Friends forever has cremated two of my dogs. They handle both of my animals with such care and love.But I want to tell you a small story about these people. I know someone that was very down on their luck and their dog had died in March of last year and had been put in a freezer where she lived. Due to unfortunate circumstances she moved and the people said they were going to dispose of her beloved animal. Money was very tight. I called friends forever and I spoke to Chad. And I asked him if he could possibly cremate her little dog at no charge. Chad said that he could do that. I donated $50 towards the cremation. But I want you to tell you these are the kind of people you want to handle your beloved pets. I am forever grateful to them.

Very nice and courteous. The professionalism was greatly appreciated at our time of loss. We left a message and were called back promptly by Logan who was of great assistance and able to answer all of my questions over the phone. He DID return my call from a different number than the listed business number, but left a voicemail when I didn't answer initially. We dropped our dog and were treated with care and compassion as the paperwork was filled out. We recieved a very nice wooden box with a name plate containing the remains a few days later along with a cremation certificate and a very nice poem that brought tears to my eyes. Highly recommended if you've lost a beloved pet, will use Friends Forever if I'm ever in need of pet cremation services again.

Thank you for taking care of my Schatzi. Everyone was kind and patient and the the entire process was as smooth as I could expect. I will note it would be smart to have a plan for your pup if they pass on the weekend because you probably won't reach anyone until Monday morning. Once contact was made though it was handled very well.

We were devastated by the loss of our Lena. I was referred to Dr. Sharp, who is 4 1/2 hours away from home. When she suddenly passed away (we later found out due to a tumor) during the night, he and his staff arranged for her cremation and shipment home. I was very impressed with the beautiful box, the engraved nameplate, and the packet that came home with her. This is my first pet cremation, and I would recommend it. It's never easy to say goodbye, but I am glad to have her home again.

I have personally used you guys twice and you have been so wonderful to me in my time of grief that I suggested you to my mother when she lost her baby. She called to arrange to bring her baby after having to put her down and the gentleman on the phone was very cold and hateful to her. He asked when she could make it to bring her baby and she couldn’t make it by 5:30 because she was traveling back from Tulsa. It would have been at about 6:30 you laughed at her on the phone and basically said there is nothing you can do for her. The location of your business is literally in your back yard. Maybe you have been in this business too long or maybe you had a bad day but you should always remember to be kind. Especially when you are speaking to someone who is grieving heavily after just losing someone they love. That is a part of them. After hearing of your reaction to her I am very upset and couldn’t believe what was happening after all the lovely things I have said about you. I take them all back. I no longer recommend you. I hope you reflect on how you speak to people and will use more compassion in the future. You are handling loved ones. That’s someone baby. They get us through every bad day and sometimes they are the only reason we ourselves are still here. Please do better. Please. 🙏

We lost our beloved dog of 11 years and they were extremely respectful and helpful throughout the whole process. Took just a couple of days to get our baby back home with us! The box is beautiful! They truly care about your pets and understand they are part of the family! Would definitely recommend them 100%!

The absolute best experience I could ever expect! Our best friend Pookers of 19 years passed away at home. (The easiest way to have your loved one’s arrangements cared for may be through your veterinary clinic, and you should request Friends Forever.) With one quick phone call we made arrangements for him late that afternoon. Upon arrival we were greeted pleasantly and then were helped through the very brief paperwork. The gentleman that helped us was awesome! Very patient and kind, allowed us the time we needed to say goodbye. Every effort was made to try to make it easier for us! A couple days later we were presented with a beautiful box with his name engraved. I could not ask for anything more!

I NEVER give a 5 star review because there is always room for improvement, but yesterday Caleb and Friends Forever went ABOVE and BEYOND. Yesterday we had to put our Lightning Angel to sleep after a wonderfully long and love filled 17 years. My mother took it upon herself to contact Friends Forever and spoke to Caleb and told him our situation. He told her to have us bring our baby out to them and they would help us out and take care of her. We spoke with Chris, who was very polite and genuinely caring. Thank you to both of you for what you have done and God Bless you both.

12/10/23 Update: I hate to say it, but Caleb’s gotten a little complacent and uncaring. We lost a pet Saturday morning. I called and waited all day for a call back. My wife called too. No response. At all. We had to make arrangements elsewhere and in a way that felt a little bit disrespectful to our loving ferret. We had already set back money for his cremation, as we were simply losing him to old age. Unfortunately, Caleb is the only service like this in town, and I feel like him knowing that has lead him to taking it less seriously. I understand it was the weekend, but death and the decomposition process don’t wait for anything. If your heart isn’t in it anymore, let someone else take over. The last time we lost one, you called us back within hours. The second time, you called us back fairly quick and let us drop our little one off with you, but it took a long time to get the ashes back. This time you can’t even call us AT ALL? Seriously?Edit 12/11/23: It is now 10:30pm the following Monday, and neither of us got a call back of any kind. I am sorely disappointed.Edit 4/19/24: Never got a call. Never got a response to the review. Come on, man. You’re so much better than this.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I didn't think much of the place pulling into the parking lot but they exceeded beyond my expectations. They have been so very professional, caring, dignified, and understanding throughout the entire process. Losing my fur baby after 12 years was so hard and they were absolutely amazing with my family even when I broke down in tears right in the office. I am forever grateful of the support they showed.

I lost my cat I've had for 15 years a very dear friend on Easter day. The next day friends forever came and got him, thay were very professional and you can tell thay take thare job seriously and care about your pet, and without being so over sympathetic that it was hard on You. I had him back in just a few days the box was perfect. And the price very reasonable. I would recommend them eny day. Thank yall.

When my vet clinic called and said I could pick up my dog gimley I hurried over there expecting to just get him back in a cardboard box .... but no !!! Friends forever did such a amazing job with the woodbox, name plaque, certificate,and a wonderful note . They done so much more then I could of ever imagined.. they are wonderful for all they do ...... great job!! Thanks

I'm sorry it took about 8 months for me to write this. I highly recommend going here if you wish to cremate your little buddy. My best friend died this past March and I was a blubbering mess. Never once was I made fun of. Thank you for helping me. On another note, if you had your pet cremated and haven't picked them up yet, the owner has held on to them for you on the off chance you'll come back.

My little Buster passed away from old age. He was 17 years old. Died with me right next to him. September 25, 2018. Friends forever was recommended to me and it's the best decision I could 've made. Caleb was very, very understanding of my devastating grief. I am so grateful .

Just had to send my Barker to the rainbow bridge after twelve years. Got him back very quickly and in a beautiful box with a nameplate and everything. Did not deal with them directly but i want to say thank you, thank you

When my spike had to be put to sleep they were wonderful. Very fast and I picked him up Christmas Eve. He was put in a beautiful wooden box.
