I was happy when my husband called this place and the price was affordable as we aren't in a great place financially. They were very caring as well from picking him up from my house to us picking him up. I thank you for what you all do and for your gentle caring of my situation that day.

Hours listed are not correct.HUGE offense. We drove over an hour with our deceased pet seeking service - for nothing.Why do your online hours list "OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK TIL 11PM" WHEN YOU CLOSE ON SUNDAYS AT 4:30PM & 5:30PM OTHER DAYS?Wasted our evening last night driving to your location for help and you all are too inconsiderate to correctly list your hours. Rude. Inconsiderate. Unprofessional. Unacceptable. RIDICULOUS. INCOMPETENT!YOUR BUSINESS IS DEALING WITH DEATH. EMOTIONAL & TIME SENSITIVE. GET A CLUE. STOP MISTREATING PEOPLE. I would recommend All Animals to anyone that unfortunately has to loose a beloved dog pet. Not only were they quick to pick my sweet dog Riki up after I called, they were quick on getting her ready to come back home. In addition, they provided me with a cute little wooden box with her name engraved in the tag for her ashes. Thank you All Animals Rescue for making this difficult time a little easier.

My 16 year old dog died suddenly at home. This was the first time I had a dog pass away at home, so I was kind of at a loss as to what to do. I found All Animal Rescue on Google and gave them a call about cremating my dog so my family could spread his ashes. They were very compassionate and kind during a tough time for me and my family. Their services were reasonably priced and they even put his ashes in a cute little box with a dog tag with his name on it. From the first phone call to picking up his ashes, they were easy to work with and very understanding and compassionate. I can easily recommend them if you find yourself in a similar situation.

I was provided with compassion and patience. Unfortunately I can’t remember the staff name that helped me, but she went out of her way to sit and chat with me while waiting for help with payment from family. She also helped me find a nice pendant for his ashes. Best part, she locked the office door and stepped out to let me have a moment to say goodbye to my Sweet Boy. Much appreciated! And the pendant is beautiful! 🙏🏻🥲God bless you all

When our beloved 12 old yellow Labrador passed this morning, our call was answered immediately by a live person and tech, Joe, was here within 90 minutes to take the body.Both were very sympathetic and Joe made sure our other fur babies had time to grieve.

Though we saved 50.00$ than going to pals or lasting paws we went with all animals I personally don't recommend them because they're un personal insensitive and just rude they took my beloved deceased cat out and weighed her in front of me and they lied saying they called me to come pick her remains when I had to call them 3 weeks to the day later calling me a lier. When I picked up my cat she didn't have a nice bag the other places provided and a card that just read stamp sorry for your loss all animals I highly don't recommend them. If you have to pay for a friendly caring compassionate person to care for your beloved pet family members cremation do it!!!.

Starting off I am giving this place two stars because at the very least the service was provided. My rabbit has been returned to me. She came home.I chose this place because it was one of the only opened on a Sunday when I called around to try and make arrangements to have her body cremated. But the place is definitely out of my way roughly 18 miles each way. Anyway when I called I was told very kindly that they accept walk ins and no appointment was required.When I arrived the following morning, holding my rabbits dead body. The man who opened the door greeted me with sarcasm. I said I called and was told you accept walk ins. He responds well here you are walking in the door. That was my greeting.The lady who took her body from me was very sweet as I got emotional trying to explain which side was her head and the other her feet. So she could be carried off respectfully.I wouldn’t have left this review but then upon “pick up time.” I waited the full two weeks to call in and check in on her. The man who answered said yea she’s ready for pick up she’s been ready for over a week. Says we called you. He persisted they called. As if I was lying about receiving the phone call. All in all. Very unprofessional and rude in such a painful situation. If you have a business that is dealing with death, I think the key is hiring people who are also the face of your business is to choose ones who display compassion and empathy. Grief is hard enough and prolonging mine for an extra week. Is just shameful.Like I said two stars because she was returned to me and the service I paid for was completed. But in the matters of having a heart, I’d have gone someplace else.

From start to finish the experience was that of compassion. Bella was with us 14 yrs. Being a chocolate Lab, we’re told that was a long time. My boy was 9 months old & she was 1 1/2 yrs. old. He’s 12 now so they grew up together. Needless to say he took it very hard. I’m thankful we found your establishment. Receiving her remains was also very sympathetic . I've spoken to at least 3 different people over the course of my pet passing. Every single one gets 10 stars in my book. Even the gal that left me a voice-mail to tell me my pets' ashes were ready to be picked up. Everyone has been very kind, understanding, as well as patient. I've already recommended someone your way.The gentleman that picked our deceased pet up was there quickly and even helped with our pets collar, so we didn't have to. The folks at All Animals Rescue were able to respond very promptly when I needed them. The young man who came to my house was very sweet and understanding of what I was going through. He took good, gentle care of my poor Meka. I am so grateful that there are people who are willing to do this for a living. There was some miscommunication about what I wanted done with her remains, but they did all they could to make up for it. I am not one to add drama to an already miserable situation. I appreciate them for the prompt and caring service they offer.

Ally was so sweet and insurer's me that they would take care of my baby. Which I needed at that moment. From when they picked her up to the time I was able to go and bring her home was about 10 day's. Had her in a nice wooden box with a ❤️ locket and her name juicy ingraved on it. I don’t want this to come off ungrateful but my experience was completely awful and heart breaking. When I came to All Animal rescue and transport my little 8lb dog passed away and it was on a Sunday. Our family Vet was closed so we didn’t really have very many options.When walking into the facility the lady was very cold and had no sympathy. More of a response I would've see in a fast food restaurant. I brushed it off given the benefit of the doubt that maybe they see this so very often that’s why. When we came to pick up my dogs Ashes. It was as though I was picking up my groceries. They had him marked as a 14lb dog when he was only 8lbs. The blanket I gave them with him I asked for back. They told me “it was probably trashed or cremated with him”. I felt so disgusted and angry at myself for leaving his precious body with people who treated him as roadkill on the side of the road. I will not ever recommend this facility or bring another one of my loved pets here again.

My Australia Shepherd Healer Kona passed on 3/26/24 , I spent every penny I had trying to help her but she didn't make it , I had no money to cremate her , I was given All Animals Rescue's number I spoke to a very nice caring gentleman I told him my situation he was so kind as to take care of my Kona I'd pick her up later . Overall fine experience but when I got the call to pick up my cat ashes they didn’t leave much time, they called at four and they close at five. And when I called saying I’ll be there at 5:01, what google maps said, the older sounding guy was very rude about it and was like nope we close at 5pm come back tomorrow. In line of business it would be nice to have some compassion towards your customer.

We took the body of our 20 year old kitty, Rosie, in for cremation. The office is small and visually unwelcoming. However, the young man who took care of us was exceptional. He was genuinely kind, sincere, respectful and very gentle when handling our Rosie and in speaking with us from the time we brought Rosie in until the day we picked up her ashes. The ashes were placed in a very sweet wooden urn with a little red heart and engraved with her name. I was very touched with how much empathy this young man showed us. I would highly recommend this organization to anyone who finds themselves in this situation.

When I called the night it happened man on the phone was very nice and understanding when I took her down there the next day and then I dealt with was kind of rude short not a good experience I just lost my dog after all and when I went to pick her up and then was very nice and understanding and that was a good experience just dropping off was kind of bad

All I can say is thank you. Tristan was above and beyond caring. He made the process easy and kept me updated on his eta. We sadly lost our pet and we had another company that was going to come but they backed out. Distressing as it already is Tristan made it very calming. Went through everything he was going to do to ensure that we didn’t see something we didn’t want to see gave us time to say goodbye with out rushing us. Thank you so much for giving us a good last moments with our dog

If you live in Phoenix and need end of life support for your pets, you should not call anyone else. The staff are polite,caring, prompt, professional, and the service is reasonably priced. No one prepares for afterlife care. As a pet owner, you know it can happen but you don’t prepare. All Animals Rescue & transportation was so understanding, quick, and quite frankly the cheapest for such a wonderful service. I got my precious baby dog Darla back within 10 business days and she was in a nice box with her name on it. I definitely recommend. Thank you.

When I first call I received great serviceThe young man was very caring and even placed me on hold to verify a question with the manager. Well before I called I had put in a request online so I got a call back. The man was insensitive. It's all about money for him he chuckled and said well it's going to cost you to include the babies in the cremation with your cat. Mind you my cat died in labor and her babies were already passed upon delivery. He said well we make our money by the body!!!

I lost my 11 year old Bearded Dragon and it hurt!!! They were absolutely amazing, patient and spoke with me as if I were the only client and I appreciate that. I received a nice cedar box with a heart and my baby’s name Boss! They were half the price as a couple of the other pet crematories in the area as well.

This company was amazing. They were quick to come pick up our dog who passed away and made the process easy and fast even during our emotional time. They were very friendly and quick to get our dog's ashes back to us in a lovely box. The only issue would be when trying to call in, you get their voicemail and have to wait for them to call back but their service and friendliness makes up for that small issue as I'm sure they get a lot of calls.

Could not hav found a more caring facility. The employees r so in tune w/people that lose a friend (pet). It's obvious that they've experienced loss too. I had lost my boxer. They were so kind, compassionate, and respectful. When I went to pick up Lily’s cremains they put her in a beautiful cedar box and gave me a card on how sorry for our loss, which was unexpected, and made me cry and smile. It’s still a hard loss, but they were wonderful. I would highly recommend them for all your pets who pass away.

This company has way better prices than any other cremation service, Ive called everyone in the valley. The lady on the phone was very sweet and understanding while I was crying on the phone. As far as I know, I received MY cremated rabbit Lola from them. I elected to drop and pick up my Lola. When I arrived there, I felt as though I made a mistake by coming there bc of their callous way of handling the situation. I traveled very far and I'm also a new resident of Arizona so I did not know where else to go. Therefore, I used their company. They are definitely in the business for the money and not their customers. The compassion for the situation is non-existent. I have other animals and if one should meet her demise, I would not use this company again. Even in death, people find comfort in knowing that their furry loved one is in good caring hands.

I lost my best boy last night around 8 pm and couldn’t find anybody willing to come pick him up. Even for additional charges. Everyone I called either had a voicemail and no call back or no after hours options. I set up a pickup at 8:45 and they were there in less than an hour. Thanks for what you do guys. They said I’ll be able to pick Charlie up in about two weeks and he’ll be in a cedar urn with an engraved name tag. Nice price too.

Overall fine experience but when I got the call to pick up my cat ashes they didn’t leave much time, they called at four and they close at five. And when I called saying I’ll be there at 5:01, what google maps said, the older sounding guy was very rude about it and was like nope we close at 5pm come back tomorrow. In line of business it would be nice to have some compassion towards your customer.

We took the body of our 20 year old kitty, Rosie, in for cremation. The office is small and visually unwelcoming. However, the young man who took care of us was exceptional. He was genuinely kind, sincere, respectful and very gentle when handling our Rosie and in speaking with us from the time we brought Rosie in until the day we picked up her ashes. The ashes were placed in a very sweet wooden urn with a little red heart and engraved with her name. I was very touched with how much empathy this young man showed us. I would highly recommend this organization to anyone who finds themselves in this situation.

All I can say is thank you. Tristan was above and beyond caring. He made the process easy and kept me updated on his eta. We sadly lost our pet and we had another company that was going to come but they backed out. Distressing as it already is Tristan made it very calming. Went through everything he was going to do to ensure that we didn’t see something we didn’t want to see gave us time to say goodbye with out rushing us. All Animals Rescue & transportation was so understanding, quick, and quite frankly the cheapest for such a wonderful service. Not very compassionate. I called to ask if they could help transport a PET piglet to the crematorium. They cut me off to say they only do pets, not livestock. They then proceeded to refer me to an animal rendering and grease removal company. Disgusting and heartless. Absolutely do not recommend.Edited to add: I understand you do not take "livestock." But maybe don't suggest people's pets be turned into grease. Would you do the same to your dog?? That's absolutely unacceptable. DO BETTER.

When I first call I received great serviceThe young man was very caring and even placed me on hold to verify a question with the manager. Well before I called I had put in a request online so I got a call back. The man was insensitive. It's all about money for him he chuckled and said well it's going to cost you to include the babies in the cremation with your cat. Mind you my cat died in labor and her babies were already passed upon delivery. He said well we make our money by the body!!!

i’m honestly scared to comment since reading the replies to most negative reviews but i called to simply ask about services , accidentally they hung up on me while transferring and they did clarify that was what happened when i called back but they seemed in a rush. every other place i’ve called today could atleast put a fake compassionate tone in their voice , they made it seem like this is just another business not a place that can deal with passed loved ones. not to mention they hung up so fast if i did have another question (which i did) id have to call a THIRD time which i won’t be. slow down a little and show some emotions please. i know everyone won’t be like that but this is your business and you’re dealing with deceased family members sometimes not just random strays. take the time the slow down and show compassion please.

Sadly I can’t put 0 stars. I used this company when my dog passed and was told that they would call when his ashes were ready. 4 weeks passed and I hadn’t heard anything, checking my phone, email, and vm and nothing. So, I called and the gentleman on that answered the phone was courteous and in the middle of our conversation some girl supposedly the “supervisor” jumps on the phone with a real condescending tone and states that she is the one that makes the calls and she must have been given a bogus number or my voicemail was full and she couldn’t leave a message, and I said no I did not give a bogus number nor is my voicemail ever full. And then she hung up on me. And when my husband and I picked up our dogs ashes I asked her why she’s so rude and we’re customers and don’t deserve to be treated that way and her response was “well you got your animal”, and then proceeded to shut the door in our faces. Never use these people.

I started making calls early morning a gentleman. Who was the answering person for A..A.R.T..in glandale. Waa so nice and said well take care o f everything...then I turned this over to my sig other...between this moment all was great then my sigothere and his sister had to deal with so much ..after the person came tho our house I was told I all went to rap..not time too our beloved pup and everyone's feelings .what can say is after 3_4 days the owner Rob young demanded us Togo get Ed.. NOW..we got there 20 min herefused to answer door waiting for help.. eventually hour half later the other game .the pushed my nedon a rackety table..asked me I I wanted to make sure it was my dog..both of the men just stood me a d my boyfriend had to tear into two regular plastic bags And his beautiful face popped out..my dear lovely dog..my heart broke I cried and cried than Rob you has the frickin nerd to say...with his hands crossed....you have a. Nice day at that point I about threw up...we had to get our 90 lbdead lab in my truck they wouldn't wait for the better coming in five min. Horrible experience I have ever had anything like t his happen I sure hope they listen and maybe take accountability for there a tions if I could give a minus star I would.please read all reviews I'm sure you will find a better place!!!!!!!!! If you have an emergency, don't call them! Needed assistance with a found hurt animal and they've never responded to my voicemail. Luckily AHS was more responsive and helpful.Edit:In your response you are saying that you do not pick up hurt strays. That's fine but you could at least have returned my call. Looking at other reviews on this business indicates the same trends demonstrated; lack of response. As a potential paying customer, I am seeking other providers to help me. Second scenario (1/12/18):I called to get assistance with their pet ambulance service that is supposedly available 24/7 or at the very least from 8 AM TO 1 AM Mon-Sun. I called very after 9 on Friday morning because I was not able to transport my dog to an emergency vet without assistance (she is at least 70 pounds and she had been bleeding from what I later found out was pyometra). I left two messages, detailed with my name and number. I even emailed the customer service email provided on their website and I am still receiving mail delivery error messages 4 days later. I am starting to doubt that this is even a real company. And I urge everyone who is reading this to please look elsewhere for assistance. I called on Friday 1/12/18 and it is now Monday 1/15/18. I don't need their help any longer and I don't want some BS response from them either. I tried to give a second chance but you have blown it once again. Perhaps you shouldn't false advertise or claim to offer services you don't actually offer. This is the last time I will ever reach out to this company. I am DONE.First scenario (7/8/17)I called multiple times on Saturday night (7/8), the first being at 8:20pm. I was sent to voicemail and completely overwhelmed by grief, left a voicemail with my info between sobs. Tried calling numerous times later that night with the same "We are experiencing high call volumes" message, which I knew was bogus. Checked the website just to confirm that they are supposedly available Monday through Sunday from 6 AM to 1 AM for animal pickup and emergency services only. Seeing as my dog of 8 years passed away and the weather isn't too forgiving when it comes to decomposing, I ended up calling another company to assist. They picked up the phone right away, expressed their condolences, and scheduled pick up the next morning (since I waited so long for a call back from this company). I hate to say "Thank God it wasn't an emergency and my dog had already passed" but really, I should. I decided to check the reviews on this company and the responses from this company lack empathy and understanding. All I read are justifications and victim blaming. Its completely unprofessional and unnecessary. You would not treat human beings grieving another human like this and you certainly should not do the same to a human being grieving a pet who is very much like family. I hope you develop better methods of communication so that this doesn't happen to another grieving customer. It is Sunday (7/9) at 5 PM and I have yet to receive a call back. I am thankful I trusted my instincts and contacted another company. DO BETTER.

Worst experience ever! The owner showed up drunk and with a black bag as if ready to take out the trash. All our children/grandchildren were there weeping and he just ignored them and because of his intoxication was loud and rude. I posted on his FB page, he "liked" it then deleted the post! For a 24hour pick up and removal company you sure are bad at returning calls to greiving pet parents.

My sweet girl died at home and they came and picked her up and took her to be cremated. I got her ashes back in a beautiful box. Everything was done quickly and made losing my baby a little easier

Sadly I can’t put 0 stars. I used this company when my dog passed and was told that they would call when his ashes were ready. 4 weeks passed and I hadn’t heard anything, checking my phone, email, and vm and nothing. So, I called and the gentleman on that answered the phone was courteous and in the middle of our conversation some girl supposedly the “supervisor” jumps on the phone with a real condescending tone and states that she is the one that makes the calls and she must have been given a bogus number or my voicemail was full and she couldn’t leave a message, and I said no I did not give a bogus number nor is my voicemail ever full. And then she hung up on me. And when my husband and I picked up our dogs ashes I asked her why she’s so rude and we’re customers and don’t deserve to be treated that way and her response was “well you got your animal”, and then proceeded to shut the door in our faces. Never use these people.

Thank you! My dog a passed away at home and the team treated my Moshee with such kindness, and love. They helped me with picking him up and for cremation.Even the driver was so caring picking him up when I was falling apart with grief and lovingly returned my Moshee to my door. In a beautiful wooden box with his name on it.I truly appreciate it.

Unfortunately our family dog of 16 years passed away in my arms the most heartbreaking thi nk ihaveever had to. Witness .. I never had to go thru this. I started making calls early morning a gentleman. Who was the answering person for A..A.R.T..in glandale. Waa so nice and said well take care o f everything...then I turned this over to my sig other...between this moment all was great then my sigothere and his sister had to deal with so much ..after the person came tho our house I was told I all went to rap..not time too our beloved pup and everyone's feelings .what can say is after 3_4 days the owner Rob young demanded us Togo get Ed.. NOW..we got there 20 min herefused to answer door waiting for help.. eventually hour half later the other game .the pushed my nedon a rackety table..asked me I I wanted to make sure it was my dog..both of the men just stood me a d my boyfriend had to tear into two regular plastic bags And his beautiful face popped out..my dear lovely dog..my heart broke I cried and cried than Rob you has the frickin nerd to say...with his hands crossed....you have a. Nice day at that point I about threw up...we had to get our 90 lbdead lab in my truck they wouldn't wait for the better coming in five min. Horrible experience I have ever had anything like t his happen I sure hope they listen and maybe take accountability for there a tions if I could give a minus star I would.please read all reviews I'm sure you will find a better place!!!!!!!!! This place is sad

If you have an emergency, don't call them! Needed assistance with a found hurt animal and they've never responded to my voicemail. Luckily AHS was more responsive and helpful.Edit:In your response you are saying that you do not pick up hurt strays. That's fine but you could at least have returned my call. Looking at other reviews on this business indicates the same trends demonstrated; lack of response. As a potential paying customer, I am seeking other providers to help me. Second scenario (1/12/18):I called to get assistance with their pet ambulance service that is supposedly available 24/7 or at the very least from 8 AM TO 1 AM Mon-Sun. I called very after 9 on Friday morning because I was not able to transport my dog to an emergency vet without assistance (she is at least 70 pounds and she had been bleeding from what I later found out was pyometra). I left two messages, detailed with my name and number. I even emailed the customer service email provided on their website and I am still receiving mail delivery error messages 4 days later. I am starting to doubt that this is even a real company. And I urge everyone who is reading this to please look elsewhere for assistance. I called on Friday 1/12/18 and it is now Monday 1/15/18. I don't need their help any longer and I don't want some BS response from them either. I tried to give a second chance but you have blown it once again. Perhaps you shouldn't false advertise or claim to offer services you don't actually offer. This is the last time I will ever reach out to this company. I am DONE.First scenario (7/8/17)I called multiple times on Saturday night (7/8), the first being at 8:20pm. I was sent to voicemail and completely overwhelmed by grief, left a voicemail with my info between sobs. Tried calling numerous times later that night with the same "We are experiencing high call volumes" message, which I knew was bogus. Checked the website just to confirm that they are supposedly available Monday through Sunday from 6 AM to 1 AM for animal pickup and emergency services only. Seeing as my dog of 8 years passed away and the weather isn't too forgiving when it comes to decomposing, I ended up calling another company to assist. They picked up the phone right away, expressed their condolences, and scheduled pick up the next morning (since I waited so long for a call back from this company). I hate to say "Thank God it wasn't an emergency and my dog had already passed" but really, I should. I decided to check the reviews on this company and the responses from this company lack empathy and understanding. All I read are justifications and victim blaming. Its completely unprofessional and unnecessary. You would not treat human beings grieving another human like this and you certainly should not do the same to a human being grieving a pet who is very much like family. I hope you develop better methods of communication so that this doesn't happen to another grieving customer. It is Sunday (7/9) at 5 PM and I have yet to receive a call back. I am thankful I trusted my instincts and contacted another company. DO BETTER.

Worst experience ever! The owner showed up drunk and with a black bag as if ready to take out the trash. All our children/grandchildren were there weeping and he just ignored them and because of his intoxication was loud and rude. I posted on his FB page, he "liked" it then deleted the post! DO NOT USE HIM. My fault I should of asked for referrals. I did receive an amazing one and what a difference this morning, I can have peace now.

My pet passed away at 930pm on 4/3/17...i called to have the body picked up and got the voicemail...i left all the necessary info and waited for a return call...245am came around and still no call back. For a 24hour pick up and removal company you sure are bad at returning calls to greiving pet parents.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would but disappontedly I give them a 1... their website states that they provide burial services due to the fact that they understand that not everyome can afford pet cremation but when I called they stated they only do that for strays or pets hit by cars..?
