My sweet sweet Baby Blue went too soon and we brought her here. WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Thank you so much for being the angel we needed in this really hard time. If I could I would give you 10 stars. The tin we got her ashes in, the nose(booper)print and the paw print were absolutely cathartic. THANK YOU !

One of the worst days in my life was losing Hanzo. He wasn’t just some family pet u ran around. I spent every moment with him, from camping to eating a regular meal. I always spent it with him. He was one of the closest family members to my heart. Staff made it easy as possible for me to cremate my little guy. They took good care of him which is all I ever wanted for him ever ❤️ thank you guys for this hard time. Highly recommend

This is a wonderful place where the people are truly kind and caring- in my experience. I had both of my elderly pets die a week apart and was heartbroken and they were so helpful to me.

I unfortunately had a need for the services of Passages this past week, but if there’s one place that is prepared to deal with grieving pet parents it is there. From the first call to paying they were kind, compassionate, and have many resources for all types of memorial and grief. I was super impressed and would recommend them for anyone who is in need of pet cremation services. The owner has training in grief counseling and it showed in every aspect of our interaction.

Passages was recommended by an acquaintance and I thought it was important that my dog pass in a place where he'd never been, rather than at the Vet's office where he was always very uncomfortable. This is not to disparage the Vet's office; obviously pets don't go to the Vet for cake and ice cream and to romp in fun...I like the fact that there is a place dedicated to this final event, peaceful and without anything else going on during this process. We were treated compassionately through the entire process and he was given a peaceful passage, which he so deserved and for which I'd so hoped.

What a compassionate place. From the time we had to put our loving dog Scoobie to rest at the vets office to the time we actually picked up his ashes, they kept in touch with me. They let me know once they had him at the facility and then explained that it will be MY dog and MY dog only that we get back(I have heard horror stories of other places) and reassuring me he will be respected. They were absolutely wonderful and sympathetic to our feelings. Thank you so much!

I was dog-sitting and had to handle everything for the owners. Linda was so sweet and kind. She explained the process and options to me over the phone, she made it as easy for the owners and my self as possible. Linda even stayed after hours so we could rush our dog to her. I high recommend Passages for their top of the line care, hospitality and ease.

What a beautiful place, and kind staff. Our baby passed away last Saturday, and Passages allowed us to bring her in a little after they had closed. The lady who waited for us was so so kind and allowed us to say our goodbyes for as long as we could. Took less than a week to get our Lucky's ashes back.

I’ve used Passages now for three of my fur babies. The staff have always been kind and compassionate when I’ve needed them. I especially love the clay paw prints. Highly recommend Passages when the time comes.

This place is wonderful. I had to put down my dog last week due to cancer. There was just my friend and I with my dog and the Vet. We went into a nicely decorated room to spend as much time as you wanted with your pet and when your ready she comes in the room and asked if I wanted it done there in the room or in the back room. I wanted to hold him and be with him so he wasn't as afraid. After the 2nd injection and he crossed the Rainbow Bridge I had him wrapped in the blanket that came with him when I rescued him and his 2 favorite toys. They let you spend as much time as you want with your pet afterwards. I spent about 1/2 hr. It was so hard. I just kept kissing his head and telling him how much I loved him and thank him for changing my life for the better. Then I was able to pick out a tin container for his ashes no charge and a paw print no charge. I am so thankful that I found Passages. I would highly recommend them. They only charge $169 verses the $500 all the other Vets charge. Thank you Passages for taking care of my furbaby so gently.

So much peace and compassion as Dr. Espey took care of freeing our beloved elderly cat (he thought he was a dog!!!) from his dementia. Dr. Lisa is so kind and so humble. No cold tables, bright lights, and people running in and out..it is you, your pet, and your loved ones. Dr. Lisa stands by until you are ready. Quiet dignity. Consider Passages when your beloved paws are ready for their quiet passing. You owe it to them...AND to yourself.

If you’re in the unfortunate situation of your pet passing away, I highly recommend Passages Pet Cremation & Grief Center. They were awesome when my pup Hank passed away on the July 4th weekend. Dr. Lisa let me bring him in when they were closed. Great customer service, beautiful center, professional all around. Thanks Dt. Lisa and staff.

We recently lost our 13 yr old Pup and during this heartbreaking period both Dr Epsy and Linda handled our Rocky-Bs passing with compassion and understanding. Thank you for caring so immensely. Our hearts are still broken, but having his remains, a tuft of his fur and paw print has eased the pain. Thank you ladies for being there for us.

The outside was not quite what I thought it'd be, but the inside was beautiful with plants, decor, fountains, serene music and beautifully decorated rooms. The staff was loving and caring and gave us time before and after to say good bye to our sweet feline fur baby.

I am humbled and grateful for Dr. Doti and staff for the gentle kindness they offer to pets and families. I highly recommend their service, not only because they are wonderful and kind but because they allowed us the opportunity to feel - losing a pet is difficult enough without all of the paperwork.

This is one of the most beautiful places I've seen, the employee that works at the front desk was a kind person, the atmosphere was calming. Just a good place for getting the ashes of your beloved pets. Thank you

My experiences with the private cremation services were very positive. I felt I didn’t need to hide my tears as the staff was very compassionate. I won’t go anywhere else.
