We were all heartbroken when my daughter’s dog, Bella, passed away suddenly. I can’t express enough gratitude for Benny, who was incredibly compassionate and empathetic both on the phone and in person. My second oldest son and I both agreed that Benny was nothing short of amazing. I’m so blessed to have found this place, especially at such a reasonable price! We received Bella’s remains exactly one week later. Highly recommended!

Ernesto was very compassionate and caring. I thank Patrick from Pet Project for connecting us. Now I will have my dog forever. I got my Shyla’s ashes back in a few days and I couldn’t be happier with how easy they made the process for me in my time of grief. My sweet girl Lucky passed and I had to find a place to handle the next step. As I wanted to know my options, I called a few places before Entrusted Pets, but it wasn’t until I spoke to a staff member at EP that I felt at ease and truly understood. He was so kind and answered all my questions, was very transparent and clear about everything.When I arrived they knew they were expecting Lucky since I had called ahead and immediately offered a private room for us to have our last goodbye before handing her over.. they gave me the time I needed and were not pushy at all. Very understanding and sympathetic.Once I was ready, they took her to create the paw imprints and collect fur clippings, they came back to me to confirm I was okay with them and I must say it was all so beautiful.. it made me smile in my time of pain. I could see the care and effort they put into their work. - it’s in the details. 🥹🤍🫶I chose a witness cremation which is what I felt most comfortable with, because I could be present and take her remains home the same day. I watched her go in and I watched her come out.Lucky and I literally grew up together. We had been best friends since she was born in our home from another kitty we had, I was 9, that was 17 years ago, almost 18!! ❤️‍🩹 she was my companion through so much, we traveled together, she’d go on car rides with me.. we were just two peas in a pod, she was my wilderness explorer buddy.I promised Lucky we went in together and left together it only made sense. Personally I was so bonded to her that I couldn’t imagine leaving her and waiting to go pick her remains up. When I got quotes from other places for this type of cremation I began to feel I wouldn’t be able to keep that promise because financially it was so much and on top of vet bills.. I wasn’t sure how I was going to manage. Thank you so so much Entrusted Pets for making it possible for us to have that type of cremation at a reasonable price and with such high quality service.Thank you to both gentlemen who took care of my sweet girls last step.🐱🌸🤍 I appreciate the patience and kindness you both had with me in my grief, but most importantly the compassion and care you offered my most beloved Lucky.Definitely a bittersweet experience, through all the pain and grief, I couldn’t imagine a better outcome and service.Rest in Peace my sweet Lucky girl.🤍🐾

I am deeply disappointed with Entrusted Pets this time. I have used their services for my other pets before and was always satisfied, but this experience has left me upset. I paid for an individual cremation and was told she would be cremated separately. However, I later learned she would be divided with others in the crematory, even though the slip I signed and paid for clearly states she would be alone.Additionally, I paid for an extra clay paw print, but one arrived broken, and both have her name spelled incorrectly. The paw print paper also has her name spelled wrong, although the name on her urn box and the bag she was returned in is correct. The imprinted paw prints cannot be fixed, and I am beyond frustrated.I’ve had such great experiences with them in the past, but this incident has been heartbreaking. After this, I can no longer recommend their services. 😭💔

A few weeks ago, on a Saturday, my dog Honey passed away suddenly at the house. I was worried about what to do with her as the vet was closed until Monday. I found entrusted pets and called them when they opened Sunday morning. I was still processing what had happened and what needed to be done, as this was my first direct experience with losing a long-time pet. James was awesome. He was thoughtful, understanding, and accommodating and even made us laugh a couple of times while we were doing paperwork. While I hope to not have to use this service again for a very long time, I would highly recommend working with James and Entrusted Pets.

Entrusted Pets made a very difficult situation very easy to navigate. My 9 year old rabbit passed away at home and when I called them the next day they let me know they could take him the same day. He was back to me within just a few days, custom urn and all. Everyone was extremely kind and professional and I would recommend them to anyone. As someone who works in the veterinary field, their prices are very reasonable

I feel so lucky to have found this company. My experience was with James, who was a deeply comforting person to deal with in what was one of the worst times any pet owner has to experience. From the first phone call he treated both me and my cat Coffee with utmost respect and explained every step of the process very clearly so I could get exactly the service I wanted for her. I love that they are appointment only so that you never feel any pressure or undue anxiety and have their fulll attention to your every need. James assured me the cremation would occur quickly and he would make sure she was back with me asap. It took about 2 days and that's over a weekend. Very grateful for his professionalism and his timeliness. Not only was the service outstanding, the pricing was also the best I had found after looking at several competitors. While I hope I don't need their services again anytime soon, should I require them again I know that they will handle my pet with respect that is unparalleled. Thank you for making this experience as smooth and as pleasant as it could be.

We were absolutely devastated when our fur baby took her last breath.and the thought of what we had to do next was overwhelming and heart wrenching. I called our veterinarian and several others as well as multiple pet crematoriums feeling so hollow and devoid of any care from them over our loss. We were just another customer they needed to get in and get out. I absolutely could not get over their abrupt, matter of fact responses to our loss. I came across Entrusted Pets, 45 minutes away, but when Nancy answered the phone she was sympathetic and considerate of our devastating loss. We scheduled our fur baby that day and they had her ready the next day to come home. Jimmy was absolutely the most considerate and understanding professional that I have had the pleasure of meeting. Knowing he and Nancy took care of our fur baby brought me overwhelming comfort in a terrible situation. I cannot begin to impress enough upon anyone who has to go through this to contact Entrusted Pets for your goodbyes to your fur baby. They are professional, sympathetic, understanding and their overall kindness is above and beyond. Thank you Nancy and Jimmy for caring for our fur babies final goodbye.

My Layla girl passed away January early in the morning we were able to get an appointment to bring her in later on that day. It was a very hard day for me but I highly recommend this place for anyone needing this service. It was much more affordable than a place I had went a few years back for my other fur baby Jake. Very nice people and the pas prints are absolutely BEAUTIFUL. brought me to tears seeing my Layla girls name on it 🤍 HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. All the love and hugs to people reading this looking for a cremation place.

I went through entrusted pets to have my malinois cremated, and will forever choose to entrust them for any others I do as well. Not only did they have much better pricing than the competitive businesses, but the customer service alone was outstanding! They were all amazing, from the moment I pulled into the parking lot someone was there greeting me at my vehicle, and offered to grab her from my vehicle for me. The attendant helping me inside was also wonderful and very informative, as well as patient with myself and my kids who couldn't help themselves but touch everything. Because I was having so much going on with work and life, I couldn't find time to get down there to pick her up, so they even offered to have her brought to me wherever I wanted. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to cremate their beloved pets!

This review is long overdue. It took a little time before I was comfortable writing this after letting go our dog Houston in March 2019.I cannot say how grateful we were to find Entrusted Pets. Jimmy and Sara were amazing! Jimmy was very accommodating and scheduled us for a private cremation on a Saturday. It was very important to us that we care for Houston in this life and the afterlife. We were allowed to witness the whole process. He went above and beyond to get us the closure we needed. He and his staff were respectful, compassionate, and never rushed us. They provided us with a paw print and returned Houston to us that day. It was a very difficult time but Jimmy and his staff definitely made it easier. I suggest you talk to Jimmy and tour the facilities. You will be at ease and know that your pet is in good hands. Thank you for taking care of us and Houston.

Entrusted pets was amazing! One of our kittens did not make it, my family and myself were devastated. We called some local places near to home and were told some outrageous pricing to cremate a kitten who weighed maybe 1 pound and that is being generous.. Entrusted Pets has great pricing, and a staff with empathy who will share your broken heart. I didn't catch his name but the man with the tattoos was the sweetest person I ever met (absolutely incredible). Trusting Entrusted pets was the easiest part of losing such a sweet soul. Obviously no one wants to need their services, but I could not have been happier with how kind, respectful, and genuinely wonderful Entrusted Pets was when I had to bring my dog in to be cremated. Super reasonable rates, same-day appointments, and, most importantly, truly kind when it came to saying goodbye to my dog. I can't recommend them highly enough.

when i lost my beloved boy, Entrusted Pets was so kid to me. Their fee was also lower than most providers, even the Az Humane Society was quite a bit more. i brought my pet to their facility and picked up his ashes 2days later. i would reccommend Entrusted Pets to family or friends without hesitation, they really helped me through a tough time, if i could give a hundred stars i would do so.

When our cat died suddenly and unexpectedly, we weren’t sure where to have her cremated. My husband and I called our veterinarian’s office and the staff there wasn’t very friendly or empathetic; they also didn’t seem very affordable. We called several other clinics and none of them seemed to care that we’d just lost a beloved member of our family—they just seemed to want our money. Not to mention, none of them do cremations themselves (they have you pay them and then they hand your pet over to a company that does).We selected Entrusted Pets because their staff (namely Jimmy) was really friendly and empathetic. They were also more affordable than all of the vet clinics we called. Our cat was tastefully placed on a cushion while we filled out a form, giving Entrusted Pets permission to cremate her. Jimmy made an impression of our cat’s paw in some clay and gave it us—something we weren’t expecting, but happily accepted.My only complaint is that Jimmy failed to contact us, to let us know that our cat’s cremains were ready for pick up. My husband and I could’ve picked her cremains up, a lot sooner, had he just called us. He made up for it by giving us a nicer urn, free of charge.

Our beautiful baby girl - Gabriella who we loved for over 15yrs was euthanized after a steady decline in her health and quality of life. We called Jimmy and brought her the next day for cremation. JIMMY greeted us at the door and placed her in a room so we could say our goodbye, he gave us privacy and plenty of time to kiss her goodbye. Had a wonderful 1st time experience with Entrusted Pets. Jimmy's hospitality was amazing, and he provided the greatest customer service. He got to know us, comforted us, explained all the different options they have for cremation. He also made me a clay of my dog's paw-print to keep, along with the ashes. I was super pleased with the service from the people there!! The prices are really reasonable and to be honest they can’t be beat! $135 private cremation and $105 cremation with one other animal but done separately so you only get your animals remains! The room I was in to say goodbye was very nice and it smells so good as soon as you walk in! He really sat there and listened to me too even though I know he hears a lot of stories I felt that he truly cared!! If I could give 1,000 stars I would! I highly recommend going here in your time of sorrow! You’ll walk out feeling at least a little better knowing your fur baby is in great caring hands!I will update when I get the my fur baby back with me after the work is done!

Entrusted Pets went above and beyond in providing comfort and support upon my Chihuahua's passing. I have seen this service in full operation and recommend it highly, if you experience the sad loss of your furbaby. From the first discussion. they have been very patient as well as understanding. The owner Jimmy Ahearne, meets with those who are new to the area and need travel directions. Nancy meets you at the door to welcome you to the facility. Overall, I would recommend. I called Joe in the morning about getting my cat cremated and he said he would have his son Ryan call me with an arrangement to drop her off. I was able to meet Ryan and drop her off the same day, and while Ryan said it may take a few days, she was ready the next day. Great service and nothing but polite throughout the entire experience. I would use them again, though hopefully I won't have to for a long time.

Absolutely amazing service. I lost my beloved dog over the weekend and this was the only place open on Sunday. The guy was super nice and compassionate. He offered to pick my dog up and do the cremation the same day. Then he kindly dropped him off this morning and I couldn't be happier with the service. If you ever lose a pet I would highly recommend this place. Thank you so much for your help and amazing service.

Losing my Min Pin was extremely and is extremely difficult even now, JIMMY IS AN ANGEL - He is one of those rare individuals that still cares.... Extremely affordable but more than that, a great place to take your pets. Jimmy was very nice, cordial and patient. The place is very nice with a lot of options to memorialize your furry family member. I highly recommend them because of the way they handled everything but I do need to mention pricing again...much more reasonable than other places. when i lost my beloved boy, Entrusted Pets was so kid to me. Their fee was also lower than most providers, even the Az Humane Society was quite a bit more. i brought my pet to their facility and picked up his ashes 2days later. i would reccommend Entrusted Pets to family or friends without hesitation, they really helped me through a tough time, if i could give a hundred stars i would do so.

When our cat died suddenly and unexpectedly, we weren’t sure where to have her cremated. My husband and I called our veterinarian’s office and the staff there wasn’t very friendly or empathetic; they also didn’t seem very affordable. We called several other clinics and none of them seemed to care that we’d just lost a beloved member of our family—they just seemed to want our money. Not to mention, none of them do cremations themselves (they have you pay them and then they hand your pet over to a company that does).We selected Entrusted Pets because their staff (namely Jimmy) was really friendly and empathetic. They were also more affordable than all of the vet clinics we called. Our cat was tastefully placed on a cushion while we filled out a form, giving Entrusted Pets permission to cremate her. Jimmy made an impression of our cat’s paw in some clay and gave it us—something we weren’t expecting, but happily accepted.My only complaint is that Jimmy failed to contact us, to let us know that our cat’s cremains were ready for pick up. My husband and I could’ve picked her cremains up, a lot sooner, had he just called us. He made up for it by giving us a nicer urn, free of charge.

Our beautiful baby girl - Gabriella who we loved for over 15yrs was euthanized after a steady decline in her health and quality of life. We called Jimmy and brought her the next day for cremation. JIMMY greeted us at the door and placed her in a room so we could say our goodbye, he gave us privacy and plenty of time to kiss her goodbye. Had a wonderful 1st time experience with Entrusted Pets. Jimmy's hospitality was amazing, and he provided the greatest customer service. He got to know us, comforted us, explained all the different options they have for cremation. He also made me a clay of my dog's paw-print to keep, along with the ashes. 2 of my fur babies Charlie and Peewee and our duck Linda were attacked and killed. This was very traumatizing to find. My poor babies.I took them to Entrusted to have them cremated , I was a total mess.I have never been treated with such respect and care ever..Nancy and Jimmy were so remarkably kind and patient with me.If you lose a furry family member, go to Entrusted pets. I contracted Entrusted Pets to handle my dogs cremation in late June '22 in which I paid extra for an engraved wooden urn .After never receiving the urn I called and tried to leave a voice message but the mailbox was full. Now over 3 months later I have yet to receive the urn from this circus of an operation. Go anywhere else and you'll probably actually get what you paid for.

I loved my little girl . She passed away one night in her sleep, I really do miss her. When things like this happen , you have to face what's next . I called several cremation services , the pricing and services were all overboard. When I got in touch with entrusted pet, they were nice and reasonable and very accommodating on services. I really can't say enough as to their kindness and caring . I mostly dealt with Jimmy Ahearne and altho I was having a bad day he made me and my wife feel comfortable and intrusted as to the things that had to be done . Their services cost half of what their competitors charge. The two individuals I interacted with were extremely kind and very considerate. Her remains were taken to Pinnacle Peak office of Messinger Mortuary for me to pick up just a day later, which saved another long drive at a very emotional time. Jimmy was companionate from the time I called. It was a Saturday later afternoon on 4th of July weekend 2016. Our dog passed and our vet was closed along with out vet hospital in Maricopa, Az. Jimmy stayed a little late so that we could take our K9 Nikka to be dropped off. We drove an extra distance since the reviews were amazing. The cost of cremation was doable and the kindness & understanding was truly remarkable. Crematories closer to us had poor reviews and wanted to make sure our girl was treated with the utmost respect. Joe Ashford was the consummate professional. We held a witness cremation for our beloved dog and Joe was empathetic and caring, giving us the time we needed and explaining the process. Our situation exemplifies their professionalism and caring as we found ourselves in sudden situations twice before and they answered the telephone immediately or called back shortly. They explained what they could do to help us and offered multiple options. Entrusted Pet is run by professionals and provide dignified caring service.

I was super pleased with the service from the people there!! The prices are really reasonable and to be honest they can’t be beat! $135 private cremation and $105 cremation with one other animal but done separately so you only get your animals remains! The room I was in to say goodbye was very nice and it smells so good as soon as you walk in! He really sat there and listened to me too even though I know he hears a lot of stories I felt that he truly cared!! If I could give 1,000 stars I would! I highly recommend going here in your time of sorrow! You’ll walk out feeling at least a little better knowing your fur baby is in great caring hands!I will update when I get the my fur baby back with me after the work is done!

I've had a great experience here. Nancy made scheduling an appointment extremely easy, she was extremely polite and respectable and cares about who walks in. Entrusted Pets went above and beyond in providing comfort and support upon my Chihuahua's passing. I have seen this service in full operation and recommend it highly, if you experience the sad loss of your furbaby. From the first discussion. they have been very patient as well as understanding. The owner Jimmy Ahearne, meets with those who are new to the area and need travel directions. Nancy meets you at the door to welcome you to the facility. Overall, I would recommend. I called Joe in the morning about getting my cat cremated and he said he would have his son Ryan call me with an arrangement to drop her off. I was able to meet Ryan and drop her off the same day, and while Ryan said it may take a few days, she was ready the next day. Great service and nothing but polite throughout the entire experience. I would use them again, though hopefully I won't have to for a long time.

Absolutely amazing service. I lost my beloved dog over the weekend and this was the only place open on Sunday. The guy was super nice and compassionate. He offered to pick my dog up and do the cremation the same day. Then he kindly dropped him off this morning and I couldn't be happier with the service. Extremely affordable but more than that, a great place to take your pets. Jimmy was very nice, cordial and patient. The place is very nice with a lot of options to memorialize your furry family member. I highly recommend them because of the way they handled everything but I do need to mention pricing again...much more reasonable than other places.
