It has taken me several months to be ble to post this review, but I wanted to say a few words about this company that helped me through once of the worst days of my life. In February, my family bc I lost our rescue Great Pyrenees named Griff. It was very sudden, and myself, my husband and our 7 year old son were completely gutted. He was the absolute best dog ever and he deserved to be treated with respect and dignity. Loving companion went above and beyond, making sure that griff safely made his way back to us in such a short time, with the most calming soothing service. I did not once question that he was being treated well, and his ashes were returned to us with a perfect paw print as requested. I can not recommend loving companion more!!

I have bought 3 casket’s from the previous owners. They always had the casket’s there, they were wonderful people. My cat got sick with kidney failure and had to put him down Dec. 2021. I went to Loving Companions and you were there and I got what I needed. April 2022 I lost my Lab. I called you and was told by you that you would check and call back which you never called me. Same thing May 13, 2024 when my 15 year old Australian Shepherd went down and could not get up. I called you again to get another casket and you said you would have to check your inventory and would call back and never did. I called again and I know you didn’t answer went straight to voice mail which had not been set up. You certainly are not any type of business woman and should not even be there, you are a disgrace to that cemetery up there. I will never deal with you again or even try too! I have given many friends Loving Companions’s phone number and address to come there and buy a casket. I don’t know if they were treated the same way some of the customers are when they come there. You’ll never make any money because you don’t do anything to help the people!

Our fur baby passed away a few weeks ago, we decided on having her cremated and it was the right decision. Layla at Loving Companion was wonderful, she gave us different options on things we could get to remember Bella. They were professional, compassionate and explained everything to make us feel comfortable with the process. Thank you Layla for everything!

Unsatisfactory reviewMy beloved pet Moe passed away unexpectedly on 12/18/23. He was 16 and the absolute best part of my life. He was my baby. I called my vet asking what I needed to do. They gave me Loving Companion Pet number. Layla was very nice on the phone that day. She said that she would pick him up from my vet, told me she would send me a package the next day with pricing info. I’m like great!!! So the next day comes I’m waiting for the package. She didn’t send it until 12/21/23. Only after I reach out on 12/20/23. Afterwards has been nothing but a nightmare. As of today 1/9/24 is been a month and I still have not received my baby back. What should have taken no more than 4 days per their website. 12/21/23 I have just received the package only after reaching out to her. I chose what I wanted, but had more questions. I get no response. So I waited, then reached out again on 12/26/23 to just do a simple package because she hadn’t gotten back to me to ask questions about what I actually wanted. when she does finally reply is to tell me she is closed 12/22-12/26 and will reopen 12/27. I understand completely that it’s the holiday time ,so I reach back out on 12/28/23 to only be told that she is sick. All this time is passing I haven’t received one update on my baby. But she then sends an invoice on 1/2 which I pay right away in hopes that it will make the process go faster. Nope!! Still waiting for some kind of update. I’ve called texted almost every other day with no response. I reach out again 1/8 to get no response, then turning around to get a message that’s he’s finally ready. I’m just disappointed that there was no communication to let me know what was going on.
