This Will be the only place I have my pets cremated because they went above and beyond, it’s absolutely perfect and they even put my cats little curly fur in the fur memorial. I have not printed a photo for his urn, but I am glad that I went with the full package and he was delivered by hand to me today. A horrific veterinarian emergency hospital visit brought Gertie and I to Lasting Paws.The entire team at Lasting Paws from the beginning of our time with them until our final goodbye was nothing but professional, caring, compassionate, empathetic, sincere, comforting and respectful. They went over and beyond. Alpha, Lillian, Lena, April and Jesse will always hold a very special place in my heart.They took such great care of my sweet baby girl and second daughter, Gertie. They all treated her with gentleness, and the utmost care and attention. She seemed so peaceful, tucked in lovingly and cared for daily while we awaited her private cremation.What this caring team did for us is priceless. My heart was (and is still) shattered on July 3 and it should not have been Gertie's last day on earth. She was my world morning to night, my sunshine, my soul dog, the sweetest and most gentle. She was special needs as her forelimbs were deformed, she was perfect and loved life, she did not let this stop her.Lasting Paws brought some unexpected healing throughout her stay there and during her witness cremation. The team gave her the dignity and the love that she deserved in the end, they brought light where there had been so much darkness from that experience at the emergency vet. Lasting Paws helped to quiet my mind and soul on the morning of July 15. That was the first moment, her ceremony and cremation, when I did not have devastating images in my mind, I will never be able to explain it other than it had to have been their care and attention to detail and their delicate handling of Gertie and the whole process. It felt like they loved her too.Although it was one of the saddest days of my life, I was beyond grateful for having my Gertie in their care. She was honored. Jesse was with us every step of the way (always making sure that we knew what was next, if we had any questions and that we were ready, very thorough) that last morning. After the cremation, he brought us our sweet girl's urn, paw prints, nose print, hair clippings and a pendant that I will always wear with her ashes as well. I was able to purchase all of this prior and I am so thankful I did. These irreplaceable items are all that we have left of our Gertie, our sweetest tiny angel (physically) along with only fond and cherished memories of Alpha and the rest of this beautiful team. My hedgehog, Pixie, was diagnosed with cancer and two weeks later, she passed. I found this company through VCA Emergency Hospital. VCA took her in and set up Lasting Paws to pick up my girl the next morning. It was my first time going through this process and I realized I made a mistake in my delivery option when I placed my order on their website. I called and they happily made the adjustment to have her hand delivered. The woman I spoke with was so kind and soft spoken, and said she would be ready early the following week.. so I asked if they could give me more heads up when they were bringing her home because I would be back to work by then. She briefly put me on hold, and when she came back she said she ran around and talked to her team to expedite my order. They finished everything that day and brought her home the next day. My order included a cremation, a complimentary urn, a claw paw print of all 4 of her paws and a cremation certificate. This company truly made this process painless and I’m so grateful to have been connected with them. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my girl!

My vet uses Lasting Paws when their owners lose an animal. My family and I unfortunately lost our beloved Great Dane mix Delta. She had a seizure and unfortunately couldn’t be saved. Once I found out where my precious baby was going to be cremated, I called asking for a few requests. I asked for some of her fur back, a paw print, and to get her ashes back on Friday.Lasting Paws, you delivered her to me. I cannot thank you enough for taking care of Delta and getting her back to us. My family and I will be forever grateful!

As much as I wish I wasn't making this review, I have to put in some good words. I put my sweet boy down on the 29th, and chose lasting paws as the place I wanted to cremate him. I read through the reviews, and loved all the sweet keepsakes they offered. They treated me with such compassion and care, as well as my sweet boy. They have quiet visitation rooms where you can take your baby and say goodbye in peace. The facility is very clean, smells very nice, and the ambiance was comforting for me. I felt as ease entrusting my sweet man with these people, which says alot as he was my entire heart. The staff was very tender and compassionate as well, in such a difficult time.

I want to begin by informing those who read this that I am expressing a negative experience with Lasting Paws because of their lack of honesty and communication in alleviating a minor issue. The issue is small but it means a great deal to me. It's been 2 months and after a couple of phone calls, nothing has been resolved. The issue is correcting the misspelling of my cat of 19 years name. I asked them politely to correct the name on the labels and certificate that came with the urn and paw print I paid for. Although, it was beautifully put together the name is misspelled. I spoke with two different ladies at Lasting Paws about the issue and one lady said she would take care of it and nothing has been done. The other lady who's name is Elsa told me to call the vet clinic where my cat was put to sleep to resolve the issue. I did and the vet office said they did not make the certificate and labels. So now I've had enough of the bs runaround they're giving me. Just beware of this establishment (Lasting Paws). Make sure everything they do is perfect and to your liking before taking the ashes of your beloved pet home. This is BS and I will not stop here until this matter is corrected. There are other pet cremation establishments in the valley to choose from. You can request to the vet office not to send your pet to Lasting Paws.

I cannot thank this place enough for the love and care they provided for our baby boy, Dutch.He unexpectedly passed about a week ago, and we had an extremely unpleasant experience at the vet.Lasting paws was excellent and made my experience way less traumatic.I got to visit my dog one last time prior to him being cremated. They had him in a room on a fluffy bed that he would have loved, covered in a blanket, and holding his toy I left at the vet with him. he looked so beautiful and peaceful. And this brought me more closure than I thought it would.Everyone here is so nice. I want to once again thank Kim for all her patience and compassion. Her job must be so tough, but she is meant to do this. I hope she never leaves so everyone can feel the comfort I got to have.Kim takes pride in her job and it shows. I will definitely remember her. I have other pets and when they do eventually pass, I will bring them to Lasting Paws, and I really hope Kim will be there.Thank you to everyone working there for taking great care of my baby. His paw prints look adorable.

I can't say a single bad word about lasting paws staff. Lina was so kind walking me through the process and being patient with my choices and in some cases changes. They have a paw print artist on staff at least I think he is. My beloved Freyja my service dog of many years had to be frozen as do all deceased bodies. I won't go into the specifics but if you wonder why you can look it up. this fellow was able to pull a perfect right front pawprint. And I mean perfect. Her memorial urn is engraved with her name and is wood not laminated fiberboard. her ashes are in a silk pouch and the cutting of fur I asked for taken by Lina herself was so carefully taken and placed in the card it looks as if I could pet it. And it doesn't end there There is a beautiful certificate of cremation When they let you know your beloved is ready they send you a text in my case it read Freyja is ready to come home. I sent my husband to pick her up. I called to let them know he was on his way only to realize I was calling before they were open. So I hung up and didn't give it another thought. Later that evening I get a call from Damon at lasting paws returning a missed call. We had a lovely conversation. I can honestly tell you not the slightest detail was missed. Thank you so much for making both owner and service dog feel respected and valued in this transition. I know I will see you again as my animals are the love of my life and the center of my soul.

We had to make the very hard decision to put down our Cuddles last week. He unexpectedly got sick and declined in just three weeks and we were told by multiple vets and specialist that there was nothing to be done for him no matter how hard we fought it and tried. He was just six and I think that has been the hardest part for me. He was my baby and I have been so lost with out him. I didn't expect anything crazy in regards to getting his ashes back but what you guys did for us and for him will never be forgotten. The wooden box he was placed in was beautiful, the paw print and the hair clipping card were really thoughtful touches. Everything down to the gift bag just everything, everything was great. It has only been a week and it has probably been the hardest week of my life but I am so happy to have my boy home. Thank you so much for getting him back to us so beautifully.

I brought my cat gayla after she passed at home because my other cat who was lost, then brought to an emergency vet and had to be put down, went through lasting paws as well and they did beautifully on her cremation. Both of my experiences have been wonderful and leave me content knowing that my pets will be with me forever and in a beautiful manner ❤️ I received gaylas ashes very quickly and I’m very content knowing my big fat gray cat will always be with me along with my kiwi 💕 Very happy with how they handle cremations and making it known that they treat your pets with care and dignity.

We lost our beloved Jack on Sunday and blue pearl took him and sent him to be cremated at lasting paws. We were pleased with the beautiful box he came in and his paw prints. I lost my best friend and the love of my life of nearly 13 years one week ago today. I was so touched when I picked up my precious Humphrey's cremains today. He's in a beautiful wooden box, that came with his name engraved in a bronze plaque. "They did a beautiful job taking his pawprint and the condolence card with Will's name made it all so much more personal. Losing my best companion, Toby of 13 years was heart wrenching. His passing came so quickly that I had no time to prepare for what is to come next. I reached out to my vet and was told that Lasting Paws is a reputable company, one that the clinic has been using for the past 7 years. Everything was beautiful - the cedar box that contained her ashes, her paper paw prints and her clay paw print were all amazing quality. Everything came neatly packed in the box. My veterinary office uses Lasting Paws. I lost my kitty on April 2. When they called and said he was back, I was so touched by the obvious care that Lasting Paws took with him. I had a really good experience at Lasting paws! The manager Jesse was amazing! He was so compassionate and nice. I had showed up unannounced and asked if I could see my dog one last time and with out having making a special appointment or anything, he stopped what he was doing and said no problem. My wife and I were able to say our final goodbyes to our precious baby! Everything was very efficient and fast. We got him back in less then a week. His ashes came so properly packaged in a beautiful hand carved wooden urn. Along with his paw print and cremation certificate. They are really compassionate and caring! I would definitely use Lasting paws again in the future, and I would recommend them to anyone who needed their services! I unfortunately had the worst experience with this company. Not only did they put my fur baby in the wrong urn, but communication, shipping, and delivery were all terrible. I had to follow up, no one ever called me to schedule or attempt to make delivery right. I had to rely on my Vet's office to actually get delivery completed. I was told multiple different things about shipping/delivery. The entire experience was a re-traumatization of losing my fur baby. I was at least given a full refund - I hope they do right by the next customer. (It would have been zero stars if I could have)

What a truly amazing experience during such a terrible time. We lost our girl to bone cancer. The love and care that was taken with her ashes brought me to tears. The box is beautiful as well as the paw print. This is the perfect way to remember such a perfect dog.

I appreciate receiving a paw print of my sweet boy Hercules. But I have to say I was disappointed that it was not a print of his front paw. You see, Hercules had extra toes on the front feet and I so wished that was the print I had received. I was not given the choice to give instructions on what I wanted. I guess I just assumed that it would be a print of his special feet. He was such a unique guy and he is missed.

This company really has a heart, My 18 yr old, Jack Russell,Terrierpassed away and I had him cremated. He is on my bookshelfwith his paw prints and a beautiful sympathy card. I am impressed with the quality of the paw print, urn, certicate, and the care in returning the ashes to the family. Thank you so much for handling the cremation of my 15 year old chihuahua named Chiquita. My family did not directly interact with Lasting Paws as business was done through PetSmart's vet, but I had a feeling it would be done here because I've done research and heard such good things about Lasting Paws. She was in my life for 14 years and watched me go from second grade to my second year of college. We had to make the very hard decision to put down our Cuddles last week. He unexpectedly got sick and declined in just three weeks and we were told by multiple vets and specialist that there was nothing to be done for him no matter how hard we fought it and tried. He was just six and I think that has been the hardest part for me. He was my baby and I have been so lost with out him. I didn't expect anything crazy in regards to getting his ashes back but what you guys did for us and for him will never be forgotten. The wooden box he was placed in was beautiful, the paw print and the hair clipping card were really thoughtful touches. Everything down to the gift bag just everything, everything was great. It has only been a week and it has probably been the hardest week of my life but I am so happy to have my boy home. Thank you so much for getting him back to us so beautifully.

I brought my cat gayla after she passed at home because my other cat who was lost, then brought to an emergency vet and had to be put down, went through lasting paws as well and they did beautifully on her cremation. Our beloved sweet old man passed away very quickly and unexpectedly at home. We were at a loss for what to do. For the amount of money we paid for private cremation, paw print, and 2 nose prints, the urn, Dollar Tree quality plastic in a a blue cloth bag, was a joke, no plaque just a piece of lamination with her name and date of passing stuck on the plastic urn. I have 3 friends who had their dogs cremated and they were returned in a beautiful wooden box with a brass name plaque attached to the box, a paw print and nose print done inink or paint on a beautiful plaque with a framed certificate of cremation. I have ordered my own wooden box urn with a brass plaque for only forty dollars. I am so sorry that we used this company.

I had a really good experience at Lasting paws! The manager Jesse was amazing! He was so compassionate and nice. I had showed up unannounced and asked if I could see my dog one last time and with out having making a special appointment or anything, he stopped what he was doing and said no problem. My wife and I were able to say our final goodbyes to our precious baby! Everything was very efficient and fast. We got him back in less then a week. His ashes came so properly packaged in a beautiful hand carved wooden urn. Along with his paw print and cremation certificate. They are really compassionate and caring! I would definitely use Lasting paws again in the future, and I would recommend them to anyone who needed their services! I unfortunately had the worst experience with this company. Not only did they put my fur baby in the wrong urn, but communication, shipping, and delivery were all terrible. I had to follow up, no one ever called me to schedule or attempt to make delivery right. I had to rely on my Vet's office to actually get delivery completed. I was told multiple different things about shipping/delivery. The entire experience was a re-traumatization of losing my fur baby. I was at least given a full refund - I hope they do right by the next customer. (It would have been zero stars if I could have)

My cat Dante had become my only companion and the most faithful of friends. My precious buddy..what a blessing it was to know him. In grief we sometimes don't think straight,if you have been through it you know what I am talking about. I have recently lost my husband...in my heart I feel that I was taken advantage of during that time when it came to his arrangements. But I made the decisions I made and take responsibility for them. That being said, in this situation, the opposite happened.First off, Christina from Lasting Paws was not only a comfort, but somehow was able to make sense of, and articulate so well, some of the things I was feeling. The attention I received from this company from the start, when I called in a panic over the weekend, and actually got a call back from Bill on a Sunday, was amazing.The continued compassion and the way Christina went above and beyond to make sure I was okay, as well as, and most importantly, take care of my dear boy, just touched my heart.When I arrived to pick up his ashes I was blown away, they put him in a nicer urn than I had anticipated due to certain circumstances that wouldn't allow him to fit in the standard one. When we lost our Blanca Bear we were given the option of cremation, what we didn’t expect was the professional and caring service we received, we were just expecting a little generic cardboard box with our loved ones ashes, what we did get was a beautiful wood box with lock and key with her name on the top and we also received her paw print in clay and a very nice sympathy card. I appreciate receiving a paw print of my sweet boy Hercules. But I have to say I was disappointed that it was not a print of his front paw. You see, Hercules had extra toes on the front feet and I so wished that was the print I had received. I was not given the choice to give instructions on what I wanted. I guess I just assumed that it would be a print of his special feet. He was such a unique guy and he is missed.

Absolutely amazing people and service! My cat took a turn for the worst last night and I made the decision to put her down today. Lasting paws was able to get her in for a same day witness cremation. We didn't deal directly with lasting paws but through our vet. I am a bit shocked that the presentation of our beloved pet when her ashes were were returned to us was more dignified and seemed with more love then when I had my human daughter cremated. Had to put my little Terrier rescue dog down after 8 beautiful years with him. Went to ER Hospital, had to make that horrible decision, so I asked for him to be creamated. .....I picked him up today........ and it was just a beautiful experience! ..Blue box for Buddy, opened it and there was a very thoughtful note, a paw print and a gorgeous wooden, sealed box with Buddy's ashes. I love this place! ❤

I just picked up my little Keja.I had her for 19 years & have been at a loss for the last week since loosing her. I couldnt afford the wooden box, but am pleased with the little box she was put in. I was also given a certificate.Although her name was spelled wrong, I am pleased & grateful the way she was laid to rest.These people have much compassion for our fur babies.Thank you for your caring hearts.

My best friend Phoebe passed away on September 3, 2019. I chose to have a Witness Cremation as I am a pretty cynical person and I had to know that the remains I received were Phoebe’s. When I arrived at Lasting Paws the morning of the scheduled cremation, Christina greeted me in the lobby. Christina could see I was distressed and immediately took me to the viewing room to spend time with Phoebe. I had discussed with Christina that I really didn’t want to view the actual cremation but I had to be sure I got my girl back. Christina did two things that brought me great comfort; first, she introduced me to the crematory manager, Abdela. Abdela, having seen other families in distress knew exactly what to say to me. The compassion he showed meant more then I think he knew. The second thing Christina did was offer to be with Phoebe during the process, knowing I really didn’t want to view the cremation. At that point, I trusted Christina and felt comfortable, and grateful, that she would do this for me. Upon completion of the cremation, Abdela brought Phoebe’s ashes directly to me. That brought me great comfort knowing she was with me again. I cannot thank Lasting Paws enough for the compassion they showed me and the care and dignity they showed handling Phoebe’s body. I have never left an online review before but I felt compelled to let anyone who needs their services know that my experience with this company could not have been better.

I am a Retired USAF Veteran and I know the meaning of “Great” customer service.Smeddy, Brittany, and Abdella at Lasting Paws gave me just that; “Exceptional” and “Outstanding” customer service.My little son Rocky passed on February 18th 2021. My heart was devastated and crushed.His pancreatic cancer spread rapidly and I had to put him down.I did the in home euthanasia through "Fetch A Vet", I wanted him to go at peace at home; Dr. Brown and her staff were amazing, thoughtful, and compassionate; just like Smeddy, Brittany, and Abdella.I've been very distraught since my little son Rocky has passed.Rocky has been in my life 16 1/2 years and he was more than a pet. He was my second Son.We had a long journey since I found out about his illnesses (pancreatic cancer, diabetes, and kidney disease) back in September of 2020.Rocky and I have been visiting his primary care doctor, Oncologist, Internal Medicine, and his Cardiologist sometimes 2 - 3 times a week for the past 5 months. It was very stressful, but I was not giving up on his care.I've tried every medication possible; prescription and natural. I wanted to make sure he had the best care and best medications for all of his illnesses.I’ve talked to Smeddy at least 10 times over the phone when I knew Rocky’s health was decreasing. He made me feel comforted every time we spoke and that my little son Rocky would be in the best hands and they would take care of him.I went to visit Rocky at your crematory on February 22nd 2021 before he was cremated. We spent 2 1/2 hours in my truck. Even though it was just his body and his spirit was in heaven I needed that time with him.Brittany had wrapped him beautifully in a basket with his blanket and toys when we spoke on February 19th 2021 awaiting my arrival on February 22nd 2021. She texted me a picture of Rocky after she wrapped him in the basket; greatly appreciated.Smeddy brought out my little son Rocky to me on February 22nd 2021. He was laid out so beautiful, he look like a little angel.From step 1 to step 10 Smeddy took his time with helping me get through a very difficult time, answered all my questions, and gave me impeccable knowledge on the whole crematory process; the service I received was “Exemplary”.Rocky was cremated on February 23rd 2021. He was cremated with his favorite blanket and some of his favorite toys. I organized his toys and blanket when I visited him on February 22nd 2021.At my time of deepest sorrow Lasting Paws assisted me through the worst time in my life losing my little son Rocky; a compassionate group of employees.Smeddy was very helpful in assisting me even after Rocky had passed. I will never forget you and what you've done for me and my little son Rocky.Rocky came home on February 26th 2021. Dr. Brown from Fetch a Vet delivered Rocky to me in a beautiful urn.I miss him dearly every day. My healing will take time, but most importantly...he's not suffering anymore.I know God is taking care of my little Son. He was the "Greatest Son Ever."Rocky knows I'll always Love Him.Smeddy, Brittany, and Abdella were wonderful to me during this very trying time.I truly appreciated everything that Smeddy, Brittany, and Abdella did. My cat Dante had become my only companion and the most faithful of friends. My precious buddy..what a blessing it was to know him. In grief we sometimes don't think straight,if you have been through it you know what I am talking about. I have recently lost my husband...in my heart I feel that I was taken advantage of during that time when it came to his arrangements. But I made the decisions I made and take responsibility for them. That being said, in this situation, the opposite happened.First off, Christina from Lasting Paws was not only a comfort, but somehow was able to make sense of, and articulate so well, some of the things I was feeling. The attention I received from this company from the start, when I called in a panic over the weekend, and actually got a call back from Bill on a Sunday, was amazing.The continued compassion and the way Christina went above and beyond to make sure I was okay, as well as, and most importantly, take care of my dear boy, just touched my heart.When I arrived to pick up his ashes I was blown away, they put him in a nicer urn than I had anticipated due to certain circumstances that wouldn't allow him to fit in the standard one. They did not charge me extra, but were so gracious and such a comfort in time if need. Thanks Christina....thank you Bill and thanks to Lasting Paws..they get it!

I would recommend this lasting paws memorial service my( fur grand dog)- had to be put down and lasting paws did her cremation, it was exactly 7days . Saying farewell at vets to getting cremation remains. I can honestly say they did a wonderful job . When we lost our Blanca Bear we were given the option of cremation, what we didn’t expect was the professional and caring service we received, we were just expecting a little generic cardboard box with our loved ones ashes, what we did get was a beautiful wood box with lock and key with her name on the top and we also received her paw print in clay and a very nice sympathy card. Thank you Lasting Paws for making this whole ordeal a lot easier on us, we really appreciate everything you have done for Blanca and us, we highly recommend Lasting Paws for beginning your beloved pets new journey!

We were devastated at the loss of our beloved dog, Satie, and Lasting Paws really helped. Everyone was so nice and sensitive to our needs, and they took care of everything perfectly in a timely manner. The presentation of the remains was neat, accurate and very thoughtful. There are hardly words to express how grateful I am to Christina for walking me through the process of the loss of my beautiful Champion Show Dog. My husband and I lost our precious little dachshund named Smirnoff on April 29,2021😭. He was and always will be a very big part of our family💔. This is the second member of the family we had to have cremated in four months. We stayed for the cremation and observed that everyone at the facility treated the family members with care and respect. Ours was a single cremation, but we observed the handling of other members and found that they were cared for in the same respect we would want for any member. Even when you are not there, they handled the sad situation with professionalism and caring. It was reassuring to know that this service is available and that each member was handled with respect and dignity, a comforting end to a very sad situation. Mae and Red rest in peace. 3/21/19

My cousin had referred me here after I lost my first pet I had adopted all on my own, she tragically passed all of a sudden so my cousin made the appointment for me since I was a train wreck and they specifically specified that she was calling for me, not being the owner. I was horrified by my experience here. I had my pet sent here, and she came back in a cheap zip lock bag that was just shoved into the box, and wasnt even sealed properly! There were ashes all over the outside of the bag and the inside of her box. On top of that, the box was damaged, AND her name was spelled wrong! I felt disgusted, and like my beloved pet had been violated. I will never use their services again!

There was a mix up with the urn we have received. I called to try and get the correct urn and they told me I would have to pay more, I told the lady “I spent every last penny I had on getting her cremated along with the Urn”. The lady then told me that she described the urn order with me in detail and that was false. I had made it clear that I wanted a light tone/ white heart urn. I am completely unsatisfied.

I took my dog to my vet (VCA South Side Animal Hospital) and they use Last Paws and I had my friend cremation there and picked him up today and I was so touched too find his paw print in there witch made my world even thought he's no longer with me but the card and the whole set up was priceless for me cause he was a great pet and it's the small things that help show they really care and I'm grateful my vet uses them so I can't say thank you enough for the kind card and definitely his paw print that will be cherish forever and hope others see this and choose you guys cause you do a great service and thoughtful to the people that are mourning there lost pet and family members but I can't say thank you enough and I'm so grateful my vet cares enough they didn't just choose a company that only cares about money but one who has compassion but God bless you guys and I will tell anyone too use you guys and my vet that puts of pets that are family 1st and treat them like we do.....

We just received the most heart warming gift from this company. We lost our sweet & silly dog Nash on the 8th. We were lucky enough to have him for over 14yrs. Today my door bell range. When I answered it, it was UPS with a box. When I opened it I began to cry. This was a complete surprise. Our sweet Nash's paw print. It now sits on the fireplace mantle where we can all see it. Absolutely amazing people and service! My cat took a turn for the worst last night and I made the decision to put her down today. Lasting paws was able to get her in for a same day witness cremation. My hamster passed away after which, I was so distraught that I had no idea what to do. I started looking for places but honestly felt so silly because I didn’t think anyone would be willing to handle cremating such a tiny gal. I organized his toys and blanket when I visited him on February 22nd 2021.At my time of deepest sorrow Lasting Paws assisted me through the worst time in my life losing my little son Rocky; a compassionate group of employees.Smeddy was very helpful in assisting me even after Rocky had passed. I will never forget you and what you've done for me and my little son Rocky.Rocky came home on February 26th 2021. Dr. Brown from Fetch a Vet delivered Rocky to me in a beautiful urn.I miss him dearly every day. My healing will take time, but most importantly...he's not suffering anymore.I know God is taking care of my little Son. He was the "Greatest Son Ever."Rocky knows I'll always Love Him.Smeddy, Brittany, and Abdella were wonderful to me during this very trying time.I truly appreciated everything that Smeddy, Brittany, and Abdella did. Our vet used their service when we had to put our very loved Bandit down. His ashes were returned in a beautiful wooden box with a card inside. Thank you. Will definitely be using their services again when the time comes for our other pets.

They were quick to pick Pepper up, which I'm thankful for. They were very caring and thoughtful on the phone, I'm sure they have treated our Girl the same way.Yesterday, we had to help our Beautiful, Loving girl over the Rainbow bridge. We lost Pepper to Cancer at just short of 9 years.

This is the second member of the family we had to have cremated in four months. We stayed for the cremation and observed that everyone at the facility treated the family members with care and respect. Ours was a single cremation, but we observed the handling of other members and found that they were cared for in the same respect we would want for any member. Even when you are not there, they handled the sad situation with professionalism and caring. It was reassuring to know that this service is available and that each member was handled with respect and dignity, a comforting end to a very sad situation. Mae and Red rest in peace. 3/21/19

My cousin had referred me here after I lost my first pet I had adopted all on my own, she tragically passed all of a sudden so my cousin made the appointment for me since I was a train wreck and they specifically specified that she was calling for me, not being the owner. Everything I had received back had the wrong last names as if she weren't mine. Completely devastated

I was horrified by my experience here. I had my pet sent here, and she came back in a cheap zip lock bag that was just shoved into the box, and wasnt even sealed properly! There were ashes all over the outside of the bag and the inside of her box. On top of that, the box was damaged, AND her name was spelled wrong! I felt disgusted, and like my beloved pet had been violated. I will never use their services again!

There was a mix up with the urn we have received. I called to try and get the correct urn and they told me I would have to pay more, I told the lady “I spent every last penny I had on getting her cremated along with the Urn”. The lady then told me that she described the urn order with me in detail and that was false. I had made it clear that I wanted a light tone/ white heart urn. I am completely unsatisfied.

The urn for sam is beautiful. It was a smaller size just like he was. His little rabbit foot print was so creepy it made me laugh while crying but I could only be happy it was his.

I took my dog to my vet (VCA South Side Animal Hospital) and they use Last Paws and I had my friend cremation there and picked him up today and I was so touched too find his paw print in there witch made my world even thought he's no longer with me but the card and the whole set up was priceless for me cause he was a great pet and it's the small things that help show they really care and I'm grateful my vet uses them so I can't say thank you enough for the kind card and definitely his paw print that will be cherish forever and hope others see this and choose you guys cause you do a great service and thoughtful to the people that are mourning there lost pet and family members but I can't say thank you enough and I'm so grateful my vet cares enough they didn't just choose a company that only cares about money but one who has compassion but God bless you guys and I will tell anyone too use you guys and my vet that puts of pets that are family 1st and treat them like we do.....
