I can't begin to express my gratitude for the overwhelming amount of compassion the folks at Serenity showed me when my little Abby passed. They were quick to pick her up, and (at cost) return her to me the same day because at that moment, I couldn't even drive. In a time where I really needed help in this process, they stepped right up. Serenity Pet Cremation was wonderful. My dog Sissy McStuffins passed, and we were able to bring her home three hours after we left her there. She was cremated with her favorite blanket. I couldn't afford the paw print, but they did a photo paw print for me. Pam was absolutely wonderful as she took care of getting our information and setting up the appointment. I highly recommend this establishment to take care of your pet in a manner befitting a family member.

Serenity came to my rescue this morning when I awakened to the death of my very old Greyhound .I phoned at 5 am and received a call back from the day crew within moments. I was treated with love and compassion and told to bring my baby down even earlier then they open.Mellissa treated me as a bereaved family member,handling my requests beautifully. She then called me 4hours later to have me pick up my loved oneThe kindness love and compassion I was shown at Serenity cannot be duplicated, I highly Recommend this beautiful place for anyone having to endure the loss of a beloved pet! They get it!

Just an awful experience, no bags for the boxes, unprofessional and cheap, the paw prints are bad quality not clay. They come in random rainbow colors, with sparkles inside.so tacky and ugly. I would have never chose this place if i had known, thought I was getting a real standard clay paw print from my dog. I don't think i could be more upset. To late to redo it.also items were just setting on the counter where cleaning chemicals are sprayed, after they specifically said it would be in a bag.

The community is so fortunate to have pet cremation services so close. I have needed to use Serenity's services twice now, one time on a holiday weekend, when someone came in after hours to meet me. In both situations, the people were kind and empathetic to my loss and grief.Thank you for your gentle care of my cat and heart dog.

Serenity pet cremation is the best. We had our fur baby pass away yesterday morning. The people there take care of the both the ones that have lost but also the person who has left the world.They helped my wife and myself out as we had to drive about an hour and a half to get there. They let us spend as much time as we wanted with our fur baby then took got care of him. They had him back to us in about a couple hours so that we could take him back home with us.This is a company that cares for all parts of losing a loved on including a pet. Thank you.

This is my second time using Serenity Cremation services. THEY DO A GOOD JOB!! But the reason why I am giving one star is to be heard: With all the pain of the death of a pet, you NEED to hire empathic people. In my family we were destroyed when we took our pet for cremation, and while I was waiting outside of this place with a box with my dead pet in my arms, a guy in his 60s was coming from the cremation office asking without any sensibility "do you need something?" while he was getting closer. I assumed he had a bad day, but this is an EMOTIONAL BUSINESS and you need to treat people softer! Its not the same to sell a flower for a decoration than sell it for a funeral! Again, I am happy with their service, but whoever it was this guy, he needs a trainning to be at the front of the business or just work in the back. People's feelings are what make your business, pay attention to that! Its all about customer service.I will delete this review once I get an answer, this place doesnt deserve 1 star, but that guy needs to know how to treat people that is in a deep pain.

Last week, I had to make the unfortunate choice of euthanizing a dearly loved pet. The staff was kind, compassionate and professional. I couldn't have asked for better assistance during such a difficult time.Unfortunately, I had to visit Serenity again, 2 years later. I cannot tell anyone how pleased I have been with their service. Losing a pet ... Well...if you are a pet parent, you know. No regrets.
