaque with his name and dates on it. I would HIGHLY recommend Paws into Grace. They made this experience a thousand times easier.

It is such a hard thing to do, but Paws Into Grace made it much easier and they are so kind, caring, & gentle. I am glad we had our Sadie girl at home for this experience. She hated going to the vet and would start trembling when we would take her. In my heart it was the best way for her transition.š

My 19 year old cat, Pickles, took a turn for the worse on a Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, I called Paws Into Grace first thing. The gentleman was so kind, patient and empathetic as I explained my situation through tears. Dr. Courtney Mills came to the house and was so kind. Pickles was on her grey blanket, outside in the sunshine and in her favorite place next to the flowerbed. Dr. Mills walked me through the process and was so caring and gentle with my baby. I cannot thank her and Paws Into Grace enough...they made the absolute heartbreaking experience bearable for me.Here are some photos of Pickles including a couple taken from the day she passed...my husband and I got out of town the next day and went to Joshua Tree - I've never seen a rainbow in the cloud and I know this was her way of letting us know that she crossed the rainbow bridge and is watching over us.Blessings to you all in peace and love....

I have used the service 3 times! Making these tough decisions are the worst but the staff are so pleasant and kind! They are totally considerate in your home and allow you the space you need to say good bye to your babies! They are so calm and soft spoken on the phone and handle your animals with so much care! Nothing but great things to say about them!

I cannot recommend this company more than my gratitude for them taking really passionate care of our seek cat. First, starting with their website, which includes all necessary information about processes of euthanasia and after death care, including choices of cremation. Secondly, when you call for scheduling at home visit, you are greeted with really friendly staff and the scheduling is accommodating to your needs (actually, the needs of your furry child). The doctor, in my case it was Dr. Elizabeth Benson, arrived sharply on the scheduled time, and my wife and I immediately fell in love with her and understood that we can trust her with our poor boy. Long story short, our can fell asleep on the laps of her "mother" and even produced his happy purr. He was happy to leave his sickness behind.

Dr. Toni arrived and from the moment she step foot inside she was professional, kind, and extremely considerate. She led us through each step of the process until our beautiful Lexi passed into kitty heaven. She truly made a difficult goodbye easier and dignified. Thank you so very much

I am just so grateful that this organization exists. We said goodbye to our beloved 17-year old cat, Tony, today. Dr. Seitz was such a wonderfully calming presence and immediately put us at ease. She explained everything that was happening, ensured Tony's comfort as he passed peacefully, and reassured us that our decision was the right one (even if it was a hard one.) It was such a blessing being able to have him at home, in his favorite spot in the house, where everything was familiar to him and where we could grieve openly. I will always be grateful to Dr. Seitz and Paws Into Grace (the office and support staff were all wonderful and so kind,) for making such a difficult time a little less difficult.

We used Paws Into Grace yesterday to help us let our dog Zooey pass peacefully at home with us, and from start to finish they were excellent. Dr Toni was so friendly, patient, and understanding, and walked us through every step along the way. The whole experience was obviously difficult, but we couldn't have asked for someone better to help us through it. I highly recommend their service if you're ever in need. Thank you again for all you do, it's really appreciated!

Making the decision to put our beloved Roxy down was probably one of the most difficult things weāve has to do. Paws into Grace came very highly recommended. Dr. Bryn was absolutely amazing, so kind, caring & compassionate, she explained the entire process to us. The aftercare just as amazing, we picked our girl up this morning & the staff was so sweet. We received a beautiful urn, clay paw print & a little glass jar with some of her fur. Thank you & your amazing staff. ā¤ļø

Dr. Johnson and Paws Into Grace team, thank you for your immediate response after our dear August's aging condition rapidly got worse in an overnight 12 hour period. We called early on a Sunday morning, never a convenient time, and Manny (I believe it was who answered the phone) was a tremendous and calming help in locating an available Doctor who could get to our remote location that day. Understandably with this short notice, we were relieved to know that Dr. Johnson would be here in a few hours. Dr. Johnson's professionalism and compassion for our situation was the absolute best experience in this difficult time, allowing us to euthanize our dog in the comfort of home. August was comfortable the entire procedure and passed peacefully. We cannot thank you all enough!

Paws into Grace did a wonderful job to provide me with comfort and kindness during the passing of my dear kitty, but they failed to produce our memorial items in a timely manner after the procedure. It disheartens me to write this review because of the nature of it, and because of the kindness provided by the staff I had been in contact with. More specifically, Manny and Dr. Toni had been patient and compassionate with me every step of the way leading up to and the day of the procedure. My baby was laid to rest on Christmas morning and it was the hardest thing Iāve ever had to do. Dr Toni arrived at my residence and treated every second with care and compassion. She was careful to not disturb him and made sure he was comfortable through the whole process. It was everything I couldāve hoped for in a situation like this. Mittenās cancer had rapidly progressed and he was declining quickly. I didnāt want him to pass scared and confused after a bad day at the emergency vet, so Paws into Grace gave peace and comfort to us.However, a couple weeks after the euthanasia, when I picked up his ashes and memorial items, I was shocked to see the paw impression they had made for us. Itās very large and his paw is stretched and distorted, you would think they mixed up our items with someone who has a fairly large dog. I had made my own assumptions about what had gone wrong and after I contacted Paws into Grace, they had confirmed that his paw looked so different because his body had already gone into a state of rigor mortis and was beginning to change and decay. Luckily, I have my own DIY paw impressions we had done together a couple of years ago but Iām afraid the next family may not be as lucky. Iām unsure as to why the facility didnāt do them in a timely mannerā¦ maybe because of the holidays, so I can understand why something like this could happen. But at this point, I would have rather not received it at all. Itās extremely difficult and disheartening to think of my babyās body in a dead and decaying state, changing and no longer looking like himself. Giving me a distorted paw print solidified that picture in my mind and has made my grieving process extremely morbid. This was not what I was expecting to open and see when I picked up his remains.A more streamlined process needs to be put in place to prevent this from happening. I used to work in a veterinary office and we would always do paw ink and clay impressions immediately after the euthanasia, before we stored passed pets away. Something like this would ensure that this doesnāt happen again to a more unlucky family.

Saying goodbye to a precious pet is never easy, even when it's the right thing to do. "Paws Into Grace" makes this horrible process much less dramatic creating a peaceful, comfortable, less chaotic and affordable pet euthanasia.I will say that I already went through this painful process with my first dog in 2018 at my vet's office where he made the decision clear it was time to let him go. This time around, I had clear insight on not keeping my sweet dog Spreckles alive for months longer than necessary after he was diagnosed with cancer. He deteriorated quickly and my vets told me to start thinking about "arrangements." We were in the middle of the winter 2021-2022 omicron variant and my vets' office was understaffed with most employees out sick. I could see how if we waited until the last minute of Spreckles needing euthanasia quickly then we may not be able to get in and he would suffer unecessarily.I had friends who had "at home euthanasia" services and they all said was the best option for them. My one thing that held me up was that at the worst moment of my dog's life would be the only interaction I would have with this vet for a short time in a very intimate and horrible time in our lives. But I realized it was our best option considering the circumstances. I had done some research and reached out to "Paws into Grace" and other services in the area. I chose "Paws into Grace" because they had a clear process/choices and system in place. Their pricing was about the same as I had paid for the same services at my vet's offices in 2018. When I reached out by phone, their staff was kind even while I was bawling throught the call. They have a team of vets on call who work weekends and I initially scheduled a Saturday so I could spend the day not distracted by work. But my initial reservation came with guidance that I should reach out if I needed to change that schedule. Which I did because Spreckles decided the next day he was in too much pain to go on."Paws into Grace" quickly re-arranged my reservation and got a vet to come over by the end of the day. It was a very efficient process once Dr. Benson arrived. I paid, picked some cremation options and Dr. Benson talked me through the process. Because I had already spent the day saying goodbye to Spreckles with my other dog Mallomar, I didn't want him to be in pain much longer. He passed peacefully in his favorite spot under the lemon tree on a beautiful sunny day in January 2022. We miss him every day.I recently picked up his ashes at their Escondido offices which was about three weeks after the euthanasia. I was pleasantly surprised by the office because it's quite a comforting space with this sweet man Eddie who does all the coordinating of handing over the ashes to you in a package. None of this is really explained well on their website, or I missed it, because it was much more pleasant than going to an office park in Escondido, to "get Spreckles" like I thought. Apparently the office is also where they do the cremation services in the back. The vets work in the field at all times. Essentially, it's a very impressive and efficient operation. My one apprehention about getting at home euthanasia has been dispelled by "Paws Into Grace" making this process easy, kind and less dramatic. And sometimes that is more personal than knowing the vet for a lifetime.

A friend referred Paws Into Grace to me after my 15 year old feline friend was diagnosed with cancer. The thought of dialing the phone number choked me up and I did avoid it for as long as possible. When the time finally came, I was pleasantly surprised with how comforting the whole process was. The vet who came out was so compassionate and calming, yet showing serious empathy to us during such a hard time. She explained everything in detail and made sure that it would go how we wanted it to. It was such a peaceful process. I highly recommend this company to anyone and will, without a doubt, use them again when the time comes.

Thank you for helping make an extremely sad situation a little more bearable. Letting a four legged family member go is never an easy decision (even if you know itās the right thing to do), and being able to say goodbye to our sweet old man Capone here at home in the comfort of his own bed surrounded by his Pack was a gift for us all. Dr Mark was wonderful and helped us and Capone make this painful moment go as smoothly and peacefully as could be hoped. He was so gentle with Capone and never made things feel rushed. Hoping we wont need your services for a long time, but thankful to know that you are there <3

I cannot thank Paws into Grace enough for sending someone so compassionate and accommodating to help us put our baby down. We utilized Paws Into Grace when it came time for our 14.5 year-old black lab to be put down. Our vet was Dr. Courtney and she was so wonderful, establishing a calm, caring, and peaceful presence from the moment she arrived. Courtney took her time with us and walked us through each part of the process, allowing us to set the pace and giving us care and encouragement every step of the way. I would recommend Paws Into Grace to anyone and everyone who has to say goodbye to their beloved pet.

Dr Gotz was so amazing. She was so respectful, understanding and made the process so calm and peaceful. After having many pets over my life, this was by far the best experience of letting one go. I only wish I could have done this for all of them.
Teresa Rocha
Dr. Mills was compassionate and patient with my family. She explained each step of the end of life procedure and assured me that Rocky would be comfortable. She reassured my sweet boy as the procedure continued and took time to ask us as the procedure continued if we needed time. I am beyond grateful with Dr. Mills and Paws Into Grace. They made this difficult life decision for my family peaceful and provided comfort.

I cannot recommend Paws Into Grace enough. Every person I interacted with was so kind. The process was graceful. They helped my sweet old dog Bones cross the Rainbow Bridge peacefully. The paw print, fur clipping, and urn are the perfect memorial items for me.

While putting down our beloved 13-yr old dog was one of our hardest days ever, Paws into Grace made it easy and comfortable. We dreaded each step, but Paws into Grace took care of everything from our first phone call. Dr. Mark Johnson was incredibly empathetic to us humans and our dogs; as was Bryan (driver) when he arrived. As difficult as that day was, Paws into Grace brought us great peace. Thank you, Paisley's Family.

With less than 12 hours notice, Paws Into Grace helped our Izzy - a 13 year old boxer - cross the rainbow bridge.Whomever we spoke to on the phone was kind, encouraging, compassionate and flexible. We had timing concerns with making sure my husband could get home from work and spend time with her before they came over. They fit it us in even though all their vets were booked that day and they were patient while we figured it out.The vet who came was truly amazing - I wish I remembered her name but the evening was emotional and overwhelming. She was so kind and soft spoken and respectful of the moments we were having with our sweet Izzy. I really cannot even fathom this type of job and how hard it must be on these wonderful vets. She was so understanding and patient and gave us as much time as we needed. She also reassured us that we were honoring Izzy in the best way anyone could and it helped a lot. Everyone knows the mental battle of āis this the right decision?ā.I cannot even begin to describe the quality of the clay paw print, the bottle that holds the collection of hair, and the cedar box with her ashes in it. It feels so much better knowing we have these items to honor our Izzy with.Thank you Paws Into Grace for making what is hard and inevitable, a moment to be remembered with lots of love ā¤ļø we will never forget the kindness and compassion your team extended to us and our family.

We could not have asked for a better send off for our best friend, our world. Dr. Gotz was so incredibly compassionate and walked us through the process ever so gently. She made us feel like we were in complete control in what felt like a helpless situation. She explained everything from the first injection to the final goodbye and was so respectful of the time and space we needed with our precious boy. He was treated with dignity and respect during the entire process, even after he had passed they were so gentle with him and made the hand off process as easy as it could possibly be. We told the driver that our boy loved a good car ride with the windows down and he rolled the windows down as he drove away.....that meant more to us than you could ever know. I can't say enough how impressed we were by Paws into Grace. The love and compassion you showed at a time when we were oh so very hurt and broken really turned a horrible situation into nothing but love and honor and respect for our sweet boy. I only wish there was an option for me like this when it's my time. We can't thank you enough!

Our experience with Paws Into Grace was amazing. Every interaction was caring, calm, kind and patient. Josh, who came to pick up our dog, was so dear and friendly and respectful. We had absolutely no hesitation sending our pup with him. Our entire experience was completely worth every penny.

From the first phone call to the time of service everyone made a time of sadness a very pleasant experience. From the phone schedule to the vet to the transporter a difficult time was made easy and very peaceful . Thank you so much. I now know Bandit is in a better place and we made the right decision
Caleb Ford
Dr. Seitz and Josh, the transport driver, were very professional. The thoughtfulness and care they provided through this hard time, helped to ease the pain for my family, including my two young boys. My 15 year old dog, Paisley, was surrounded by love and compassion during her final transition. Dr. Seitz guidance and compassion made this hard decision an easier process to say goodbye to my girl. Thank you for taking care of my Paisley and family.

We are so glad that Paws into Grace was there for us when we needed to say goodbye to our little Parker dog. Caring, professional and patient. Our hearts were breaking but the vet was very patient with us and we were able to say goodbye in a familiar place for him to be comfortable. Thanks.

Seriously donāt know what I was expecting, but I didnāt expect the amazing care and amazing extras and love they put into this process. We all know our pets become family and they absolutely understand that and treat the process with compassion. They give you one on one time to make decisions and do so many extras for a very reasonable price. Iām happy I felt it was a safe place for my Paisley.Thank you for making it so easy. ā¤ļø

I would give more than 10 stars to Dr. Benson and what she has created with Paws Into Grace. Our dog had cancer masses all in her body and we had to make the hard decision to let her go. It wasn't a matter of if, it was "when" would be the right time. The struggle was she was eating and seemed just fine but the mass behind her eye was causing bulging and discomfort. About half an hour before the appointment, we started to wonder if we were making the decision to end her life too early. Did she have weeks or months left where we could enjoy our time with her. After Dr. Benson arrived, we talked over the situation with her and got to peace with our decision that it was in her best interest.Dr. Benson explained the process, was so empathetic and caring and gave us time to say goodbye. She did everything according to our time, not on a schedule to get in and out.So many people referred us to Paws Into Grace (our vet, other clients, next door neighbor, reviews on line) and they were right. I'm so thankful there is an organization like this one who can help both owners/dogs with the transition.

Paws into Grace was the best choice we could have made for our dear Sophie! Dr. Walker arrived prepared and full of compassion and grace. She made this experience so much less traumatic both for Sophie and for us, her human family! R.I.P. Sophie Grace 10.1.2012 - 8.30.2024

Deciding to let our sweet friends go is the most excruciating part; Paws Into Grace made everything easy after that. I could not have asked for more compassionate staff to help me and my cherished 17yo kitty, Harley, and be our guides on our Worst Day. At around 1:30am I submitted an appointment request for 3:15pm the same day, as Harley was declining rapidly. Just over 12 hours notice. I received a call at 8:30am to confirm my appointment time. Manny (I hope I'm remembering his name correctly!) on reception was so warm and kind. Dr. Toni was incredibly sweet and patient. She explained every step of the process so we would know what to expect, didn't rush anything in the slightest, and was so gentle with Harley. His passing was effortless and peaceful because of her. What a gift. The staff here are absolute angels and your babies will be in good hands with them. It takes such a special and strong person to give this service to others. Thank you to everyone at Paws Into Grace, so much, for what you do.

Yesterday was the hardest day of my life. I had to make the decision of letting go of the first girl who stole my heart ( my dog Lola ). My wife told me about Paws Into Grace. I can't even begin to explain the amazing service we received from them. Dr. Toni was so caring and thoughtful when it came to everything she did. She has the soft spoken voice of an angel that soothed my wife and I while dealing with all the emotions that come with losing a loved one. Dr. Toni explained everything as she was doing it and gave us all the time we needed to cope with the unfathomable situation we were experiencing.Any one who has let a dog go before knows the questionable feeling of "am I doing the right thing?". Dr. Toni was the guide that led my sweet Lola across the rainbow bridge. She was the Angel that gave me faith in knowing my Lola was no longer suffering or in pain.

I cannot imagine saying goodbye to a beloved pet any other way. We were so grateful to have Dr. Toni C. come to gently treat our treasured cat with respect and tenderness, as we euthanized him to end his pain from terminal cancer. Dr. Toni went slowly, explaining everything she would do and why, giving us options and answers and time and space that were like buoys in our sinking grief. Our dear cat died peacefully, outside in the sunshine he so loved, hearing our voices and feeling our pets. He was not stressed out from being at the vet. We were not rushed to exit the appointment. It was the best death we could have hoped for him to have. After he died, Dr. Toni suggested we allow our dog to come and see him, and I believe this really helped our dog understand that his buddy was not coming back. We were able to sit with our cat for a good amount of time and place him in his favorite bed to be taken away in. I couldn't stop commenting on how I kept expecting him to breathe - he looked just like he had in sleep these last excruciating days. Dr. Toni asked if I would like her to listen for his heartbeat again, and I said yes, and she patiently listened yet again to assure me that he was gone. These details look small as I write them, but they add up to being able to honor the love we have for our pets, in the hardest moment we face with them.We will never use in-clinic euthanasia again if we can help it. We previously had a traumatic experience with in-clinic euthanasia, and it does not even compare with the thoughtful at-home euthanasia that Paws into Grace provided. We are so grateful to have been able to give our kitty this last act of compassionate love. Thank you so much to Dr. Toni C. for taking such good care of him, and of us, during an immeasurably sad time for our family.

Best decision ever to use Paws into Grace. Probably the hardest decision but they can help you in making the decision with confidence that the moment has arrived to let your pet rest forever. The vet was beyond calm, caring and helpful in creating a calm soothing environment for us all especially our sweet beast of a dog. It is a process which was done with a very loving precision and soft touch.

It has taken me over a year to write because it has taken me this long to get over the passing of my beloved cat Homer. The doctor that came to our home was very nice gave us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes and talked us through the process. I highly recommend. I cannot thank Paws into Grace enough for sending someone so compassionate and accommodating to help us put our baby down. Our sweet girl was only a year and a half and we got some devastating news a week prior. I have never had to endure this experience before as a pet owner and adult but was recommended Paws into Grace by my friend. And so glad I did. It was still a tough decision to make but Paws into Grace helped me every step of the way and when it was time, they explained the process. My 20 year old kitty was declining rapidly and I called late Saturday night and by Sunday morning, I received a call back to confirm an appt for that afternoon. I was so relieved. They were quick and professional while also providing us comfort in this horrible time. The process itself was explained thoroughly and our doctor explained every thing to us as this was our first time. They were so gentle with my sweet Mischa..I couldnt have asked for a better way to let her go than with Paws into Grace. Thank you for helping us in Mischa's time of need.

Our family had to say goodbye to our beloved and sweet boy, 15-year-old, Teo, just yesterday. Paws Into Grace sent Dr. Mark to help us transition our boy. He was so gentle and made the atmosphere so calm, gave us time to be with our dog, explained every step as it happened, and waited patiently as we said our goodbyes. When my son called to finally make this decision, he was greeted with calm and comforting words by staff. Everyone at Paws Into Grace couldn't be nicer. Thank you to all for making this difficult time a bit easier.

These people could not be kinder. Such a horrible thing to have to go thru when you decide to end your pets suffering. My boy was a big boy. Part Irish wolfhound. I knew when I got him as a puppy that his end of life was going to be extra difficult because of his size. The staff on the phone were beyond kind. The staff in person were the amazingly kind. The cost for the service is not inexpensive but it shouldnāt be. You are paying for experts in dealing with the grief of loosing a family member that loved you unconditionally. They treated our family with respect and empathy.

How do I thank you and Dr. Paul for the the serene transition our belove family member, into the next realm for all of us. The kindness', the serenity, the lack of haste and the care he showed us and our pet Honey was remarkable. He shared our pain and our grief. There was no rush, no push just absolute support in our hour of pain.Thank you, you guys were there for my Frankie, and now my Honey. I hope you will be there for me :) I will always recommend your service.

I wish I could give them more stars. Everyone we dealt with was professional and beyond caring for us and especially for our sweet girl. Thank you Paws into Grace for making what is one of life's hardest times, easier, seamless and peaceful. I can't thank you all enough for being there when we needed you and for the care you took with our family. We are so thankful there are people like you to count on when we need you.

Many thanks to Dr. Courtney Mills. She assisted our beloved kitty Neo to the afterlife early March. I wanted to express my appreciation from day one, but at the time, I was incapable to do so. I stumbled upon her card today and took it as a sign to express gratitude that is overdue.Neo is very much missed, and I am still grieving for his loss. However, using your services is my last expression of love and fitting tribute to a beloved family member. I felt it was the only way to say goodbye to him, in the home that he lived in, experienced happiness and safety all his life. Dr. Mills never made it feel rushed even if I took the last appointment for the day. She patiently and gently explained us the whole process and was very empathetic about what we were going through. After he passed, she gave us time to be alone with Neo to have one last moment in his presence. That was definitely needed and appreciated. On a rainy night, she lovingly carried him in a blanket to her car. He looked like he was just asleep and at peace. He was treated with dignity when he left this world. I am grateful that was the last memory of him that is etched in my mind.

This was such a sad time, but this vet and company was so special. They were so compassionate and caring. They made a very difficult time much easier. Will definitely use again and highly recommend!!

Dr. Mills came to our home and was compassionate from the very start. Great disposition during a hard time to put down our sweet 15 yrs old lab. Since we have not done an at-home service before, she walked us through every step and checked in with us often to see if we had any questions. She gave us space and time when we needed it..we honestly didnāt even have to ask for it, she just knew. We appreciate her professionalism and her care. Despite how hard it was, it was a peaceful process. Thank you Paws Into Grace for the service that you provide.

Iām so glad that I chose to put my Jazzy to sleep with this service!! Nancy was so sweet and explained the entire process before hand including anything that that could possibly happen that might upset me.Jazzy was my heart and soul for the last 12 years and was my therapy cat as well. I adopted her when she was 3 years old and we had a great life together. If I adopt another cat down the road and the time comes to take their pain away, or if I ever have a friend who is faced with this decision I will definitely recommend Paws Into Grace!!!

Thanks.

I couldn't imagine having a better experience at a truly heartbreaking moment in my life. I was treated with care and empathy. My Maddy went to the rainbow bridge with love and respect.

I highly recommend Paws Into Grace if you are ever faced with the painful situation of euthanizing your pet and want to do it from your home. Their high level of professionalism, empathy and kindness through this incredibly difficult and emotional process will be exactly what you need to get you through it.Paws Into Grace were recommended to us when we were faced with the toughest decision of our lives in sending our sweet 15 year old chocolate lab Jake over the rainbow bridge. We knew we wanted to have him home when it was done and from the initial call to Paws Into Grace, where they were patient and kind as I cried through it, to the actual procedure itself, they were supportive and did everything we needed to help us on this painful day.We requested Dr. Caroline Seitz as she worked at the veterinary hospital where we took Jake since he was a pup and she had cared him over the years. She arrived to find us giving Jake as many treats as his stomach could handle while crying through it all. She was so compassionate and understanding, patient as we showered him with hugs before the procedure and gentle as she explained exactly what would happen and how it would play out. Her calming demeanor and soft voice (to us and Jake) while it was happening did help us from completely falling apart in the moment. Once it was done, she stepped outside and gave us time to say our final goodbyes. When she returned, she introduced us to the tech that would carry our boy out to the van. This process too was very respectful to us and our boy in every way.About two weeks after it was done, we received a text letting us know that his remains were ready to come home. When we picked them up, the person that presented them to us was again kind and understanding in this emotional moment. The remains were in the lovely wooden urn we had chosen with his name and dates on the top of it. We also received a clay paw print and a tuft of hair in a small glass vial.Anyone that has a furry companion knows that this is or will be one of the most painful and emotional days of their lives. Having Paws Into Grace by your side and bringing respect, empathy and care to the moment is without a doubt exactly what you'll need to help get you through this painful day. We are so grateful to Dr. Seitz and the good people at Paws Into Grace for being their for us and supporting us through it all.

Words cannot explain how grateful I am for Paws into Grace. We had Dr. Courtney Mills (& Josh for removal) for our at home euthanasia appt to put down my beloved 15YO Lucy. Iām still so distraught with losing my best friend, who was by my side half my life ā¦. But I couldnāt have asked for a better company to help me with this extremely hard decision. Everyone was so patient, respectful, and empathetic. Again, itās hard for me to put into words my gratitude, but my family couldnāt have asked for a better experience during the worst time of our life.

At a time of difficult decisions and heartbreak, Paws Into Grace was a ray of golden light. I can't thank the entire staff enough for their caring manner and compassion on the phone, helping me make the arrangements, the wonderful Vet Dr. Caroline who took my beloved over the Rainbow Bridge with such grace, love and compassion for us both. If you are needing to make this most important decision for your beloved pet, I highly recommend Paws Into Grace.

How lucky we all are to have our beloved pets until itās time for them to go forever and how very fortunate to call Paws into Grace for their final departure, and to have Mannu be the one who takes your call. Manu is the most gentle, and compassionate on the phone while I am distraught and crying at the same time andHolding my pet and making arrangements. Manu almost soothed my sadness to where he helped me to finalizes the arrangements. Now that I feel a little better just hearing the way he spoke to me.Thank you Paws Into Grace for having such a fabulous and specialist representativeEstela Schultz

Thank you so much for supporting our Family last week. From my initial phone calls with Delany and her willingness to take care of every coordination detail (even moving our service up due to our dog's declining state throughout the week), to the process itself, I will recommend Paws into Grace a million times over to anyone in need. Dr. Courtney was amazingly compassionate, attuned, encouraging and supportive. She explained the steps in a way that was reassuring but also not overwhelming. She went through the process at our pace and was incredibly mindful throughout it all. Her energy was anchoring and warm, exactly what we all needed to get through this. This was our 10 yr old son's first experience with death and she was so kind, calm and reassuring to him and throughout his grief process. He even asked us this weekend if she could come back to our house some day because she "was so helpful and kind" - what a testament to her presence and skill, from a boy who just lost his brother dog! Even the person who helped my husband carry our dog out was so calm and centered. We were each blown away at how you made such a difficult job feel so warm and peaceful. We will forever remember this experience as a beautiful moment for our family and cannot thank you all enough!

Paws sent my boy across the Rainbow Bridge in the best way possible. Toni was very compassionate and discussed the next steps before anything happened. She listened to all the ailments my boy had, and was compassionate to the end. She complimented me on the care I provided him through the years. Her driver Ruby even provided condolences when she entered to take him away. At the end, I said my good-byes to my boy and then got hugs from both Toni and Ruby. I couldn't have asked for a more humane way for my boy to depart this earth.

Had to use your services today, but we couldnāt picked a better one. Erika helped me out on the phone and was so compassionate and made the process so easy. I could tell she truly cares about her job as she gets the worse phone calls everyday. Erika, thank you so much for your kindness and efficiency through this process. Dr. Johnson was also wonderful and gentle and explained everything thoroughly. You all helped us through one of the worse days. Thank you.

From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU Dr. Benson. From my first phone calls (I called twice with different questions. I left a message each time and they called me back within minutes) to final disposition their professionalism and compassion far exceeded my unknown expectations. Making the decision to say goodbye to Cooper, our 14 year old Golden Retriever was a gut wrenching task for me and my family. With the help from Paws into Grace, Cooper was as happy as he ever was. It was such a peaceful process. From this point forward I will forever be an advocate for their in-home services.

When my 15yr kitty Maya was diagnosed with cancer that had spread into her heart and lung areas and estimated 2-3 months left of quality life, I looked into Pet Hospice. I already knew I wanted her to transition in the comfort of our home and in my arms, but I had no idea they provided "Pet Hospice". This was a great investment for me just for ease and peace of mind. Dr. Benson came and performed an exam and assessment and explained what they do as far as Hospice. With their frequent check-ins via calls, texts or emails and occasional visits and instructions on administering meds, using the Aerocat breath treatment and fluids, were all so wonderful, comforting and truly appreciated. I felt like they really cared. When the "unexpected" moment we needed them to come lay Maya to rest, Thankfully they were able to arrive within 40 mins.I was a frantic wreck as I'd been sitting there next to Maya while she meowed continuously, but when Dr. Toni arrived with her calming, soft & gentle tone, she explained the different stages of the entire process about to be performed. Dr. Toni was so calm and had a professional but serene demeanor. She helped calm me down right away. What a tough job she has, but surely a Gifted Angel to us.I'm so very grateful she came to our home. I highly recommend Paws into Grace for the end of life stage and decisions. Losing our fur babies is one of the toughest things to experience, but having an organization with caring and compassionate professionals to help you get through it, is the best way to go. Peace and Comfort to anyone that is in the process of losing their fur-baby.

Dr Mark Johnson arrived on a Sunday within hours of my call. He's compassionate, gentle, and caring. He explained everything beforehand and listens. Highly recommend. Grey Boy lived 20 amazing years as a SoCal farm kitty living the good life. Grey Boy went quickly today and is now buried under a fig tree in our grove (next to his mom).

It has taken me over a year to write because it has taken me this long to get over the passing of my beloved cat Homer. The doctor that came to our home was very nice gave us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes and talked us through the process. I highly recommend. Being able to say goodbye at our home was best for us and our pet. They took his little body in his little blankets and a few weeks later we received his ashes and paw prints. 5 stars āļø

Three separate friends of ours had recommended Paws into Grace over the past few years, and the experience could not have been better. It was in no way scary or traumatizing. In fact, it was quite the opposite. We had never had to put a dog to sleep before and did not realize that it could be one of the most precious moments of our dog's life. It was nothing like we had made it out to be in our minds the months and years prior. In retrospect, we would have traded days and even several months of time with our dog to have this positive end-of-life experience. This is something we will remember forever whereas a few extra days or months would have faded in our memories. Now we know how important it is to take control of the end-of-life experience for the sake of the pet and owner. Of course, sometimes that is not possible but if you can, do so. It's better to do it earlier than later so that you can say goodbye to your pet in the most peaceful way possible. We highly recommend Paws Into Grace for showing that a pet's death can be just as beautiful as its birth.

I can't say enough great things about the people at Paws into Grace. Dr. Courtney Mills was so calming and professional and graceful with our 18 year old cat. He was so ready to go, and she helped us understand the process, helped make us and him comfortable, and she couldn't have been more amazing! I didn't want to have to take him to a clinic knowing how stressful that would be for him. Courtney was truly an angel sent to help us through a very hard time. Our pets are family, and this company is doing important work helping us when we have to say goodbye. Everyone you speak with and interact with has the most compassion for what you are going through, take time to answer all of your questions, and are caring and loving. I don't remember the name of the gentleman on the phone who spoke with me, but he was wonderful too. I'm so glad we called them to help us during this very sad time.

Iāve never had to make the choice, as an adult, beforeā¦ of course as a kid my parents did but making the choice yourself is heart wrenching. It was time though, and i called the day before i needed them to come and the interview process was warm and thoughtful. The vet who came to take our girl home was very kind, thoughtful, quiet and fast. I am glad i found them for my first time having to do this as it wonāt me my last, and Iāll never do it any other way. Itās been about 24 hours and i feel like we got excellent closure with our pup. Thank you guys for your compassion š©·

Paws into Grace turned this terrible experience into a graceful transition of a cherished loved one to a better place. We could not have been more pleased with Dr Caroline Seitz. We are so thankful for Paws Into Grace. Dr. Bryn was a wonderfully caring and kind vet that made the heart wrenching experience as smooth and peaceful as possible. Thank you so much, Bryn and Josh and Paws Into Grace.

I lost my dog to cancer in the midst of a cross country road trip, having recently arrived in San Diego from the East Coast. In a moment when I was feeling very alone and far from my community, the team at Paws Into Grace rose to support me in so many ways, turning a devastating situation into something very sweet and really kind of beautiful. Dr. Mills was gentle, and gracious, and did a variety of considerate and lovely things when she came to the house where I was staying that I wouldn't have even known to ask for, and which I appreciated deeply. Making the call, the final moments ... of course it will never be easy, but Paws Into Grace is a compassionate ally in creating the best possible experience for both you and your pet. I am so grateful, and would highly recommend their offerings to anyone faced with this difficult decision.

Our experience with Paws into Grace was wonderful. If you can request Dr. Johnson you should. His demeanor is perfect - he could be a pastor. He explained everything thoroughly and allowed us time to grieve the loss of our kitty Stella. They also offer the paw print and ceramic paw print - which is a great way to remember your fur baby. Thank you Paws into Grace and Dr. Johnson for helping us through this difficult time.

My buddy, my companion of 13+ years, my much loved dog Casper needed to go to his rest. Dr. Ishida was wonderful, very kind, gentle, compassionate, and understanding. Could not have been a better experience for my old fella. He got to stay at home, where he was comfortable, and eat his favorite treats. Cannot recommend Paws Into Grace enough.

Paws into Grace went above and beyond to help us during our urgent crisis. They were patient, understanding, flexible, provided very helpful advice, and remained available to texts and calls, even after hours on a Sunday. Dr. Courtney was so kind, thoughtful, and deeply considerate. Shannon, Andrade, Shyla, and Natasha are infinitely thankful. Thank you all as you worked so smoothly as a team with excellent communication. All Paws up for Paws into Grace!

They were very caring and professional win. I had to put my dog down because she had cancer. Quality of service was exceptional, my Bella was comfortable and treated with dignity. this was last September now I am finding myself in the position of using their services again.

Eddie and Paws Into Grace are really incredible. I SO wish I had found them for our other 2 babies that passed before our beloved boy. I will never have anyone else take care of aftercare for my pets. They were SO kind, professional and attentive. I am so grateful for all of the beautiful details: the hand-written sympathy card, his paw tile and vial with a lock of his hair, the certificate for the tree planting and the beautiful box and plaque. Thank you, thank you! If you have to bear the process of losing your beloved fur-baby, they will not have better after-care than with Paws Into Grace š¤

Very kind and supportive staff, from the initial call to the final pickup of my Dog's ashes. Everything was nicely packaged in a beautiful gift bag that differs completely from what most people experience with picking up human family members' ashes from what I have heard. As difficult a choice as it was, they made sure that none of us had to suffer needlessly.Thank you.

Tank was my chemo-sabe. He knew I had cancer before I did. He escorted me around the house and watched out for me. When I was diagnosed and in treatment he laid by my bed or chair and wouldnāt leave my side. About 2 months ago Tank was diagnosed with cancer and I hope I gave him the same love and comfort he gave me. I am so thankful for Paws into Grace and Dr Mills for provided a comfortable, loving and dignified passing. Dr Mills was amazing. She was connected to the situation and provided comfort for both Tank and me. Thank you Paws into Grace for everything.

Dr Hoffman was amazing! The compassionate grace you gave me and my family in a moment of extreme heartbreak. I am so thankful for your heart today! I absolutely recommend your service as it really was a very personal process and home is where I wanted my sweet cat, BeBe to be when she gained her wings. Thank you again so much!!!

Our little family member 'Lucy' who was 18 years old had succumbed to multiple issues making it so difficult for her to have a good life. We called Paws to see what our options would be in the future as we could see our little Lucy fading and getting worse each day.A month later little Lucy was not eating or able to walk and we decided it was time for her to pass over. I tear up just thinking about our little girl. She trusted we would make the right decision to help her with her pain and suffering. We called Paws and they sent out a veterinarian to help us. Doctor Mark from Paws into Grace came to our house. We had Lucy sitting on her soft bed sitting next to my wife on her favorite bench where she would jump up on to enjoy the day or night sounds and smells when she was was more able to. Doctor Mark helped make the experience for Lucy and my wife and me better. His calm demeanor and professional understanding were so reassuring in a stressful time. He made this very, very difficult experience easier for us to go through.Thank you to Dr. Mark and the staff at Paws into Grace.May our little Lucy rest in peace. She gave us so many years of joy.

I wanted to leave a message about my recent experience with Paws Into Grace. In the beginning of December, I had to say goodbye to my little Daisy, my best friend in the world. She had grown very sick in her last week and sadly, she was unable to recover. I am devastated. The people at Paws were the sweetest and genuinely most caring and respectful. They will be there for you when you need them, with warm hearts. Saying goodbye to our loved family members is heartbreaking. These folks realize that our pets ARE family who deserve dignity. Iām glad they were there to help.

I truly canāt say enough about how wonderful everyone was at Paws Into Grace. From start to finish they were helpful and made this very hard time in our lives easier to deal with. Our sweet Pepper went so peacefully, Dr. Brown was so kind and explained everything so thoroughly. Pepper was handled with love and care, through the whole process, even when his ashes were returned to us. Paws Into Grace really takes the extra steps to make sure you know that your beloved pet is cared for. I canāt thank them enough.

Dr Bryn Hoffman was the most compassionate and loving Dr. during a very difficult time for our family. Putting our dog of 18 yrs down, with such love and heartfelt kindness.

Our Mickey, the 11 yo Golden, passed on last night with the help of Paul from paws into grace. Paul was so compassionate and caring it made the peaceful transition for Mickey a beautiful expierence. Thank you

Nothing about losing a family member is easy. Nothing. Putting my dog down was by far one of the saddest and most challenging days in my life. Having said that, Paws into Grace was amazing. The gentleman that answered the phone and scheduled my appointment was so kind and gentle with me as I was crying the entire time speaking to him. And then Dr. Courtney Mills came to my home. What an absolute angel! She was so kind and so empathetic to the situation. As someone who cares for humans for the last 30 years, I can speak first hand to how easy it is to become desensitized to loss. Dr. Mills was present, and alert to my and my pups needs. Putting him down in his space was peaceful and somehow made a painful event less horrible.Thank you Dr. Mills and thank you Paws into Grace. You truly live up to your name. I am forever grateful.

From my first contact with Paws into Grace they demonstrated the compassion and support that made my dog's transition a warm, loving experience. I am grateful to Dr. Toni for treating my beloved pet with dignity, compassion and genuine affection. My life is richer for everything I shared with my dog, including the memory of her comfortable and dignified journey to eternity.

Two weeks ago today Dr. Courtney Mills came to my home to euthanize my beloved 8yr old Rhodesian Ridgeback. Finn was dealt a bad deck of cards in his short life. This year he had hip.surgery ( FHO), three weeks later that leg broke without known injury, and next am that leg was amputated. Sixteen days ago he had a pelvic XRAY and was diagnosed with bone cancer- with metastasis.Sadly, my vet did not have a relationship with Finn or my other 2 RR. I promised Finn he would die at home, in the comfort of his surrounding, familiar scents, with his loving family as he crossed the Rainbow Bridge where his RR brothers and many RR "cousins" would be there to greet him.I phoned at 8am, hoping to schedule his euthanasia for that day. I do.not remember the name of the wonderful & caring person who took my call. Thank you, thank you! She thoughtfully explained the process.Dr Mills came for Finn four hours later. She was absolutely wonderful to my pups and me! She was not rushed; she was compassionate.Finn laid stretched on the sofa with his beautiful head behind my back. I stroked him lovingly as I told Dr. Mills "his story". She was here 1hr 15min at least. When it was time for the first injection she told me; once he was sedated she told me she would insert a catheter in his paw, and would administer medication that would end his life. Finn remained calm- that was Finn, for you!!Finn's euthanasia was a kind and compassionate process. Finn felt no pain as he laid beside his mom- he was a mommy's boy!Finn sort of "fell in my lap 3yrs ago." He deserved a healthy long life...I am grateful to Dr Mills for sending off my boy with such thoughtful and lovingly care. Once euthanized, she had her assistant bring the van, Finn was ever so gently moved from my sofa onto.a large sling, his covered body was gently placed in the van back. "Do you want to say good bye one more time?" she offered. She gently uncovered his beautiful face, I kissed him and again told him I love him and am grateful I was his mom. His orange tabby cat came to say good bye as well. How do I say what my heart feels, when "thank you" are insignificant words? Thank you, Dr Mills from Finn and his family.Finn was loved by many. Finn's life had a purpose. I am grateful I was his mom!I have a very healthy 14yr old RR, I have given Dr Mills' contact info to others, and she is who I will call for Morgan, as well. Our pets are much more than that. They are our kids; our family. It is difficult to find good and caring vets these days, so for Dr Mills to be exactly that, to be compassionate with my boy, was a huge, unexpected bonus two Mondays past.Finn's family.

Mark made the drive to Murrieta, CA when we called Paws Into Grace early on a Monday morning. He was the most graceful and caring man...there is a special place in heaven for people who are able to make families feel at peace when putting a family member to rest. I am so grateful for Mark's caring nature and for making this experience as beautiful as possible. Thank you Paws Into Grace...we can't tell you how much your visit meant to us.

When we realized it was time for our sweet Sammy boy to go, we asked a friend for a recommendation. He recommended "Paws into Grace" for home euthanasia. From the moment we made our first call that morning to āPaws into Grace,ā to the moment we picked up our Sammyās pawprint, we couldnāt have asked for a better doctor and support staff. We were given the time to privately say our goodbyes during the process. Dr. Benson made a very stressful and difficult time much easier for our Sammy and for us, as well.We want to express our gratitude for the compassionate attention Dr. Benson and her staff gave on Nov. 29, 2022.

Paws Into Grace made this process as soothing as possible. They were able to get me a same day appointment as my pet started to deteriorate. The vet was wonderful with both of us and the dog.

I highly recommend Paws Into Grace if you are facing the loss of an ill pet. As a pet parent making the decision to release them from their pain is heartbreaking to say the least. Paws Into Grace makes it a little more bearable to say goodbye. Our family has used them twice over the past two years. The most recent was a month ago. Dr. Courtney Mills treated our beloved Leo like he was her own. Every step of the way she was so loving and kind with him. She gave us plenty of time with him before she gently and respectfully took him for cremation. When I picked him up Eddie was so kind expressing his sympathy and asking how I was doing. The whole operation is a class act.

We were heartbroken to decide to put our Marley down but Dr. Brown made our experience of putting our beloved 13 1/2 old Maltipoo down on October 13th, 2022 a beautiful and calm experience. She was so patient and understanding, giving us time when we needed it and explaining everything. I could tell she made Marley feel as comfortable as she could. Thank you Paws into Grace for helping families send their dogs to the rainbow gate with dignity and compassion ā¤ļø

On October 31st, my dog, Maggie, could no longer move her hind legs. She couldn't stand, and was miserable. I made the difficult choice to call Paws into Grace to arrange for their services. I was grief stricken, but knew this was the right decision for Maggie. Dr. Toni came to our home and relieved Maggie's suffering. She also arranged for Maggie's cremation to return my pup to me. I am so grateful I have Maggie back; she will always be alive to me.

Compassionate, caring, knowledgeable and professional, she guided us to a place where we were able to feel comfortable with our decision and the outcome.

We are so thankful for Paws Into Grace. Dr. Bryn was a wonderfully caring and kind vet that made the heart wrenching experience as smooth and peaceful as possible. Josh was very kind as well and respectful of how hard it was to watch our dog being taken away. We couldn't have asked for a better way to say goodbye.

I had to say goodbye to my beloved pet Ruffy on June 26th after 15 years of joy and laughter that she brought to our family. It was tough decision to say goodbye but it was the right one as she was suffering in her final days. Paws into Grace did a fabulous job and I am so thankful for their service, enabling the family to say good bye, for one last time, from the comforts of home in the arms of loved ones. Dr. Mark came to my home to administer the shot that sent her to eternal sleep. He was professional and compassionate and unrushed. He knew exactly what to do. I received her ashes today in a beautiful well thought packaging along with a paw imprint and lock of hair. Thank you Paws Into Grace for making the final moments peaceful and memorable and for your heart of compassion and respect for a loyal member of my household. Your love for pets and compassion show in every interaction. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I normally don't comment on forums, but we were so grateful to Dr. Toni and Josh from Paws into Grace and I wanted to let others know. They were kind and understanding when it was time for Kenya. Her passing was peaceful and without drama. Coping with the loss of our companion has been very difficult. Dr. Toni gave us understanding and compassion with our grief. I can't thank both she and Josh enough for their kindness. I would recommend them to anyone who is facing this difficult time with their pet.

Dr. Courtney Mills made the difficult saying goodbye to my sweet, sweet Maggie as easy as this situation can be. Her tender and patient approach to let Maggie know she was a friend was very touching. My husband and I recently had to say good bye to our 15 1/2 year old shih tzu. The vet who was part of the Paws with Grace team was a true blessing. He was empathetic, didn't rush us, and we honestly could not have asked for a better individual to work with us as we said our good byes. Moments like these are incredibly emotional, and his entire state of being put us at ease. Thank you so much for making this experience as peaceful and respectful as it possibly could be.

Observing the compassion by Dr. Toni today with the family was heartwarming. This was the kids āfirstā dog they remember. To have him home in his space with our other dog versus a sterile environment as he fell asleep, was peaceful. I think this may help the kids understand that all dogs do go to heaven. Thank you providing such a service.

When I made finally made the extremely tough decision to help my 18 year old dachshund, Oscar, cross over the rainbow bridge I called Paws Into Grace. Everyone there went above and beyond to accommodate my sweet Oscar. I couldn't have asked for a more peaceful way to say goodbye to my beloved Oscar. Rest in Peace my sweet boy!

Dr. Toni put down our 18 year old cat, Kona, in such a compassionate, caring and gentle way. She explained everything she would be doing, and let me decide whether I wanted to be there or not at different stages. I felt zero judgement that I didn't want to spend time with Kona "after", and Dr. Toni very tenderly wrapped up our kitty in a blanket to carry her away. I'm so glad for this at-home service so our feline family member could pass peacefully in familiar surroundings.

Dr. Toni came last night and helped us say goodbye to our beloved kitty Tasha. Although it was a very sad time, with Dr. Toni's warm and caring help we said goodbye in peace.

The Dr. made the transition easier for our family.
Leslie Bassett

Daniel Bower

Taryn Malecki

Loosing a much loved pet is very difficult especially when life has given you no choice but to have "you" decide when to cross your pet over the Rainbow Bridge. Our vet was unable to assist due to scheduling conflicts and recommended PAWS INTO GRACE. Since we've never heard of such a service we were VERY skeptical and kept second guessing ourselves if this service was legit and humane . We expected the "Ok I'm here let's get this over with"; however, we couldn't have been more wrong!!! Gentle. Kind. Living. Considerate. Respectful. "GRACEFUL". All of these and a whole lot more. We were able to cross our Cheyenne over in the house in her favorite sleeping spot. Dr Brye's kind and gentle hands helped guide Cheyenne over the bridge peacefully and without pain. I can't say enough about the most incredible gentle soothing way to cross a pet over! They were just awesome. They gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. They lifted her with such great care as if she was made of glass when taking her from the house to the van. We were given even more time to say our final goodbyes once they placed our previous girl in the van. Btw- I'm so glad the van was white and not black! Then the ultimate...with Grace and Finesse~ Josh drove away slowly as if he knew Chey's angels were following him. Paws Into Grace... THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

On September 5th we had to make the difficult decision to let our dear Shadow cross over the rainbow bridge. Although this is not the first time we have had to do this, it doesnāt make it any easier. Dr. Johnson, and driver Josh Blevins were true professionals. They treated my wife and I (and Shadow) with reverence and empathy. If there ever comes a time when you have to let your fur baby go, I would recommend to have it done at home. Your pet deserves to be where they are comfortable, and you can greave in privacy.

If we could give Dr. Mills 100 stars we would! Luckily she was the only Doctor that could come on a three hour notice and thank God for that! I made the appt on Friday afternoon for him to cross on Sunday at 12 noon. They proceeded to call me at 9:45am on Sunday telling me they need to move his appt time up to 1030-11am or reschedule for another day. This was heartbreaking. Just to have made that difficult phone call to set up the appt just to rip that scab back open to reschedule and lose the last hour I had with my best friend.I emailed and let them know I will be leaving them a negative review and they explained that it was the day of the āhurricaneā and had a couple safety excuses they threw at me but to me that weather event wasnāt enough to miss the appt. They lacked preparing for the day which cause me more pain and heartache.Due to that. Would not recommendRIP Scrappy Doo 8/20/2023

We were vacationing in Carlsbad with Mio, the 16 year old shih Tzu pet of my daughter when he started pacing and had seizure and died about 5AM. Since my daughter was distraught and incapacitated by her grief, I had to search thru google crematoriums in south California. I looked at the reviews to finally make my decision and I saw PAWS INTO GRACE with 5 STAR AND 366 reviews! I left a message in the website and within 30 minutes I received a call from them and was able to make arrangement for an 11AM appointment to bring in Mio. We arrived early and was accommodated to come in and was reassured to take our time to say goodbye to Mio. ARES made us very comfortable and she was very reassuring as she explained the services offered. We took time with Mio in privacy, and as we drove back to our resort, my daughter thanked me for choosing the best company and verbalized how happy she was with the treatment she received from ARES. THANK YOU PAWS INTO GRACEā¦..YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE as we mourn for our lossā¦.THANK YOU!!!

Dr. Courtney Mills helped our Shadey pass. She was the most wonderful, empathetic & kind soul. Shadey was comfortable and relaxed throughout which put us at ease when sending her off. Dr. Mills had the utmost respect and compassion for Shadey, my partner and myself. Highly recommend them for anyone else who is forced to make this difficult decision.

Euthanizing my Kumabear was the most difficult decision, but it was the best decision.Dr. Brown was amazing & made the experience as comforting as possible. Very informative and as sympathetic. As she could be.
