They went above and beyond there duties as the night my pet passed away was on a Saturday night and I was able to talk to some one that night and they meet me the next day which was on a Sunday. Vas very pleased in how they treated me and my beloved pet and made sure he was taking care of with love and respect.. I highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for taking such good care of my little man

We have been there a few times now with some of our cats. We just lost our oldest dog at 13 yrs old. They are such nice people. They go out of their way to help people.

Excellent experience & done in a timely manner. We lost our beloved kitty,Lulu last Tuesday The vet office called us on Friday to let know Lulu was ready to be picked up. I picked up Lulu etc at our vet this morning. Thank you Enterprise Pet Crematory,you’re the best. 🤗

I very unexpectedly had to say goodbye to my husky in July 23. As soon as the vet said it was time to let her go I called Sorrell's Funeral Home. They took good care of my dad when he passed and I knew they'd built the pet crematorium but this was the first time I had to inquire about it. The gentleman who answered the phone was kind and caring while giving me the necessary information. After saying goodbye to my Mia I took her straight there from the vet. They handled her with care and kindly gave me a plaster mold paw print and certificate when I picked her up. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I had 17 pets when I moved to Florida. I drove all this way to hand carry my deceased pets to Enterprise. They started out so kind and compassionate. Now when you call there is no compassionate tone or words knowing you’ve just lost your pet. It’s all business and I am now going elsewhere in hopes that they have some kind caring words to offer. The man in charge of pets is not kind, caring or compassionate. He appears sick and tired of doing this job so he needs to step down as it’s hurtful. If this is how they treat your pets, BE CONCERNED ABOUT YOUR HUMAN LOVED ONES.

Please bear with this rant and understand it’s a very emotional one. I have sat with this for 46 days before deciding to say something.My dog Ellie almost died in June of 2022 and we came home from traveling because of it. I tried to prepare as much as I could and researched pet crematories. After calling and feeling so reassured by the phone call, I made a mental plan that when the time came I would use Enterprise Pet Crematory.When the day came on July 5, my dad and I took her there around 11 am. We filled out the forms and talked through the process and I was told it would take about 48 hours with plans for her to be ready Friday afternoon. The cremation package included a fur clipping, clay paw print, ashes in a white urn, and a print of paw prints on my heart. I requested additional paw prints to be done in ink on paper so that I could have the option to get her paw print tattooed on my arm if I chose to. I was told this isn’t something they normally do but that it is something they could do.I did not hear from anyone on Friday; so, on Monday July 11 I called around 10 am to inquire about how much longer it was expected to take. My question was met with “Wellllll, umm. Huh. You know. Ummm. Well how about you give me until the afternoon maybe after 3 and I can have her ready by then.” I knew then that something about this didn’t feel right. It felt like they had forgotten about her.When my dad and I got there I immediately wanted to check for the ink paw prints because I was scared they had been forgotten. When I pulled them out I was absolutely devastated to see what they looked like. When we got to the truck, I decided to check the clay paw print and it was so wet that my thumb print made an indention in the clay, which made me have a complete melt down in the truck on the way home. Due to the melt down, it took until later that night for me to realize that they did not include the promised fur clipping, and I lost it again.Her paw print no longer exists. Her fur is gone. These things are lost forever. Loosing these things has done so much damage to my grieving process and has truly felt traumatizing. Over the last 46 days, I have tried to research how to recreate the ink prints and came up with a solution. I made a mold in the clay paw print and was able to use it as a stamp on the ink. I’m attaching photos of what they gave me versus what I was able to create.Needless to say, I would never recommend Enterprise Pet Crematory to anyone. The pain this all caused was completely unnecessary and has made my grieving process so much worse. Ellie was 13 years old when she died. She’s been my best sassy girl since I was 16. She watched me grow, saw me hurt, saw me learn, cuddled me through heart ache, sassed me fiercely for getting her a brother, loved me intensely even when I wasn’t my best, and was the best girl I ever could have asked for.Loosing her was hard enough, but it shouldn’t have been amplified by a business who specializes in these matters. I’m not typically one to speak out publicly against a business; however, if I can save someone experiencing what I’ve been through that’s my only goal.

Mr Sorrell and his staff were so incredibly kind and compassionate. They took such wonderful care of not only my little Belle but me as well. I had just lost my heart and they were so understanding of how much it hurt. This was my first pet cremation and they are the only crematorium I would trust with someone I love this much. They made such a painful day much easier knowing she was in such wonderful hands. She was back in my arms the next day where I could hold her again.Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Wonderful place to take your beloved pet. My Gertrude passed away on a holiday weekend. They opened so I could drop her off. Very appreciative. They did a great job. I was not expecting the paw print stepping stone they made for us. What a lovely and touching thing to do. Will take all my pets here.

I highly recommend Enterprise Pet Crematory owned by Sorrells, I couldn't ask for more professional and understanding people in my time of grief. I lost my beloved Lottie that was a little older than 13 years old to congestive heart failure. I was so totally grief stricken! They took paw impressions and wrote her name above the impressions and also saved a lock of her fur for me. They also included a certificate of death. I plan on getting her an urn; however, they did put her ashes in a attractive little container that had a paw print on top of the lid. They really thought of everything, and the price was way more than reasonable! I was also glad they were able to cremate her the same day, thus I was able to receive her remains back within 24 hours. By having her cremated at Sorrells I was reassured that it was definitely her remains I received back since they cremate each animal privately. I want to thank Sorrells Enterprise Pet Crematory staff for thinking of everything when I was so sadden by grief that I couldn't. I want to thank you for treating my beloved pet with the respect she deserved and for being understanding and professional. Thank God for Terry and Terri Lynn for opening their Pet Crematory in 2013 and being conveniently located close to home! You have made it possible for me to be able to keep my beloved Lottie that I loved tremendously always close by. Madalyn & Johnny Shelley

I can't say enough about Enterprises Pet Crematory (Sorrell's Funeral Home). The staff showed such a loving concern about me losing my beloved cat Scooter; and their thoughtfulness made a sad day a little easier. If these people treat people that have lost pets so well I can only imagine how supportive they would be with a loss of a love one.For people that think pet cremation is NOT an affordable option, please call this company before make any decisions. This place is affordable and you get so many extras.A special thanks to everyone that I encountered here. Thank you for dealing with our tears and being understanding, thank you for being patient, thank you for listening to my stories about my cat but most of all thank you for taking such great care of SCOOTER♡

The staff was kind, respectful, and helpful when I came to make arrangements for my girl. I knew the time was approaching and wanted to have everything taken care of.I asked if they would do a paper paw print for me and they said no.but that they do a clay print and assured me it would be beautiful.They were very quick to get my girls ashes back to me, and I was extremely greatful for that. But her paw print in clay was HORRIBLE!!I am so dissapointed that I left it to them to get a good print.I should have fought through my greif and got her print myself.

The staff where very helpfull and understanding. They answered all of my questions, and had our cat ready to bring home quicker than expected. They where reasonable priced for what they do. I will be keeping them in mind for when my dogs cross the rainbow bridge.

I want to personally thank you for taking care of my little sweetpea, Maggie. Thanks for being so understanding at a time that has been very hard for me. Her sudden passing after almost 15 years. You took her and got her ready to come home so quickly. I can't thank you enough for your caring and understanding.

I lost a beloved pet today and it was terror for my little heart because I am a child.My pet kitten Leo died and I got him today and he died today.He was only three months old and was a stray and I adoped him today.:(He was very beloved to me and my family.When my older sister called me and said that Leo was in the drive way and ran over I cried so hard my eyes are dry.Looks like my mom ran him over whe she was going to work.I am still crying now.I recemend this pet cemetery because they understand what you are going through and the service is so pollite.They have a wonderful additude and they have lost pets to so they know how it feels.Thank you so much if the business is reading this.P.S ....I did not bring him there yet
