I can’t thank HeavenLee enough for giving us some happiness in this really hard and sad time. From the very start they were great with communication and the customization for the earn box was very simple. We lost our girl last Friday, so getting her ashes a week after her passing really brought us some much needed joy. They texted me two days in advance to ask when they could” bring Jill home”, that made me cry happy tears. They promptly delivered her ashes and momentos to our door ,and when we opened everything, it was absolutely beautiful! I can’t thank them enough for helping us memorialize our girls memory. We are for ever grateful.

We lost our sweet Nyxie very unexpectedly, and our family was so broken inside , Our Nyxie was a light in a very dark world, I received a very sweet message from Ashley when they picked my sweet girl up. She made me feel like my sweet sweet girl was in good hands and I didn't have to worry about her as much. It takes a pretty special person to make someone who is going though so much grief feel some kind of peace of mind. They listened to my request and when I picked my sweet girl back up everything was like I wanted. Heaven Lee went above and beyond 1000% for us when they took care of our fur baby. They were so kind and gentle when they picked her up. She got one last car ride and was very well taken care of. They even went as far and to attempt to save my baby's most defining fur features. A small white heart shaped patch on her forehead. They put it in a lovely epoxy keepsake. No one else would have done that at all. Thank you again we love and appreciate everything you did for her and our family.

It's hard to feel positive about anything related to the loss of my beloved Zephira... However without a doubt HeavenLee Companion's services made the singularly worst day in my life, less traumatic than it would have been without them. The tech who assisted Zephira into her passing was kind, empathic and patient. I was looking for a service for sweet Elliot who passed away, and happened upon HeavenLee. After reading about Aquamation I truly believed this was the right choice for us, and sent them an inquiry through their website. Amberly (owner) was incredible! She sent me a text within the hour after my inquiry answering all questions I had. I mentioned to Amberly that we were from out of state, and she went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to get this taken care of as easily as possible. Amberly was so kind, empathetic, and gentle. In her explanations, handling and overall communication. On top of all that their pricing is extremely reasonable, especially considering the multiple keepsakes they provide. I would encourage anyone to give them a try if you find yourself in this unfortunate position. I’ll never use anyone else!

I recently worked with Heaven Lee for an aqua cremation service for my dog who had recently passed away. He had been my faithful companion for 11 years and was my entire world. Dealing with the loss was difficult, but the staff at Heaven Lee went above and beyond in handling the situation with utmost kindness.One of the first things I appreciated was their affordable prices. Everything included in the service was reasonably priced and I thought it was a great value for my money. When the urn arrived, it was in a beautiful cedar box and looked incredibly sleek and stylish. The laser engraved picture was a stunning and moving touch.However, it was the little things that really made a significant impact on me. Heaven Lee provided an ink nose print, an ink paw print, and a clay paw print that included my pet's name next to it in a small, personalized box where I was able to place a photo. The personal card they gave me and my wife along with keepsakes were also made with my pet's fur, which was very touching.Overall, I would highly recommend Heaven Lee to anyone in need of a reliable and compassionate aqua cremation service. They truly are amazing people who go to great lengths to honor and respect the memory of pets that have passed.

Our sweet PJ is back home with us where she belongs. We are so grateful to Amberly and HeavenLee Companion Aquamation for the care that they have taken with both of our fur babies. We will never use anyone else for their aftercare. They are so kind and compassionate, communicate often throughout the process, answer any questions, pick up your pet and deliver them back to you afterward. The keepsakes she provides are a beautiful, lasting reminder of your beloved companion, and are made with such care. All this costs less than you would pay at most other local pet crematoriums, and it’s environmentally friendly as well. There are few things in life worse for pet-parents than the agony of saying a final goodbye to their fur-baby. We had to unexpectedly do just that on the Saturday after Christmas. With it being a weekend, of course our regular vet’s office was closed. We contacted Dr. Moriah Lorge (our neighbor had used her medical services for one of their pets and told us how wonderful she is). Dr. Lorge immediately agreed to come to our home to help us. Dr. Lorge partners with HeavenLee Companion Aquamation, so she contacted them for assistance. They, like Dr. Lorge, are true angels on earth. They were incredibly kind, considerate, and empathetic to what we were experiencing. After caringly sending our baby over the Rainbow Bridge, they took our beloved Zeus. Amberly called us on Sunday to guide us through the process. By Thursday (not even a week later) we had our baby back. Although we miss him dearly, knowing that he is back home with us is helping us better deal with the loss. All of the keepsakes are beautiful. We are eternally grateful to Dr. Lorge and Amberly for providing such incredibly caring help during this sad time. We hope we don’t need to call them any time soon for our other fur-baby, but because of Dr. Lorge and Amberly, we know we will be more at peace when the time comes.

I can not say enough about how wonderful HeavenLee Companion Aquamation is.So sweet and understanding from the first tearful phone call.They picked my Baylee up from the emergency vet in Huntsville and even brought her to my work when I wasn't at home.The amount of love they have for your babies is very clear. They give you all the keepsakes you wish you had from all your other pets. The lock of fur, the resin heart, the paw prints, the nose print, the microchip! HeavenLee Companion Aquamation is absolutely phenomenal. When our sweet boy Scooby passed, we were completely heartbroken, but Amberly was so compassionate and made a difficult time a little bit easier. Also, communication was wonderful. Our boy passed late at night , and I was able to get in touch with her that same night to make arrangements. She kept me updated via text every step of the way and checked with me frequently to make sure our keepsakes turned out exactly the way we wanted. Our keepsakes exceeded our expectations in every way. I was so surprised and moved by the care HeavenLee took with my sweet dog, Bunny. I received her remains in a cedar box with her picture on it, a lock of her fur in a heart, loose fur, an ink print of her paw and nose, a foam imprint of her paw and even her microchip. I got our Chase back today and though it's hard because he's gone, I am super impressed with HeavenLee. Two fur locks in an envelope along with two more fur locks that are epoxied in hearts, two imprint paw prints, his cedar urn and the ink prints of his nose and paws were dropped off at our house. They were super prompt and had wonderful service and communication. I felt they cared as if Chase was their own. I would highly recommend this company for anyone who has lost a fur baby. They did a wonderful job and I am so happy to have these keepsakes to remember our loved one.

Heavenlee Companion Aquamation collaborates with Dr. Rebecca, and I couldn't have asked for sweeter, more caring women during this time. They patiently wait outside until the family is prepared to say goodbye to their beloved pet and never rush the process. Gently wrapping our pet in a blanket, they place them on a cot, and carry them away with utmost care. They showed great respect for Zeus and were deeply considerate of our feelings. They returned Zeus home promptly. Their capability for this challenging task is truly exceptional.

HeavenLee Companion Aquamation is absolutely phenomenal. When our sweet boy Scooby passed, we were completely heartbroken, but Amberly was so compassionate and made a difficult time a little bit easier. Also, communication was wonderful. Our boy passed late at night , and I was able to get in touch with her that same night to make arrangements. She kept me updated via text every step of the way and checked with me frequently to make sure our keepsakes turned out exactly the way we wanted. They did such a good job on both of the paw prints, the nose print, and they used girlfriends favorite picture of her on the customized urn, she and I are both very grateful. I was so surprised and moved by the care HeavenLee took with my sweet dog, Bunny. I received her remains in a cedar box with her picture on it, a lock of her fur in a heart, loose fur, an ink print of her paw and nose, a foam imprint of her paw and even her microchip. I am so happy with the way my dogs final details were handled. Amberly was so thoughtful and empathetic throughout the process. We were notified when our dog would be picked up from the vet and after she had her. It was nice to not have to imagine and wonder if it was being taken care of. With the Aquamation we also got a clay paw print, ink paw print, ink nose print, large lock of fur and a personalized cedar box for her remains. She helped us choose the photo that worked best and we were able to choose our own inscription. For us, everything was handled in 48 hours and Amberly personally delivered everything to our door, packaged very nicely. It was very dignified which is what my dog deserved. The value for what I paid was incredible. If you’re researching here under these circumstances, I’m sorry. But do yourself a favor by using this business to handle it. We are very grateful.

This is the opposite of "you get what you pay for" in my humble opinion, because with this company you get much, much more than you pay for. I can't recommend this place enough! My sweet mother treats her animals like babies, so when her precious pup passed over the rainbow bridge, I knew I had to do something special to immortalize her. For less than I would have paid elsewhere for just the cremation, I was able to get some precious personalized items that I know my mother will treasure forever, along with a cedar box with our dog's Picture, her name and nickname, DOB and DOD, and a beautiful quote to help mom cope. The "personalized items" include a paw print, nose print, and a lock of fur from our pup 🥺 Don't waste your time or money anywhere else or on just the cremation, when you could get a cedar box with their picture on it or a personalized urn 💖 This is so worth it and for the same price or less than every other place I contacted or researched that just offered the cremation and that's it! So Dr Gibbons from Onward Paws handled the aquamation for my pet Venus and today I got her ashes back and they were placed in a personalized cedar box. I got our Chase back today and though it's hard because he's gone, I am super impressed with HeavenLee. Two fur locks in an envelope along with two more fur locks that are epoxied in hearts, two imprint paw prints, his cedar urn and the ink prints of his nose and paws were dropped off at our house. Heavenlee Companion Aquamation collaborates with Dr. Rebecca, and I couldn't have asked for sweeter, more caring women during this time. They patiently wait outside until the family is prepared to say goodbye to their beloved pet and never rush the process. These amazing people and this amazing service were a Blessing and a Bright spot in what was otherwise one of the darkest days of our lives! Thanks to HeavenLee Companion Aquamation the heartbreak of saying goodbye to our beloved dog was softened by the compassion and respect shown and we were comforted to know that our gentle giant would be handled with the same loving kindness. Oh boy where do I begin? So our boy was 17 1/2 years old and had CHF. I know he'd lived a long life but the night he went was still what I would consider unexpected. It was late at night so I didn't try to contact anyone until morning. I did however search for places that provided aquamation rather than cremation. HeavenLee was at the top of the list. I did look at the other choices to be fair but came back to HeavenLee. I called Amberly the next morning and she explained to me what the process was and where to go when I got there (my choice to take him, but I believe they will pick up). I was amazed at the "grieving" room, I call it. It was a great set up for you to have the last moments with your furbaby. THEN a few days later I picked him up (again my choice). I had no words, the job & gifts they did to memoralize my little man are incredibly heartfelt. I truly can't THANK Amberly and her staff enough for making this heart wrenching transition easier on my husband and I. ❤️

Hi, I just wanted to provide the most outstanding recommendation for HeavenLee Companion Inc. My beloved golden retriever Heathcliff was declining and as he weighed 125+ pounds I was not able to dig a grave and bury him in my back yard with all the other angels who have passed away. I am personally horrified of cremation and was so relieved when I found this site that would do aquamation. I had never heard of it before nor had any of my friends. Amberly was responsive answering my call right away and when the time came able to retrieve Heathcliff that afternoon. She was very compassionate and kept me posted at each step of the way. Her text that afternoon saying "Heathcliff is with me now" still brings tears to my eyes even as I write this. A few days later a staffer came by with a beautiful array of things. A gorgeous wood box with my inscription on there. A picture of Heathcliff; somehow s he managed to erase the background around him. A nose print, pawprint, locket of hair in a heart shaped paperweight and more. I don't know how she makes any money because the price was incredibly reasonable. I have box, his prints and sympathy cards on display in my kitchen. This was such a sweet and loving organization that took care of my baby as gently as I believe they would do for their own.
