I cannot begin to say how very touched I was when I received my beloved Saya from the vet today. Journey's End touched my heart with the card and bookmark included with her ashes. It was not at all expected and such a lovely way to pay tribute to my girl.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. This was one of the hardest things I've had to do. I had to put my little girl down on mother's day and when I tell you the kindness and help given by this company was wonderful. I am forever grateful for them and the care that they gave my sweet Daphne.

I can’t say enough good things about Journeys End. They’re angels on earth. I brought in my fur baby of 16 years and they were so gentle and easy with her as they took her from me. They had her ready the next day and were so kind as I was falling apart in front of them.

I am so thankful for Journeys End and all they have done for us. Our beloved 13 year old cat passed yesterday, and we were called to pick up his remains in less than 24 hours. The service and staff is excellent in providing amazing services and the best emotional care during a tough times like these. We are so grateful for Journeys End!

Unfortunately this is the second time we have had to use Journeys End and I can't tell you how pleased we are with thier services. Steve and Leland both are very accommodating, very kind, sympathetic and understanding towards thier clients during a very emotional and hard time. I am so thankful for the service they provide to this community. I completely trust them with our fur babies.

My pet was picked up from my vet,I picked him up today and I must say I was very pleased with the appearance,compassionate notes,and overall care I felt from just receiving my pets ashes.Very pleased with Journeys End cremation,and Bowens vetanarian pet services!

Reliable service. Tadd was compassionate and sympathetic about the loss of our pet as he described options for us to create a way to remember our pet. He delivered as promised. Very easy to talk to and deal with!

We are very pleased with the first class service our precious shih tzu received. The service was on par or better than most human funeral homes to be honest. They gave us a beautiful sealed box for him, a letter of condolences, and some wild flowers seeds to plant in remberance of him. This was much more than we expected and it was greatly appreciated. This act helped with the pain we are feeling from the loss of our beloved family member.

My dog died only at 4 years old due to a vet near by assuming what was making her sick with no scans or anything. I was devastated when she passed because the lack of professionalism cost my dog her life and apart of mine. After she passed I was so worried where she was going to be cremated (the vet set the cremation up and didn’t say where or anything that’s why I was worried) then I found out it was this place. The urn, bookmark and card are absolutely beautiful. I have 4 other dogs and will come back here when the time comes (hopefully not for a very long time).

Leland is the best!!!! Our beautiful cat Taz (13yrs) left us unexpectedly. Leland had our baby back to us in 24 hours!!!!! Thank you Journey's End!!!!! Rock on Leland!!!!
