A beautiful experience, when my daughter's cat died in April of this year('24) we used Sydney's services and it was a sad yet beautiful experience and I am so grateful my daughter got to keep her cats ashes. Now we are going to use her again for our Tinkerbell who passed December 26th. What a blessing this service is available!!!!!!

We unfortunately had a passing of one of our guinea pigs. I have children so it was a very tough day for them. She was amazing and waited for us after I called and told me it's no rush. She's not only sweet but I was so comfortable leaving my baby in her hands. I would highly recommend 💖

Absolutely Professional - S and T are so so kind.They always reply to a phone call or text.This part of life is Brutal, these two are so kind, so helpful and you will get lots of comfort in a terrible time. S can do a paw and nose print with multiple colors.Paw Prints On Woodland is absolutely the best place to drop off your Best Friend - when life happens ❤️

Sydney is so sweet and compassionate. She has helped me with two of my babies that have passed away. She truly cares about the pet, and their owner. I know I can trust her to take good care of my animals, and return them to me as soon as she's able. I'm very thankful for her. Thank you, Sydney. 💖

We lost our Gigi at 17 years old. She was such a big part of our family. We called Sydney on a Saturday morning and she was so gracious and kind. She had things she needed to do but said she would wait for us to make the trip from Overgaard. What a sweet, sweet person! She even delivered Gigi the next week to us since she was going to be in our neighborhood. Thank you so much Sydney for being such a light when we needed it!

Sydney was incredibly amazing with our pet. She’s so incredibly thoughtful, gentle, compassionate and everything else that’s needed in such a difficult time. Her level of service, communication and explanation of everything made this whole tragic situation as smooth as a situation like this could be. Paw Prints was the first to come up in Google, but I can’t imagine anyone else being better. If we experience such a tragedy again, rest assured she will be our first call. I adopt older animals and have relied on Sydney's competence and compassion to take care of my dogs when they have reached the end of the road. I only wish she could take care of me at the end of my life! I truly respect and appreciate all Sydney does for my beloved dogs.

Sydney is the most understanding compassionate and gracious person; anyone would want to handle the passing of their beloved family pet. Sydney is amazing. In less than 3 months, I lost 2 dogs, one to organ failure, and the other to age. She took such kind care. She was caring, and sweet. Her personality assured me my boys were in good hands, and they were. I hope it will be sometime before I ever have to come to her for more services, but when that time does come, I will be returning to her. I would not be able to choose someone I trust more with my furbabies' aftercare.

Sidney is so wonderful, she took care of everything at a very difficult time. She knew we were heading down to the valley and got our little dog’s remains back to us in one day.She is super caring and so helpful. I highly recommend her services, you will be in great hands. We brought our Furbaby, Honey (cat), in to this facility. We were taken care of by Sidney. She is absolutely amazing & very compassionate. She explained what each step would be in the cremation process & how they make sure that tags are on our baby each step of the way. We had ordered an urn & weren't going to get it until we picked her up. Upon doing that she transfered Honey over to the permanent urn. She also did nose & paw prints for keepsakes. Everything, from the pricing, to the facility, to her were awesome. I will never use anybody else in the future.

Sydney with Paws on Woodland goes above and beyond! Her facilities are pristine and has a lovely waiting room to chat with clients about the process and options to memorialize your loved ones. You can feel the compassion and care through every step from beginning to end. I am so appreciative of her & the services she offers.

Paw Prints on Woodland is amazing and a must use! In the past I've handed over my pets to be cremated and never knew how the process worked and have always questioned weather or not it was a legitimate process. Not with Paw Prints on Woodland, Cindy is such a wonderful and compassionate person. I called the number on Google and Cindy answered immediately, she was so willing to meet me or pick my baby up for me. I wanted to bring my fur baby personally and she met me there, she invited me in and the first thing we did was sit down and talk about options (yes she has a seating area). She had all kinds of urns and a catalog of other options, she also had jewelry available. After we confirmed my options Cindy then went over the steps with me. I saw the bag she would rest in till cremation, she asked if I wanted to put my fur baby in or if I would like her to, i personally preferred to put her in. Then we filled out the tag and sealed her up and again she offered to take her to the freezer for me or to let me place my baby in there and I felt I needed to. We placed her and went over to the white board she showed me how they place them and how they each get a metal tag while being cremated to secure the identification process. When everything was done and ready she called me and was willing to meet me right away. Being a big part of the process has helped me grieve better and I felt Cindy provided the respect in the process that is often missing when it comes to a pet's death, I'm so grateful to have Paw Prints on Woodland and will be recommending to all my friends and family.

She took really good care of my cat Elijah when I took him to her and went out of her way to help me when I had to take my boxer Phoebe..she is a very understanding and sweet lady. I won't take an animal to anyone else. I recommend her completely.

The owner Sydney is the nicest person I have ever met and she took amazing care of my baby coco and now my uncles dog chewy and sh is definitely my new cremator for all of my animals o definitely recommend.
