I would recommend Halo Pet Crematorium to anyone going through the unbelievably difficult time of losing your fur baby.I lost my Earl January 3 and brought him home today. The beautiful cedar box with the engraved plate Earl came home in was so very nice. And the paw print in plaster is such a thoughtful touch.I appreciate the care Halo obviously put into caring for Earl's remains. ❤️😻❤️

Losing our precious chocolate lab, Aloha, after 13 wonderful years was one of the hardest experiences of our lives. Halo stepped in during this incredibly difficult time and made everything easier. Their compassion and care were unmatched, and they handled everything with so much respect for our sweet girl.They provided us with a beautiful box and a meaningful memory piece that allows us to honor and celebrate Aloha's life every day. Every time I walk past those pieces in my home, I'm reminded of the love and joy she brought to our lives.Halo truly goes above and beyond to support families in their time of grief, and I can't recommend them enough. I was so pleasantly surprised when I picked up my beloved dog's cremains. The quality of the service was outstanding. A beautiful wooden urn with a gold memorial plate and a beautiful paw imprint. All presented in a silver bag with cremains, certificate of cremation and sympathy card. I highly recommend Halo!

We lost our beloved cat Pepper on a Sunday after a battle with illness. Halo met us that day to make arrangements and take Pepper. The owners are true pet lovers and took time to talk to us and share memories about past pets. They did a beautiful job. Peppers ashes are in a beautiful cedar wood box with her name engraved on a brass plaque. They also made a paw print cast in plaster as a moment and a nice certificate. I can’t recommend them enough.

I hope no one at HALO ever underestimates the value of their work. They were so compassionate and empathetic. Losing my best friend of 11 years has been heartbreaking, but having her home has eased the pain a little bit. They took such good care of my baby girl, Sheila, and did an amazing job with bringing her home to us. Everything we received was beautifully done and worth every penny. I can't say enough good things about my experience with HALO! From my first communication to the last, Jake was extremely helpful and compassionate during our family's time of grief. HALO was prompt with the transportation of our dear Midas from the vet to their facility, and had him back to us in what I'd consider a extremely timely manner. I can not thank them enough for their service! If you have a pet, that is more than a pet and a member of your family, you owe it to them to call HALO! I had a sudden death of my sweet Guinea Pig that I loved dearly. Brandon was so kind when I called upset over my loss. He came and picked up my sweet brownie and Jake brought him back to me. They took the time make sure he came back to me in a beautiful box with his name, prints of his precious little feet, just to name a few and they did it with such great care. Their hearts are in the right place and they show how much they care. Now I have my sweet boy back home because of this wonderful company. Compassion goes a long way and they show it. Absolutely worth the drive if your in Decatur/HSV/Athens/Cullman area.OUTSTANDING Service after hours on a weekend drop off by the owner. Pickup a few days later went as well as you could hope for. Every single detail was communicated with true sympathy and delight. Jake, is an exceptional guy that truly cares for your pets (Or like us, Our Fur baby's) final arrangements and your satisfaction. He went above and beyond without us asking or implying. Pricing is exceptional and fair if your concerned. This is a true small town PROFESSIONAL American business. Would recommend to anyone willing to make the drive. They even offered to meet us in Decatur, on their weekly route thru, for us to pickup our fur baby closer to home but we opted to go pick him up sooner. They also offer pick up/drop off if desired within their service area for local customers. Store front on HWY 72 is very quite and modern. They will ensure you are not "waiting in a line" and have the privacy you need for your fur baby's arrangements. God Bless.

This place is heaven sent!!! We lost a beloved pet and I contacted them via Facebook messenger got the contact number and Brandon came to the rescue at 5 in the morning. I can’t thank them enough!! The passing of a fur baby, if you feel as we do is one of saddest moments of our life. When we lost our Gunny Dorsey, thankfully at home peacefully, Halo was available to help. When we wished and with full explanation of how it worked and what to expect. There were no surprises and answered every call and waited for every tear to pass. I cannot say enough good things about them. We got our boy in a beautiful locked cedar box with his name and key accompanied by a perfect paw print. My boy is resting truly at peace. Thank you. ♥️

Searched for a place to have our Lilly remembered forever and HALO came up i had talked to Jake a couple weeks prior to arrange cremation but the wife insisted on trying medications again it wasnt to be so i arranged for the services at HALO to be done and cannot thank Jake and the owner of HALO for going above and beyond from jake spending an hour and half with my wife and kids at the vet waiting and reassuring them she would be treated with the upmost respect and care he kept his wordTHANK YOUJake for being wonderful to my familySincerely Pete Gropp IV

I lost my 14 year old furbaby on a Saturday and these guys didn’t hesitate to come even though Dean was busy. I was a blubbering mess and he comforted me and handled my baby with care and respect. Brandon returned my baby to me and it was evident that he truly cares. I believe their hearts were broken with mine. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to handle my babies once they cross the rainbow bridge.
