I can't thank Andy enough helping us with our sweet Sheriff. As devastating it is to lose a pet that's part of your family is very hard. We don't think of losing our pets and when it happen to us Andy showed so much compassion and care. Dropping Sheriff off was the hardest part we had to do knowing that was our last time we would spend with him. Andy allowed us to have our time to grieve and say our last goodbye. Andy and the staff at All Pets treated us with care and comfort. It's still hard for our family for the loss of Sheriff and knowing he was taking good care of make us feel better. Thank you so much for all you do and thank you so much for the card we received, we really can't thank you guys enough for the service you provide for our furr babies.

Pretty unamused... Front desk person was incredibly cold and businesslike. With genuine sincerity, please work on your people skills. This is a very sad time for people.The urn says "cremated on" instead of his death date..? What does that even mean...? Why would I rather his cremation date instead of the day he passed?Feeling frustrated and more sad than necessary.The follow up gentleman was thoughtful when telling us our doggie was ready to come home. That was the only positive experience.Unfortunately, I couldn't dare recommend this place to someone who is about to lose their beloved pet.

We had our precious girl Soda Pop cremated today, using the Private/Witness Cremation service. Jeff was professional and empathetic, and he allowed us to take all the time that we needed to get through the process. He made us feel like our pet and us really mattered to him. No one wants to come here but I appreciate how helpful they are. My elderly cat Mr Tom Tom suddenly passed away in the evening and I brought him here the next morning. They were very compassionate and even saved some of his fur and whiskers for me when I requested. I received him back within a few days and I appreciate that they remembered who I was when I immediately came in. I really appreciate their service in helping me take care of my beloved Mr Tom Tom.

I am grateful for the kindness and compassion I experienced with everyone at this wonderful place. I had to store my beloved cat after euthanasia on a Saturday and was able to return on Monday to witness Ginger's cremation. I received her ashes back in a nice box after it cooled off.

I have been hurting so much since I lost mitten, I still haven't recovered. After dealing with the terrible service and pricing that 1st pet veterinary gave me, I decided to look elsewhere for my baby's cremation. I found All Pets and from the start I could tell just by how I was treated on the phone, that these people REALLY do care. I was there yesterday for my appointment, Jeff was the one that helped us and I am honestly so greatful for him. Not only did he give us extra time because the vet never defrosted her body so we could do our own paw prints like I asked in advance, but he was constantly supportive, helpful and so kind, he went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible during this painful process. Jeff explained everything in detail and used discretion with us the entire time. He saw how bad we were hurting and offered comfort by showing us photos of his own dogs. Both my partner and I don't have a lot of people we can count on for emotional support so we greatly appreciated this. I was able to view my baby's cremation and also see that she was thoroughly taken care of through the process at a very fair price. Idk if they read the reviews but if you guys do, we want to give Jeff our biggest thanks and let him know he made what was a terrible and traumatizing day , not nearly as bad as it could have been. THANK YOU JEFF !!!!

Thank you for empathy, compassion, and professionalism. Our beloved Ace passed at 5am today. After a stressful few days trying to care for Ace around the clock I needed a place that would do whatever it took to help. When I called they set it all up for us. The whole process took two hours and we brought him home same day. They handled the process perfectly making the transition for us so much easier than expected. I called and they stayed after closing to give us time to bring him in.I just wanted to edit this review because since the first review, we have been back several times and referred many friends and family. My mom's dog passed away last night (Friday) and this company is usually closed on Saturday however, the owner (I think), Andy agreed to meet me and my mom there on a Saturday morning at 9:30 to cremate her dog. Andy was so empathetic and let my mom tell him all the great things about her dog. He said she should be back home by Tuesday or Wednesday. The price was totally reasonable and he referred us to a new vet. We believe the old vet gave my mom's dog too high of a dose of new medication for her weight and that led to her passing. Overall my mom is very impressed with this company and feels ok leaving her fur baby with them until it's time for her to come home again. To me that's all that matters. Thank you Andy for being so compassionate and understanding. RIP Daisy Mae❤️

All Pets did a phenomenal job of helping us through the difficult experience of losing our dog. They were empathetic to us and very respectful to her. I called several times and they always answered the phone, which was much-appreciated. Their attention to detail was outstanding. Even during this pandemic, they were willing to accommodate parts of a witnessed/private cremation because they understand how important that is for some people. We have complete confidence that our dog was protected while in their care and returned to us quickly so that we will have a part of her with us always. All Pets was very understanding and supportive. We had to use a mobile vet for euthanasia who then used All Pets. My mobile vet didn’t have answers to many of my cremation questions and LJ spent as much time with me as I needed. They are honest and compassionate during a very difficult time. In the end I was able to take my Chloe’s remains with me and I am so grateful. Thank you All Pets.

After our first kitty passed away we knew we wanted her cremated so we could have her ashes with us. We called several places, vets, and they were very expensive. Then we found All Pets Great and Small and we were very surprised at the low cost, so we went there and everything went comfortably well. We got to spend time saying our last farewells and felt with no doubt that she would be handled with the utmost care. We got her back within a week in a nice little case. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing cremation of their beloved fur baby, they are all kind and caring and compassionate. Also the price is far lower than any vet we found. We have since had 5 more of our beloved fur babies cremated her with the same excellent care.

Very unfortunate that I have to review this place, but that's life. Didn't catch the name of the office manager but he was very kind and respectful. We called around to other places prior to coming here and they were twice the price of All Pets. I'm assuming they all bring pets here and they just markup their fee.We'd dropped off our dog around 11am on Wednesday and was called that he was ready around 4pm the next day.Have two more dogs. Will bring them here.In my reviews I normally say whether I'll be back or not. I don't want to come back, but if I have to I will definately choose this place and will tell others to come here as well.

This place deserves a 5 star and PLUS. We are not from AZ, we were staying in Camp Verde for a 4 day weekend back in June and when we woke up, we had seen our little Pooch had passed. When I called this establishment, I was scared that they would not be able to accommodate us. After speaking with, who I believe was, Andy, he made sure that we would be taken care of. He had so much compassion and he understood how much our fur baby meant to us. When we got there we were sent to a room and we were able to say our good byes to the little fella. We have never gone through this and we were so shocked on how well this process went. We were pretty far from All Pets Great & Small but the drive to take Pooch (yes his name was Pooch) and back to pick up his remains was so well worth it. I suggest this place to anyone who wants their fur baby to be treated with the utmost respect.

Love this place. They took my boy Johnny immediately after he passed away. My boy died before we got to the vet. 5 stars to the hospital as well! They put him in a box for us. Looked just like a casket. I googled pet cemetery and this place popped up. I called them and talked to Andy. He was very nice and compassionate on the phone. When we arrived they took him right away and I got his ashes the next day. I was very pleased on how easy it was for me. I was a mess and they took care of me just fine. I also got a condolences card in the mail. Thank you Andy and staff for your help.

From moment I made the first phone call to discuss our needs the staff at All Pets was sincerely compassionate and really showed they understood the pain we were feeling having lost a part of our fur-family. In September 2018 I had the sudden and unexpected death of my beloved German shepherd. I was renting an Air bnb and in a city 4 hours from home. And it was Sunday to boot. A friend was helping me but many calls were answered with bring your dog in. He weighed 94 lbs. One place quoted me over 600.00. Thank heavens John with All Pets Great and Small returned my call. He came out to my place that Sunday afternoon. He was kind and compassionate and explained the process. John even delivered the ashes to my friend a few days later. Total cost was around 240.00, which I had paid in other cities before. I'm very grateful I found this company and do recommend them.

We just picked up Brady and we want to say THANK YOU to the staff at All Pets Great & Small Cremation. When Ruger passed away 10 years ago we took him here (at their previous location) and they were wonderful then and we knew from that point we would always take our beloved fur-babies here. They are not only professional but they also show empathy & sympathy. During this hard time their compassion is genuine and heartfelt. They make an extremely difficult time somewhat easier. I met with Jeff and wanted to say how professional and empathetic he was. He made this experience easy and only took about 10 minutes. I 100% recommend this place. Thank you Jeff. Also wanted to add that this was a first time for me losing a pet and he initially told me it would take 3-4 days until I could pick up my Cookies ashes but only took 1 day. I'm sure it's not standard but I was so thankful to have her back.

We had a really nice experience with this business. Our dog passed in her sleep in our home. We called this business first thing in the morning, they kindly answered all my questions, took her right in and had her ashes ready within a few days. The fee was more than reasonable and less than if we had gone though our vet. They also sent a handwritten condolence card in the mail. Nice touch. I would highly recommend Every Pet Cremation.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Our baby (almost 12yr old dog) passed at home this morning. I called them at 8:30am and the man that answered the phone first sounded like he just woke up and then proceeded to have an attitude multiple times. Why be in a business like this if you're mean? Thank goodness the other place I called took care of things with compassion. Please go somewhere else, I wouldn't trust a person like that with my baby anyways.

Excellent service. Clean, nice new facility that was easy to find. I brought my parent's lab in after hours on Saturday evening. The after hours charge was nominal and they were very prompt. Their price for a large dog was less than half of what the vet was charging and was done in 3 days, vet would have been 1 to 2 weeks. Their office hours are 9-5 M-F, Google says 8-8 7days but that is for their emergency services

Leonard (gosh I reallly hope that is his name) was my angel that sad Sunday morning. Old man Jay 150lb Lab/Hound mix had passed. I had no way of being able to lift him. It’s a warm March morning and Jay is in his favorite spot outside. From the minute I called, to Leonard showing up at my door, was only an hour. Very impressive. I know he must have done everything he could to get there as soon as possible. I’m in Scottsdale/paradise valley area. Leonard was the perfect balance of friendly, compassionate and profession. I awkwardly watched him tote off my large, furry companion. Leonard helped me with my grieving process by making the hardest part so easy. Thank you so very much for your services.

Although I cannot speak on behalf of their service per say (I wanted a paw print impression and they no longer do them so I went somewhere else) I must say that when I called the gentleman I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. Even after knowing I was going to go somewhere else he apologized for my loss and sent his condolences. That meant a lot to me in this time. Best cremation pet facility in the valley. They have provided several cremations of our fur babies and the urns. The Owner, L.J. Cooper always makes us feel at piece during such a difficult time. Our pets are family members and the care they provide makes me feel our pets are in respectable care until they are home again. Their prices are very competitive. These people provide the highest level of compassion, in such a time of pain and stress. Mike was so respectful. His actions and attitude showed that he cares. Thank you, to the staff at All Pets Great and Small Cremation Services. Super Cooper is now back with us and we will bury him in the front yard, by the bird bath, along side of Tommy, Ginger, Buster, Buddie, Brandie, and Misty. Most people don't want to talk or write about the business side of death of their pet, as the loss comes with additional financial burden. The medical costs soar as the pet has been sick and medical treatment is not cheap. Again this company, All Pets Great & Small Cremation Service, is most affordable - 50% of others and 80% less than most vets. The man at All Pets who answered the phone had absolutely everything you could imagine and couldn't imagine to say for that moment in time. It's no fun to make the call. I called during the lunch hour hoping they wouldn't answer so I could procrastinate more. I was so comfortable talking to him that I told him he was a real pro and maybe he should work for a funeral home. He said he already did for many years!!He even said if something happens to him my Bingo would be done in the exact place he was putting him with all the paperwork attached and everything would go as we had discussed. That was January 2021 and now his buddy died so I'll go there again, after 3 days not 3 weeks. Maybe sooner because it's hot and a Holiday weekend. The groundwork is set.

Looked just like a casket. I googled pet cemetery and this place popped up. I called them and talked to Andy. He was very nice and compassionate on the phone. When we arrived they took him right away and I got his ashes the next day. I was very pleased on how easy it was for me. I was a mess and they took care of me just fine. In September 2018 I had the sudden and unexpected death of my beloved German shepherd. I was renting an Air bnb and in a city 4 hours from home. And it was Sunday to boot. A friend was helping me but many calls were answered with bring your dog in. He weighed 94 lbs. One place quoted me over 600.00. Thank heavens John with All Pets Great and Small returned my call. He came out to my place that Sunday afternoon. He was kind and compassionate and explained the process. John even delivered the ashes to my friend a few days later. Total cost was around 240.00, which I had paid in other cities before. I'm very grateful I found this company and do recommend them.

When Ruger passed away 10 years ago we took him here (at their previous location) and they were wonderful then and we knew from that point we would always take our beloved fur-babies here. Also wanted to add that this was a first time for me losing a pet and he initially told me it would take 3-4 days until I could pick up my Cookies ashes but only took 1 day. I'm sure it's not standard but I was so thankful to have her back.

We had a really nice experience with this business. Our dog passed in her sleep in our home. We called this business first thing in the morning, they kindly answered all my questions, took her right in and had her ashes ready within a few days. The fee was more than reasonable and less than if we had gone though our vet. They also sent a handwritten condolence card in the mail. Nice touch. I would highly recommend Every Pet Cremation.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Our baby (almost 12yr old dog) passed at home this morning. I called them at 8:30am and the man that answered the phone first sounded like he just woke up and then proceeded to have an attitude multiple times. Why be in a business like this if you're mean? Thank goodness the other place I called took care of things with compassion. Please go somewhere else, I wouldn't trust a person like that with my baby anyways.

Excellent service. Clean, nice new facility that was easy to find. I brought my parent's lab in after hours on Saturday evening. The after hours charge was nominal and they were very prompt. Their price for a large dog was less than half of what the vet was charging and was done in 3 days, vet would have been 1 to 2 weeks. Their office hours are 9-5 M-F, Google says 8-8 7days but that is for their emergency services

Unfortunately our family bearded dragon passed away yesterday evening. We went there today, to get him cremated. The gentleman was very friendly and helpful. This was very hard for my family and they made it just a little easier on us. I would recommend them to anyone who has a pet pass away. Also with their prices as low as they are that was one less stressor for us. Places I called ranged between $170-$320. All Pets were by far the lowest price.

The staff here at all pets are extremely helpful and I Highly Highly reccomend them. My two kittens had a very unexpected death and the staff here were very helpful and were very patient with telling me how the proccess goes while I was rrying not to be a mess. They do try and work with you if you have certain requests and try and give you the best prices for everything. Their prices are way more affordable than everywhere else I had checked.

If I could give no stars I would! We lost our little girl after a 4 am battle with a nasty disease and a wk in the ICU. Our appt for her "private" "witnessed" cremation was at noon. The whole family was coming and we were running a few minutes late. Called to let them know, and they were rude with my daughter on the phone, but we just brushed it off as miscommunication and went anyway. We arrived at 12:02. We had used their service twice before and knew what to expect. NOT WHAT WE GOT THIS TIME!We were visibly upset, obviously, and struggling with the process. We were told not only could we not go into room with her, but could not watch them put her in or view front of crematorium at all per "state board laws". At one point the owner actually said to us that we were, and I quote "gonna have to hurry this along if we're gonna do it." I took a refund of my already paid fee and left with my deceased dog in tow. If they were treating us with such little respect and compassion I had no faith in how they would treat my girl!! We left there at 12:14, less than 15 minutes after our scheduled appt.I was able to find another service in the valley that was able to give us exactly what we wanted AND TREATED ALL OF US WITH COMPASSION AND RESPECT!I left All Pets heartbroken again and feeling like they had something to hide. Be aware of the difference between "individual" and "private" cremation. They are NOT the same thing! If you are reading this, I am sorry for the loss of your beloved pet.

I have had several pets that were cremated here. Over the years it has been friendly, compassionate and reasonably priced. (Less than the Vet's office and I bring my babies here myself) There are choices to be made for the type of cremation. I have had cremains returned to me. Timely manner and professional. Leonard (gosh I reallly hope that is his name) was my angel that sad Sunday morning. Old man Jay 150lb Lab/Hound mix had passed. I had no way of being able to lift him. It’s a warm March morning and Jay is in his favorite spot outside. From the minute I called, to Leonard showing up at my door, was only an hour. Very impressive. I know he must have done everything he could to get there as soon as possible. I’m in Scottsdale/paradise valley area. Leonard was the perfect balance of friendly, compassionate and profession. Best cremation pet facility in the valley. They have provided several cremations of our fur babies and the urns. The Owner, L.J. Cooper always makes us feel at piece during such a difficult time. These people provide the highest level of compassion, in such a time of pain and stress. Mike was so respectful. His actions and attitude showed that he cares. Thank you, to the staff at All Pets Great and Small Cremation Services. Super Cooper is now back with us and we will bury him in the front yard, by the bird bath, along side of Tommy, Ginger, Buster, Buddie, Brandie, and Misty. Most people don't want to talk or write about the business side of death of their pet, as the loss comes with additional financial burden. The medical costs soar as the pet has been sick and medical treatment is not cheap. Again this company, All Pets Great & Small Cremation Service, is most affordable - 50% of others and 80% less than most vets. The man at All Pets who answered the phone had absolutely everything you could imagine and couldn't imagine to say for that moment in time. It's no fun to make the call. I called during the lunch hour hoping they wouldn't answer so I could procrastinate more. I was so comfortable talking to him that I told him he was a real pro and maybe he should work for a funeral home. He said he already did for many years!!He even said if something happens to him my Bingo would be done in the exact place he was putting him with all the paperwork attached and everything would go as we had discussed. That was January 2021 and now his buddy died so I'll go there again, after 3 days not 3 weeks. Maybe sooner because it's hot and a Holiday weekend. The groundwork is set.

Our dear darling dog, Tillie, left us on Friday night after 8 p.m. We left a message that night, prior to her death, in hopes of getting a return call that evening. Not only did we not get a call back that night, we had to leave another message again on Saturday. We made an appointment later that morning for a private cremation. Upon arrival, the assistant on duty was named Nick. He showed no empathy or sympathy for our devastating situation, and treated us like we were a great imposition to him. Tillie weighed 8 pounds, and we were charged $285. Confirmation that we were definitely paying for the imposition we created by bringing our beloved little girl for her final care needs. I give this business 1 star for being available 7 days a week, otherwise I would give zero. If you use this service, ask for someone other than Nick to assist you.

Our cat passed away after he couldn't fight his illness any longer. We called them to tell them that we were bringing him to be cremated. They allowed us to bring him in without any problems. The man who was helping us allowed us to say goodbye one last time to our cat before they cremated him. It cost aapprox. $140 in total to get our cat cremated (10 pounds) and have a sort of nice box urn come with his ashes (for anyone who's interested in the generality of how much it may cost). They were very kind to us in this time of grief.

Our puppy was taken from us at only 8 months old 11/13/16 RIP KILLER MILLER ur more then missed lil guy u were family, we've had such a hard time dealing with this lose and so has the pups dad he's really lonely without his partner in crime, but this place was so nice they let us come in after hours and they have been so nice they even sent us a card in the mail we live pretty far from Mesa but read all the good reviews and the prices couldn't be beat we just want to thank the owners for everything they have done for us.

They were so kind when my son's dog Jiffy passed. They gave him all the time he needed to say goodbye and gave us a nice room to patiently wait through the cremation process.

They were all so kind and caring..Compassionate..My sweet girl died at home..They came and picked her up..She was a large dog 115 pounds.Gently removed her..
