David is really kind and does great work. I came in the morning after my soul cat left me. It was one of the most difficult things I’ve had to do. Having him leave my home for the last time. When I arrived there, I appreciated the variety of urns to choose from and was treated well. I now have a beautiful memory of my boy, with a lovely paw print I will keep close to me. I can’t recommend this service enough. It seems as though they really care here.

I didn’t get the gentleman’s name since I was dropping off my two bonded cats who passed away days apart from each other. I was a mess. Long story short the original crematory I was going to take my cats was closed due to holidays. Even though I called previously the day before to confirm their hours. And stated they were going to be open and in fact were not open. So I am freaking out since had one of my 2 cats with me; but with a quick google search I was able to find this place. I am so grateful for all his help, he was kind, and handled my babies with care. It’s hard losing a beloved pet but the person who helped me today put me at ease and I feel like I left my babies in good hands. Thank you!

I called this place at the last minute on the day of my pet being euthanized . I couldn’t have asked for a friendlier gentleman to answer the phone and tell me to bring my pet in that day at any time before 6 . As we all know, it’s very traumatizing.. I was a mess. What a great service they provide. I was not expecting the amount of compassion that was shown, the amount of guidance provided though the process, and the amount of quality products that they offer. I love the fact that this is a family owned business, and you can tell that they care about what they do. I couldn't have asked for a better place to take my late himalayan/ragdoll cat; couldn't have asked for better service than what I received from David; and couldn't think of a better way to commemorate my cat's life than the urn and paw print they provided. Dog died unexpectedly Monday morning, October 16th and I had no idea how to get my dog cremated. Found apm on a quick Google search and they made it a very easy and streamlined process. I also got him back Friday morning of the same week. I didn't think to get a tuft of hair or paw print, but I was able to get a nice urn with my dogs name engraved. Fairly reasonable prices as far as cremation goes. Will recommend to my family and friends as the only place to get their pet cremated.Hopefully won't have to get another friend cremated anytime soon but if I do, arizona pet mortuary will be my only option with no exceptions.

I lost my beautiful cat, Toulouse, on September 30 in the most traumatic way. She was 5 years old. I am hurting since her passing but I’m so thankful I found her and was able to bring her back home with me. I decided to cremate her so that she could always stay with me. I lost my Harlie today and was absolutely heartbroken. I was a blubbering mess. I didn’t feel judged by David(owner)I felt comfortable, I could tell that he genuinely cared that I was hurting. His office is clean and cozy. He has a fur baby kitty in his office. I am allergic to cats and I didn’t even care, It was comforting seeing a happy kitty that wanted to comfort me when I was crying. I highly recommended taking your fur baby here when they pass. David is great and it’s very affordable.

My dog died on 420. And it was very unexpected all together. And I was half out of it crying when the guy answered the phone. Took my baby was sweet. Never tried to up sell me on uran which was nice cause I barely had the money for it as it wasn't expected. He took the blankets away for me cause I couldn't take them without hurting. Got the bet paw print. And he was so kind.As my cat just died right now I plan to use him again as it was a great experience for me.

Lovely place. These people really care about you and your pets. My car broken down and it would of take me an hour to pick up my paw print walking and they closed in 30mins. I called in to ask if they could wait for me to walk. Instead they offer to drop it off for me and my family and I was so grateful they are amazing

Last Saturday Night my dachshund had passed away in my arms at home. At the time I had no idea what to do, Emergency vets I knew would charge me 2-3 times as much to bring her in and our vet was closed on Sundays. My father had suggested looking for a Pet Cremation service, something I would not have thought of. I had done a goggle search and found AZ Pet Mortuary to be open on Sunday Mornings. So I only had to keep my dog overnight at home. I had called at 7am on Sunday morning, an hour before they had opened as I had read other reviews stating they would answer before they open for the day. They said they could take my dog that morning and my sister met us up there to drop her off. He went through showing us our options, and careful took my dog from me promising to save a tuft of her hair and they got her paw print done as well. Jasmine came home today and I was truly impressed with their services and if I ever hear of anyone's pet passing away at home I would highly recommend them.

We had to say goodbye to our 7 year old tuxedo cat Kylo Ren. Losing him has been devastating, but David has made the cremation process as gentle and bearable as possible. He answered all my phone calls and his voice over the phone was gentle and soothing during this difficult time. We weren’t able to find the office right away and David came outside to find us. When we got inside the office it hadn’t occurred to me that there were different urn options, so I was feeling a bit overwhelmed, but he very kindly told me that i didn’t have to get an expensive urn now, I can always get something else later, something that would suit me and our beloved boy. His tone, his professionalism, and how he treated my boy was absolutely amazing. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, I would recommend this business to any pet parent going through this unthinkable time. Thank you David, for everything.

AZ Pet Mortuary was amazing for us. Our dog died at home and we were devastated. They provided timely, compassionate, affordable service to us and helped us through a difficult time. Their mortician arrived on time and allowed us all the time we needed to say one last final goodbye to our boy. I felt better knowing his body was being cared for in a respectful, professional way. David called us within a few days when our dog’s ashes were ready for pickup.. much faster than the 3 weeks other mortuaries quoted us. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need!

I called Arizona pet mortuary distraught. My rabbit had just died and I wasn't sure what to do. It was about 30 minutes before they were going to close and David was very kind and told me he'd stay open until I got there. (Sorry in advance for my long post. Theres just so much to cover.) It's never easy losing a fur baby. They are such a big part of the family. When I lost my fur baby Dorian I was a crying mess of emotions trying to talk in a way that made sense and wasn't all mumbling sadness. I was spoken to with such kindness, patience and understanding. I knew I had called the best place. When I arrived I was greeted with kindness. Given a calmness that even though it was hard everything would be ok. I knew he would be treated with the upmost respect when I struggled to hand him over. I tried to let them know I didn't know what kind of mental state I would be in to come get him. That I would need some time but I was coming back to get him. I felt secure knowing his ashes would be in great and safe hands until I was back. Then years later when my fur baby Patches passed away even in my sadness I knew just where to go. Again I was a bumbling mess of emotions and met with such kindness. As I tried to find the words again so much patience was given. Thank you for having such kindness, patience, understanding, respect, etc. Also for keeping them safe until being reunited with their families. Thank you, thank you.

We lost our 1 year old rescue to feline leukemia. We are devastated. Her passing was not unexpected but since she was so young it was very difficult. The staff at az pet mortuary was very understanding and kind. Their prices are very reasonable (vets wanted to charge $200 -$300 for ashes returned and az pet mortuary charges way less. The ashes came back in a beautiful container in a velvet looking bag. It was a hard task but az pet mortuary made a difficult situation a bit easier.

Arizona Pet Mortuary is partnered with my vet (Caring Hearts Animal Clinic) and I received the most beautiful rosewood box with my sweet doggie-girl ashes in it. I could tell she was handled with care and compassion and I am thrilled to have her legacy with me. 5 months later I had to put my doggie-boy down, and my vet was closed. I had another emergency pet hospital do the euthanizing, but requested Arizona Pet Mortuary specifically because of my previous experience. And again, they did not disappoint. Both my sweet babies will "live forever" thanks to this company and their stellar service! Thank you Arizona Pet Mortuary - you have a customer for life.

My 14yr old Pom passed away sometime early this Sunday morning and it's a blessing that this wonderful place was open today. David was very nice and helpful, he made it a quick and easy process. Just talking with him you can tell hes compassionate about animals and I felt better leaving my Falkor with him. Another plus is that they dont try to rob you of money after your loss.

Such a fantastic place to do business with. My chihuahua passed recently and I was able to get her to David at Az Pet Mortuary the same day even though they closed at 6pm and I had called for info at maybe 5:30pm? David offered to keep their doors open for me until I got there and it was such a reassuring action. I knew my loved one would be in good hands. For $110 we got the basic cremation, ashes back, certificate of cremation, and a tin urn. For $30 more, I bought a small cement block of her paw print, which was pretty steep for what I got, but oh well, I love it. It comes in a nice little silk bag to keep it tucked away. Overall, the process was quoted to take about 7 business days and, I believe, I took her to Az Pet Mortuary on a Friday and got her ashes back on Wednesday. It was definitely sooner than a week. I'm glad I didn't bury her, now Snookie sits in her bed with all her toys and costumes. It was a great gift to myself and something I will always hold close to me.Thank you so much for the work you guys do here and the amazing service you all provide!

My cat (Static) got sick within 2 days I didn't know what hit her to cause her to passed away so quick....I originally adopted her from the Rio Salado animal shelter had her for about 4 years, I loved her she was a chunky cat that weighed 19lbs and loved shoes/sweaty stinky feet she would lay on our shoes and embrace them with her paws and face inside of shoe, she was to funny and loved to eat.When I came home from work my fiancé told me that she had passed away it hurt me so bad I had to go to her and get her off the ground I prepared a comfortable spot for her in her kennel and covered her and sister in law helped me find a place for her which was this place literally 4 mins away from me she called him and he was so kind to return to his place of business and me us after hours, I did not want to leave her outside in the cold or alone,He was very generous to meet us after he had already left for the day.I really appreciate that....His shop is very clean and professional which was something I also looked for just because it's a pet mortuary was really impressed.Thank you so much for meeting us last night really means a lot to me.I recommend Arizona Pet Mortuary and wish I could give more then 5 stars.I felt comfortable leaving my Static in his care.

He was available whenever I was ready.I arrived at 11 am on a Friday, distraught, with my fur baby in in arms. I handed my credit card and id to him and walked out and cried and rocked my baby.After a while I thought - this is taking a while for a credit card charge, I assumed he would get me when he was done. Not the case at ALL. I went back in and he was waiting for ME!!! And waiting until I WAS READY, which as you know when you loose a part of your family, you will never be ready to let go. AMAZING!!!He offered the urns which I declined because...well I couldn't think at all. We finished the "paperwork" and I put my fluffenutter Lily girl, wrapped in her blanket, in his arms. He was gentle and quiet and allowed me to cry some more and kiss her the last times on this earth.Less than a week later, he called and her remains were ready to be picked up (my choice).Her remains came in a cute tin can with a note of condolence.I can not say enough how much his respect of me and my kitty meant to me. Sadly I will go thru this many more times in the future, and I will absolutely use David and AZ Pet Mortuary again.Thank you sooooo much for your kindness and respect.

It was hard enough waking up Easter morning to find my little girl gone. APM was willing to come and get her, but I needed to take her in. They met me at the office. While waiting I researched them a little more and felt an even greater peace seeing that the owner was retired Air Force. My son is currently an overseas Airman. Absolutely wonderful service. We lost our beautiful 9 year old Chihuahua "Cloe" in the early hours of January 6th 2017. When I called APM I was glad to hear someone on the other end of the line. They were very helpfull and answered all of my questions. She was our first family dog a we were devastated and grief stricken beyond belief. On our way to the office, we were scared and unsure how things were going to be handled. When we walked up to the door the gentleman that was there, kindly held the door for us as we walked into the building in tears. He was so understanding and patient with us. We held our girl while he took our information and he allowed us to say our final goodbye. We are so blessed and glad that we decided to get her cremated, but taking Close to APM was the best decision. We had her remains returned to us the following week. I will always recommend APM, they are truly wonderful at what they do. Thank you AMP.

I have used there services in the past and they were very courteous, they picked up my animal for me, cremated him and charged a fraction of what I would have paid going through my veterinarian's office. Yes I would highly recommend them.

AZ Pet Mortuary was amazing for us. Our dog died at home and we were devastated. They provided timely, compassionate, affordable service to us and helped us through a difficult time. Their mortician arrived on time and allowed us all the time we needed to say one last final goodbye to our boy. I felt better knowing his body was being cared for in a respectful, professional way. David called us within a few days when our dog’s ashes were ready for pickup.. much faster than the 3 weeks other mortuaries quoted us. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need!

I called Arizona pet mortuary distraught. My rabbit had just died and I wasn't sure what to do. It was about 30 minutes before they were going to close and David was very kind and told me he'd stay open until I got there. I really appreciated the level of kindness and generosity that was given to me and my family in our time of grief. 5 stars. Exceptional service. We really appreciated it.

(Sorry in advance for my long post. Theres just so much to cover.) It's never easy losing a fur baby. They are such a big part of the family. When I lost my fur baby Dorian I was a crying mess of emotions trying to talk in a way that made sense and wasn't all mumbling sadness. I was spoken to with such kindness, patience and understanding. I knew I had called the best place. When I arrived I was greeted with kindness. Given a calmness that even though it was hard everything would be ok. I knew he would be treated with the upmost respect when I struggled to hand him over. I tried to let them know I didn't know what kind of mental state I would be in to come get him. That I would need some time but I was coming back to get him. I felt secure knowing his ashes would be in great and safe hands until I was back. Then years later when my fur baby Patches passed away even in my sadness I knew just where to go. Again I was a bumbling mess of emotions and met with such kindness. As I tried to find the words again so much patience was given. Thank you for having such kindness, patience, understanding, respect, etc. Also for keeping them safe until being reunited with their families. Thank you, thank you.

We lost our 1 year old rescue to feline leukemia. We are devastated. Her passing was not unexpected but since she was so young it was very difficult. The staff at az pet mortuary was very understanding and kind. Their prices are very reasonable (vets wanted to charge $200 -$300 for ashes returned and az pet mortuary charges way less. The ashes came back in a beautiful container in a velvet looking bag. It was a hard task but az pet mortuary made a difficult situation a bit easier.

Arizona Pet Mortuary is partnered with my vet (Caring Hearts Animal Clinic) and I received the most beautiful rosewood box with my sweet doggie-girl ashes in it. I could tell she was handled with care and compassion and I am thrilled to have her legacy with me. 5 months later I had to put my doggie-boy down, and my vet was closed. I had another emergency pet hospital do the euthanizing, but requested Arizona Pet Mortuary specifically because of my previous experience. And again, they did not disappoint. Both my sweet babies will "live forever" thanks to this company and their stellar service! Thank you Arizona Pet Mortuary - you have a customer for life.

It’s never an easy thing to have a part of your family gone forever. I am unbelievably thankful for David and AZ Pet Mortuary. He went above and beyond to make sure the experience was as easy and painless as possible. This was my first loss of a pet that was actually mine. My 14yr old Pom passed away sometime early this Sunday morning and it's a blessing that this wonderful place was open today. David was very nice and helpful, he made it a quick and easy process. Just talking with him you can tell hes compassionate about animals and I felt better leaving my Falkor with him. Another plus is that they dont try to rob you of money after your loss.

Such a fantastic place to do business with. My chihuahua passed recently and I was able to get her to David at Az Pet Mortuary the same day even though they closed at 6pm and I had called for info at maybe 5:30pm? David offered to keep their doors open for me until I got there and it was such a reassuring action. I knew my loved one would be in good hands. For $110 we got the basic cremation, ashes back, certificate of cremation, and a tin urn. For $30 more, I bought a small cement block of her paw print, which was pretty steep for what I got, but oh well, I love it. It comes in a nice little silk bag to keep it tucked away. Overall, the process was quoted to take about 7 business days and, I believe, I took her to Az Pet Mortuary on a Friday and got her ashes back on Wednesday. It was definitely sooner than a week. I'm glad I didn't bury her, now Snookie sits in her bed with all her toys and costumes. It was a great gift to myself and something I will always hold close to me.Thank you so much for the work you guys do here and the amazing service you all provide!

My cat (Static) got sick within 2 days I didn't know what hit her to cause her to passed away so quick....I originally adopted her from the Rio Salado animal shelter had her for about 4 years, I loved her she was a chunky cat that weighed 19lbs and loved shoes/sweaty stinky feet she would lay on our shoes and embrace them with her paws and face inside of shoe, she was to funny and loved to eat.When I came home from work my fiancé told me that she had passed away it hurt me so bad I had to go to her and get her off the ground I prepared a comfortable spot for her in her kennel and covered her and sister in law helped me find a place for her which was this place literally 4 mins away from me she called him and he was so kind to return to his place of business and me us after hours, I did not want to leave her outside in the cold or alone,He was very generous to meet us after he had already left for the day.I really appreciate that....His shop is very clean and professional which was something I also looked for just because it's a pet mortuary was really impressed.Thank you so much for meeting us last night really means a lot to me.I recommend Arizona Pet Mortuary and wish I could give more then 5 stars.I felt comfortable leaving my Static in his care.

He was available whenever I was ready.I arrived at 11 am on a Friday, distraught, with my fur baby in in arms. I handed my credit card and id to him and walked out and cried and rocked my baby.After a while I thought - this is taking a while for a credit card charge, I assumed he would get me when he was done. Not the case at ALL. I went back in and he was waiting for ME!!! And waiting until I WAS READY, which as you know when you loose a part of your family, you will never be ready to let go. AMAZING!!!He offered the urns which I declined because...well I couldn't think at all. We finished the "paperwork" and I put my fluffenutter Lily girl, wrapped in her blanket, in his arms. He was gentle and quiet and allowed me to cry some more and kiss her the last times on this earth.Less than a week later, he called and her remains were ready to be picked up (my choice).Her remains came in a cute tin can with a note of condolence.I can not say enough how much his respect of me and my kitty meant to me. Sadly I will go thru this many more times in the future, and I will absolutely use David and AZ Pet Mortuary again.Thank you sooooo much for your kindness and respect.

It was hard enough waking up Easter morning to find my little girl gone. APM was willing to come and get her, but I needed to take her in. They met me at the office. While waiting I researched them a little more and felt an even greater peace seeing that the owner was retired Air Force. My son is currently an overseas Airman. I had no reserve in leaving my precious pup in their care. THANK YOU APM for making this difficult day a little easier! God Bless your family!!!

Absolutely wonderful service. We lost our beautiful 9 year old Chihuahua "Cloe" in the early hours of January 6th 2017. When I called APM I was glad to hear someone on the other end of the line. They were very helpfull and answered all of my questions. She was our first family dog a we were devastated and grief stricken beyond belief. On our way to the office, we were scared and unsure how things were going to be handled. When we walked up to the door the gentleman that was there, kindly held the door for us as we walked into the building in tears. He was so understanding and patient with us. We held our girl while he took our information and he allowed us to say our final goodbye. We are so blessed and glad that we decided to get her cremated, but taking Close to APM was the best decision. We had her remains returned to us the following week. I will always recommend APM, they are truly wonderful at what they do. Thank you AMP.

They displayed so much kindness during a difficult time. Very reasonable. They picked up our baby, cremated her, personally delivered her back home in a black box in pretty velvet bag. Would use their services again.
