Found them via Google. They were one of the only few listings in Los Angeles with a 24-hour line. So I called.We used their services. Our little one passed away late at night. They took our call after midnight. And arrived Early that morning.. we didn't know what to expect but at least our little one was picked up VIP style and the black SUV. A little funny because she iwass just a tiny Chihuahua. They were very courteous and professional on the phone and in person. They will give you instructions over the phone To prepare for the pickup. Thank you for making the difficult process easy.

One of our cats recently got out and sadly we found her in the middle of our front lawn a couple days later. We called rainbow pet and they were available within the hour to come pick her up. Both the lady on the phone and the gentleman who came to pick her up were so kind and so understanding and their pricing was more reasonable than any vet hospital and even the shelters. In about a week 17 came back home to us with a beautiful cast of her paw print and a gorgeous cedar chest. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone in their time of need. While I hope I don't need their services again any time soon, they will be the first ones I call when another beloved pet crosses the rainbow bridge

Our beloved family dog passed away suddenly and Rainbow Bridge was available immediately and were so empathetic throughout this heartbreaking process. Although they mentioned we could receive his ashes/clay paw print in 3-7 business days, we received our loving boy in 3 days - right on time to be here with us on Thanksgiving Thank you so much Franciny and Gelver for your wonderful service. We would highly recommend their services to anyone that needs them!

Franciny and Gelver are the sweetest, most empathetic, and understanding people I've met... Given the nature of their services. They run a very efficient and compassionate cremation service. They were able to pick up my furry baby and even delivered her this morning, despite the holiday. They even included a big clay paw print and a beautiful cedar box to keep her in. I recommend them 100%.

My sister's chicken passed due to a dog attack a year ago on christmas day. So it was very sudden and not having dealt with an animal's death up to that point we didn't know what to do. I called and messaged and searched and searched for a crematorium with good reviews and available spots for what seemed like hours. Finally I came across RBPC and was so relieved when they picked up the phone so late at night because I was starting to feel helpless. They came very early that morning to pick her up and returned with many things I didn't expect along with her ashes. The lady who answered the phone was also so so sweet and empathetic. Though I am not sure if ashes usually arrive in a plastic ziplock bag (because I have never been in a situation where ive had any of my pets cremated), everything else was amazing. Very sweet and understanding people, very empathetic, and great service. I truly am thankful for them picking up the phone when no one else was. I miss my Nene but I am thankful to have known she was taken good care of by these wonderful people.❤️

I chose Rainbow Bridge Pet Cremations after my cat was hit and killed by a speeding car on my street. They arrived within 45 minutes to pick her up, were very kind, and priced well. I really like that it's a family owned small business, Francine and Gelver were wonderful.

They’re likely to cause an accident going to pick up your pet. Their drivers are reckless and inconsiderate, as well as they don’t know California highway codes/vehicle operating laws.

Thank you very much for making the prints for my Larry! They are very wonderful people and very kind! When my expert died, they arrived very quickly and took him to start the service and told you what the process would be like. In 5-7 days, they will call you to see what time they can leave the box and the footprints, which are very nice.
