It was great to find this place to handle the need of cremation. I just can not say enough good things about this business. The owner has such a wonderful heart for those you have lost their pets, He was so respectful, he also explained the process and how he personally takes care of the cremation, does not try to hard sell you on anything. He gives you the time and understanding you need, your not just dumping off your leaving your furbaby in the respectful hands of care

Just want to say thank you to Chris for being such an awesome person and helping out our community by offering his cremation services. He is so compassionate and caring in the handling of your deceased pet and understands what it is like to lose a pet. So glad we now have a local small business to take care of cremation needs for our pets. I had to euthanize my almost 11 year old boxer last week and I already have his ashes back with me, the entire process was done with the utmost respect and care! It is never easy to say goodbye to a pet, but knowing they are treated with respect through the whole cremation process makes it sting a little less. Again, thank you Chris!!

Our Beautiful Caprice who had gone by Meow Meow crossed the Rainbow Bridge sometime in the middle of the night.... We want to say we are very heartbroken... Not how I wanted the New Year to go... Thank You so much Bakersfield Pet Crematory for your rapid response and for the love and care you showed our beloved Meow Meow... We will get her back soon 🌈 R.I.P. My Little Blue-Eyed Angel... Once we received her beloved ashes... He included paw prints and nose print on paper so I could get a tattoo... He also included two vials of hair and two etched hearts... One for me and one for my 11yr old who went with us. Their compassion is really heartfelt and beautiful. I hope this business strives!!!!

When we lost our kitty, Toby, Chris Dalton helped us with this process so much. This man basically held our hands as we said goodbye to our fur baby. Chris is such a kind gentle man. We got everything we wanted at a low cost. He offered us ink prints, clay prints, locket of fur, and an engraved name plate, and Toby was back home within four days. Chris was so great and the only pet cremation in town.

Wonderful human who cares about pets and their owners during difficult times and I PROMISE your vet can’t beat thr price, learned myself in pricing. I know for sure my baby dog is in good hands with the owner he cares for pets as much as we do! You get gifts like fur clippings and paw prints (or relative to type of pet). I was so impressed by the care and concern he took with my pup I know her spirit and body is in good hands.

I can't tell you enough how grateful and appreciative I am of the services they're providing. Obviously their services come at a time when you're not in the best of shape emotionally, but they're gentleness to the situation, flexibility, and care they give make this process much easier. The at-home pickup truly allows you to have closure knowing your recently passed friend is staying local and will be back to you quickly. They provided updates throughout the process, and we received our pet's remains within a couple of days. It was a weight lifted having their remains back home so quickly. The services provided truly make you feel valued, and they had great options to choose from. I couldn't recommend this business enough.

Bakersfield Pet Crematory goes above and beyond with their services. They did things that I could not have thought of doing while grieving over our lost dog, Shiba. They created a ceramic paw print, put fur clippings into a small corked bottle, took ink splotches of her paws and nose, and even created a heart shaped wood ornament with her nose print/name etched on one side and a paw print/name etched on the other. All included with their initial service price and delivered to my front door. I’ve had to go through vets offices outsourcing to out of town places in the past and I am happy that I went with Chris and a local company who goes above and beyond to help owners have memorable pieces of their lost pets. Thank you Chris and Bakersfield Pet Crematory!

My Dog Benjamin passed away on a Friday night, Saturday morning I thought everything would be closed but this place is open 7days a week and they answered the phone the first ring, even met me with my dog in an hour. Offered to pick him up if I needed it. They are very nice and understanding of our sad situation and I couldn't be more thankful to them. My Benjamin was put in a beautiful ceramic urn, paw and nose prints as well as claw paw print and hair clippings. My boy is in heaven now.. Benjamin Duane Nix 27,Nov. 2011--10 Jan 2025.
