Our family pet (Woody) was taken care of by Sheri; She definitely exceeded expectations! Sheri's professionalism, care, and respect definitely made this "difficult to deal with" process a whole lot easier, and way more comfortable than we expected... We loved our Woody so much, and we were devastated when we lost him. Thank you so much to Pet Passages, and to Sheri, for taking the call and assisting/guiding us through the process and handling Woody's services quickly, completely, and with the dignity and respect which a family member deserves. It was so hard saying goodbye to my dog that was so loved by everyone in the family. So I was thankful for this service when we lost our fur baby Kagi after 13 yrs with him. Pet passages shows compassion and understanding. It was hard leaving him at the vet office but not long after I was informed when they had him, when he was ready for pick up, and they even gave me some extra paw prints when I told them my son wanted one. Some people may say it’s a little pricey but for me it’s well worth it to atleast have his remains with us. Thank you Pet Passages.

Pet Passages is awesome! So professional and so caring. I’ve lost 2 precious dogs a year apart and when I left the vet’s office each time I had such a peace knowing that they would be coming to pick up my fur baby and they would handled everything.

We unexpectedly lost our almost 8 year old boxer boy yesterday. I googled pet cremation and found Pet Passages. I am so glad we did. Jacci returned my call within minutes (after hours). She was very compassionate and after asking her story of why they started this company, I completely understand. They came out and got our boy from our car. We were told we could have a seat while they prepare him for us in a separate room, the Rainbow room. It only took a few minutes and we were able to see our sweet boy with his head resting on a folded blanket and half covered. He looked so so peaceful. We were told we could take as much time as needed. When we were ready, we sat down and discussed the different packages available. They have something for everyone. Low budget, no budget. Anything we asked or requested, they were very accommodating.I couldn't recommend them enough!! Jacci even gave is a very comforting hug before we left. It will always hurt but this helped with closure and did lessen the pain, slightly. Thank yall so much!

losing a pet is already hard enough, other makes you feel silly when grieving an animal. but not them.. especially mrs. sherri. she was so sweet and welcoming, she made the whole process easier on us. she gave us one last look and let us take our time to say our goodbyes once more. they understand that a pet is more than just an animal.. they know they are family. i definitely recommend this place to everyone!

This place and everyone that helped me was phenomenal. I unexpectedly lost my baby, Frankie, and had no idea what to do since it was a Saturday and everything was closed. They were suuper sweet and patient with me and made sure I was able to take Frankie with me before I had to catch my flight that week. I am extremely grateful for them and I highly recommend!! This experience inspired me to want to open my pet funeral home to give others the same experience I was given.♥️

The experience we had was phenomenal. From the initial phone call on a Saturday to getting my friend’s pet there and Keaton helping us every step of the way. It was a Saturday and they were closed but he didn’t hesitate to meet us up there. He is the most well mannered and caring person I’ve come across in a long time. He explained everything in detail and answered our numerous questions without hesitation. I would highly recommend Pet Passages. In a time with broken hearts he handled everything with such passion. The process from beginning to end is seamless.

Pet Passages provides a wonderful service. My husband and I had to put our dog down suddenly, and despite being after hours Jacci got in contact with us and accommodated us. She was incredibly kind and patient, and communicated clearly with us throughout the entire process. We drove an hour and a half one way to get there, and it was well worth it. I knew when we left our dog there that he was in good hands. Jacci made a really difficult situation bearable and Pet Passages did a wonderful job.

I am so very thankful that we found this place for our sweet boy, Toby. My husband and I have been heartbroken since the loss of our dog of 10 years. We immediately felt a bit of relief once we met with Jacci. She was so compassionate, patient, and friendly - just the type of person our boy Toby would have loved to be left in the care of. We were very impressed with every aspect of this business - the staff, the process, the pricing and all they had to offer. I have had 2 dogs both 19 years old cremated with the in the last year. This has been the hardest year ever, but these wonderful people kept me updated as to where my babies were. The box their ashes came in was very nice and everything was well organized when we received their remains. I have lost 4 dogs in the past 2 years. The other 2 were done by another company and I did not like the way I received them , in a plain cylinder and papers just thrown in the bag, that showed no respect. Thank goodness I have found Pet Passages! Thank you very much!

I highly recommend using them. They handled everything when I lost my fur baby of 11 years. Everyone I spoke to was kind and helpful and they allowed me to pay in advance so I would not have to worry when the time came. Gracie died on a Friday and I received her ashes back on Monday. I was very satisfied using their services and will use them again in the future for my fur babies. They made me a paw print and some of her fur in a little container. Really kind people during such a heartbreaking time.

We recently had to have our baby boy put down due to lymphoma. From the moment we contacted Jacci about our boy we knew this was the place we wanted to use. Jacci was amazing and so kind with the situation. She comforted our family and treated our baby boy so good during the process. We never felt rushed when having to leave him and was allowed to stay as long as we wanted with him. We even had our boy back within 24hrs of dropping him off. I lost my 20 year old cat at the worst time and couldn't be there with him in his final hours due to me being hospitalized myself. I was so heart broken, crying, hard to understand, and they were so patient and understanding. They made a special trip to pick him up from the vet and get him cremated quickly and had him ready for me up pick up within days. I would go this route with Pet Passages for all my furry critters. Received a call to let us know our pet had been picked up from the vets office and was in their care. Received a call as well to let us know when our pet was returned to our vet and ready be picked up. On initial phone call all questions were answered about their services provided. Appreciated the great communication during this difficult process. All calls were returned promptly. Everything from the wood box to the card with paw print and flowers to plant were all very nice. Would recommend. We will definitely use Pet Passages again if needed.

When it was time for Max to go the young lady that was in the office was so understanding. She let me stay with Max for just a while till I was ready to let go. I had Max for 26 years and he will always be my best friend. They were very nice and provided comfort during a difficult time. I always knew I wanted to cremate my baby. When we were told that she was going to die soon I began looking for options. Luckily this company was available or I dont know what I would have done. They got her back to me quickly and in a bag with nice things. I got the paw print in sand and it is beautiful. I did want a clay one to match her brothers but that's ok. I like that they have a digital print too. I recommend this company if you want your baby cremated to stay with you forever. (I did get my own urn. I wanted a photo one to match her brothers)

I can’t recommend Pet Passages enough. They handled the cremation of my beloved Chopper with such compassion and kindness. I’ll be the first to admit that I was a mess, but every person was so patient and professional. Thank you all so much.

It’s the rare type of service you hope you never have to use again; however, the staff was very patient and sweet with this fur mama and explained their services and pricing in great detail and confirmed understanding! Jacci and Vicky are 2 of the kindest people you will ever meet . Losing a beloved pet is such a hard time. They go out of their way to be professional, kind and caring.I choose a final viewing to say goodbye.. My pet looked peaceful and at rest . Well cared for and treated with respect . We took our pet today and we could not have been any more pleased with the service. Every time that I called and even during our visit the staff was always understanding, patient, and respectful. I usually do not leave reviews but I highly recommend this as an option.

When it was time for Max to go the young lady that was in the office was so understanding. She let me stay with Max for just a while till I was ready to let go. I had Max for 26 years and he will always be my best friend. Haven't been able to speak on this until now, but I very much appreciate the kindness, compassion and sensitivity with which Pet Passages - Texarkana, AR, helped me to say goodbye to my sweet Honey. Jacci was extraordinarily considerate and treated the entire process with as much love and respect as if we were family. I couldn't have asked for better or more gentle care for my girl and my broken heart.

They were very nice and provided comfort during a difficult time. I always knew I wanted to cremate my baby. When we were told that she was going to die soon I began looking for options. Luckily this company was available or I dont know what I would have done. They got her back to me quickly and in a bag with nice things. I got the paw print in sand and it is beautiful. I did want a clay one to match her brothers but that's ok. I like that they have a digital print too. I recommend this company if you want your baby cremated to stay with you forever. (I did get my own urn. I wanted a photo one to match her brothers)
