When I unexpectedly lost my little Daisy Mae I didn't realize my vet had changed who they used for "cremation". I had never heard of Aqua Crossings, but when I read their website I got emotional all over again. To know my Daisy Mae was being so lovingly taken care of gave me such peace. I did not know what to expect as far as what was included - but what I received was beyond any expectations. They hand-delivered Daisy Mae back to me at my house. Packaged beautifully, a lock of her hair in a little jar with a bracelet with her name on it, her paw prints PERFECTLY done, the notes, the box with her remains, the tree planted in her name, the little flower thing to plant. I can't tell you what all that meant to me. THANK YOU for this beautiful tribute to my little baby. I will tell everyone about Aqua Crossings!! Pictures included here.

I am so happy I picked AquaCrossings! I loved that you can just tell they put thought and care into putting the memory box together. They really do care about their customers. The fur clip got me because they went out of their way to insert all her colors and whiskers, now every time I look at I really do feel like I still have her close. We have used Aquacrossings for both of our angel dogs, Toby and Bella. They have truly been wonderful and communicative throughout the process. We got both of our babies back within a week, complete with their fur in a jar, clay paw prints, and ink nose print (my favorite). I will only use this company going forward, and have recommended them also to my friends and family. There is something calming about aquamation for us personally - Fire just creeps me out. The remains are pretty too, more like sand compared to traditional fire cremation.We did have a small mishap with Bella's paw prints - They were done after the ink prints and they appeared dirty. Matthew, the Aquacrossings owner, reached out to us directly the next day with an apology and offered to fix the prints. They look as good as new, and he even gave us an extra set too. He cares a lot about this company and his customers, and it really shows. <3

Everyone here was so kind to us, empathetic, and respectful. As soon as we walked in they brought us a cart to gently hold my baby. After explaining the process, they let us take our time to say our goodbyes. They were very gentle with her. I'm sure I chose the right place, and I know they took care of her during the whole process. We used Aqua Crossing through our vet. When we were told we could have our dogs paw print and hair clippings, I was happy for that. My expectations were very low. I expected a paw print done in ink and a few hairs placed in a small zip lock bag. When we picked our girls remains at the vets office, we were asked to go through the bag to be sure we got everything. There was a small box with a silver cord on it, I opened it and found the paw print impression! Her name was also imprinted too! I started sobbing. There was a small vial with her hair clippings full! This was placed in a small decorative mesh bag with her name on the draw string in beads. My heart was so touch at the level they went to for us. Thank you going beyond what I expected.

I’ve never had a pet pass before but the experience I had with AquaCrossings made my loss so much easier! Samantha in particular went above and beyond my expectations and held my hand through the entire process. I called a few days before I had to put my childhood best friend down to get more information on how this type of cremation worked. I was a mess on this call I had with Samantha but she made me feel as though I had support, a shoulder to cry on, a listening and understanding ear, and talked me through this hard time with so much empathy. Loosing my dog, Tank was the hardest thing I have ever been through, but with the love I felt with AquaCrossings made it somewhat bearable. They have impeccable attention to detail for the sweet, kindhearted, and thoughtful service they provide. For example, when we arrived at AquaCrossings, they were already waiting for us outside with a cart draped with royal purple velvet to transport Tank inside. They put him in a room just for him with his name on the door and allowed me to say my final goodbyes. They gave me a bouquet of flowers and wrapped them in the blanket Tank came in with. When it was time to pick up my baby’s ashes, he came in a royal purple velvet pouch. They also included very specific hair clippings that I requested, placed into a cute little jar with a cork, and 2 paw prints. I mentioned that I bought a necklace to put Tanks ashes in and Samantha separated a small bag of ashes for me so I didn’t have to open the entire heat sealed bag Tank was originally in. When she came back with the smaller portion, it was already placed into a separate royal purple minny pouch. About a week later, they sent me a beautiful hand written condolence card that made me cry but smile all at the same time. I couldn’t have had a better experience with AquaCrossings and when my next pet passes, I will continue to go to them. Thank you AquaCrossings! ❤️

I can't say enough good things about Matthew, Michelle, and the entire AquaCrossings team. I've been in the veterinary field, primarily in specialty, for 18 years. During that time, I've had to say goodbye to many of my beloved companions. For years, cremation was just something we expected to happen, with no other local options or education provided.Two years ago, we began working with AquaCrossings, and their core values aligned perfectly with ours. They treat every patient with the same respect, love, and compassion that their owners would, and just as we do. I've often been the one to gently prepare pets for their final journey, handling them with utmost care, but I’m just one person.When we met Michelle and Matthew, they explained the dedication and compassion behind AquaCrossings. I was deeply moved and wholeheartedly endorsed them. Sadly, I recently had to say goodbye to my 20-year-old companion, Lilly, who had been with me through so much of my life. After 14 beautiful years of growing up with my family dog, I had to make the hardest decision to put my soul dog down. I gave them a 5 because from the first phone call to pick up my fur babies ashes. Everyone that I spoke to was patient, understanding, helpful, and supportive. This was a very hard time for us. Absolutely amazing. They took care of me when I called over a year ago asking about Aquamation and skull preservation. They were incredibly kind and understanding when the time came. They were easy to work with and I knew my girl was in good hands. When we picked her up they let us have all the time we needed and provided a private room to process our emotions before taking her home again. Cannot recommend enough. If possible, they will see all my pets when the time comes. Samantha texted me through the whole process; it's often hard to talk on the phone while trying to control your emotions. They were able to quickly accommodate my needs from the aquamation process, to private in-home euthanasia. From the moment I said my goodbyes, to being able to hold my little girlfriend again was less than a weeks time. Walking into their location, you're greeted with a tranquil, spa like experience. With calming scents and water features, you are shown to a quiet private room where your loved one awaits, beautifully packaged with lots of precious memorabilia inside. The day I had to let my soul dog go was pretty high up on the list of worst days of my life. Every person from Aqua Crossings that I interacted with was so kind. They made the whole process a lot less stressful than it could have been. I can tell that a lot of care went into everything. I even received a text message to let me know when my Ratchet had arrived at their facility. The urn and everything else that came along with it are beautiful. I hope that I don't need their services again any time soon, but I will definitely go with them again in the future when I do.

I feel like we were just blessed by an angel. Our final dog passed away which was our 3rd one this year. My mom and I have been struggling with money and we didn't have enough to pay for all the bells and whistles to put our dog down. When we picked her up we were expecting to just get her back in bag.. that was not the case. They handed Gia over in a very nice wooden box, with a lock of her fur, and ceramic paw print (not those cheap foam ones you pay $25 extra for). With all of that they also planted a tree in her name and gave us seeds to plant. This is unheard of, and a blessing from the lord above. AquaCrossings provided the most compassionate and thoughtful aftercare service during this difficult time. I felt incredibly at peace upon walking into Aquacrossings, and knew that I made the best decision for my baby, Sideyard. I love the fact that this is a green alternative to cremation and burial, and am so happy I can keep my baby by my side forever. She moved away from home, but whenever she visit, the cat acted like she had never left. Knowing that my sweet boy Hank loves water it was only fitting that I bring him to AguaCrossings as a final tribute to him and his life. I, like many others, had no idea that you could have your fur baby cremated by water.It came up in a Google Search and I saw that it was a meant to be moment.Zaydith was amazing from the time that I brought Hank there to the time I picked up his remains.And I was so incredibly touched by the presentation that you receive.Not only his ashes but a beautiful claw clay print with a stand. His fur in a beautiful glass jar with his name on the lovely bag. A tree planted for him in Southern Arizona at the end of the month. A beautiful heart with wildflower seeds to be planted on my own. The owners/ staff of Aqua Crossings have been absolutely wonderful. When I called to inquire about aquamation I was immediately met with sincere compassion. Losing a beloved pet is one of life's most tragic, painful events, and Michelle made it as bearable as it could possibly be. I can't imagine how difficult it is to maintain composure while providing exceptional customer service to grieving pet parents, but she was a rock star. Matthew was also very pleasant to work with and he too was superbly compassionate. Overall it was a great experience, especially under the circumstances. Aqua crossings was the perfect choice for one of the hardest times we’ve faced.We reached out when we knew the time was coming with a quick phone call to explain our needs. I was in frequent communication via text as Sombras state was changing quickly. They worked great with the vet for pick up and we got here home within a week, I think but it was quick. Everything from the quoting process, payment, scheduling, drop off, and ups and downs in between were so much easier with the guidance of aqua crossings. The office was beautiful and clean and everyone greeted us with smiles. We were taken into a private room to go over what we wanted with our kitty Seiko and not once felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. Zadith took very great care at explaining everything. She wheeled in a cart with a beautiful purple blanket for us to place Seiko on and to say some extra goodbyes. It was a great experience. We were very nervous going into this as it was our first time losing a beloved pet/ family member. I feel like we picked the perfect place for our Seiko. We ended up doing the skull preservation as well as getting the aqua cremation. We are really excited to see the end results in a few weeks.I would definitely recommend 1000000%I'll update once we get Seiko back😄

AquaCrossings has been amazing through this process of grieving the loss of mama, daddy and their 8 babies do to a fire. Communication has been great through the steps, transportation of mama from another facility to theirs was easy. The driver allowed sometime for my son and I to say our goodbyes one last time. Where do you even begin with how amazing AquaCrossings is? I met the owners through a school event and you can immediately tell how much they care about what they do and how important it is to them that every pet is treated like their own. When we made the difficult decision to put our 15 year old pup Monty down I immediately reached out to have them be the ones who took care of my baby because I knew they would treat him as their own. They were amazing and picked him up after his in home euthanasia (thank you Ruben for how kind you were during this highly emotional time) and they kept me in the loop the whole time they had him in their care. When he was ready to be picked up, they were able to bring him to us instead (another thank you Desmond for your kindness and care of Monty's remains).I spoke to many members of staff while Monty was under their care and each one of them were empathetic, offered compassion and understanding and complete transparency in every phone call.Though no one wants to think about another pet of theirs passing but I know who I will forever be in trusting with the after care of all my fur babies❤️Thank you, thank you, thank you to the whole team at AquaCrossings!

My vet sent out my baby for us through this company. They delivered her back to us at our home, which was much easier on my heart than having to go back. The driver, and the receptionist were so kind. I could tell by the packaging and delivery, that everything was handled with great care. I even got a little surprise, I didn't know they were going to save me a lock of hair. As hard as the moment was that made me a little happy. I still have three blessing left with me at home, so when the time comes. I will go through them again.

We used Aqua Crossing through our vet. When we were told we could have our dogs paw print and hair clippings, I was happy for that. My expectations were very low. I expected a paw print done in ink and a few hairs placed in a small zip lock bag. When we picked our girls remains at the vets office, we were asked to go through the bag to be sure we got everything. There was a small box with a silver cord on it, I opened it and found the paw print impression! Her name was also imprinted too! I started sobbing. There was a small vial with her hair clippings full! This was placed in a small decorative mesh bag with her name on the draw string in beads. My heart was so touch at the level they went to for us. Thank you going beyond what I expected.

I’ve never had a pet pass before but the experience I had with AquaCrossings made my loss so much easier! Samantha in particular went above and beyond my expectations and held my hand through the entire process. I called a few days before I had to put my childhood best friend down to get more information on how this type of cremation worked. I was a mess on this call I had with Samantha but she made me feel as though I had support, a shoulder to cry on, a listening and understanding ear, and talked me through this hard time with so much empathy. Loosing my dog, Tank was the hardest thing I have ever been through, but with the love I felt with AquaCrossings made it somewhat bearable. They have impeccable attention to detail for the sweet, kindhearted, and thoughtful service they provide. For example, when we arrived at AquaCrossings, they were already waiting for us outside with a cart draped with royal purple velvet to transport Tank inside. They put him in a room just for him with his name on the door and allowed me to say my final goodbyes. They gave me a bouquet of flowers and wrapped them in the blanket Tank came in with. When it was time to pick up my baby’s ashes, he came in a royal purple velvet pouch. They also included very specific hair clippings that I requested, placed into a cute little jar with a cork, and 2 paw prints. I mentioned that I bought a necklace to put Tanks ashes in and Samantha separated a small bag of ashes for me so I didn’t have to open the entire heat sealed bag Tank was originally in. When she came back with the smaller portion, it was already placed into a separate royal purple minny pouch. About a week later, they sent me a beautiful hand written condolence card that made me cry but smile all at the same time. I couldn’t have had a better experience with AquaCrossings and when my next pet passes, I will continue to go to them. Thank you AquaCrossings! ❤️

During that time, I've had to say goodbye to many of my beloved companions. Absolutely amazing. They took care of me when I called over a year ago asking about Aquamation and skull preservation. They were incredibly kind and understanding when the time came. They were easy to work with and I knew my girl was in good hands. The day I had to let my soul dog go was pretty high up on the list of worst days of my life. Every person from Aqua Crossings that I interacted with was so kind. They made the whole process a lot less stressful than it could have been. I can tell that a lot of care went into everything. I feel like we were just blessed by an angel. Our final dog passed away which was our 3rd one this year. My mom and I have been struggling with money and we didn't have enough to pay for all the bells and whistles to put our dog down. When we picked her up we were expecting to just get her back in bag.. that was not the case. They handed Gia over in a very nice wooden box, with a lock of her fur, and ceramic paw print (not those cheap foam ones you pay $25 extra for). With all of that they also planted a tree in her name and gave us seeds to plant. This is unheard of, and a blessing from the lord above. We recently had to say goodbye to our dog, August, who was a part of our family for over 14 years. AquaCrossings provided the most compassionate and thoughtful aftercare service during this difficult time. I felt incredibly at peace upon walking into Aquacrossings, and knew that I made the best decision for my baby, Sideyard. I love the fact that this is a green alternative to cremation and burial, and am so happy I can keep my baby by my side forever. I cannot recommend this place enough. I took my baby Cookie Dough and Toast here and they were wonderful both times. I got a beautiful memorial piece both times and they let me stay with them as long as I needed. They are the most caring people I have ever met in all my time dealing with pet loss and I will never go anywhere else. A wonderful caring person owns this. She expedited pickup and without a doubt took care of my beloved Frenchie named Charlie. The breaking down process is similar to what happens in an earth burial but expedited with the gentle from of 95% water, 5% other minerals. Knowing that my sweet boy Hank loves water it was only fitting that I bring him to AguaCrossings as a final tribute to him and his life. I, like many others, had no idea that you could have your fur baby cremated by water.It came up in a Google Search and I saw that it was a meant to be moment.Zaydith was amazing from the time that I brought Hank there to the time I picked up his remains.And I was so incredibly touched by the presentation that you receive.Not only his ashes but a beautiful claw clay print with a stand. The owners/ staff of Aqua Crossings have been absolutely wonderful. When I called to inquire about aquamation I was immediately met with sincere compassion. Losing a beloved pet is one of life's most tragic, painful events, and Michelle made it as bearable as it could possibly be. Aqua Crossings did a beautiful job with the cremation of our dog. When we picked her up from our vet we saw her package it was on a completely different level than the rest of the packages that were there for pickup. It was so beautifully packaged in a white shopping bag. There was a gorgeous black urn that we had chosen with a space for her photo in the front, a paw print in a nice box with a banded ribbon, and a booklet about grief and it had a journal with prompts and grief support resources. Absolutely gorgeous! Honestly, she was in nicer packaging than when I picked up my father in law. Thank you so much for taking care of our beautiful girl in her aftercare.

When I lost my girl almost 2 weeks ago, I could never imagined a place as kind as Aquacrossing handling her. They were WONDERFUL!!! I am on SS and couldn't afford to have my dog taken care of when she passed away at home, but they worked with me by giving me a discount and taking payments. They picked up my girl, took care of her and brought her back to me in a lovely wooden box so she could be at home forever. They even gave me little remembrances of her, like a cast of her foot, an ink footprint, a little bottle of her fur with her name and a note with a heart seed paper to plant flowers. I can't thank them enough for their kindness, understanding and care!! I highly recommend them to anyone who has a pet they want to have taken care of with gentleness and kindness.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I took my baby Cookie Dough and Toast here and they were wonderful both times. I got a beautiful memorial piece both times and they let me stay with them as long as I needed. They are the most caring people I have ever met in all my time dealing with pet loss and I will never go anywhere else. I pray I won't need to see them for a long time but when I do I will feel at peace knowing my babies will be safe with them. A wonderful caring person owns this. She expedited pickup and without a doubt took care of my beloved Frenchie named Charlie. The breaking down process is similar to what happens in an earth burial but expedited with the gentle from of 95% water, 5% other minerals. I was truly touched by this place and were i sent my furry baby to.I will never forget the day that my dog teddy passed away.I was so lost in words the day it happened and didn't know what to do then i found AquaCrossings.As soon as I found them I took him straight to them they were so supportive in so many ways and treated him as if it was there family member. Went to take my stray bunny who appeared home an they came picked her up an handled everything I gt keepsakes of her paw fur so beautiful... everything was I wish I had known about this for my baby boy panda but they are now both here at home with me thanks so much it shows that they really care an it means alot to us fur parents!! What a wonderful experience during a tragic time! Michelle, Matthew and Sadie were all so compassionate and sensitive. You could tell that they truly have a love of what they do! Dr Tiffany was amazing to our little Seaview. He actually started wagging his tail when she arrived and mustered all of his energy to greet her. It was incredibly bittersweet because of how much he loved new people and him not knowing that meeting her was his last encounter with a stranger. Thankfully the process is quick and though we didn't want to sit with our baby after it was over, we were told to take as much time as we needed. The driver came to take our baby away in a cute little basket with a velvet pillow....and he was gone.Dr Shure at Lookout Mountain vet recommended this service to us and we are so glad that he did. We knew that we wanted to cremate our baby but had no idea that a much more environmentally responsible option was available other than the traditional way. Their method was much more in line with our values and our desire to impact the planet as little as possible.I cannot speak highly enough of this place and the service that they offer. If you are looking for the best alternative for after care, this is the place!

It was such a sad moment when my fur baby passed away and I had no idea where to go but decided to give Aquacrossings a try and I'm so glad I did. The staff was so respectful with my baby and making sure that we had one on one time with our baby before we actually had to say our final goodbye. They gave beautiful a pamphlet to help with our loss. They have so many beautiful options to choose out of. When I went to pick her up they had put a bit of her fur in a small jar and beautiful prints of her nose and paws. Definitely recommend them !

Thank you Scottsdale Animal Healthcare for connecting us with Aqua Crossings. When we arrived to bring our Piggelin home with us, the staff was kind and empathetic. We were shown into a private room where remembrances of our fur baby were presented to us.Knowing a tree would be planted in his memory, receiving a small paper with wildflower seeds that we can plant, and knowing that aquamation is kinder to our environment was a balm to our grief. The small container of both his black and white fur and whiskers, the clay impression of his little paw, the ink on paper pressings of his paws, the beautiful wooden box containing his cremains, and the gold engraved necklace with Piggelin's remains allow us to keep him with us for as long as we need to properly say goodbye.We highly recommend Aqua Crossings and their services. They are a truly caring and empathetic business.

After 16 years we had to put our love of our life Leo the Lion down. As heart broken as we are we need to tell you our experience with Pets at Peace Dr Tiffany and Aqua Crossings cremation was worth every cent. We just received Leo ashes in a beautiful urn, hair clippings in a capsule, seeds of love to bury, a paw print, a tree planted in his honor…We had never heard of water cremation and frankly it sounded way better than a inferno. After researching the process and the good for our environment I can’t understand why anyone wouldn’t do this process. Even though our heart is broken into 1 million little pieces, I will treasure, his paw print and his beautiful urn and watch the flowers bloom where he once sat outside. Maybe someday we get to visit where the tree is planted? Thank you for taking care of the love of my life! 🐶🐾❤️ ⭐️ 🌈

Losing a fur baby is never, ever an easy process, it’s heart wrenching and painful. We just recently had to make the decision to say “goodbye” to our 16yr old beautiful “Golden Boy,” (kitty) Jack. Our vet let us know they were now working with a different cremation company, Aqua Crossings, and they will be the ones to personally bring Jackie Boy back home to us. I can tell you, these people CARE about your loved one and YOU. Everyone we spoke with was extremely nice, very caring & so incredibly sympathetic. The fact that Aqua Crossings has a grief counseling program included in their service speaks Volumes. I can PROMISE you, you will not only know they care, you’ll 💯 feel it. We very respectfully and extremely highly recommend Aqua Crossings when the time comes to have to say your “see you at Rainbow Bridge” goodbyes.

Aqua Crossings did a beautiful job with the cremation of our dog. When we picked her up from our vet we saw her package it was on a completely different level than the rest of the packages that were there for pickup. It was so beautifully packaged in a white shopping bag. There was a gorgeous black urn that we had chosen with a space for her photo in the front, a paw print in a nice box with a banded ribbon, and a booklet about grief and it had a journal with prompts and grief support resources. Absolutely gorgeous! Honestly, she was in nicer packaging than when I picked up my father in law. Thank you so much for taking care of our beautiful girl in her aftercare.

This is one of hardest processes I've ever had to deal with. They made the grieving process feel so much better. They take care of your pets like it's their own & the people. I was not prepared for this moment. I was told to be by the vet, but I wasn't. When my Dublin took a turn for the worse back in November I did not have much time to "plan", as I didn't want my last hours with him to be consumed with his aftercare. I called around, but nothing seemed like a good fit and I wanted it to be personal and private. The staff at Aquacrossings was amAZing. I was able to sit with him for as long as I wanted and while I was overcome with grief, I hope that I didn't bother the staff too much as I kept going back to say goodbye to Dubs. They were very kind. Michele reached out to me when I had questions about the process. She was very professional and understanding, even though I know I had too many questions, as I just didn't want to let go. I wanted to say that this is an option that was very peaceful. I did leave Dublin's carrier there so they could care for his remains. When I went to pick up the carrier, the masking tape that had been on it for years with his name on it was removed. That did bother me. This in no way reflects on my opinion of the work that they do here, but just as a gentle reminder that maybe to have the staff leave the personal belongings "as-is" until the items are picked up. Again, this is a very loving group of people who will make sure you and your loved ones are well taken care of. Thank you.

Soon after I lost my best friend "Magic"🐶 I called AquaCrossings and spoke with Michelle who has the most caring and loving voice. She was so helpful and caring, making this uncomfortable situation so calming. Within hours they had some and picked him up, putting him in a blanket and basket and leaving flowers for me. The next day I went to there office and met Michelle in person at her desk to pick out a urn for my baby🐶 where Michelle look at least 20 min. to hug and talk to me about the lost of Magic and how to deal with life after his death. She again is so comforting and free with his emotions that I left there with such as sense of peace with a smile on my face knowing I had made the right decision to bring Magic to be taken care of as he enters his final resting place. I highly recommend AquaCrossings and its staff for anyone who loses a loved one and is looking for a devoted, knowledgeable, respectful, giving and most important caring staff. I cannot say enough positive things about AquaCrossings. My beloved Screamer passed away Sunday 10/23 and found him at 2am. I was obviously shocked but in panic mode not knowing what to do. I did a search and found AquaCrossings. Matthew was very compassionate and walk me through what the process is as I had never heard of it before. Michelle came the same day to get my sweet Screamer and today 10/31 I was able to bring him home. I highly recommend their services. It was such a sad moment when my fur baby passed away and I had no idea where to go but decided to give Aquacrossings a try and I'm so glad I did. The staff was so respectful with my baby and making sure that we had one on one time with our baby before we actually had to say our final goodbye. They gave beautiful a pamphlet to help with our loss. They have so many beautiful options to choose out of. When I went to pick her up they had put a bit of her fur in a small jar and beautiful prints of her nose and paws. Definitely recommend them !

Thank you Scottsdale Animal Healthcare for connecting us with Aqua Crossings. When we arrived to bring our Piggelin home with us, the staff was kind and empathetic. We were shown into a private room where remembrances of our fur baby were presented to us.Knowing a tree would be planted in his memory, receiving a small paper with wildflower seeds that we can plant, and knowing that aquamation is kinder to our environment was a balm to our grief. The small container of both his black and white fur and whiskers, the clay impression of his little paw, the ink on paper pressings of his paws, the beautiful wooden box containing his cremains, and the gold engraved necklace with Piggelin's remains allow us to keep him with us for as long as we need to properly say goodbye.We highly recommend Aqua Crossings and their services. They are a truly caring and empathetic business.

After 16 years we had to put our love of our life Leo the Lion down. As heart broken as we are we need to tell you our experience with Pets at Peace Dr Tiffany and Aqua Crossings cremation was worth every cent. We just received Leo ashes in a beautiful urn, hair clippings in a capsule, seeds of love to bury, a paw print, a tree planted in his honor…We had never heard of water cremation and frankly it sounded way better than a inferno. After researching the process and the good for our environment I can’t understand why anyone wouldn’t do this process. Even though our heart is broken into 1 million little pieces, I will treasure, his paw print and his beautiful urn and watch the flowers bloom where he once sat outside. Maybe someday we get to visit where the tree is planted? Thank you for taking care of the love of my life! 🐶🐾❤️ ⭐️ 🌈

I have to say that this company was amazingly compassionate and just plain superb!!! Not only did they go extremely above and beyond to provide such extraordinary services but they also provided me with an incredible amount of support and comfort with my fur baby!!! I was laid off and going through an extremely expensive divorce on top of dealing with significant injuries from a traumatic vehicle accident. When they simply overheard my conversation (I was crying and so upset and kinda loud because of the nature of the situation) and concerns about payment for the cremation cost…..they generously offered to pay for the cost and they were so happy to provide this generous gift to ease my anxiety about payment. I was taken aback by this offering and they were so kind and supportive throughout the entire process from beginning to end! They even offered me some extra momentos which was amazingly generous and so so so kind to offer. I can’t say enough kind words to express my appreciation, gratitude, and good words for how much I love this company. Our German Shepherd Cassi passed away peacefully in her sleep, at our side, late on a Saturday evening. I filled out the online form and received a text back within minutes with instructions on how to prepare for their visit. Michelle showed up first thing next morning (on a Sunday) as promised. I could not imagine a more seamless protocol, which is appreciated after a loss like this. We chose AquaCrossings for their environmentally friendly process, and highly recommend this for all pet owners. Losing a fur baby is never, ever an easy process, it’s heart wrenching and painful. We just recently had to make the decision to say “goodbye” to our 16yr old beautiful “Golden Boy,” (kitty) Jack. Our vet let us know they were now working with a different cremation company, Aqua Crossings, and they will be the ones to personally bring Jackie Boy back home to us. I can tell you, these people CARE about your loved one and YOU. Everyone we spoke with was extremely nice, very caring & so incredibly sympathetic. The fact that Aqua Crossings has a grief counseling program included in their service speaks Volumes. I can PROMISE you, you will not only know they care, you’ll 💯 feel it. I was not prepared for this moment. I was told to be by the vet, but I wasn't. When my Dublin took a turn for the worse back in November I did not have much time to "plan", as I didn't want my last hours with him to be consumed with his aftercare. I called around, but nothing seemed like a good fit and I wanted it to be personal and private. The staff at Aquacrossings was amAZing. I was able to sit with him for as long as I wanted and while I was overcome with grief, I hope that I didn't bother the staff too much as I kept going back to say goodbye to Dubs. They were very kind. Michele reached out to me when I had questions about the process. She was very professional and understanding, even though I know I had too many questions, as I just didn't want to let go. I wanted to say that this is an option that was very peaceful. I did leave Dublin's carrier there so they could care for his remains. When I went to pick up the carrier, the masking tape that had been on it for years with his name on it was removed. That did bother me. This in no way reflects on my opinion of the work that they do here, but just as a gentle reminder that maybe to have the staff leave the personal belongings "as-is" until the items are picked up. Again, this is a very loving group of people who will make sure you and your loved ones are well taken care of. Thank you.

Soon after I lost my best friend "Magic"🐶 I called AquaCrossings and spoke with Michelle who has the most caring and loving voice. She was so helpful and caring, making this uncomfortable situation so calming. Within hours they had some and picked him up, putting him in a blanket and basket and leaving flowers for me. The next day I went to there office and met Michelle in person at her desk to pick out a urn for my baby🐶 where Michelle look at least 20 min. to hug and talk to me about the lost of Magic and how to deal with life after his death. She again is so comforting and free with his emotions that I left there with such as sense of peace with a smile on my face knowing I had made the right decision to bring Magic to be taken care of as he enters his final resting place. I highly recommend AquaCrossings and its staff for anyone who loses a loved one and is looking for a devoted, knowledgeable, respectful, giving and most important caring staff. I cannot say enough positive things about AquaCrossings. My beloved Screamer passed away Sunday 10/23 and found him at 2am. I was obviously shocked but in panic mode not knowing what to do. I did a search and found AquaCrossings. Matthew was very compassionate and walk me through what the process is as I had never heard of it before. Michelle came the same day to get my sweet Screamer and today 10/31 I was able to bring him home. I highly recommend their services. This is a much better experience that traditional cremation in my opinion.

Dr. Tiffany just left our home. We had to put down our beautiful boy cat and she was extremely lovely during this sad experience. Such grace and understanding. My wife spoke with Matthew over the phone here too and said he was SO nice and SO thoughtful. I didn't expect to need to use AquaCrossings twice, within 2 months but some things you have no control over. We lost our Baylie this time. She was only 8 years old, so it was way too soon for her to go. I knew calling them would help in my grieving process because they handle everything with such empathy. As before they were immediately available. When the call came to pick her up Samantha was a patient and once again an empathetic ear. Hopefully we won't need this service again in an extremely long time, but I'm glad I found them since they practice a much more humane method of cremation.

Our daughters cat passed away suddenly a week ago. While searching for a place to cremate the remains I was faced with businesses that were not only very cold, but had no sympathy at all.When I called AquaCrossings I was immediately put at ease by Matthew, who was so kind, patient, and attentive to our needs. When we arrived for our appointment, we met with Michelle, who is most likely an angel on earth. Warm, caring, sensitive and genuinely cared about our daughter and how she would cope.Today we picked up the remains of our beloved cat. I was blown away at the beautiful presentation of the remains, we received a whisker, fur clipping, clay paw print (all within their own tiny bottle or box with ribbon) and of course the "ashes". All of this came in a box with sachets.The unbelievable personalization, attention to detail, the absolute tender nature, beautiful facility, calming demeanor of the staff and owners of AquaCrossings is unmatched.We will forever be grateful for AquaCrossings, thank you for making this process bareable, helping our daughter to feel at ease with her grief and for turning this into a beautiful Crossing for our Molly.

I highly recommend this place for any pet owners who have to part with their pet babies. It was such a relief knowing that my cat was being taken care of with a more eco and humane cremation process. I was able to schedule a pickup at my home and it took about a week as they said to receive my cat's ashes; I also received nose prints, fur and whisker clippings, seeds to plant in her honor, and a lovely clay paw print. All the staff were incredibly helpful, compassionate, and you can really tell they love animals. I'm grateful they're taking on this emotionally difficult job for pet owners like me and everyone else. This place exceeded my expectations and I am so grateful.

The staff is so kind, Wyatt especially took extra time to answer questions and explain the process. The owners are such kind people who took time to greet us and say hello. As well, Sam at the front desk was just a great smile when we entered. If you are reading this then likely you are facing one of the hardest decisions of your life as well.I had to put my sweet boy Jack down after spending 14 years with him. I'm still so devastated but I can tell you that Michelle is amazing and stayed by my side for weeks until the day came. Dr. Tiffany just left our home. We had to put down our beautiful boy cat and she was extremely lovely during this sad experience. Such grace and understanding. My wife spoke with Matthew over the phone here too and said he was SO nice and SO thoughtful. I didn't expect to need to use AquaCrossings twice, within 2 months but some things you have no control over. We lost our Baylie this time. She was only 8 years old, so it was way too soon for her to go. I knew calling them would help in my grieving process because they handle everything with such empathy. As before they were immediately available. When the call came to pick her up Samantha was a patient and once again an empathetic ear. Hopefully we won't need this service again in an extremely long time, but I'm glad I found them since they practice a much more humane method of cremation.

Our daughters cat passed away suddenly a week ago. While searching for a place to cremate the remains I was faced with businesses that were not only very cold, but had no sympathy at all.When I called AquaCrossings I was immediately put at ease by Matthew, who was so kind, patient, and attentive to our needs. When we arrived for our appointment, we met with Michelle, who is most likely an angel on earth. Warm, caring, sensitive and genuinely cared about our daughter and how she would cope.Today we picked up the remains of our beloved cat. I was blown away at the beautiful presentation of the remains, we received a whisker, fur clipping, clay paw print (all within their own tiny bottle or box with ribbon) and of course the "ashes". There isnt really anything I could say to describe how wonderful the owners of Aquacrossings truly are. When my baby girl chacha passed away I was online googling places to get her cremated and aquacrossings came up. I read about the aquamation process, and I figured it was a better more natural way of getting ashes of my baby. At first I was skeptical, and I wasn’t too sure if this is what I really wanted, but once I met Michelle and I visited the center I knew that it was the right thing to do. She made me feel extremely comfortable and I didn’t worry throughout the entire process. She was super kind and sweet about all my special requests, and I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful urn for my chacha. Everything, including the paw print, and fur clipping, was package beautifully when I picked her up and it felt perfect. I felt like she was with me again and I cherish the fur clipping that was given to me as well. ❤️ They are truly wonderful people who understand what you’re going through and I would recommend them to anyone.

Aquacrossings is truly a blessing of an organization. Matthew has the kindest and purest soul, I am so so grateful to have met and done business with him.In summary, one morning I was walking our dog when I spotted a deceased shitzu in the bike lane in the road. After calls to multiple vets and the police department, we were losing hope being told absolutely nothing useful and helpful. My partner remembered Aquacrossings from a mutual and gave them a call. Matthew immediately called back and from there on, helped in every single way he could have, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. We were able to transport the dog to the facility where he offered his support and services. We had decided to cremate with Aquacrossings so the owners could have closure when welcoming their fur baby back home forever. They so kindly scanned him for a chip which they found, but no one wanted to claim him. Now, Bowie, lives with us in his beautiful urn as the newest addition to our big dog family. I don’t quite know where to begin when talking about losing Rose, but AquaCrossings went above and beyond to help me say goodbye. If you have lost a pet, you know how heartbreaking and difficult that time is. Matthew and Michelle were so incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. My pet’s health had been declining for a few months before he passed, and Matthew helped me arrange his accommodations beforehand. When the time came, they were compassionate, kind, and supportive. They were able to turn one of the worst days into an experience that provided peace and closure.
